I placed an order for a pair of headsets and a watch on Takealot on Wednesday 28-February-2024. The order was set to be delivered on 01-March-2024.
On March 01, I received a text informing me that my order would be delivered on 02-March-2024. There was no explanation as to why my order would be delivered later than the agreed date.
I checked the app, only to notice that the two items had been split.
I called Takealot delivery to try and get an explanation. However, the call was never answered.
On the app, the watch was set to be delivered on 01-03-2024.
The watch was not delivered on the day.
On 02-03-2024, my headsets were delivered without the watch.
I called in again, it was answered this time.
The agent I spoke to informed me that my watch had been sent to the wrong courier facility and they could not provide me with an ETA for my watch.
I have been following up with them them since then and till today (06-03-2024) I have not received my watch and I have no clue when I will be receiving my order.
This bullying is quite upsetting.
I wish there were a place I could report this ill treatment.
They honestly do not care about resolving this.
Even if I cancel my order, I am still the one who loses.
I feel bullied.
Desired outcome: I want my watch to be delivered to me as soon as possible.
