I am waiting for building materials delivery today that have been ordered and paid for at the Lowes store on Peach Orchard Road in Augusta Georgia. This is the fourth time I have ordered the same materials and if I do not get them today this will be the fourth time I will have ordered these materials, paid for them and the fourth time I got my money back and cancelled the orders. I am sick and tired of this crazy stuff!

Lowe's Online purchase

I purchased a tool online for my husband. The date for delivery came and went so i logged on and it said that i had no order. Went through multiple csr until finally one man apologized for the issues and offered a small "refund". He then proceeded to charge my card again, for $40 less than the original amount. He said the original charge would drop off in just a few minutes. Days later still no refund or product. Lowes then told me my order was cancelled and I had to go online and order it again. I just wanted my $ back at this point, i had no item and was charged 2x for it. I finally received it in the mail and it was the wrong item! I called Lowes and was told it would be 7-9 days, not minutes, to get my refund. I have now waited 2 weeks and still no money! And i was told i need to drive 1+hour to the nearest lowes to return this item. You have to be kidding me!

Desired outcome: Full refund of both charges

Lowe's Bosh Appliances

Order Bosh Appliances in Aug. 10 k with warranty and installation. Have been rescheduled 5 times. Lowe's never calls and notifies. When calling the appliance department they never answer. You have to drive 30 minutes s to stand in line to be told there rescheduled again. Outrageous the the number of times rescheduled and no communication. Have made several complaints to store manager . Now same thing again. 5th date the 19th. Now said April. Holding up sale of 675 k house costing interest on money for something paid for 7 months ago. Outrageous.

Desired outcome: Receipt and Compensation.

Lowe's Broken 2 year old washing machine

First I want to thank you for allowing us military members a discount on most of our purchases, and for having parking spaces for us.

now for my problem. I have a 2 year old washer that is under warranty that does not work. About 2 weeks ago I called and set

up an appointment . A few days later lowes called me back and said that appointment would not happen. Then they called me back with another appointment with a different company and they did not show up. Yesterday I spent another hour on the phone with not a lot of help. At first the next appointment was Feb 12. After enough of saying no that will not work, then all of a sudden the appointment would be on Feb 5th. That is a long time to be without a washer . Keep in mind if they keep this appointment that they will probably have to order parts. The machine will still be broken. Then when the parts do arrive I have to wait on another appointment to install the new parts and hope that is all it needs.

I need something done to help this out. We are a family of 5 and that requires doing clothes about everyday. I requesting a loaner machine, or a replacement machine, even if you prorate my old machine. I don't feel like I should really have to buy a new, That is why I buy the extended warranty. Lowe's Service I'm complaining about from manager

To Whom It May Concern,

I'm writing this complaint because my daughter was in the store located in Franklin KY yesterday picking up some supplies for my rental home. She and the contractor present from "Portales Building and Remodeling LLC." He purchased material in Bowling Green, KY before for 1, 500.00 and the manager always gave him a discount. She purchased over 1, 593.03 with tax. And she asked to speak to a manger to see if she could get a discount. The manager came out over to the counter and saw that my daughter was a black and that the contractor was Mexican. He said, "no." now we have purchase a lot of material there at this store and even other lowe's store. And usually when you get that much merchandise they will give you a discount. I've been in line behind other people that has purchased less and received discounts. I don't thank she was treated fairly... And she just purchased a 5, 000.00 mower just about 5 months prior to this purchase there. I'm sending the receipt and i'm kindly asking that we may be still given a discount for this purchase.

I feel like he could have given her a discount and been a politer than he was. I run a business and I feel that especially since we all have suffered through what has gone on in 2020. We all need to be kinder and helpful to each other.

Had lowe's install deck in June. Since then I have been complaining of faulty wood. Have dealt with 2 customer service people. One quit and closed our complaint so had to start over with a new person who has stopped responding. Wood has curled and curved. Some so bad they snapped the screws. Also cracking and molding. Wood seems to not be treated. Looks like they won't back their warranty and I will have to sue. Don't use them!

Lowe's Ethics complaint against employee

I was in the Lowe's Franklin TN. Store December 30th 2020, between 10:00 and 10:30 am, what I heard out of an employee's month I couldn't believe. Her name badge said Sonya. She was complaining about African Americans (not the word she used, called them black) expressed they were lazy, steal and are good for nothing, this was accompanied by profanity. This was in the power tool department. I rushed my children and myself out of the store and have not gone back.

Desired outcome: I won't even think about going back to that store if I know she is there.

Lowe's Customer service

Think twice re shopping at Lowes. Got an in store credit card. I had previously gone into the store 3 times and forgot to use the card at the register. Today I remembered and used the card. I had $1.27 change left. I asked for cash. We can't do that. I spoke with the store manager. He did his damnist to avoid direct questions and I finally asked him are you refusing to give me $1.27 change. Flabbergasted he gave in as I was making a fuss. I then asked for the district manager name and phone. Again he avoided direct questions I was asking. I can give you the 800 number he repeated excessively. Again I asked for a yes or no answer. Will you give me his name? Will you give me his phone number? Bottom line... No. Called the 800 customer service number. They will take the complaint but I will get no response to my issue. They don't give a damn. You can complain, to the round file (garbage can) rude manager get away with poor service at Tustin CA. Shopping it San Francisco it is useless to call. NO ONE answers the phone. You can spend 1/2 hour calling asking for numerous departments. No one answers.

Desired outcome: Speak with District manager or Corporate HQ. It won't happen.

Lowe's Whirlpool range

Purchased new Whirlpool range and it was installed, However they took out the anti-tip bracket and did NOT replace... From a safety point I do not want my range to tip over, Also, i'm a Veteran who has signed up with Lowes for there 10% discount... Lowe's Items not included in sale.

We went to the Madison IN store on Nov 29 and purchased several items totaling over $300. Later in week found could not locate couple of items and finally made it back to store on Dec 11 to discuss options. I talked with a manager who told me after searching receipt items were purchased and left the building. I said you can see that and she said yes. I know the items we scanned but we did not make it home with them. I asked if they could ask the clerk or check inventory but was told again the items left the building an after that we were responsible. I understand the situation and spend literally thousands of dollars at Lowe's each year. While the approx $50 is not as important to me now as once might have been, I plan to purchase necessary home items elsewhere in the future with nearest Home Depot approx 25 miles away.

Lowe's Kobalt pole saw recalled

Help!
I purchased Kobalt pole saw, 10/2017. Love it!
It's on a safety recall. I returned the pole saw to Lowes of Palm Coast Fl yesterday. After waiting on line, they made me go home, to get the battery and charger. When I did that, they stated it was past 30 days [garden equipment] and past even a 90 day warranty. I provided them with the Kobalt manual, stating a 5yr warranty if I am dissatisfied with product. This product is on recall notice, but Richard cannot find it. He consulted with several others. Final resolution, he dialed a # and he was put on hold. He subsequently asked me to hold the phone. I held for another 30-40 minutes, before the recording time ran out, and disconnected. I was told they need a 'RA' # or they won't honor a return.
OK, how do I [which is ridiculous a customer has to do this] get a 'RA' number?

Lowe's Service

I recently applied and received a credit card for lowes, I am a contractor by trade and thought well it's the only way to get 5% off. When I got the card syncronime bank wanted me to videotape myself and send them the video to activate the card which after 10 attempts to resolve this as it is my privacy being invaded to activate a credit card! They finally activate it, almost all the way through with my $500, 000.00 dollar home I was remodeling to put on the market for sale owing only $17, 000.00 on "my net worth almost a half a million, and might I add a 765 credit score, I accidentally made 1 late payment and paid the fee. I receive this really nice letter in the mail several days later saying my credit line was decrease because the minimum payment wasn't sufficient. Never in my life have I ever been treated like this by a credit card service and store.

Bad enough my last remodel I paid cash for everything and on a $10k order $8.5 had to be returned to the store everything was damaged and the contractor sales lady decided since they were out of the tile I picked out just to choose it for me.! Which had to load up 50 boxes of tile and return to the store. All I can says is lowes lost a long time customer so for me it's either home depot or 84 lumber for now on.. Thanks lowes!

Lowe's Extended protection plan service fail

I recently made the mistake of purchasing the EPP on an LG dryer at Lowe's. It was paid in full. At $800 plus dollars under a limited income this was not an idle purchase but I've never before had an issue with LG products and in fact have been very satisfied with LG - this dryer however had a faulty motor that needed replacement. After 5 separate attempts to reach the service center (the calls having been terminated on their end after placing me on hold for more than twenty minutes each time) I was finally able to reach an associate and informed I would receive a call to schedule an appointment within the next 24 to 48 hours. After two days without contact I took the initiative to again call the service center, whereupon l received a recording stating that their business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Central Time. At this point the dryer had ceased to function. On Monday I again called the service center to determine my work order status - after three attempts this time - I was informed that they were unable to confirm an appointment and advised to call the following day. At no point had I received any contact from the service center. On Tuesday I called and was informed that an appointment had been scheduled for December 9, 2020. This would have left me without a dryer for two weeks during the cold and wet - using a laundromat during the current pandemic is not feasible with my families health. Considering the fact that I would be forced to be without a working dryer for yet another week, and the fact that I would likely be obligated to pay for the service calls, I opted to purchase the motor myself and have my son install the part. Naturally this nullified the limited warranty, but at least I have a working dryer. I want Lowe's to reimburse me for the cost of the replacement part ($200.88) as well as my sons labor. At the very least I expect to be reimbursed for the money I wasted when I made the mistake of purchasing their "Protection Plan". I won't be shopping Lowes again and I strongly advise that anyone reading this not make the same error I did.

Lowe's Holiday living 1031306 pre-lit faulty christmas tree

I purchased this Christmas Tree in November of 2018 want and the tree came with a 2 year manufacturer warranty. Last year However, the tree defaulted and I took it back to Lowes and they gave me the run around and told me that they would replace the the tree however they were sold out. Then I was told to contact the manufacturer I was given the run around and Christmas was here and then they told me to come back at the beginning of the season. Well we are well into the season and I am still getting the runaround. I am truly disappointed. I paid a little over $200 for this Christmas tree all I wanted was for Lowes to just replace the tree.

Lowe's Samsung stove

I have had a stove that the burners haven't worked in 4 months. The service company lowes sent out has replaced numerous parts, some a couple times, and it still doesn't work. I have spent hours on the phone with lowes to be hung up on or having to start all over again with explaining the issue. This is and has been absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encounter on any service warranty. The stove still isn't fixed and now it is thanksgiving... So much for athanksgiving meal. I keep getting told a different story with each rep I talk to with no solution of fixing the issue. The service technician has replaced so many parts I have a box of old and new parts in my house. Why did I pay for an extended warranty if nothing is going to be fixed? I won't ever buy another applance at lowes and don't recommend anyone does.
