Incomplete order
01/08/22 around 8:20-8:30 I went to get a medium french vanilla and a couple baked goods. The bagel barely had any butter in it and my french vanilla was not filled up all the way. I have no idea why I paying so much when the food and the drink I am getting is so incomplete. They even messed up my order by giving me something completely different, so an employee had to run to my car while I am driving away.
Read full review of Tim HortonsSlices of bacon
I can’t understand that I am paying 4.00$ for a bacon bagel sandwich and the amount of bacon is 3 slices (which are actually 1 full slice cut into 3 pieces) is totally rediculous ! I know Tim Hortons make’s enough money to put an acceptable amount of bacon on their sandwich’s ! This has happened at multiple locations and I have fired those locations that do not want to make the customer happy ! If this does not change I will fire Tim Hortons all together because I can’t afford to keep throwing out crappy bagels …
Customer experience
My four cheese bagel was served with a large piece of butter wrapper enclosed
I return to the store. I asked for a manager, and a very soft-spoken woman attempted to make me another bagel. The fact that I was served a bagel with a wrapper on it is inconceivable. Is there such a little care put into the preparation of other peoples purchases?! I asked for a refund and she gave me my money back in cash. But that’s not the point. Customer service should be first and foremost and I feel that more should have been done to bring my llevel of satisfaction back. Towards Tim Hortons.
Desired outcome: I feel that a substantial gift card would have changed the situation. And I would not be so disgusted and frustrated. And I would also feel that my complaint was heard
Icy parking lot
My husband and out youngest daughter. Went to Tim Hortons on December23, 2022. At the 170 st and 111 Ave in Edmonton. For Breakfast before school.
My husband was walking to the door and had a horrible fall on the ice. We have 3 daughters and a lot of family here for Christmas. The fact that I am writing this on Christmas Eve should tell you the severity of the situation.
He has several serious injuries and is in bed. Missing Christmas.
I do think that it is the store’s responsibility to ensure the sidewalks and parking are clear or at very least sanded. Please clear the sidewalks and parking lots I. Your stores. I have no husband for Christmas and my kids have no Dad for Christmas as he can’t get out of bed.
false report
On 12-21-22 around 9 or 10 am I arrived to the Troy, Ohio location to pick up a door dash order. When I arrived I was told by the supervisor, Crystal, that the order had not been placed with them. We are on a time limit for deliveries. I had to contact door dash customer service line after being lied to, and while being at time hortons and already asking...

Read full review of Tim HortonsContinuously getting charged for Cup of ‘cold water, ice water of tap water’
Issue was reported to Tim Horton’s guest services(THGS) in Nov, for Bay Concourse (Union station). The TGHS confirmed that there should be $0.00 charge for tap/cold/ice water (even if nothing is ordered)
Case 6944573
I have been asked to pay $0.10 every time, I have made an order of food (with tap water). The most recent at 3.20 PM today.
We cannot get water in a cup from a huge franchise:-(
Desired outcome: Owners of this store Paul & Tomar need to be asked to stop this practice. They were in fact contacted by THGS and they have simply ignored it!Yes, they have instructed their management to continually charge for it!
Extra bacon
Today, December 19, 2020 at approximately 9:30pm at the Oak Bluff Tim Hortons at the perimeter of Winnipeg, MB I ordered an artisan bacon grilled cheese melt with 2x extra bacon and a large chocolate milk, totalling $14.20. I didn’t complain about the price because I was(still am) hungry and was willing to pay for the extra meat to fill me up. However, I...
Read full review of Tim HortonsTims App
Today when I tried to use my Tims App at the coffee shop the system asked me to sign in. Since it sent the email to my home account I could not access it until I got home. When I did get access it had removed all my points and all my money from my card. When I contacted your help App line it took my information, stated it was $2 dollars to sign in for the answer, then tried to charge me $68 dollars to get that answer.
I am beyond angry at this point and I want to know how to get my points and money restored.
Cathy Lingard.
Desired outcome: Please give me my points and money back.......
Times advertised!
I got to the restaurant at 5:10am, December 14 2022. I pulled on the door but it was locked. I knocked hard to get someone's attention. I was ignored. I waited for 20 minutes in a blizzard and the doors were never opened. Were the hours changed from what is posted on the door. It says open at 5:00am. Not yesterday. I don't know if I'll go back again or not. Thank you for your time, Tammy
Desired outcome: Post proper hours or open the doors on time. A gift card would be nice also.
Whipped cream top in my Iced Cap
My card number is QNEP-RJML-PYJQ and I had purchased a Vanilla Iced Capp on 12/8/22 at 7:43 AM. I had drunk almost all of it and took the cap off to enjoy the whipped topping toward the bottom. When I did I noticed a red item in my cup. I took my straw and pull it out. It was the top of the whip topping can had fallen off in my cup. I was so discussed. I can't imagine how many fingers had touched this top and it had been in my cup which I had been drinking. I am sickened by this and can't believe that the person left this in my cup. With COVID and other germs imaginable, I can't imagine who may have touched my cup and exposed me to whatever germs may have been available.
Desired outcome: I expect Tim Horton to give me free large Vanilla Ice Capps for a year. This was so disgusting.

Concern potential choking issue
Tuesday November 30th I visited the Tim Horton's on Sidney street in the town of Trenton Ontario and purchased a medium Candy cane hot chocolate. I did not drink it all before it became too cold, so I decided to pour it into another cup andreheat it. upon doing so something red poured into the cup as well, I thought it must just be some candy cane not fully dissolved. But when I drank the rest of it I noticed it the bottom of my cup. When I fished it out I discovered it was the time of the whip cream container. What I am saying it's a good thing that it wasn't a child or older person that just took the lid off the cup and downedthedrink as they could have choked. Your servers need to be aware that when using products that have attached pieces they are aware hen using them that all pieces are in tact, and if unsure discard the product so there can be no mishap. I emailed another branch of your office with pictures and have yet to hear back on Wednesday of this week. Please advise your locations of potential problems of this nature. Lynne Ellis [protected]
Desired outcome: Contacted, and assured this issue has been addressed
Chilly
Yes the Tim’s in Grand Bend Ontario has changed hands again. I went in on Wednesday and ordered the chilly (usually a safe bet). What I received was a totally different product it was more like a terrible soup and now they give you a quarter of a bun. Is this the normal now cause I won’t be back.
Desired outcome: Investigated
Coffee spilt all over inside my car
Dec 6, 9:22am I went to location Maryland Wpg this morning went to get my coffee and the lid came off and spilt my coffee all over the place inside my car and brunt my hand. I went to complain to the manager and all I got was I will pay for the cleaning. How are you going to pay and how about my hand I brunt. So now my car is all wet inside and I don't even know how they are going to pay for this. I am not happy about this at all.
Please get back to me.
Thank you
Tim’s rewards
Currently I’ve been using one Tim Hortons location for my morning tea at guildwood parkway and Livingston area and they are daily [censored]ting down thier internet so no one can use thier Tim’s rewards. Every time I win a Tim’s reward for hockey I cannot claim these prizes such as a tea or anything as the scan will not except the prize and then the operator refuses to honor or give information as to how I am currently going to be able to claim said prize. I spend an average of $10 a day so I don’t see why a corporation cannot honor their commitments.
Desired outcome: I’d like to be able to claim my prizes or see a better result for the future
Drive Thru
I'm tired of going to the Drive Thru and they are out of product . Heres results of the last 4 Tim Hortons trips.

Today Dec4th Tims Russell , On- 10:00 am no sausages no everything bagels
Today Dec4th Tims Russell, On 4:30 Computer down on the drive thru , could walk in store to order -Thanks I quit and came home.
Your menu is so large and your store management so weak that you're incapable of maintaining your stock and fulfilling orders . Its time to sell the chain!
Desired outcome: I don't want anything except good service and availability of items to fulfil orders
Squatters
I'm a customer at Tim Hortons on east main st. In welland and there is a guy that's been inside for over 2 weeks and has been asked to leave (apparently) and has been sitting there and I have confronted him and he says it's cheaper here then paying for a motel and a while ago he was taken away from police hasn't taken a shower I hope something can be done.
Incorrect order, rude service
I had received my order on December 1st from Tim Hortans on 75 Roseberry St, Campbellton NB. The order was incorrect, for the third time. I called and explained the mishap, mentioned I understood mistakes happen but I am charged extra for what I want on my order. They apologized for the mistake, and stated I would receive a new order the next day. The...

Hi, I have already sent in a few complaints regarding the treatment I recieved but all I have got back so far is an automated response which is not even relevent to my situation. I came into the store 2 weeks ago hoping to use the toilet before I ordered food as I am 8 months pregnant and was desperate to use the toilet, I asked the staff where the toilets are and was asked 'if I had even made an order yet' I explained that once I had used the bathroom irl be placing my order as I could not physically stand and make an order with how bad I needed to use the bathroom, the man explained that I cant use the toilet until I had made an order? at this point I ignored the man and carried on trying to find a toilet, to find they are password protected, I just left the shop in tears, I was literally refused of such a basic human right, I never expected special treatment but would of been nice if someone understood I could not have waited a second longer to use the toilet and was just gutting for me as I was in pain when they would not let me use the toilet. So far I have not even received an apology from anyone, the staff need to be more considerate, I understand places do not want people off the street using the bathroom however I literally planned to have lunch their until your discusting staff refused me. I am actually appalled that peoples still treat people like this in this day and age.
Please email me a response to [protected]@icloud.com
Desired outcome: I would like some form of apology and 100% compensating as i have sent multiple different emails regarding this and received shabby automated responses. I would also like feedback providing to the staff at the Birmingham store.
