Customer service
On December 26,2022 I went to Tim Hortons located at 2874 Eglinton Ave. E. Toronto Ontario. I had placed my order received it and sat at a table with 3 other friends
This elderly lady Started verbally abusing my guests as well as myself. After about 5 mins I had requested staff remove this lady. All staff did was watch. This went on for about 45 mins. I lost count how many times I had asked the staff to call police. They never did. I called Head office on the 27th and keep getting told someone will call me back (today is Feb 14 and I have only received 1 call from store manager informing me if I continue complaining I will have police called on me.
Desired outcome: I would like to be compensated as well as an apology.
Reward cards
I go to the tim hortons store every day at the shearwater shop in eastern passage, nova scotia. Every time I go through the drive thru, I am told that the rewards scanner is not working. This has happened every day for over 2 weeks now. I used to get a free beverage after 7 stops there and now I am getting nothing. I think somebody at head office should contact them and tell them to get their scanner working and I think I should have some kind of reimbursement for the points I have been losing.
Pricing question
Dear Tim Hortons: I was wondering. Do individual coffee stops have their own pricing? I am asking because I have two regular stops. At one shop, I pay $4.15 for 2 beverages. At the other stop, they charge $4.70 (for the same order.) I have asked the cashier about this, they have become quite indignant upon my query... and once and for all... I want the truth. Sincerely: Lisa C Laine

It is sad really, I instead would prefer to give a good review versus complaining. but, I digress... I was wondering if there would be any way that we could have cleaner tea at the Tim Hortons on Ecorse Rd.? You look through your tea glass and you see all these white floaters. that tells me either the machine isn't clean or they have dumped something into...

This happened twice at 2 different TH's about 3 months apart. Location-Bayside Drive at Causeway intersection Entered correct pin three times. Got locked out from any further transactions anywhere. It happened again tonight at TH on McAllister Dr. I entered correct pin three times. Got locked out. Bank tells me it's a dirty pin pad. Had to reset my pin at the bank. I will have to do it again tomorrow. I would imagine it's liquids spilled on the pad preventing proper contact. It has never happened anywhere else. I hope nothing nefarious going on.

Customer service
My husband and I went through the drive thru on Smythe st, Fredericton around 5:15. We had asked for a minute at the speaker to look at the menu. When we were ready the guy taking our order kept rushing us after everything by saying “is that everything”. After the 3rd time my husband told the employee we would have a couple more things hoping he would stop rushing us. Unfortunately “is that everything ” happened again. My husbands coffee was made incorrectly and we were able to get that fixed at the window before leaving. We were not given a straw for the ice capp, when we asked for one we were given 3 for one iced capp. We ordered sandwiches and they were covered in mayo on the outside. Just wanted to bring this attention to management at this location. I did not get a close enough look at the employees name take, it started with Jer I believe.
Service
Since this companies has put the drive thru on these timers the food quality has disappeared. Everyone complains that these stores doesn't matter where it is can not get your order right.Tim Hortons needs to re evaluate the issues at hand, if the locations are ONLY serving drinks you can possibly put them on timers, but to do this with food is not good. I am spending anywhere from $5.00 min an order and I can not even have a drink made right
Desired outcome: change your timerssee how many times peoples orders are actually correcthave someone survey customers to get feedback and see the issues at hand that should be fixed
Terrible service
This is the absolute WORST Tim Horton's ever. I have had a few very bad experiences here. Because it is right near my job, every once in awhile I try and give it another chance... but I will NO MORE. Today, I went through the drive-thru and had to sit and wait. When I pulled up, there was NO response and I waited for someone to take my order. There had been...

I went to Tim Hortons with my 4 years old son in a heavy snow day on 31st of January, ordered a lot of items that includes 3 drinks and other things that won't be able to carry all with one hand and hold my son with the other hand. I asked for a bag, they got confused and didn't want to provide a bag because they use or for delivery (Uber). When I insisted...

Ordered for two. Steak and egg biscuit, both seemed to have half ration of steak. I order this at many different outlets and never have I seen this. The bran muffin was very dry and the texture seemed old. Never recieved such a muffin either, because it was very difficult to eat. The customer service was good, although language barrier was definitely...

Hello and thank you for letting me vent! Just picked up a bowl of chili and hot chocolate at the drive thru. The lady working the drive through is always lovely and smiling. Great customer service. Read full review of Tim HortonsThe taken advantage of teen employees as they try to learn the responsibilities in life.
I understand that this is a bottom kind of jobs there are, restaurants in food industry but for the taking advantage my kid for just throwing a schedule at him a few days before the working days and can't be able to change or can't have the flexibility to switch for a doctor appointment which was set 2 months prior.
So basically my kid has to live his life waiting for unpredictable schedule of anyday of the week and there's no way around it. These so call Tim's manager thinks that he's some that has big authority over the kids there. Unprofessional.
Desired outcome: Be thoughtfull of the people who works for them especially teens that want to learn the responsiblities in life. Not telling kids to do it their way or the highway.Thoughtless.
Product a cold wrap after waiting 20 mins
The Tim Hortons located at 2200 Trim Road is an absolute disaster. After waiting 20 mins yes 20 mins in the drive through my chicken wrap was not even remotely warm... When I asked why the delay the response was "They had to make eggs" what the hell kind of excuse is that... really... who hired and trained these people. If they worked for me I would fire...
Read full review of Tim HortonsHockey card set 2022-23
I am pretty sure someone might have brought it to your attention already, but the 2022-23 set of Tim Hortons Upper Deck hockey cards contain regular cards that do not have the most recent statistics for the 2021-22 season. I am attaching the image of the McDavid card that shows only statistics up to the 2020-21 season where he scored 33 goals and 72 assists in 56 games. This card should have contained the 2021-22 season totals of 44 goals and 79 assists in 80 games.
To me as a collector, this makes this set of regular cards worthless. Card collectors like to look at the history as a reflection of what year the card represents. In the case of this set, it is not representative.
My hope in the future is that Tim Hortons will insist that Upper Deck produce cards with the latest statistics.

The way management speak to staff and then just stop giving them shifts
Hi I actually started a complaint and received an email to fill in more information so I did below and when I hit send I received an email back that the case was closed because they detected foul language. There was no foul language. I would much rather a phone call from either the owner of the store or the regional manager like I was told I would receive...

Our Child, Ariel called Tim Horton's todday, to ask to speak to a hiring manager.
He said it was him speaking, but he was hard to understand.
After saying "Pardon?", he raised his voice, but was loud, and fast.
Then he became angry, and in an irate manner started yelling.
Ariel had to hang up!
