Meijer aisles full of stock to be put up

I shop mid-morning during the week. The aisles in the Meijer Store are always blocked because clerks are putting up stock. I know some of this has to happen, but I would think that the majority of items are put up at night when the Store is not crowded. I am a faithful Meijer shopper because the prices are good and I like using M-perks, but I dread shopping when I can't get my cart down the aisle. Please do reshelving at night.

Meijer price at checkout incorrect.

First time visiting Meijer in Mentor Ohio. Purchased oatmeal cookies because sale price was $3.99 and regular price of $5.49 a $1.50 savings. I get home check receipt and was charged the regular price of $5.49. Thought I might have read package incorrectly, checked it again and the sale price was $3.99. Also purchased 4 tennis ball dog toys the price was supposed to be $4.99 and receipt at checkout is $5.99. Not worth gas, time and aggravation to drive back to store, get in line and tell story all over again. I pass a Target and Walmart on my way to Meijer and have never had a problem at those stores. Will be hesitant to shop Meijer again.

Meijer trouble using my meijer credit card

Dear Complaint Board,

On July 28, 2019, I shopped at the Charlotte, MI, Meijer. When I tried to pay with my Meijer credit card, I was denied. I was told that there had been a breach of security and that customers using their Meijer credit cards needed to call the Customer Service phone number in order to be able to use their credit cards. So I paid with my MasterCard. I soon called Customer Service, and they told me that my card was fine to use again.

Well, last Sunday, August 18, I again went to Meijer and bought a little over $200 worth of items. I checked out at about midnight, and when I tried to use my Meijer credit card again, it was rejected. The checkout clerk said she didn't know why it was rejected. And Customer Service at the store was closed. Again I paid with my MasterCard. The next day I called Customer Service. I was told that my card was rejected because I had purchased over $200 worth, more than I had ever purchased before with the card. HOW RIDICULOUS! I have a $600 limit on my card per month. The person I spoke with apologized but couldn't give me a good answer for my not being able to use my Meijer card. Why couldn't the store clerk just have checked my ID? Not only that, I couldn't use my Meijer Rewards coupon for $10. Further, besides losing time, I have lost (these past two times) Meijer Rewards I receive for using my Meijer card. In addition, I had to wait over twenty minutes before being able to talk with someone at the Meijer credit-card Customer Service number.

What I probably should have done is just walk out without paying and left all my items sitting in the cart. I have been a loyal Meijer customer for decades, but I may simply start shopping at the Charlotte Wal-Mart and other places.

I would like an explanation for your seemingly absurd policy regarding security. I would also like some sort of compensation for my loss of time and money regarding the problem you have caused me.

Meijer service

Hello I was in the alpena meijer today and bought groceries and the clerk -dyllan packed my toilet bowl cleaner in with the fresh spinach and avocados and boxed frozen popsciles. I didn't notice this til I was home and the toilet boil cleaner leaked all over the food. I assumed they are taught to pack chemicals separate? Then I had a separate order for a bed topper in which he grabbed from the front of the cart ant it fell and hit my leg! He was very much in a hurry and I felt there was no reason to manhandle the box the way he did. I have never been so discouraged when I left Meijers!

There was as no reason for him to come around and knocks the box off like he did not happy with service and the way grocers were packed ruined my avocados and lettuce and roast was also in the bag

I was returning two dresses i had bought for my daughter. I had a receipt. The customer service representative refused to look at the receipt which clearly showed i paid $9.99 per dress. She all but told me i was lying, insisting that i paid $9.60 for one and $4.80 for the other and was only entitled to $12.39. I HAD THE RECEIPT! And if you add $9.60 and $4.80 it is $14.40 before tax! Rude beyond belief.

Meijer meijer brand prenatal supplement

Did you change your formula!?!?!?! I almost overdosed on so many synthetically made vitamins, particularly Biotin! Your brand claims to be analogous to the OneADay brand, but its not, but it used to be!

I purchased three months worth of the Meijer brand prenatal vitamins which had a reasonable % of each vitamin (close to OneADay), but today I went to get another month supply and you completely changed the recipe! Your percentages of each are outrageous, 857% Biotin - are you serious?! I'm hoping you just mislabeled your box and bottles, but just in case I bought a non-Meijer brand, closer to the percentages I have been taking.

See pictures of the difference in your very own brand (3 months ago = bottle vs. now = box).

Meijer deli

Once again as I shopped after work last week (4pm), as I finished and stopped at the hot deli, it was completely shut down. The only thing left we're three small containers of broasted potatoes! Everything else was gone, I continue to be disappointed in Meijers and their lack of care for working people who want to take home some hot food for dinner.

Meijer customer service

I am been at their Pharmacy for nearly two hours because I was told first about the wrong information about which medication was not covered. The kid told me that my eye drops were not covered through my insurance and the doctor would have to give me another prescription after going through and calling the doctor cetera they told me that that was the only prescription that they could get me to treat it. So I went through the hassle of looking up prescription discount card and come to find out that my medicine was covered all along and he told me the wrong information. I go back up there to talk to him about it he is Beyond disrespectful and rude to me. He's been rude to the last three customers ahead of me. I'm sure he just needs a break or something but it was totally uncalled for in this isn't the first time that I've had problems with him. The workers name was cj in the pharmacy drop off lane.

If you didn't notice I couldn't see out of my eyes there Einstein. I need to grow up? I'm not the loser sitting here commenting on people's complaints at meijers. When someone is 15 - 20 years younger than me, he's definitely a child.

My ID is kind of mess up so it doesn't scan or work when you tried to slide it through so instead of typing in my license number she denied me service and when I told her she could put the number in she lied and said she couldn't even tho her co worker said she could. Meijer exchange of a birthday gift

Cashier at returns counter was VERY rude and [censored]y to my friend that was simply exchanging gifts I bought for her that were the wrong size. I left the tags attached with only the price removed. Forgot to obtain a gift receipt for her but I assured her that Meijer was a great store and she'd have no problem exchanging her gifts. She was made to feel like she stole the items ! The cashier was giving her such a hard time with all the explanations of what she COULDN'T do and my friend hadn't even gone to pick out something to exchange! She actually told my friend to call me and have me drive the receipt to the store! She TOOK the clothes from my friend and put them behind the counter basically telling her she needed to get a receipt! As if she STOLE THE CLOTHES!😠 MY FRIEND was so upset and shaking nearly in tears when she called me. NEVER ever should ANYONE be treated in such a manner.

I mentioned the wrong location..it was actually the store in Oregon Ohio ! This surprised me..I have always had a great experience at that location but never at the returns counter 😲

Meijer service

About 2 months ago I was shopping at Meijer and was attempting to leave when the buzzer went off. I stopped and gave my receipt of carry no purse at all the unknown man was like what did u steal I am a 56 year old woman being embarrassed by the accusations. Finally I was allowed to leave with no apology. when I got home I explained to my husband what happened and he called the store right away. He was told for me to go to service desk and pick up a $15 gift card. I was so disappointed in the store I hadn't returned. My daughter is here to visit and was making a trip to Meijer do I decided it would be a great time to pick it up as my health no longer allows me to drive. We went to the service counter and talked to the lady at tg desk she said I have nothing for you and then she called a manager which George I believe was his name would be right there to issue a gift card. We waited 20 minutes and asked how much longer as my health doesn't allow me to stand long(and no wheel chairs were available.) And she said well he had other people to help besides you. My daughter then said excuse me this was the stores mistake you must make it right and the lady said we'll wait then he will be here when he has time. We told her forget it as it has been almost 30 minute's. I needed to get my things and go! I would like a response asap as this is the 2nd time I have been mistreated!

Meijer rude worker

I was standing outside the bathroom in the hall waiting for my six year old daughter to come out and a worker with a pallet tried to squeeze by my cart. When I saw that I was possibly in his way, I said "oh sorry" and he said nothing, not even to acknowledge I said something, but normal customer service would be to say "its okay" or something. Then, he came back out of the service area and I tried to get out of his way with my six year old, and yet he still tried to squeeze past us because we weren't moving fast enough for him. I thought he said "move" but, because I could swear by it, I didn't start cursing him out and making a scene. Not that I would want to curse in front of my daughter. I was just so angry. I expect that kind of customer service out of workers at Walmart, but not Meijer. That is why I don't go to Walmart anymore. I'm tried of people being so unappreciative of work and getting bad customer service. I would be fired for being so rude. I don't know if there needs to be training or better worker benefits/hours or what, but I don't want to give a place my business if there are [censored] working for them.
