my wife and I went to your resturant on Union Rd. in St. Louis around 4:30 pm on 9-28-23. We ordered an 8peice meal with 4 peices regular and 4 peices xtra crispy. When we got home and opened the bucket we found all 8 peices burnt and so crispy we could not eat it. My wife was so upset she said we're taking it back... NOW! We left the rest of the potatoes and macaroni and cheese on the table and headed back (in rush hour traffic again). On the way there my wife tried to call to let them know about the poor quality of the chicken and to let them know we were on our way to show them how bad it was and get a refund or replace it. She called twice with no one answering - the phone just kept ringing! I want to add that the resturant was empty so there was no reason for not answering the phone. When we pulled up to the window someone who said they were the manager looked at the chicken and acted as if it was not too bad. He did replace it (with only saying I hope this is better). We left ad headed home again. when we opened the bucket it was almost as burnt as before. At this point we were done!
Desired outcome: I want a refund for the bad meal ($22.54) and some sort of compensation for ruining our meal and loss of time and gas, not to mention our aggravation
