Unallocated funds to my account
I incorrectly made a payment to dstv account [protected] on 11 September 2021 via paya fsp for R408, I received a link on dtsv via WhatsApp which led me to the payat payment website to do the online payment. Thereafter I tried to call dstv to allocate correctly to [protected] they request Proof of payment. I asked Nedbank they sent me a bank statement as this was an online payment they were unable to share pdf proof of payment. I contacted payat fsp they say dstv needs to request proof directly from them as they do not liase with customers directly. Dstv keeps telling me to send proof of payment which I only have statement from Nedbank. They don't even respond to payats fsp email sent to them.

Supersport, rugby
For two weeks I am complaining with them as a premium subscriber I am intitled to have afrikaans comentry availible as a service provider and as a premium subscriber supersport is supposed to provide that service when they broadcast intercooler rugby on Saturday afternoons but it seem supersport think they to good to respond as I get no respond from them as they supposed to provide as usual for commentary in English, afrikaans and xosa comentry but I think ad a premium subscriber I don't get the respect I deserve from them. My last option will be to report them to icasa as they allways on adverts say you as an premium subscriber got language options but in this case only English is availible and I think this is a shame from dstv supersport rugby.
Hope you can get a response as there help desk just say every time still wait for a response from superspirt but that response never come and I come to the conclusion they think they to good to respond and don't respect there premium subscribers.
Desired outcome: To get afrikaans comentry availible at any interschool matches they broadcast.

I made a subscription payment on the 9th using my bank app, I waited till the next day and it was not activated, so I assumed that the payment didn't go through and I did another one on the 10th and it was activated, and when I checked through my DStv app, and I noticed the two transaction reflected and I want the reversal of the first one with Smart card No:[protected], Name :ESENE E.C.
Series - evil
Dstv has recently aired a series called Evil which is absolutely disgusting and disturbing to the viewers and in addition the trailer is on repeat, please stop showing this Series or the trailers. We have younger that watch Dstv and the trailers have been so sickening it gives my child nightmares. Please can you address this complaint with immediate effect.

Paid account and dstv services still inactive
On the 09/09/2021 was services were disconnected. I made a payment of R420 and R100 respectively because of reconnection fees. My account was still inactive and I called multichoice and they asked me to mail them the proof of payments. The activated the services and then deactivated them again on the 12/09/2021. I then called their consultants in vain with no help. Kept sending emails and then got a response from dstv help desk. The asked for the proof of payments which they already have and said they would reconnect my services. Nothing has happened and now they are no longer responding to my emails.
I feel I'm being scammed because they are referring me from one department to another

Dstv account services
I am a premium subscriber for at least 2 years with a debit order in place latelty. All went wrong the last 2 months. They keep on linking a family package to my account and want immediate payment is required. They then disconnect my 2 decoders. When i complain they restore my service like on last Friday. This morning i again was disconnected from showmax and i see i had to pay R1426.72 by yesterday. This is manees my premium account was paid end of August via debit order. I have no other escalation route available. Please assit

I am paying for a service with no use to me, I have tried numerous of times to resolve my issue without success, I am getting promises that it will be sorted but nothing happens, just un-logical expectations, the operators do not know what they are doing. For the wholw of this year i have been treated badly byy dstv, every monthmy account is different . I took the price lock contract last year for the ultra decoder and every month the amount will vary from r1340-3500 which i dont understand whatis was for. Few months ago i cancelled netflix, my insurance for all 3 of my decoders, downgraded to compact plus . But i still paid more than r1400 every month and still was never the same amount. Last week sunday a consultant from dstv by the name of ntando called me and after a long chat he promised me that my account has been resolved and fixed and thati must pay r248 and from the 15th which my new payment day i will pay r999 monthly and i paid r250 on the 07th, this morning i get an sms to pay r99 because they will stop my viewing, i go to the app itsays i must pay r1235. What kind of scam are youpeople running? what kind of nonsense is this? why must i go through this every damn day? i have cancelled most things so that i dont pay much money but still has changed. I called this morning and they tell me a different story. Its a different story evry damn day and time.

Language on The Block
The Block Australia is currently showing at 18:00 on Mnet. This is family viewing time. My daughter (8years old) loves the program, but there is a lot of foul language (f bombs) that can't be bleeped out! I don't think this is suitable during this timeslot? How can the language be changed to family to bleep out the swear words? Currently that option is not available?!? Thanks

i am truly dissatisfied with the service i have received from DSTV and no one is able to explain where do they get the information to debit an account that i am not banking with and why have they let me pay cash then i authorize a debit order and a holiday home, on what address is the holiday home, as my decoder is in 9 Geelhout Avenue Doringkruin Klerksdorp

Your streaming service I tried out had issues and took a whole day to resolve. Also when I took out the streaming service 2 boxes were activated and was charged over R600.00. I have not used my dstv boxes for 4 yrs. When I spoke to 3 members of your customer service team over 2 days to deactivate these I was assured no money will be taken.
My bank was deducted without my permission and a refund has been agreed. However, if I incur bank charges as my account is in the red I expect you to pay it.
I only used showmax and expect my bank details to be deleted form your system for any other service.

Termination of services without formal notice
26th Aug 21 services terminated by provider without notice. Contacted call centre however no one picked up up until 30th Aug 21. Email sent on 26th was responded to on the 29th Aug 21. Consultant finally advised what the challenge was with account and needs to be released by the Risk dept. That flagged my account for Fraud which I wasn't made aware off in the first place. Contact for Risk debt. Was provided by Consultant however no luck in interacting with anyone who can solve my account challenges. To date still out of service which I paid in advance for and no return of my emails or calls from Risk dept who can actually unflag my account. I told them I am done running after them when I am the one aggrieved. Consultant informed me that they wait for the customer to call in to query instead of them contacting customer to advise of new developments in one's account.
Desired outcome: Unblock my account and free service for full year for defamation of character, not fulfilling contract as per initial agreement. Lack of communication and misleading information on products offered.
Incorrect billing
Account [protected]: I was billed r2400 instead of +/-r600 while on prepaid. I paid what I used to on 20 august. But they blocked the account I and my family are very frustrated due to this. I regret the day I became multi choice customer. Do they ever know what customer service, have they ever put theirself in my shoes? I phone for help, I spoke to khanyisile mthembu. Who said she is putting me through manager, I was put on hold for hours without help, she ended up hanging up on me. It that how multi choice treats their customers?

Why must I struggle to be refunded if I don't owe you, I need my refund because I made a double payment by mistake, I provided everything you wanted but you don't even come back to me, that alone shows that you don't care about your bread and butter (customers). Please be reliable to us. You know very well that we rely on you. Be open and honest .

Good day, I would like to lodge a formal complaint for dstv SA. I have an issue of billing since the 4th of August and it still has not been resolved to til today. I have sent numerous emails and called over 10 times but still have no answer. I have requested to speak to a manager and the consultants always say there is no manager. I have a massive complaint regarding the Dstv streaming options for sport.
I would just like to know, why for the olympic events were we able to view all events.
We got to celebrate all the different sporting events, which was fantastic!
Yet! For the Paralympics there have only been two channels allocated ? Actually, visibly there are no channels allocated.
The Paralympics should be able to be streamed just as the olympics was!
I mean the discrimination towards these athletes is unbelievable!
After googling and contacting your dstv call center, I've found out that you must purchase Showmax PRO? I've even visited the supersport TV guide and it shows no events for the Paralympics?
Showmax is the only way we can watch? Why wasn't that like that for the olympic events?! These are athletes who have been training for years just like the olympic athletes ! Why are we not able to view and celebrate them in the same way?
Honestly the disrespect is disgusting!

My dstv explora services has been cancelled
Good day
I wanted to cancel my DSTV package, changed my mind and called 2892222 to ensure that my services NOT get cancelled. I was ensured, everything still fine and payments will still go of on 23rd of each month.
Last month, I had to manually pay my DSTV. This morning, again it was suspended. Now I have DSTV, but I cannot record or watch anything that was recorded.
I am not happy about this, I have asked the lade to make sure, I will still have everything as before.
Please can this be looked into
