Horrible customer service!
We've been fighting with Lowes for 2 1/2 months to fix our dishwasher that is under warranty. I spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone today with customer service whose only solution is to schedule us an appointment with their 3rd Party repair company that has already no called / no showed on us 3x. When you ask for a supervisor one doesn't exist. They can't even give you the name of one!

The only solution they are willing to provide is scheduling a fourth appointment with a company that has no called / no showed on us 3 times at this point. It's a $1500 dishwasher that now is a very expensive hole filler. Heaven forbid you ask to speak with a supervisor because none exist and no one can even give you the name of one! Apparently the only thing this company is good at is taking your money. Their customer service is crap, their extended warranties are useless. They clearly do not back their products. I am now going into the holiday season with no dishwasher!

Horrible service. Installation of appliances had to be set up by two different deliveries. Store left building number off the order. The first delivery, they actually installed the wrong stove. This precipitated a second appt. wherein they had set up another delivery window. When time came to install the dishwasher and microwave, the installer was angry because he couldn't find the address. Upon inspection I learned the port Charlotte store left the building number off the receipt. I do not live in the area. And have to arrange to have a person there to accept delivery.
I have spent all morning. talking with expo, lowes. delivery dept. in port Charlotte. and. subsequently waiting for a call back. simply to confirm whether we can move the rescheduled delivery from Wed, to Thursday.
After having bought over $4000 in appliances from the port Charlotte store, there was no one help get expedited scheduling with another installer. I can either wait for jay to call back to let me know yes. Or no for thursday or I can set up with another installer and get to the back of the line for installation appointments. Spoke with a manager there and they say they didn't do anything wrong so pretty much not their problem. Horrible service
Siding Install
Contract to Install house Factory Pre Painted Siding. Initial order was incorrect, originally Contractor was replaced. Second Contractor arrives, inventory material, starts job. First told 2x2 corner pieces weren't ordered, okay to get unpainted and paint. 2 weeks into, told a eve board was too heavy to attached, agreed to attaching trim board to existing. Discover latter this was untrue, and even if it was why did the wait 2 weeks to tell me? Next told not enough Siding, a few pieces, discovered 2400 sq feet. Prior trim wasn't replaced. Colored caulking was match to siding, life time warranty, install instructions not followed, they tooled, voided warranty. Didn't replace Gutters or Lights, several other small issues with piecing tougher trim boards, painted part of some windows.
Credit card payment
I've have several occasions where I sent my payments 3 weeks in advance and still was charged late fees and interest. They claim it was not received before my due date, but when I call them, all of a sudden they found my check. Is this a coincidence or what? I suspect fraudulent activity going on here, only for them to charge late fees and interest... From now on, i'll take my business elsewhere!
Beware of Lowes Credit Cards Scams, I was offered a 2 year interest free loan as an inducement to make a Siding Purchased. MISTAKE, the small print you must make the interest payment, not a big deal, BUT if you miss a payment NO INTEREST FREE. There billing is confusing so you could set up as automatic but you get billings are misleading. Like everything else with lowes YOU NEED TO WATCH THEM CAREFULLY--

On 9 July, 2020 I ordered a Pella window, and made payment in full. Estimated date of arrival at Store 1109 was 30 July. This delivery date was moved to 4 August. That date was moved to 3 September. That date was moved to 10 September. Today we gave up and asked for a refund, which we were given as a "Lowe's account credit". We were out of pocket two months for the payment we made on the belief Lowe's would deliver.
While I came close to canceling our Lowe's card, I took a few deep breaths, and will now shop only at HD and Ace, and on line for a while. I may never return after this experience, but have kept the door open.
And the experience will pass to others.

22 March, ordered (order #[protected]) a spool of wire (Item #: 42635 | Model #: [protected]) for $62.66 from Lowe's online. Long story short, I am at a US military base in Europe and this was the only way I could find some 12 gauge stranded. Anyway, I am used to long shipping times due to my location and in July, became concerned and called Lowe's customer service to see what had happened to my order. Real friendly person does confirm that the order still shows out for delivery, and is real surprised I have not received the item. After about 20 minutes of them trying to locate my order, they finally decide to issue a refund and says it could take up to 14 days. I say sure, just put it back on the original card I used and they agree that would be the easiest solution. So, almost two months later, and it seems the refund has gone the same route of the spool of wire, it is missing in action. I think I learned my lesson and will stay away from Lowes.com from now on and stick with Amazon, which has never kept my money after they say they will refund it, oh, and Amazon has a much better customer service when it comes to online.

Pergo does not stand behind there product! I have been trying to get my problem resolved for over 2 months. They say it is waterproof and it is not. I had a hose bust on my washing machine and had it cleaned up within 15 minutes and they want do a thing as of yet. Very disappointed as they are supposed to be the industry standard. What a nightmare!
