Kohl's Khols Charge Account Unethical Fraudulent

I have had my Khols account a few years, I have never paid late and most months pay double. We are only talking about a 300.00 Card, I refuse credit increases...I recently had to change bank accounts (6 or so months ago) so I had to cancel my autopay, i set up autopay with my new account and again sometimes would manually pay a second time if I spent money on the card. Everything has been going fine other than online account access, but there's not a lot to keep up with so no worries there, boy was I mistaken...I was not even thinking about paying my bill BC I just paid my bill on May 28 Today is the 11th of June, however while looking on the website I just decided to see what my available balance was so I knew what I could spend so I could use my Khol's Cash...well, it said account past due make payment immediately $108
What? so I tried to get online to see what was up, I was required to update app so I did then wasn't even able to log in or change my password, it said I had not account matching that information. I called Customer Service, just to be transferred to the Collections Department, the first gentleman I talked to was very rude for almost 20 minutes so I asked to be referred to his supervisor, he forwarded me to a voicemail box, again WHAT?
I hang up and call back I got a really helpful and nice lady, she helped me with my account and during our 45 minute conversation I find out that not only is
autopay still trying to take payments from my old account "sometimes" meaning that some months it comes out of the right account and other months it is being charged to an account that no longer exists
I am being charged a late payment fee bc I pay my bill 1 week early and since it is a different month it is actually counting the payments as late, my payments are due the 3rd of the month
the payments that are being made are paying the fees each month so my monthly payments are not what I am paying
now i am being charged an over limit fee bc fees are raising my balance (but im paying the fees each months remember)
and to top it all off while I am on the phone discussing this with Khols I get a notification from Experian credit monitoring that "Khols and just reported your account as Delinquent" and my score drops 41 pts WHILE I AM ON THE PHONE TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT IS GOING ON
Keep in mind that I have charged only 45.82 so far this year But I have paid 287.00 in total payments...so I ask how is it possible to have a delinquent account ?

Something needs to be done about this, this is FRAUD

Desired outcome: ALL fees refunded, delinquency status reversed on credit files compensation for lost funds

I have worn them maybe 10x the tops are peeling terribly. Extremely poor quality.

Kohl's Double credit card payment charged

I added a second bank account to make one payment (the statement balance) and instead they took the full statement balance from each of my bank accounts a week apart (and emailed me one confirmation number for one payment.) I called and they refused to reverse the second payment which was more than my total balance and would have left me with a $38 credit. So, I called my bank and they said it would be $25 to stop the second ACH payment and went ahead and processed that without my signature on the paper and then today I saw where Kohl's has charged me $25 since I stopped their second fraudulent payment that I did not authorize! This is wrong on so many levels, Kohls, you should be ashamed of yourself!

Desired outcome: The second fraudulent charge reversed by kohls without me having to pay my bank $25 for their mistake and the $25 fee refunded ASAP!

Kohl's Credit card errors

Kohl's has for over a year now messed up on my credit cards account 4 times: April 2020, October 2020, December 2020, and again January 2022. Multiple times I have been reassured for over a year now these errors would be fixed as it was Kohls negligence and still nothing. I have called, been on hold continuously, repeating myself over and over getting the response and apologizes only for them not to fix the problems still. They said they record for quality and insurance purposes but apparently they don't listen to them as they now said my best bet is to write a letter. After over a year of frustration and calling back and forth now I need to go out of my way again after Kohls incompetent representatives to see about getting it resolved. Kohl's use to be one of my favorite stores to shop but I can't imagine myself shopping there again from fear of more errors.

Desired outcome: I want the four errors on my billing account resolved as promised over a year ago

Kohl's Billing

I have paid my bill in 2 payments, a total of $50.88. If my payment was late it's most likely the post office which has been late on everything during covid. So now I have a new bill which is a late fee of $27 plus $1 interest. I do not understand your bookkeeping and charging 50% late fee when you allow minimum payments. Your website is impossible

Desired outcome: My desired outcome is to never do business with you again.

Kohl's Service I am complaining about Customer service not helpful

I never buy on line but because I had surgery I thought I would try and I had
someone that would pick it up for me I had a 15% discount and $5.00 for having my charge card 8 Yrs..I found dish towels I needed so I went on line and after about 45minutes I thought I did it correctly I had my charge number., my phone number the name of te person picking it up as well as
the item . the person went to the soughton kohl's twice and was told there is no item waiting .
I then decided I would call customer service as they have always been nice
and helpful. I tell the associate my story and can she please help me her
answer was you have to do it again I can not help you that to me is not good
customer - I lost both my discounts as well aa not being able to order my
towels

Kohl's Croft and borrow dressy Capri pants in black

I bought a pair of black dressy capri pants from Kohl's back in February. I have worn these maybe 3 times and every time I wash them they mold while hang drying as the care instructions say to do.

Kohl's My Pillow

Why are you pulling My Pillow do you even know who your target demographic is?! You know what? I'm the demographic you're going after I'm a young Hispanic person but I values people's freedom of speech. My husband and I have accounts here but I'll be paying our cards off and canceling our accounts. I'll buy my family's clothes and Christmas presents elsewhere.

Kohl's Customer billing issues

I indirectly discovered on 04/26/2021 that I had not paid my Kohl's credit card based on an email I received from them below:

"Payment Required
You have missed a few payments on your Kohl's Card account. We would like to discuss our Match-A-Pay solution that can save you up to $50 on your balance.

Please contact our team of specialists at 1-877-487-1652 to discuss your payment options. Kohl's Associates are available Monday through Saturday, 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, and Sunday, 10:00 am to 11:00 pm (CT) and we can help you prevent further fees and collection activities."

Upon receiving this email I contacted Customer Service immediately and discovered that my billing statements were sent to the wrong address and my original statement jumped from $38.91 to $77.00 which included late fees and interest.
Due to their research, Kohl's discovered they had billed me at the wrong address and that is why I missed two months payments. This mishap on their part affected my credit score to be lowered quite a bit. Needless to say I paid the statement in full immediately, but this incident was still reported by Kohl's to the credit bureau which lowered my score even after I paid off the entire bill.

Kohls took no ownership of this incident and was very unconcerned, it took me several times to resolve this issue with Kohl's because the first CS disconnected me and I had to recall a second time. I am attempting to resolve issue with the credit bureau this and correct my score.

Desired outcome: I would Kohl's to take ownership of this problem and insure that they have the correct address for me and take incident off my FICO score.

I never thought I would ever have to Do this to a store that I always shopped at and all my friends and family members. We are all in agreement to get rid of the KOLHS CREDIT CARD, I ended up being 30 days late because of their negligence. I called their executive office. told them what was happing and why it happened. Annette. said she would call me back. 2 days later I ended up called back, I was told there is nothing they can do to help me. I explanted to her I'm in middle of getting a mortgage, and this just dropped my credit score 75 points. Still there is nothing we can do. So Dam cold, I have a $300 limit and my payment is 47 dollars Do KOHLS think i would not make my payment on time. I'm not sure what to do at this point. If anyone has any good ideas, please let me know. I will never shop there. I'm told a lot of people feels the same way IM FINDING OUT.

Kohl's Interview

Hello,
I was having a phone interview today for a position in Staten Island, NY. The lady interviewing me asked beforehand my schedule just for me to hear that my hours won't work because they need Friday to Sunday. I said that I'm catholic and observe Sundays... the lady literally laughed at me and said that people go on Friday or Saturday and I could tell she still had a smirk on her face. This was very rude and mortifying. I felt embarrassed.
I don't think this is the way to interview people. I'm very disappointed..

Kohl's Charged Kohl’s Credit card for order that I never received.

Shortly after placing a Kohl's order online I called Kohl's to indicate that it was being shipped to an old address. The CS rep I spoke with indicated that there's nothing that Kohl's could do and that I'd have to contact the shipping vendor. This was confusing on two accounts, one that Kohl's couldn't do anything about a product order that hadn't yet shipped from their distribution center and two since the order had not shipped yet it was impossible for me to know who the shipping vendor was. So as the CS advised me I waited until the order shipped and contacted the vendor(s). Both of the vendors advised that I would have to work with Kohl's to have the address changed. I spoke to four separate Kohl's CS reps via phone and kept getting same answer "you have to speak with vendor". Both items eventually ended up at the old address. The pants delivered by FedEx via USPS who indicated that these went to their main distribution center and would be returned to Kohl's. The bed set was delivered by UPS to the old address (condo). Since this would have been dropped at the condos mail room if no one claimed it, it would have been returned to the sender (Kohl's).

Desired outcome: Remove the charge for product I never received from my Kohl’s credit card

Kohl's purse/ cross body

I placed an order, order # [protected], this included a Donna Sharp Wanderlust Mindy Mini Organizer SKU [protected].
I got an email today 4/21 advising me my package was delivered. I went to my mail box and saw a very very small package. I opened it and I must say i am disquisted that this filthy dirty " thing" was sent to me. There was a Blue Bin receipt stapled to it, apparently a return !
This is not what I ordered and I cannot believe that your associate pulled this dirty thing what looks like out of the trash! The inside is fility, the outside appears to have had some sort of liquid ( coffee ? ) spillied all over it! I cannot beleive that this would be shipped out to a customer, fility, and we are in a pandemic! I have no idea where this disuisting thing was! This associate should be fired for this ! I did not order this and I want an immdeiate refund ! I ordered a cross body purse, you will see from the pictures. If this is the type of associate behavior that Kohls hires then I wil lnot be shopping with Kohls any longer ! I may need to go for a covid test now as I have no idea who or what touched this filthy thing! I expect the item I ordered and a reply to this! This associate should not work for Kohls at all, apparently they take no price in their work. Totally unaccepatable tha this was allowed to be shipped out to a customer ! I am FURIOUS !

Desired outcome: send me what I ordered, refund me , and fire this associate who endangered my life by sending this filth!

I was solicited buy Kohls employee to apply for a credit card and I ask if that would should up on my credit score and i was told no so i went along with it, I now see the credit card request on my record. I feel i was lied to because I would have never gone along with the idea. I want this removed from my record I applied at the store in west springfield ma

Kohl's Kohl’s App automatic payments for charge card

I used the kohl's app and set up to have $44.00 taken out of my bank account on February 19th.. they took out 3 separate payments of $44.00 so I called the # on the back of my credit card and spoke with someone who said it was my fault and I had scheduled it on the app to come out 3 different times on the same day which is ridiculous. I told them they took out $88.00 that I didn't authorize and they said it already posted and I needed to contact my bank and there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to someone at corporate and he told me to look online to get the # that he couldn't give it to me. I looked online and it said corporate headquarters so I called that # and they said the exact same thing that it was my fault and they wouldn't refund me the $88.00 and I said you are corporate and there is nothing you can do and he said he wasn't corporate he was customer service and I said this is the # on kohl's website saying it's corporate and so what is the # for corporate and he said he didn't know and I said you work for kohl's and don't know the # for the corporate office and he said he couldn't give it to me then I hung up. I have 3 kids to support and they took a total of $132 out of my personal bank account blaming me when I didn't use the app to schedule 3 separate payments on the same day that makes no sense so now I don't have grocery money for my family. They blamed me.. it's absolutely ridiculous! I have never heard of a company blaming the customer and flat out saying call your bank to deal with it it already posted and it's your fault! I'm on a very tight budget and don't have money to feed my 3 kids now! I deleted the app off of my phone and will never use it again! I used to work for kohl's and loved kohl's but not anymore! I will pay my card off and never use them again!

The fact that Mike Lindell, the owner of My Pillow, was canceled by Kohl’s because he was pro Trump, does that mean that you’re customers that were also pro Trump, 74 million of them, are also not welcome at Kohl’s ? Please let me know, I’ll be more than happy to spend my money in a store where we’re welcome. Please reply !

Kohl's My pillow product line

I would like to express my concern and disgust of the canceling of the My Pillow product line due to political bias and cancel culture reasoning. I think you may be surprised at the number of customers, Americans, who are going to cancel their future shopping with Kohl's because of this. In my opinion that was a decision like one made by a communistic Dictatorship not by freedom loving America. Extremely disappointed!

Desired outcome: Reinstate the My Pillow product line and apologize publicly!
