I went to eat with my wife who is 7 months pregnant. The air conditioner was set at a very uncomfortable 55 degrees on a 90 degree day. The lady in front of us asked why it was so cold and the manager told her it was to make sure that the staff was comfortable. The manager said that she felt it felt fine to her. I placed an order and she wouldn't raise the temp when I asked either. By the time we got our food, the food was cold because of the A/C. I would not go there again, nor would I recommend that anyone go there. There are much better places who know the meaning of the words "Customer Service".

The last two visits to KFC in Coffeyville, Ks have been unsatisfactory. Friday May 12, and Sunday May 6. The service is unprofessional, unfriendly, and SLOW. The prices are high and they always substitute dark meat and claim to be out of white meat unless you want to wait another half hour.
I am writing to let you know that I will no longer be a patron with KFC, I have bee a 40 year plus customer, you have stepped out of line when you decided to assaulted me with your demonic anime ad.
I will take my money and support other establishments who are in the business to sell food.
Shame on you.

I am sitting in my car next to KFC on DeYoung in Marion IL. A young guy who is to be working (ball hat and Curley hair, white) has a mop and bucket. He was sitting at a table messing with phone, went over watching out window and the. Did a little mopping. Spot cleaning. Sunday June 11, 2023 at 6:58pm.
This is the third time we come to Lynwood street KFC at Gift Acres and they are out of stock with coleslaw.
Just take note this is the only healthy vegetable KFC offers. Why can’t they get the planning right?
We have never come along another KFC in Pretoria that is out of stock, but this one is the closest to us.
On May 18, 2023 I had a coupon for a 10 piece bucket for 14.99. I bought 2 buckets for 29.98. When I got home they were both 8 piece buckets. I emailed and asked for a coupon for the 4 pieces of chicken. I female responded a week later and asked for the store info. I emailed it back and now I sit here and still wait. I just want an answer.
Every time I ordered the breaky crunch and cappy I never received the cappy reason no stock. got Capuchino instead and do not drink that so am verry disappointed in KENTUCKY. IM FROM BRAKPAN.
I ordered the 3 piece meal, the chicken was over cooked and if the pieces get any smaller I expect to see the egg in the box.
I am situated in Namakgale, phalaborwa limpopo province in South Africa and all I'm asking for is for our KFC branch to have delivery service, we really need it please.
Jst picked up 12 pc NUGGETS at Massillon OH store. NUGGETS must have been laying around for a while - cool and dried out! Also too salty. 11:35 AM. Probably won't order again😕😕.

I bought streetwise 4 yesterday at 16:11 in Durban workshop branch and it was half cooked even the blood on the chicken couldn't finish it. I was so disappointed as I attached the pictures of it and the receipt.
On the 28th June 2023 around 08:00 am I purchased 3 Brekkie box meals of which the chicken was raw.

1st they only had Crispy, chicken, then the only soda was Dr. Pepper and Starry.
Then we get the total l drove around to pay my husband hands her exacted change she says no cash. We would like to eat inside. Very frustrating!

I am working in the Kfc Kingsway ( Burnaby). I have to complain regarding the team member working here Ann. She is molesting me and having vulgar behaviour with me. She has crossed her limits. I can’t work with her.
KFC in Barcelona in a shopping centre in Westfield La Maqunista is extremely dirty. There are pigeon droppings ([censored]) everywhere. Cleaning lady just wiping dirt from the tables directly to the floor.

I went to my local KFC and pd 8.00 for a 2 piece meal. My leg was broken and half it’s meat was gone. Wing was so small it was just a ball of bones. There was no meat in my meal and I had to fix food when I got home. That’s my last visit and pic going on Fb.

I used the drive through at your Marysville, Ohio at 3 pm on September 14. I received my order and when I got home I found the chicken so greasy it had grease pooled in the box. Over done and awful. Biscuit was soggy. I have always loved KFC chicken but now it just makes me sick to think of that greasy chicken
I placed an order on Saturday 9th September 23, my debit card was authorised then they sent me an order fail, this meant they were unable to process my order and deliver, we did not receive our order. The amount is still pending with my bank they have not refunded this.
This was placed on the KFC app for the ferndown restaurant to deliver.

KFC is suppose to be fast food but we have been waiting for over 30 mins for our order. What’s even more interesting is the restaurant is not even full!

Food is awful. Go back to the original recipes and ingredients. Not going to visit your restaurants again until you do.
I got a kfc and all the grease tipped all over my new clothes and stained them. Was absolutely dripping with grease!
I have not come across such greasy chicken coming from KFC.
I bought this bucket from Otahuhu Branch on 13th October at 2:15pm.
Chicken is broken and skin falls apart and very oily and I’m surprise the oil looks pretty old.
Not very happy.
