Playtika Winnings

i had a big win and after i went to bed the game took all my winnings, i have been playing this game for years can you tell me why it took all my winnings, its kind of discouraging, i am a disabled person and use the game to occupy me from the pain i suffer daily, could you please give me at least half of my winnings back.thank you from an old lady in Canada

Playtika Slotomania

This game used to give a warning when you were about to bet the highest bet. It doesn't do it any more. Randomly when I came back into a game after following links to other rewards etc it was set on the highest bet 14, 000, 000, 000! I played this a few times before I realised. The same thing happened last week. I lost 1/4 of my coins today in 2 spins and the same in one spin last week. I am ready to throw this game to the scrap heap. It takes ages to build up and build up and then it takes it in an instant!

Playtika The application cannot log in

The game doesnt opened from yesterday alla the time something wrong when your log in can I know the reason please I tried from my pc and from my phone and the same happened from up to 24 hours even the same on my son and husband and my friend account did you stoped the game in lebanon please help me get my account back so please waiting your reply very soon

Playtika Rewards

Last 2 weeks I won several mini games so eifeltower and more, a won in 5 games a total of 12T, none of these are rewarded to my account.

Every time it happened I filled in the ticket, I must say, within 12 hours I got a respons, but all the had to say every time, there is no technical issue, we looked at it and we'll see that you won the price, they send also a screenshot of the winning price...yes I won the price...no the price was not rewarded to my account.
Normaly I don't complain, it happens often you get a big win and the amount that's rewarded is about 80% you really won, but oke its a nice and free game.
But 12T it's a lot of coins!

Playtika Not able to download game

I was playing and started having problems with the program, so I deleted it and tried to upload again through apps, but it won't let me and it's been a few days. I've been a player for years and have never had problems uploading the app whenever I've run into problems. When I deleted it due to problems, I had over a trillion points, so I'm not sure if that's why.

Playtika Slotomania

On Tuesday, Nov. 10, I was playing slottomania and won 1.5 trillion coins in free spins. I continued to play going up and down but stopped with the 1.5 trillion remaining. Later in the day I went back in and I only had 800 million. I do know that the problem of having to use your password every time you sent gifts was fixed sometime when I was not on that day. I love this game and I'm not lucky very often, this has been very disappointing. Please help me if you can.

Made numerous coin package purchases in the past. Once packages are purchased, you rarely get a win (enticing you to make additional purchases). They have a Golden Spin where they encourage you to make a purchase for a chance to win a larger amount of coins. The black wedge pays the largest. If you make the purchase and don't land on the black wedge, they will add an additional black wedge, therefore, giving you better odds of landing on it in the future. They charge you every time to spin. Ince you make the purchase, you are enticed to keep purchasing until you get the black wedge. They generally make you purchase the majority of the other wedges until you finally land on the black wedge. I have a picture below as an example (which in this picture, I have yet to land on the black wedge). However, since you already have so much money invested, you keep playing until you land on it. I have purchased this golden spin multiple times over the last year thinking this can't always be the case, however it always is. It is not random. It is obviously fixed to take as much money as they can. I would like to be refunded every single purchase I have paid them over the past year (which is thousands).

mmm! Where do I begin.

Contacted Slotomania's Customer Chat Team in game with not being able to load side game S&L as freezes game when select spin dice, this also meant was unable to do the Clan Challenge. They came back and said that it must be my internet connection having problems.

We had and paid $200 to GeeksRU tech to come here. He said nothing wrong with our internet connection otherwise we would be having massive issues with all apps and programs. This is not the case. Me not Tech savvy! LOL!

Re-contacted customer service and was informed that many customers are having same issue and has referred to tech team to investigate. Heard nothing for days, re-contacted again and was told to 'have patience' and someone from tech team would come back to me - this was in Feb 22. It's now May 22 (me forgot about this as had medical conditions to deal with). Well, I had great patience lol, until had another issue happen on 30-4-22 where wasn't paid for two massive wins in an hour. 1st time thought I was seeing things when money wasn't added to my balance so ignored it as didn't have a photo of win. So, with next massive win I took a photo immediately and guess what I never received the win amount. So, I contacted customer support and once again was informed that issue was put in hands of tech team with my photo and to: have patience.

They finally got back to me on 3-5-22 where told by customer support that a resolution had been reached and someone from tech team would be contacting me shortly but 'to have patience'!

Well I now have been informed that I will not be being paid as was visual glitch not by tech team! was informed by customer service only after I went back to them again.

This is very poor service and not honourable treatment, even when you have photo proof. So unfair. Oh and the screen said congratulations' you win $$$$ in 10 free spins'. Don't know how this could be visual glitch! remember I have photo proof

I'm sick of the horrible language!
Missing coin all the time, got to the point where I screen shot my coin wake up next day and missing coin!
Game freezes all the time when I have a great hand! Then i'm out coin!
Customer service has never in 3 years responded to any complaint or technical issues i'm having!
Over 2 months ago they shut down for maintance and I was missing along with a lot of other players over 2 million in coin!
They did nothing to make it better!
They also have several robots at the tables! It's only odious!
Make it right or shut it down!'n

Playtika The calculator that adds up your winnings is not right

I have been playing for a long while and I enjoy the game but I have been noticing for a while now that the calculator is not adding properly. When I win exemple : 23m well the calculator adds up 20M instead. That is with every every spin I win and in every game. I had at one point 98 B and I went down so fast and I was betting only between 2 m and 5m a bet. Now for the past few months I had to buy credits. So when you buy the credits you start noticing these things, I do love the game but I don t have the money to keep buying. In over all I think that Slotomania should give me back in the lease between 10B and 20 Billions coins and fix the calculator. It says Free slots but I have to pay for my coins because I have trouble winning big jackpots. Please, Slotomania is my past time and I keep telling my friends that the games are fun. How in heavens' name is it possible to bet over 100 billion on a game "wild queen" and get one bonus for 6 billion.. I have gotten more betting 20 million a spin as opposed to 250 million a spin.. Guess u think every one of your customers are idiots..?.. You people are lower than the the low since u definitely have the intelligence to know better! To start, I make several purchases through mega spins frequently. Last night I spun and landed on the 179 billion wedge. I was only awarded 20 billion. Today I just purchased another a pin and landed on the 20 billion wedge and only received 2 billion. Im very disappointed as this has never been an issue. Please award my coins as I love playing. This will be the deciding factor of continuing to play or delete.

Fir going on 3 weeks, I have been unable to receive gifts from friends or trade cards, they claim this is facebook issue, neither seem to have found a fix or owned up to whos fault it is, difficult to complete dashes that require cards, without purchasing. Not one mention online of any known fault, play tika give same excuse over and over

The game team is trying to find the root cause of the issue and is in contact with Facebook to resolve this at the earliest. We will not be able to send you a proof as it is internally done but rest assured that you will see a silver lining soon.

We have already included your case in the current investigation performed by our game team and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a resolution.
Our wizards have taken this on priority and it will be fixed anytime soon and I will make sure you will receive an email from our team when it is fixed.

Playtika Slotomania casino game

I have been playing Slotomania for years. Last week was the first time I actually was doing really well. Now however I cannot access the game. I have been trying for days. Every time I try, it won't open. It's crashes. I have cleared out my cache, I have emptied and cleared history. I have rebooted my IPAD several different times. I have plugged and unplugged the machine several times as well. I am so discouraged. I don't want to lose my points. If I uninstall and reinstall everything will be gone. Please help me.

Your game is a huge rip-off! You charge so much for an extra spin of the wheel and I still get the lowest freaking amount possible! How do you expect people to keep playing and spending money if they get screwed! I think the higher you get the bigger the prizes should be! That tells you those that are in higher levels are loyal! Or were loyal! It's just a huge scam!

My thoughts exactly. I have spent thousands. When you play the golden wedge and make a purchase, if you don’t land on the black wedge, they will add an extra wedge, therefore, leading you to believe that your chances are better next time. However, it doesn’t land on the black wedge until you have made 10-12 purchases and there is only 1 or 2 wedges left that are not black. This is not random. It is fixed. Once you have invested so much money, you play until you get the black wedge and they know that. Notice picture below. I have still not landed on the black. Just impossible. Happens every single time I have played and paid for this spin.
