I just went through the drive thru at the Manchester, ny location. I asked what was in special, they said the Mac and cheese bowl, I ordered it, was asked if I want the combo meal
Which was displayed on the sign as a $7 special I said no just the bowl. No total was given I get to the window and was asked to pay $7. I said I didn’t get the combination meal it doesn’t make sense the price is the same. She said it is just a little bit more to have a combo meal so I said OK go ahead make it a combo. She then comes to the window and says that’s nine dollars I said OK again overcharged I’d like a receipt she comes back and says I’m sorry my mother receipt paper I can’t give you a receipt. I didn’t have time to deal with it so I just left then I get home and my mac & cheese bowl is not even filled up half the way absolutely unacceptable customer service and I don’t appreciate being overcharged.
Desired outcome: Full refund and for corporate to discuss the continued awful experiences at this location. It is a poor reflection of the KFC branding
