I went to eat with my wife who is 7 months pregnant. The air conditioner was set at a very uncomfortable 55 degrees on a 90 degree day. The lady in front of us asked why it was so cold and the manager told her it was to make sure that the staff was comfortable. The manager said that she felt it felt fine to her. I placed an order and she wouldn't raise the temp when I asked either. By the time we got our food, the food was cold because of the A/C. I would not go there again, nor would I recommend that anyone go there. There are much better places who know the meaning of the words "Customer Service".

They don't put any spices in the original fried chicken...,
4 visits to Kfc Kabega Park, Port Elizabeth in a 6 week period. If they do not have any garnish, they do not have something as simple as an ice-cream with flake, then, human hair fried between the chicken & batter, hot chips that are un-done & fried in old oil, not to mention the slow drive-thru service. This is completely unacceptable!
We can go to the Kentucky fried chicken in Fort Oglethorpe Georgia several times during the day and they're always out of extra crispy chicken breast. It looks like a chicken place would keep their extra crispy chicken cooked up ahead of time.

Have enjpyed KFC bowls in the past, tonight puchased two bowls on brundage lane in Bakersfield. The food was covered in a sauce making them soggy, and not tasty. Couldnt eat them and pretty much wasted the money paid for them, if they had put a little sauce in the bowl instead of soaking everything might have been edible .
The worst service ever! We arrived at the kfc elarduspark in pretoria at 6:40 am on 25 february 2020. After waiting in the queue of 1... Our order was taken 6:45 am... By 7:20 am I had to walk out with no food after we complained.
And to top it all I had to wait from 7:10 am just to get my refund 10 minutes later!
Bad bad bad bad!
On more than 2 occasions I have noticed a problem with the chicken leg drum sticks in the bucket I received from a KFC niagara falls ontario. The drum sticks are split exposing the long leg bone. Why and how does this happen please and how often? Here are some photos-
Today my parents visited KFC Galle, Sri Lanka today. They didn't had Ice Cream and Soft Drinks. Therefore, we had to bring it from outside. KFC should cancel such franchises. They are a disgrace to the brand.

I have just been to kfc and ordered a rice box with original chicken. Just got home opened the box and there is no chicken just salad so I have had to take a picked of chicken from my daughters meal. This is not the first time it has happened. The kfc at hedge end is diabolical. I don’t think I have had a correct orser yet

I ordered a 10 piece meal with all white meat. I ended up with 7 wings! Didn't leave much chicken to eat. A few larger pieces would have been nice especially since you pay more for all white meat. This order was placed on Friday around 4pm. This was 9-23-22.
I was at KFC Villa Rica Georgia store yesterday at 10:20 am and at 10:30 am I went to drive through to order my food and after 8 minutes the employees told me they’re not open for at least another 1/2 hour I am disgusted with that store always waiting for my orders
customer service was really bad in drive thru at both windows they slamed it twice on me and we ask 2 secret receipe chicken and they gave us chicken orignal piece and there was no salt on chips bad bad bad service.. never going back to kfc colombo street.
I may as well have taken the $ 8.00 and thrown it away.
I ordered hot wings they arrived dry, cold and tasteless.
Very disappointed in your product.

Thé burger was found with less ingredients for the price you paid and not fresh in nature ! The taste of chicken pop corn was very poor !

Streetwise 3 Pap half cooked and pieces did not include what I asked for (Breast) instead 2 wings and drumstick. Mash was very watery

I ordered two 3 piece original Box Meals, but received two Big Boxes. I wanted breasts and wing, not thighs and leg. Also ordered Famous Bowl, and that did not have CChip cookie with it. Total cost of $32.31
I know kfc is not value for your money but tonight it was worse than its ever been. My husband is blind and the chicken he was given was horrible. I love kfc but the miniature pieces were ridiculous.
Friday night the 21st of october 2022 at 9.15pm.
The chicken was old and the smallest ive ever seen them and defintely not worth $29.
There are no restrooms, the ones that are there...are only available to staff and not customers!
The staff does not even provide an alternative they do not care!
0n 26 Oct 2022, 1.30 pm bought snack place at KFC outlet at Lotus's (formerly Tesco) at Mutiar Damansara, Petaling Jaya Malaysia. One of the pieces was undercooked and was still bloody at the centre.
No crushes on the 4th time of visiting and they put ice in my coke for the second time when asked not to.

What is wrong with you kfc i just visit your store in ambala and my order was of zinger burger meal and 2 pieces of chicken and the buns were of krispers and the burger buns were so cheap like they have bought from there near n dear general store

Third visit to KFC to the Watertown, NY 13605 Arsenal St. location on 11/8/22. Third time we we're told we are out of chicken for at least an hour. THIS IS WHAT YOU DO how can you be out of chicken at 1:00pm. We just had a Chik Fila open and a Popeyes soon to open. This crew better step up their game.
Last 2 visits to KFC the famous bowl were half full. Very disappointing for the price and how much we enjoy them.

Purchased 2 kfc rounders from Springfield Park store. Both Burgers were so horribly made. The chicken was so small with no coating, it had a few shreds of lettuce, a broken piece of tomato and a small drip of colonel sauce. This is very disappointing.
On 12/11/22 at 7 pm, I ordered three crispy thighs. Not a meal, just three thighs. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru line, I made it to the window and picked up my order. Got home and opened the box and there was two breasts and a biscuit. I guess the kids inside don’t know their chicken parts. The chicken wasn’t very good either.

Store on Sunday evening 12-18-22 I was the only customer going in and I asked an employee coming out who’s car, he said my manager. The car was parked sideways in a handicap parking spot. I believe that would have been a $250 fine if authorities were called.

2 Dec i place order with Kfc and it was not delivered.I called customer care i was told a voucher will be sent to me,i didn't receive the voucher.I purchase and requested a refund which up until today i have not received.I've called numerous times still not resolved.Ref Cas 1132505.I want my money this has gone on for to long.What a service
