KFC review: Cold food, rude customer service 472

I placed an order through the KFC web to Orpington High Street on 29 December at approximately 6.30 pm. £9.96 was taken immediately from my account. When I arrived 10 minutes later at KFC I was told the order hadn't gone through and even though I showed that the money had been taken from my account, I was told they couldn't do the order.

I live in Lenoir, NC and pick up a lot of food at the Lenoir, NC KFC - I always get chocolate chip cookies for my son and was told last week that they were no longer selling them. I want to know why and please start selling them again.

Order Wicked Variety Bucket amongst other things and only had 9 pieces of chicken instead of 10. Four staff standing around chatting, can’t even count. Just spent £31.17 with you! Drove 10 miles to get there!

My husband and I enjoy KFC sometimes but the one in Perth, ON needs an update, store inside and outside looks very old and grubby. We would never order from this restaurant. Please either close down or fix it up.

firstly the employe didn't speak dutch but only english and not fluently and she and spoke very quitely

i had asked for 10 pieces but only got five instead .

cosidering i live at 12 kilometers away i could not return to your kfc location.

03/08/2023 at 1923 at kfc 13006 W Indian School Rd, Litchfield Park, AZ 85340 we order the 12 piece family meal extra crispy, they took forever, we had to ask for our drinks twice, the chicken was not well done, the drinks were just water the fries were burned. Just a waiste of time & money never going back again.

Staff attitude is not acceptable. They do everyday late delivery.

I drove up to the window and ordered a large coleslaw. She said it was $5.00... I checked the prices for 2023 large slaw is $3.79...i want my changeback. Didn't give me a receipt. Dam people why I hate fastfood. They never give good service. People don't care...she is a thief...

Yesterday we went to a kfc the money was debited 2times from the account they said us that they will refund the money but still i didnt get money back

Went through the drive through on 7785 wadsworth blvd .and got the wrong order and chicken was not cooked plus the biscuits were not cooked. Tried to call and the phone is not working store ## E720477

And with you guys doing free.day off for employees with purchase of a cake . My order should be right.

I bought a 16 piece chicken and a 12 piece tender and it came to 69.85. How does that compute. When I ordered I was told the 16 piece was only $15.00 because they only had dark meat, and no cole slaw. So I dont understand how my bill came to $69.85

I received a delivery of which more than half the order was missing. Therefore we did not have enough food to complete the meal.

I have only been refunded £12.74 when I actually paid £31.97 ( inc delivery)

I am very unhappy with your procedure and would like a full refund or a replacement meal free of charge.

I ordered bucked on 19 march around 11:00 pm but the ultimate saving bucket chicken was not fresh it was seeming to like fried in mornings stuff and too much oil was there in hot and crispy

Other than hot nd crispy other chicken was not fresh nd even hot nd crispy was oily

Why KFC does not make KFCc for Coeliacs.

went to dillon sc 29536 kfc had a coupon wanted the 2 piece deal i had a coupon for asked for 2 short thighs i was told i can not change what the coupon says best as i can tell it says i can not get a breast , if this is the way its going to be i can buy chicken at other places in town , this was 03/23/2023 at 4:53 pm

I went through the drive thru and they forgot over half of my order. I was missing two famous bowls and three soft shell tacos. Then when I told them I was missing part of my order they refused to refund me for the stuff I was missing. I went through around 5:00pm on March 24th 2023.

:I ordered a zinger burger and there were no lettuce or tomato just a fillet?and i ordered extra chips but pops came instead!im so disappointed in Sinoville KFC and its not the firstime!

There were missing contents that i paid for!

We went to this kfc at 11.55am on 31.3.23 The Staff are hopeless, no hot drinks, chicken burger half grizzle should have been fresh as it was 12pm but wasn’t staff didn’t have a clue.3 people needed to serve me and my daughter. I will not return to this kfc again.

I purchased 3 all star boxes with buddy cokes. The cashier informed me that this will be slightly higher in price and I agree because I expected this. I got my meal with the buddy cokes but another waiter noticed the weird charges on my receipt but immediately dismissed me because of a signal received from the cashier who rang my order.

The pattie was half the size of the bun and the cooldrink was flat! The pattie also had very little dunked sauce! Very disappointing! Saddest burger ive ever had . Happenenf on the 03 April 2023 around 17h20 still got the sad taste in my mouth as im typing this! Have to go find a second form of supper now, very inconvenient!

I just ordered the country fried chicken dinner and it would have been perfect except for the fact that the utensils that you are providing are so flexible that I couldn’t cut the chicken.

Taking hot wings off the menu and leaving customers with the inability to purchase FRIED CHICKEN WINGS at a CHICKEN RESTAURANT is asinine. You people need to stop with all these new menu items, that are inappropriate and unnecessary, and get back to serving the food that customers actually have been purchasing for decades!

Showed up to order some chicken management unprofessional he said he's here he's here I said excuse me what's your name he didn't want to give me his name I asked for a manager he said he is the manager and he's still not going to give me his name I told him I would not be doing business with him today because he is unprofessional

I placed an order for a zinger burger, two kids boxes (one burger, one popcorn) and one fillet box meal. It took a long time for the order to be completed. When opening the bag (back on the motorway) everything was there except for the fries and burger from one of the kids boxes.

By burger was cold . My chips and my popcorn chicken wasn’t in the bag! And my my krushem was aero nor oreo

Seems like I got old cold food due to them shutting. Kfc expresses fresh food will be served but my food was far from fresh!

Ordered a mega box and the meal had no fries in?!?!

I had to drink the gravy!

Also the chicken was so small

Embarrassing!

My husband had a fillet tower box meal, this was also very small portions!

Collected food from dearne valley Barnsley mighty meal for one hot wings small strips small and received 2 legs over cooked seen a steady decline in food over last couple of months please sort it quickly

I ordered 2 kfc bucket for one in Sterkspruit and i was told there are no wings not even one, mind you it was for children's lunch box i do believe kfc is one of the biggest companies so being out of stock comes as a shock

Hi I went to the Redditch branch on the 12/04/23 at 12:15 .

I had a trilogy meal and an ice cream.

I’ve had nothing else all day as it has made me severely ill . I’ve had to completely cancel all my plans as I am unable to leave the bathroom.

kfc is bad food had 2 throw it out will never go 2 kfc again what a [censored] hole place 4-8-23 before or in the past notice that the food taste different not in a good way the people working there were rud and tried 2 talk down 2 me they pick the wrong person 4 that what a sorry place never go there again

I ordered original recipe but got hard orignal recipe as i remember its supposed to be soft and juicy and the cole slaw was dry this was in Cincinnati , Ohio at the Norwood store and when I asked them to fix it they told me they dont do refunds its on the door coming in , but gave me some more hard chicken. Wow
