EMPLOYEES IN THE GREAT FALLS MONTANA STORE ARE TREATED POORLY. There is a lead who tells staff they are not allowed to take there lunch and tell they finish their zone. or when a staff member is supposed to get trained she tells them they can stay late and do their training and then take a long lunch the next day so that they don't have OT. This leads name is Jass. In fact nothing like starting your shift and being told that if we are not done with our area by the time we leave then we have not done enough in 8 hours SO MOTIVATING.nOT TO MENTION THIS LEAD AND SOME OF THE STAFF ALSO SMOKE WEED AT WORK AND BEFORE WORK

I purchased 3 rugs when I moved into my new home. I returned 1 rug on 8/19/2023. As of today, I have not received my refund. I have gone into the store over 4 times and no one can help me. I went to my bank they said nothing has been received. The last time I went I was given a phone number to call they assured me they can help and they could not help. The mgr at the store said oh they can help just give them your receipt number. Now I'm reaching out to you for a resolution. I want my refund. I have included a copy of my return receipt

The Roanoke, VA Sam's Club has a gas station with an equal amount of left and right pump lines. In the past and until recently, if your preferred tank side line was backed up, you could and were directed to the other side pump line by an attendant to keep the lines moving regardless of the do not enter sign. Within the past couple of weeks, the attendants have become bold and hostile to anyone who enters the line in what they consider the wrong direction. I was personally told by one young attendant to "shut up and move your car" which was shocking to me and other customers who heard this outburst. With quick research, a study that was conducted in 2020 revealed that 78% of vehicles have gas tank fillers on the left (driver side) of vehicles. My suggestion is that Sam's Club modifiy their lines from 50/50 to 75/25. A few sign changes and maybe some arrow painting would be a minimal expense. This will allow faster fill ups and less station congestion.
Not receiving a verification code via text to get into my account to place an order.
I have not been able to get a verification code to log into my account. My account number is [protected], a plus account. I have spoken to a Justin and a Rosie, who are IT managers. The office is not in America. The ones that answer the phone will no longer transfer me to a manager. I was told that they would keep me in the loopp. I am a disabled shut-in and I depend on Sam's Club for their delivery service. Their is something wrong with the server, the coding? I get other messages from Sam's Club via text. It is taking too long. It has been going on for almost 3 weeks. Either set up a new account, solve the problem or refund my plus membership fee. Why can't I get in touch with anyone? Why are they ignoring me.

On 09/11/2023 I carried in a Sam’s Club delivery. They were really to heavy for me to deal with. But.. it had started to rain. We have never, ever, had a problem with items being delivered from Sam’s Club. They always bring them up the 5 steps, and leave them by the door. And… Yes, even with a large container sitting by the driveway. This time was laziness on the part of the delivery person. I couldn’t see that they had been delivered, until I stepped outside. I had a bad thing happen with the plastic ring on the bottle when you unscrew the cap on the water bottle. I took a big drink out of the water bottle and starting chocking because I had something stuck in my throat. I keep trying to get it to come out and my husband had to do the belly squeezing to help me get whatever up that was in my airway. finally between him working on the ribs and me trying to get it out. I ended up throwing up water and the plastic ring that was on the top of the bottle came out. I have been treating a problem with Reflux esophagitis and have to go have another EGD.
Desired outcome: I want a response to this problem that I wrote. I understand that most complants don't get resolved. And this is a serious matter with these bottles.

I'm a truck driver for Legend Transportation and was also a driver for Walmart .
I've been doing this for over 32 years and have never delivered to such a circus as the Sam's Club Distribution Center in Ontario California at 1000 Cucamonga Avenue. They have truck parked up and down both sides of the street in the middle left hand turn lane all of which is illegal parking the whole street is posted no parking at any time we're all sitting out here for hours they won't let us in early to make our deliveries then when you get in there it's a nightmare so crowded to even back in it's unsafe I took pictures I also sent this complaint to Sam's Club email and they told me to try another email so here I am I hope someone reads this and can figure out a better way at this distribution center for truck drivers to deliver your products.

$110 was removed from my account without my permission and when I went in the store as asked to do I was treated like dirt by the manager who tried to deny me my constitutional right to speak. He walked away as I was speaking extremely rude. Just what kind of people are you hiring as managers? My bank and everyone involved called it fraud.
