Burned bagel
Hi.
I just left Tim Hortons #915643 at 3:30 pm today, 11/29/22.
I could smell burned bread when they opened the window to hand me my order. When I looked, the Bagel was burned on the edges and inside. I asked to have it made over and the guy just stood there, then closed the window. A lady opened the window and asked what I wanted? I asked if she could toast a new one lightly and she said “I used the normal setting.” It was for my 87 year old mother who was in the car next to me. The lady just stood there so I asked for a Refund.
I could see her holding up and looking at Receipts when a third person asked me to pull up because it would take awhile. Just then, the other person held up a Receipt with my Refund.
The Bagel was indeed burned and I should have gotten a different Bagel.

Received incorrect order / poor service
placed order for chili + extra bun. received 1 bun. service at window... no greeting just cost of meal uttered, no hello, nothing. received bag, no goodbye, have a great day, nothing. handed me the bag and closed window. when I called to mention they messed up my order, the excuse was new staff. the lady on the window is "front line". service and greeting should be there. It wasn't. The manager I talked to said she'd offer me a free chili next time. I re-mentioned the service and said i probably wouldn't return. She replied, "OKBye". "click" she hung up on me. This wasnt the only time my order had been wrong. more training is my suggestion and especially for the rude shift manager. Not a very happy customer.
Offers that don’t work.
On Monday Nov 21 and today Nov 28 the offers I activate aren’t working. I get told by staff it’s a common issue. I still get product as it is already made. I am frustrated because I spend a lot per yr at Tim Hortons. Why give offers if I can’t redeem. One was 1.00 French Vanilla, other was Hockey reward 2.00 Medium Coffee and donut. It may seem small but I believe this issue needs fixed.
Desired outcome: Fix the issue of scanner reading the offers. Maybe a few free coffees in return.

On November 25, 2022, at 1:00 PM, I visited the Tim Horton's located at 33651 23 Mile Road, Chesterfield Township, MI 48047. I tried using my App, which was necessary to make this purchase. Using the app is necessary. After multiple attempts by store personnel, I was informed I would have to contact corporate. I had the same experience at two other stores.
I have been a longtime supporter of Tim Horton's products. It does give me pause to wonder if I should go to another store. There are Duncan Donuts as close as Time Horton's I could visit and make purchases.
Desired outcome: There be more than one way to make these promotional purchases, such as digital coupons.
Cleanliness
We have visited several Tims. So many are really dirty.
One —the sink was rusted and was never washed. The recent one was verdun on de l’église. Tables dirty benches broken and the bathrooms smelled of urine and surely had not been cleaned in a long time.
The benches were so bad u couldn’t even sit on them.
With COVID on the rise Tims should find some cleaning staff. We are afraid now to eat there and we used to really like it but we don’t know what’s in our food anymore. Disease !
Supervisor named Mia
At 4pm I entered the store at 230th and dewdney. I looked around and noticed a young person talking loudly to the employees. Something about not listening to her. I looked for an employee to take my order I stood at one till for a few seconds. I moved to another till and at that point the supervisor was yelling to someone sitting in the dining room asking them if she was their supervisor would they listen to her. I finally got served while she was yelling to someone in the dining room..
I am in shock and dismay that you have a full crew nearly that is yelling and carrying on behind the counter. There were several people who were very loud behind the counter but the girl in the grey sweater is causing problems for your team. This is appalling and makes me and I’m sure other not want to visit this restaurant. I find it also very hard to think there has not been anyone else complaining about her.
The person she was yelling to in the dining room could have been a co worker or a friend but no matter. I was embarrassed and disgusted about the restaurants atmosphere.

Horrible horrible horrible service. How is this tim’s still alive. I ordered 2 beef craveables.. Neither came with cheese, neither came with sauce.. It came with lettuce instead. Not give proper thing
I ordered 2 clintro veg wraps and asked for extra sauce but they didn’t put sauce and more they denied they can’t make another wrap proper wrap for me it’s very disgusting and inappropriate thing.
Even that’s store guy didn’t reply properly and helpfully and when we asked for this he just ignored us. It’s not proper way to serve. And i have to pay another 15$ for same thing it’s totally wast my money.
Coffee cups and trays
I am sick and tired of buying coffee and your cups the seam comes apart I have burned myself when the coffee comes out of the seams tonight nov 10 th 2022 I bought a coffee and what happens the seam came apart again and burned me on my legs and on my hand really bad this is now the second time it happened to me and the 3 times I had boughten 4 extra large coffee and they put it in a tray and when I got out of the car to carry it into the house all the coffee's fell out so I lost over 30.00 in coffee and so I ask for a double tray now because of that reason I buy coffee all the time from tim hortons in leamington ont and this is what has been happening since you went with paper cups I think this needs attention fast do not ignore it someone else will end up burned as bad as I am I am thinking of what to do because this is a regular issue with these cups and its not fair I am losing money when it happens it is bad enough coffee is expensive I can't afford to lose coffee like this it says to add pictures I am not pulling my pants down to take a picture
Stolen funds I want it returned
On the six on November I went into the Tim Hortons on Neyagawa 1 coffee 1 mint tea and an old fashioned donut. I was told that they don't serve customers at the counter anymore and I had to order electronically. First off you are a customer service organizations who service lately has been beyond horrible. Anyways and employee came out to help me order and the order was placed and paid for. Then 10 minutes later I was still waiting for my coffee and donut I asked the store manager and she informed me that the order had not placed meanwhile my visa had been charged for it. I want my money back in 3 days I have had so many issues with Tim Hortons over the past year its been outrageous. I asked the manager at the store about getting my money back and the response was oh well cooperate is making us do this. Other issues employees wearing those plastic gloves touching money food and whatever else with them on. Try washing your hands. Tim Hortons charged me twice for that order on my credit card.

Front end cashier and poor poor attitude/service
On or about July 31-August2,2022 at about 415am stopped at your store in Perth Ontario highway 7. Was treated very rudely by cashier at counter. Dirty looks as soon as we walked in ignorant at speaking serving us practically squashing donuts and sandwhiches. Spent almost $60 to be treated like crap. Ask for manager but was refused. Following day called head office haven't heard back from anyone.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate an email regarding the outcome of this incident. Poor poor way to treat people who didn't deserve this.
Reusable cup
On nov/4 approx 2pm I purchased a medium coffee and a re-useable cup and 3 timbits. Your employee did not put on the lid securely and when I went to drink my fresh very hot coffee — the very hot coffee spilled down over my breasts, torso and legs! I was in tears! My breast tissue was bright red and burnt! My clothes were a mess. I was on my way to work, had to go to work a total mess, crying and in pain!
The lady at the drive through must have been new, as at first she had forgotten I had purchased a re-useabe cup. Possibly that is why she did not properly put on the lid. The lid appeared/looked like it was on, thats why I drank from it.
I called my son who brought my clothes and polysporin with numbing agent in it from shoppers drug mart and nonstick bandages for my chest.
My purchase was a total of $5.21 — which she rounded down to $5.20 and I pain with my mastercard.
The location is at hakimi rd and eglinton ave e, beside a cibc bank, with a wendys attached to the tim hortons.
It was y 1st time at this location and possibly the last, I had just started working in this area,
I am very very upset,
Do something about this immediately!

Incorrect billing for order charged extra
I ordered small 1 strawberry creamy chill,small1 vanilla creamy chill and small1 steep tea. The price of creamy chill is $2.49 each and for steep tea is 1.59. The total comes out to be 2.49+2.49+1.59= $6.50 but they charged me 9.69$. I want to complain about wrong payment. The location of Tim Hortons is the Ebenezer road. The time was around 2:00pm. Everything - the Food is ok but the SERVICE is TERRIBLE
I have not been to one Tim Hortons anywhere in the Lower Mainland where my order has been incorrect, and the servers are rude and dismissive. Tim Hortons biggest problem is that they hire completely incompetent and RUDE staff. Today someone gave my order to another customer. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes for my correct order. I order a coffee with 1 cream - I ether get no cream, too much cream or they add sugar which I didn't ask for. Ordering food is always a struggle because usually my order is wrong. Stuff like this happens all the time. DO BETTER TIM HORTONS.

What a shame on Tim Hortons.
Bought breakfast through the app and unfortunately I checked through drive thru when I was supposed to pickup inside.
Not a big deal for me to pickup through drive thru.
I was talking to the server through the window as they couldn’t place my order when another server came from way at the back and interrupted and told me the order was for pickup and not for drive through.
I was trying to explain to the server who I was dealing with on the window and this other guy started talking over me and stressing that I MUST make sure I don’t do that again and I just drove off as I would not want to spoil my day as it was at 5:30am.
Since then I have made the complaint through costumer complaining department and they just referring me back and forth.
I lost my money lost promotion and most of all was being insulted by a Tim Hortons server in front of many others.
Hygiene issue
Went to the Dominion Street location in Bridgewater, NS and witnessed a worker who was wearing latex gloves take cash/change from customers and then in turn make sandwiches, take some more change from customers , grab cookies and donuts ,All with the same gloved hands. Order after order he did with the same gloves on not once changing the gloves. The store is gross and dirty with trash laying all around the counters and floors every time I go in. The other Tim Hortons in town are decent and are looked after. No one was wearing name tags so Im unable to give the name of the server but someone should go undercover and see this for themselves.
