Assembly
I ordered a Pit Boss 850 pellet grill today along with several accessories. When I placed the order at 5pm on June 20, the site said it would be assembled and ready for pick up in 3 hours and 37 minutes. Now my status says it will be assembled and ready June 24. This is absolutely absurd. I called the assembly director and the only answer she could give me was “our assemblers are there every day. That’s complete [censored]. Why, when I spend my money at your store am I mislead? I’d love to have an explanation for that. My order number is [protected] and I guess I’ll pick the damn thing up in a box and assemble it myself.

Was sent to lawnside from deptford to pick up fence posts on clearance. The employee from deptford called ahead. Apon arrival the price was not honored. Ok. The employee at customer service a petite black woman was nasty with me without explaining why it’s not honored. I asked for a manager, employee told me in advance he won’t help me. Manager Mike comes out being nasty and not explaining why the price is not honored. I explained the deptford lowes employee called ahead. Manager said I lied he won’t help. In august of 2022 I purchased a frigidaire dishwasher at lowes. In april of 2023 the dishwasher broke. I called lowes and the sent me over to frigidaire. It was covered under the 12 month warranty. I ordered a refrigerator and took the day off to have it delivered. My delivery was confirmed by email the night before with a slight change in the window. At 8:30 in the morning, they called to say that it would not be delivered today and they rescheduled delivery for 2 weeks from now. I canceled the order and ordered from Costco. Lesson learned. Costco ALWAYS delivers when they schedule to deliver.
my product is not as described
someone sent me a styles verses a strattford. I received a knockoff of what was ordered online with the description of 450 pounds. The delivery guy moved it all by himself in my garage with one hand. So, i know its not what i ordered.
The product was a one day sale and i bought it at a sale price and want the product i ordered online. I have snapshot of description and price and pieces.

Flooring / install
So my daughter and son in law bought flooring at Lowe’s (Westminster colorado) had it installed it looked great and they loved it until floor started shifting lifting and moving! my daughter was very pregnant at time and has since had a baby with some I’ll effect! This is why I’m helping problem is Lowe’s came back out to see the problem it’s a he said she said problem contractor blames Lowe’s Lowe’s blames contractor in meantime my floor is dangerous! so what real problem is is contractors installed flooring without warning my kids that the subfloor is dangerously thin and needing replaced without replacing or not doing job (never mentioned to our kids it needed to be replaced immediately so now floor is ruined and they spent a few thousand dollars and are afraid to let their baby on floor! We have a video of Lowe’s installers saying how dangerous this floor is one is on floor on top and someone below floor and it is buckeling and bulging out! The comment was made by installer don’t have a part or someone will end up in crawl space! Amana dryer is defective since delivery!
3/25/23 amana washer and dryer was purchased for $1,846.45, additionally the 3 year protection program was purchased for an additional $165. The dryer they delivered is defective! I have cancelled the credit card, returned all recent purchases, and will NEVER step foot in LOWE's again... and tell EVERYONE I know.
Washer installation
We bought a new washer and dryer. Lowes didn't check it. They installed a faulty drain hose. Then we called customer service. They said they would have there service team call us back. They never did. I had to call 6 times. They sent one person over the wrong day. That person didn't fix it and said the installation was fine. We had to go to the store to get a new drain hose. A new person is supposed to come today. This has take weeks. I would NEVER us Lowes!
Millworks, Franklin North Carolina store
4/23/2023, I went to the Lowes store in Franklin North Carolina. I wanted to order a screen door for my home and have a Lowes contractor install it. I spoke with Rebecca Holzer and we discussed the door and installation, model I wanted, and how to proceed from here. She never mentioned the door did not come with a handle. She told me someone would come measure the opening for fit, and if I had not heard from this person in 2 days, to contact her. After a few days passed, I received a text from "Tyler" about measuring the door for fit.
Tyler made the measurement, (date not available) and the next step was to get the door delivered. I received a phone call from Rebecca stating the door was possibly going to be delivered on 5/11/2023, but she did not recall if we had discussed the handle not being with the door. I tried to call her back at the store after hearing her message. This is a total waste of time, as no one is available when you follow the prompts. I sent her an email on 5/11/2023, which she stated was the best way of getting a hold of her, asking why the handle issue did not come up when discussing the purchase of the door on 4/23/23.
I also asked if I could suspend the purchase of the door so I could do more "homework". She never responded to my email. I received a call from a delivery driver shortly thereafter about delivering the screen door to my home. No one was at my residence to accept delivery, but it now sits on my front porch since 5/17/23. I had to return to the Franklin Lowes to buy a handle for the door on 5/20/23."Tyler" contacted me via text/phone call on 5/25/23 about setting up a day for installation of the screen door. I asked if the Wednesday after Memorial Day would work, and he seemed to think it would be fine.
I texted Tyler on May 30th to try and confirm a date for installation, he never responded. I sent Tyler another text on 6/6/23 about the installation, no answer. On June 8th, 23 I called the Franklin N.C. store and asked to speak with a manager. I was on hold for 20 minutes, I then hung up and called the store again. I was put on a brief hold, then advised that the managers were doing inventory and that might be why no one picked up. The call taker took my name and number, and a note as to why I was calling so that when a manager was available, they could call me back.
As of the date of this email, no manager from the Lowes has called me back to even attempt to find out what my issue might be. On 6/9/23, I attempted to contact Tyler again via phone call and text about my screen door install. I have not been contacted by any store manager nor Tyler about installing, my door, yet my bill arrived recently expecting payment by 6/21/2023 for the door and it's installation.
Desired outcome: Installation of my screen door or a refund of the door and the handle.
Delivery damages
January 23, (?) 2023 2 delivery men came and removed my old refrigerator and replaced it with a new one. They dropped the old refrigerator on my front door that they had propped up on my garage door and bent the front door. They hit my walls and scrapped my wood work all the way down my hallway and put big scratches in my door frame. They put many cut places in my flooring. I have dealt with Spirit since the day this happened. I sent in pictures and I've had a Lowes Representative and the leader of the team that brought the refrigerator, and a private floor company and then Spirit sent a contractor from Lowes to evaluate the damages. I was led to believe that the delivery team has to approve the damages to be repaired. These damages were done by the 2 delivery men, I want them repaired. How much does a person have to go through to get a problem that they caused repaired? The contractor for Lowes even told the Lady at Spirit it was wear and tear on my home. How disgusting is that? It doesn't matter they damaged my 2 1/2 Year old home that I moved into in December 2022.
Desired outcome: I want my home repaired, the front door has to be replaced per Lowes representative, My floor has to be replaced there Per Lowes , Flooring company and contractor that Spirit sent out.
Window ac, ge, brought at lowes and have 2 years extend warranty.
AC is freezing up. I took it back to Lowes and Lowes said I would have to go through GE.
I called GE and was told I had to buy another AC before they would refund my money.
I am a senior on a fixed income, and saved to purchase the window AC. I purchased it 06/23/2022 and I still have my receipt and I do not have the money to purchase another AC.
When going to Lowes I ask for them to replace the AC, the weather in Muscle Shoals Al. is in the 80's and 90's daily.
I paid $ 389.00 for the window unit and need it replaced with a working AC.

A) Purchased Valspar deck and fence paint from Kingsport ( east ), Tn.
July and August, 2022
B) Noticed paint on new wood deck was peeling and chipped. Contacted store
May 31, 2023.
C) Took paint can to store and spoke with Paint Dept. ( AJ ) and Store Mgr.
June 1, 2023.
D) Sent photo images of deck to store Paint Dept. ( AJ )
E) Received message from AJ ; referred to Valspar; no solution presented
June 4th, 2023.
F) Made contact with Valspar; customer service rep. Informed me of
1) Although the phone greeting said "Lowes" and the email noted Lowes in
the message; rep. informed me of their not being part of Lowes.
2) customer service rep. constantly interrupted, was antagonistic and led
the topic of a remedy to a bizarre path; including the rep being advised of
this Vietnam Veteran being on a device which translates speech to text.
The solution was zero. Nada. Inappropriate behavior for the situation.

G) There are multiple solutions; one which stands out when presenting a situation similar to this with Home Depot. The Manager of Home Depot, ( Brad ) did his level best to accommodate the customer; running circles around the Lowes team.
H) The result of all of this is; we are still on square one; with 6 separate attempts to find a solution. The arrogant and idiotic conduct of the Kingsport Tn. staff and the Valspar Customer Service says volumes about the company and will be reflected in my writing to various organizations and community about this mole hill made into a mountain, drama infused circus.

This is from date of purchase/order 5/22/23 through today 6/6/23
I Made an order online today totaling approx $880. When I looked at my bank account, for some reason they split the order up. I only placed one order all my Items Were in one basket and I hit submit to pay.. On my bank account, they split the item up into 3 pymt..$533, $347, and $880. I'm not sure why they will split the payments up, maybe thats their policy. My Concern and anger is, they Charge me 533-3x, and $347-3x..my bank said it is still pending, and not sure why they split the transaction and ran it so many times. I called Lowes..the agent assured me the transaction will drop off..she only saw the one purchase and SHE HAS NO IDEA ON WHY IT DID THAT..I need answers LOWES, and would love some type of compensation for my anxiety of my acct being so low.
Newest issue...got text and acct confirmation my order was complete and ready for pickup..my pickup person gets there and only part of my order was completed..they then sent me a text stating items were picked up..I called and told her they were not all picked up and for her to confirm that, which she did..but why send me a text and email stating ITEMSS WERE READY WHEN THEY ALL WERE NOT..now I have to wait for my items another 2wks and schedule another pickup..this is sooo inconvenient

Here we go again..this same order that is supposed to be here today, but according the the tracking up date, its showing that it has been shipped to my store for over a week now and I have not received any updates at all..the pymt is till pending , however again, I see Lowes is trying to put it through again, making me pay 2 for it. What is goin on...customer service which I'm on hold with now (for 10 min) are not friendly nor helpful..somebody call the store and get me my items plz. This is so frustrating

I don't gaf if yall giving away free items..I will never shop at this store again..im on the ph with your employe again this morning, she's cutting me off in mid convo..talking to someone in the background about me saying she talked to me yesterday ( I did not, the person I spoke to was male) then she realized it wasn't me, continued to cut me off until I asked her to let me finish my statement. Now I'm on hold while she finds out where my time is, she did come back to the ph to check on me this time, thats the only good thing about her..( btw, she claims she's a store manager)

Samsung washer
We purchased a Samsung washer and dryer and have had nothing but issues since. We have the dryer at home but the washer was damaged, it was returned and we were offered a 10% discount, instead of checking the washer before sending it to be delivered AGAIN they sent it w/o throughly checking it and we discovered that there was MORE damage UNDERNEATH the wrapping, we have been w/o a washer for 2 weeks now POOR POOR SERVICE!
Desired outcome: 25-30% discount for downtime and frustration and an apology from the Lowe's Manager in Fairbanks Ak
Delivery of product purchase
June 30th at 5:30pm
We ordered $1500 worth of brick in early May and it was scheduled for delivery on 5/30. The day before they called us and stated it would have to be rescheduled on 6/3 between 12-4pm. At 5:30pm I called the store and was told it wasn’t going to be delivered today and would “probably “ be delivered 6/6. I asked to speak to store manager and was transferred. It rang approximately 50 times and then disconnected. I called back, rang about 50 times and immediately put on hold before I could speak. On hold 9 1/2 minutes and I said I was supposed to be talking to store manager. They replied he won’t be in til Monday. I asked why was I transferred then. Their answer was “i don’t know”. I asked to speak to someone who is in charge today and they put me on hold for 15 minutes before I finally hung up. We want resolution to our purchase and the way we were handled on the phone. This happened at the Lowe’s location in Alton IL
Desired outcome: Compensation for no delivery, since we waited at home all day and was never notified that it wasn’t going to be delivered no definite date of when it would be delivered. A minimum $200 reduction in our $1500 purchase
