Shopee honor 9 lite

I have ordered 3 Honor 9 lite for RM 1322 on 19th August 2018. As i need to leave Malaysia permanently on 22nd August, i cancelled the order as the expected delivery date is 27th August. Buy they declined the cancel request and insisted me to receive the product even when I am not in the country.
Later i got an email from shopee team stating that the product had been already delivered to some one called CHOLES in the shipping address i gave. Unfortunately there is no one called in that name in the address i gave.
Now i am in india and i can't receive the product at any cost.
Now both seller and shopee team cheated my 1322 RM.
Is there any consumer court to resolve this issue.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUD PORTAL SHOPEE.

Shopee stainless steel dish rack delivered by wesley2018

Dish rack is part of order 18081415487D8T6 & was received without accessories including screws inside the box. Product is useless coz you can't assemble without the screws. Wesley2018 was contacted via chat to complain about missing accessories & they promised to send it. But they told me that they can't ship coz item was too small & asked me if i can order another item from their store. I did this even if it is an additional cost for me. New items ordered 18082208117J2GQ but no dish rack accessories delivered. I again complained to the store but they are now insisting that accessories has been delivered. I sent messages wherein i get a failed to send notice despite resending even if store was on-line.

Shopee requested for replacement of the product, seller fooled me

August 16, I received a DEFECTIVE unit. I messaged them immediately, hoping to form a replacement deal with them. They were online that time but were not responding, until I sent an official Refund request from Shopee on August 17. At that moment, they were quick to decline my request and ask me to cancel my request since they'll process my replacement at once. I believed them since they were responsive that time and seemed legit.

August 18, Saturday, they tricked me into cancelling my Refund request since they said my order "would NOT be processed" while I have the Refund request active. I tried to ask why would it not process but they avoided the question and I just went with it because they seemed nice and actually convincing.

August 20, Monday, I asked for an update from them and they told me to expect it around Wednesday.

August 24, Friday, I texted them asking for an update or a tracking number at the very least, but to no avail.

August 25, Saturday, midnight, I knew something was wrong. I'm new to Shopee so i'm not familiar with its controls. When I looked at my transaction, I was surprised it was moved from "To Receive" category to "Completed". That's when I noticed that I can't request for refund anymore and I felt all the more I was scammed. That's when it all came to me that it was their ploy to gain my trust and make me cancel my request. Up to now, I haven't received any item and i'm not expecting to receive one anymore.

I paid 310 php for the item (270 php + 40 php for shipping). All I want is to get my money back, OR get a FUNCTIONAL version of the item. Having some sort of punishment for them is secondary.

Attached in the photos below are our conversations, and a picture of the item. The first picture with the item shows that it is not functioning since the center light is pushed down, meaning it is supposed to be turned on but even the red indicator light isn't working. The second pic with the item is there for comparison in that, when the central button is not pushed down, the red indicator still isn't lighting up.

Shopee wet n wild

LBC texted me. They said they will deliver it today but I didn't received a message from them who will deliver it. I was waiting for their text messages so I can get the parcel but they didnt delivered, when I checked the status by tracking it they said they tried to deliver it but it was failed. what was that and they return my parcel to wet n wild again.

Shopee Black arrow shipping company (ozamiz branch)

I waited for some items that I ordered from Shopee and the courier exceeded the time frame to delivered the items so I contacted the seller from Shopee and informed them that I still have not received my orders and that their courier exceeded the time frame to delivered the items. After a few hours I got text messages from Black Arrow Ozamiz that my items are ready to be delivered. Wow! Isn't that magic? It looks like that they are lazy to deliver my items and that they need to be hammered first before they're going to do an action. Great courier service isn't it? So, let's go back to the scenario. So they called me and informed me that my items are ready to be delivered but I am not home when they called me so I told them if they could just deliver it later (Provided them a time) and by that time I am sure that I am home already. But what really pisses me off is that the delivery guy told me to meet him somewhere near my current location to deliver my items and I told him that I really can't because I was working on something important and it will be incovenient for me to do it. So, I told him if he can't come back later and deliver my items then it would be convenient for me to have it delivered the next day but the delivery guy didn't answered and instead said "Nahhhhh". He seems lazy enough to come back the next day to deliver it. So, I told him that I will have to pick it up the next day since he's lazy to deliver the items. Then later that day I received a text from the delivery guy reminding me to pick up my items the next day and I should surely pick it up as it will be the last day of items or they're going to send it back to Shopee. Wow, what a MANNER! They failed to deliver my items on time, they did not deliver my items on my house, they're not treating me nice and they have the courage to send me that text! Shame on you Shopee and specially to your logistics partner Black Arrow Express!

Shopee shopee is really dishonest

-i ve made an order for a Nintendo switch gadget, 2100PHP, the seller failled to ship the product as he didn t have any stock and his delivery was delayed.
Shopee refunded me on their wallet...so i pay cash, and they oblige me to order on their site, taking hostage my money ...

-i ordered 6 camera sling bags.
zoom courier failed to take the products as their pouch was too small. They notified the problem to Shopee who didn t care.
i couldn t ask for refund on the last day as i was on trip.
The next day, Shopee paid the seller, they do nt even check if the shipping company they hired (it s shopee who hires the shipping company not the seller here) succesfully delivered, no they paid the seller straight away.
this is 2 weeks now, and the seller haven t recieved the bags yet...incredible. And shopee said it s up to the seller to refund me...
So shopee does nothing at all if you do nt hit their refund button, then, they get commission on a steal, cos this is what it is, a steal, i paid my order and got nothing in return...and yet they cover the seller.
zoom courier was supposed to pick up the bags on the 9th, and i had until the 12th to ask for a refund...so zoom had only 3 days to deliver...ridiculous.

After this, would i order again on shopee? no. but they have my 2100PHP on their wallet...i am not masochist, once is enough.

-There are plenty scammers on their site.
One seller was selling a brand new macboopro 2018 for 30 000 PHP, 5 times cheaper, telling she was in urgent need of money cos her mom needed surgery and this macbook was a gift from her uncle from USA...
So i checked her product for sell, 6 mac and 6 iphone X...wow, nice uncle to make 12 gifts...so i checked the picture of the serial number on google, it was a sale on ebay from UK, 6 months sooner...
I reported her to shopee for scam, ...actually, her shop is still opened and she s still advertising those items...

Shopee service of a seller and delay response of your customer support

Good day! I wanted to escalate this concern of mine to your management. I ordered Nestle Kit Kat products last Aug 09, 2018 under Nestle official account in your platform. They promised me that they will ship out my item not until just around aug 19 that they informed me that they wont be able to ship it since it didn't synch on their system. I honestly am disappointed with what happened because I stay awake for their BRAND SALE just for me to order those items and yet all they can say is just that they cannot ship it due to the fact that it didn't synch in their system. I escalated this to Shopee PH SUPPORT but UNTIL NOW no feedback has been made and I am really disappointed with this. My contact number is [protected] and you can reach me at [protected]@gmail.com. Shopee rude delivery guy melboy

I've been ordering products for two years and I didn't have any problems with the delivery until today. Usually, the delivery guy will call me to confirm if I'm available to receive the items so it was convenient for me since I don't have cellphone load always to reply. But this guy from xpost/quadX (he said he's Melboy) texted me around 7am that he's going to deliver my order in the morning and asked me to reply if I'm available. So since I don't have a load I called him using our landline phone. I asked him a time frame when he can deliver it since we need to go somewhere in the afternoon. He specified in his text message that he will deliver the item in the morning but now he said he'll deliver it 1PM. I told him that since he said morning he should deliver it before 12noon and he answered me rudely that he cannot assure that because there's no delivery in the morning (Well, the other delivery guys delivers my order in the morning). While I was complaining about his tone he dropped the call. I want to report this to xpost so that they can take proper actions to this delivery guy.

Shopee dress lingerie

This is not my first time ordering from dressingup.ph. My first try was good from items' quality to shipping time frame. So i reffered the seller to my friends and i ordered again until this happened.

I ordered "Womens Sexy Red Lady Dress Lingerie Underwear Robe Babydoll" on July 30th (see photos below ) and delivered on August 11. Apparently at my surprise it is totally incorrect item, color is right though. Just to be nice, I contacted the seller first and waited 2 days for the response. Here is what the seller said:

"Now the Internet is not good, I can't see your pictures, sorry"

This irritated me ofcourse. Who would believe that a bussiness person who does online bussiness experiencing a bad service considering that the seller lives in China. I assumed seller must have postpaid service too. But theres more...
I received couple of messages from the seller stating that they sent me "red" lingerie based on my order. Its funny. Heres some of them:

"Dear, we sent you the goods according to your order. Is there any mistake in red?"( theres a picture with this message highlighting the word "red", please see the photos provided below)"

"This is red. The error of dear is caused by the camera light"

That one is really funny, trying to scam buyers. " is there any mistake in red?" seriously?! Well for you buyer that is reading this right now before looking at the photos, my order is not just red lingerie. I have no issue with the color, the problem is the item itself. I have tried to maintain my composure while dealing with this impossible, king of denial, fool individual. Since we are not going anywhere. I file dispute to shopee and seller with its guts appeals to my dispute request. So shopee is currently investigating this.

You cant really tell who to trust in online shopping. Definitely not this seller, stay away from this seller if i were you. You may have a good deal at the moment but when problem occurs, seller cannot be trusted. When i get what i wanted i will close my account in Shopee.

To give you an update.

Well...at the very last day of dressingup.ph worthless battle "pinaninindigan " the illogical reason towards the alleged item, that it is "correct", that it is "red":

"I'm very sorry, but there is still a color difference in the actual drawing due to the light problem"

Shopee gives a fair judgment. I received my refund through shopee wallet. The cost of the item(Php 177 only) is not what matters to me but its the principle. You are ashamed to Shopee dressingup.ph, you should shut down. (see the photos below) .

Now, I am satisfied. Hopefully I made you so mad and I guess thank you for the FREE item.

Shopee purchase & refunds at shopee. sg

This app and portal is LOUSY. questions and requests are pinged from one service staff to another. Staff do not check your records, so that every time you get a reply you need to explain your problem all over. Then the website stated they will refund shipping returns into shopee wallet. But in reality they want my credit card or bank account to do "transfer". Their security is bad. There is no way I will ever use them.

Shopee bad shopping website.

shopee is a disappointing online shopping website. poor customer service and system. i cannot log in anymore to my account..it is always asking for a verification even if your phone has already been successfully verified previously..and even if you try asking for a verification code, , , you cannot receive any code to your phone..it has been a week and I consulted their customer service..they always pass the complaint from one representative to the next..representatives keep on asking the same questions and a week has passed the issue has not been resolved...I am not even sure what is the status of my order..it's been a week..no updates and notification from the seller and website...and a very confusing and too many delivery tracking pages.. If you want a better online shopping website...you should go to LAZADA..

This customer username davidpundal ordered g-shock watch, But the receiver is named RP Vallerio. As soon as naiprepare na i took picture pero di naman nag reply agad so naship out ko na, tapos after nun saka nya sinabi na bakit walang tin can, ang sabi ko nakamention naman na walang tin can yun. Shopee organizer

Ive received my order from one their sellers which is 'ulifeshop'. The first one that i have reported is the phone holder since i ordered pink but received purple. They refunded it. However, ive found out that 1 of the bag organizers is damaged. Already sent photos of the damaged item to the seller but they are not responding to my messages. I tried asking help from shopee customer service but they cant do anything! I paid for a damaged item and they don't even fix the issue. They have told me that I should reported the bag with the holder. Thats it.?! Kindly do somehing please. Their policy is so bad!

Shopee bluetooth headphone

Greetings!

A week ago, I ordered an Item from seller otto.shop which was bluetooth headset. A week after I ordered, I recieved the item, the box was not in good condition, when I checked and tried it, the bluetooth wasnt functioning and it isnt connecting to my phone's bluetooth. When I checked it well i noticed some scratches in the right part it. When i return it to the box i saw an engrave words written 'LEFT SIDE NOT WORKING' so i think the item that was given to me was a second handed. When i check on my sisters bluetooth and compared it to mine (because she ordered too week ahead before I did and I use it as a reference for my order) i noticed that the two were different item, her manual was written in english, mine was chinese. and hers is nia-x3 bluetooth v4.2, mine was v4.0, when i checked my order details I ordered bluetooth 4.2 but they gave me a wrong item. And now when i complain to them they required me to send the item back to them, which means i have to spend 200 php for shipping fee, which again I believe that is a very unfair for my side.. Now, shopee, I am asking for your help to solve this problem. I paid the right amount and now just because of their recklessness, ill be the one to suffer and pay 200 php just to get my right item. So DISSAPOINTING!

Shopee defective kingston 124 gb usb & 2tb toshiba hard drive

They sent me defective and inaccurate item that I have ordered. I placed an order and made payment for 2tb storage of usb & 2tb hard drive however both are defective and can't even used it by simply doing copy, paste, transfer files, pictures, movies, songs. None of these are functioning. The usb they even sent me is not 2tb which is only 124gb aside for it being defective. I emailed them for complaint and asking for replacement/refund and they replied the assurance that they will replace the item until after a week they already rejected my emails for follow up and no replacement/refund had happened. I want to file complaint of this seller as they are scammers/bogus and this needs to stop so they can't any customer fraud again by selling good items and shipping it defectively. I have paid 2490 php and I want to refund my money from them but they are not reaching out. I am in need of your help to make a refund. Greatly appreciate your assistance on this matter. Shopee black arrow - tracking # bex6847913754406

Hi,
Since Monday, July 23 and until yesterday, July 24, i am receiving a text from Black Arrow that my package is out for delivery but it never arrived and neither did i receive a call just in case the delivery person cannot find the location of my house. I also tried calling the # who texted me for the status but my calls were all cancelled. I will attach all my proof of sending a reply and calling them and even sent an email asking for the status of my package. Much to my surprise, status now is for Return to Sender on which i was not even contacted but i have been waiting at home so to receive my package.

Hi good day im noriel i send this complain because im so dissapointing I buy videocard last few months ago @allgoodshop.ph dated 04/26/2018 and i receive the item dated 5/12/2018 and now its not working i almost used this item for just two months and 12 days and yet it its not working i spend money and im not satisfied pls pay attention to this asap...or i can change item for my money...or for refund thank you

Shopee clothing

I placed an order with the seller: wonder_shopping.ph on July 10. My expected date that the order will be sent out is on 07/30. The timeframe is already extremely long, but I understand due to different sellers locations and the differences in company logistics. I also understand that the shipping system is terrible in the Philippines. Then I saw this status from shoppe:

Your order is ready to ship from the seller" pa rin as of 7/13.

So i contacted the seller to make sure that these items will be shipped in time. Here is what she said:

"sorry, the shipping time is not out control, hope you understand."

I waited a week longer. However...knowing that my order was supposed to be shipped out on 07/19 by the seller and I monitor my account very closely, The seller contacted me on 7/19. They told me due to their companys logistics it was being delayed and they wanted me to cancel the order and order again. Seriously? This is what they then sent me:

"Due to the shopee policy, if there is no delivery for more than ten days, the logistics will be delayed. Now we can't help you with the shipment. I'm sorry, can you bother canceling your order and reordering?"

I won't. Why should I? Just because the seller cant work out their logistics of the products that they are selling. They just want me to cancel so it looks like it wasnt their fault. They just dont want shoppe to discipline them because they cant meet the requirements. They have actually sent me numerous other messages saying I should cancel because they cant meet the timeframe. Will cancelling and then reordering help me get my products any sooner? What a terrible seller. No honesty or sense of responsibility. Beware!

Shopee printer that I ordered from username petrojoe

Last July 10, 2018, i purchased a printer online from the username Petrojoe and then I paid it last July 13, 2018, over the counter of Chinabank.

The product should be ship, 3 days after the payment has been done however there still no transaction was made.

I contacted the seller to asked the status of the product printer that I bought but still no response. I sent a message again and again, every other day to follow up my order but the seller still not responsive to my questions.

I tried to cancel my order but i changed my mind to purchase the product once more and to some consideration to the seller.

Today, is July 21, 2018 already but i haven't receive the printer that i purchased. I wanted to refund where can I address this concern?

As i investigate, the products being selled by PETROJOE are all copied from other online seller and posting it again to shopee to scam buyers.

Hoping this concern the authorities from shopee could resolve this issue.
