Dollar Tree smoking outside of store and other stores in shopping center

According to Property Management no employee is allowed to smoke outside of any if the stores. DT employees move up to The wine store and Hallmark to smoke. The manager Hannah who refused to wear a name tag likes to sit on the bench between Hallmark and Gaint. They must be out back and have butt can. All of the employees are rude especially the manager

Dollar Tree shopping carts

my 9 month old son busted his mouth on a shopping cart, Every shopping cart in the store has the safety belt restraints cut off, I asked why they had been removed and there answer was when they pull the carts apart they get hung on one another, Great job Dollar Tree convenience of pulling the carts apart over child safety A+, I pray no child crawls out on there head. very disturbing. Dollar Tree exchange

The Rio Rancho, New Mexico Dollar Tree manager at the Jager Dr location is very RUDE. I shop here all the time but she treated me like a thief when I tried to exchange an item without a receipt. Seriously, lady..it cost a dollar. Chill. She literally came up to me while I was looking for the correct item I needed and said for me to not "swap" anything out. I was so offended. I wasn't planning on secretly "swapping". So impolite. How does she work in customer service?!

Dollar Tree customer service/interaction

I walked into the dollar tree #1335 just before 9pm tonight 8/15/2017
I was trying to shop for paper supplies for my daughters baby shower and allow my three children to get candy. They are rather respectful and I felt comfortable allowing them to go pick out a candy. While in the paper isle being we were the only ones except for one other woman, I could hear bonnie the cashier say, "you better not be running" immediately and when I walked over to investigate in an extremely rude tone leo the manager said, "are they making a mess". I then said, "excuse me, my children are rather respectful and I don't appreciate you speaking to them or about that way". I then had them pick out their candy and I went and picked out my paper supplies and went to the checkout. The manager leo said to bonnie, "oh I walked by her at the drink cooler and she was just being a little [censor]". Right in front of my three children 11, 9, and 9 he walked by me at the cooler and I said nothing to him, I was in fact asking my children not to talk to avoid another confrontation. However then bonnie the cashier immediately said it wasn't about my children and to be quiet. I said don't tell me that and she rudely replied, "well I just did" and I said how rude don't and she repeated herself. I was so appalled that as she was ringing my order I walked out. She yelled at me from the store and continued and said more terrible things
The manager and cashier were extremely rude, unprofessional and just not cut out for customer service. This experience has put a bad taste in my mouth and I will never visit there again

Dollar Tree false information and rude customer service.

False information and rude customer service.
On Monday, July 14, 2017 I was at the dollar tree located at 3001 Nicolet Ave. Felt store number 7071. I purchased $38.80 worth of items. The person that was ringing me up had mentioned that some of these items were at a lower cost at Kmart and target. I then proceeded to ask her to cancel my order and she said that it was OK that I could come back and return the item if I were to find them cheaper. So I did find the items cheaper somewhere else . So I went back to the dollar tree with my family to return some of the items that I was able to find it cheaper somewhere else. The cashier started the process of the return and a manager told her that I have to go grab 24 other items to exchange. I proceeded to explain to her that the previous person had said that I can return them she then explained about the policy of no break no refunds. I now understand that once I started reading my receipt. But my issue with the situation is that your dollar tree employee clearly let me to believe there was no reason to cancel my purchase and that I could come back to return my items. I was led to believe I would get a full refund for my items that I would return. The manager there proceeded to raise her voice at me in front of my children and handed me her personal phone were another person re-explain the policy and then I read explained that his employee told me not to cancel my purchase and I was able to return my items if I were to find them cheaper. I'm sorry but I work really hard for my money and someone telling me that I cannot return something after your employee told me that I could makes me upset. I asked for the corporate office number and I got an 800 survey number. I asked the manager to give me the actual corporate number and her name and instead she called the police. I am very upset that my children had to see me in tears explaining to the police officer that your employee clearly told me not to cancel my purchase and I won't be able to return the item. The police officer then went to go speak to your manager and then asked me to leave the store.

Dollar Tree employees at dollar tree store # 1695

I purchased 2 newspapers yesterday at store # 1695 in Essex Maryland. When I went home to read the newspaper and clip the coupons, I realized there was no coupons at all in one of the papers I had just purchased. This is NOT the first time this has happened at this store so that is the reason why I am making a complaint. They have a 3 newspaper limit now so when there are coupons missing, I get discouraged. So I call the store and told the employee about this issue and she literally started laughing at me and telling the other employees while I was on the phone! And she basically told me that In was a liar n she couldn't do anything about it. So I decided to contact the company. I tried to call and was on hold for 12 minutes so I hung up and did it this way. Please call me regarding this issue at [removed]. My name is [removed]. Thank you.

Dollar Tree a rude employee

We went to the Dollar tree on 5502 Fry Rd, Katy, Tx 77449 today Saturday, August 12, 2017 at approximately 9:57pm. I knew store was almost closing but i really needed 3 items from there so we ran in the store quickly grabbed 2 of the items and got in line to checkout couldnt grabbed my 3rd item because i heard an employee talking mess all rude that we had gone in there and what not. There was no reason for her to talk all that nonsense looking at us ugly talking mess about us going in there to another employee if we just went in and out they still had customers checking out alot of merchandise while she was there rushing us and we still had to wait to be checked out anyhow. I believe her name was Danielle a chunky white girl with redish hair that wears glasses she was very rude and looking at us crazy which i was about to go off on her but didnt want to be rude infront of other customers so i just kept quite. I guess she thought we didnt speak english and wouldnt understand what she was saying but i did understand with her rude self. Hopefully this message gets sent to that store manager so they can know. Customer service should be #1 priority regardless if it was almost time to close the store or not there was no reason to get ugly like that making a big deal about it outloud very very rude!

Dollar Tree store manager 3808

I am an associate at the methuen mass Store 3808. There's a lot of issue's that are on going in this store with the store manager Heather. we have a great assistant manager team and all three of them are great. they are great assets to the company and they have all express leaving the company and finding new jobs and im hoping before this happens someone will step up and get things fixed. I would like to start by informing you that most of us are held accountable if we dont follow procedures and policies but i dont understand how we are suppose to follow them if we are not the ones doing our own ilearns heather sits in the office and does everyones ilearns for us. she has her favorites that arent held accountable for anything and i feel that we all should be held accountable. Also heather schedules herself at times for 7am sometimes 5am but is never in store until 8:30 am and always leaves by her scheduled time or before. This is considered stealing time from the company considering she is salary and doesnt have to punch in or out. She should be setting an example for all of us and should be doing the right thing. If we have to be held accountable then so should she. Also if we call her on a day off because we are having problems she either doesn't answer her phone and if she does answer she is never weilling to come down to the store and help fix the problems for example if we have no call no shows she doesn't come down and cover if we cant find coverage instead she will leave our assistant managers in store by their selfs. The assistant managers always end up calling candice and she always answers and if she needs to come down to the store she does and helps fix the problem. Heather has expressed to some of us her dislike for candice and how she wishes candice would quit or transfer and i feel this is not right. Candice was threatened by another associate and heather told all witness that they werent allowed to write in their statement that the associate threatened candice. There was another situation where the same associate and another associate were calling candice names and threatening candice in front of heather and heather didnt do anything to correct either associate so candice felt ganged up on and bullied and punched out for the rest of her shift and heather wrote her up but never took any corrective actions when it came to the other associates. Heather retaliates against candice all the time by cutting her hours and piling extra work on her and someone needs to put a stop to it. Candice is very dedicated to her job and is a very good asset to the company and very easy to work with and it would be a shame to loose her due to heather and heathers personal feelings towards candice. Heather also terminated to associates that shouldnt of been terminated. One associate was out on medical leave her name was irene she had eye surgery she was out for a good length of time heather never checked up on her or anything she just turned around and ended up terminating her. The other Associate Gwen was in an ambulance on her way to the hospital and called heather and heather told her if you dont come in your terminated. Heather has been talking with everyone in the store about how she thinks this associate and that associate are stealing and she should keep that stuff to herself. There are times when all of us associates will buy a drink or snack and it isnt rang out under our numbers but the manager on duty signs off on the receipt and it gets taped to the item. Heather is doing everything she can to get candice terminated and is going the extra mile to do so and someone needs to look into this and put an end to it.

Dollar Tree part time assistant manager

I'm fed up I work in Portales, NM at Store #05427.. I have watched people come and go and two women I know left because of our part time assistant manager and his bullying. Our upper management knows how he is. This has been reported.. He treats everyone horrible and talks down to them. I am going on 9 months working there. Yes, I understand he is management but we are humans and nobody wants to work being bullied. Something needs to be done. And soon...

Dollar Tree customer service

On august 10, 2017 my family and I walked to the dollar tree in norfolk, va address is 7734 hampton blvd. An older gentleman needed to take his break so he informed us that we could go to register one. The cashier malaysia then came to the register with an attitude. She stuffed all of our belongings in one bag. She grabbed the bag and passed it to me without making any eye contact. I then stated that she was being rude. She yelled back and said you didn't even speak, and I responded and said that she never spoke to us and I don't work here. She then started yelling, asked her boss ebony if she could get off her "damn clock so she could beat this [censor] [censor]" that [censor] was me. I swiped my gift card, hit the green key to use credit, she sarcastically told us to have a nice day so we walked out of the store. About a minute later ebony (The manager), malaysia, and some guy walked out and said you need to pay for your stuff. At this time malaysia had a box cutter in her hand and my boyfriend asked her what was she going to do with that. I asked the manager was she seriously allowing one of her employees to act this way, she completely ignored that question. I let it go and said I thought that we did because I swiped my card, no need for a pin because I selected credit and the cashier told us to have a nice day. I then walked back into the store paid for my items and left the store. I will never shop at a dollar tree again and I hope that in the futures something like this will never happen.

Dollar Tree customer service

The cashier and her associate stood in front of me arguing about why is there only one register light on and one (his register) light was off it took her 5 minutes to give in and take care of me and the rest of the customers in line waiting. I told her where my items ended so she won't keep scanning away yet she proceeds to grab the next customers item to scan them with my stuff so when I did stop her she yelled at me with an attitude. " well you see this stick here!? That's what they are here for, for you to put them there and separate your stuff from others " and I said excuse me and her response was " you heard me!" So I asked her to speak to her supervisor and she called him out and when this young men came out of the office and I explained this situation I told him I am a supervisor at a Walmart I know how hard it is for the cashiers sometimes and some times they are overwhelmed and take it out on the customers but that is not the right way to treat a customer. Clearly this lady has poor customer service and his respond was "ummm ok". Is that all you have to say to me sir and he said "yes" and he walked away and went back in his little office near the registers. So I asked the associate for her name and that I wanted to file a complaint to corporate not just about her but her supervisor also and her exact words were " my name is Jemma go ahead I don't care" this is the dollar tree located in 259 bowdoin st. Dorchester Ma 02122 store number # 5592
Sales associate name was Jemma
Clearly something has to be done in order to keep your sales flowing and customers returning back for more.

Dollar Tree management/cashier

On 8/10/17 i went to the dollar tree #5057 on Walbash ave. When i went the register the cashier Toni told me she was closed after the next customer so i moved to other line with 3 people in front of me. With in 5 minutes the line
had went pass the greeting cards towards the batteries. When the cashier asked Toni for help to get the line down, she replied they'll be all right and she kept doing what she doing. UNBELIEVABLE! I asked the cashier where was the manager she pointed to the left, when i looked up she was over by the balloons doing nothing. She saw the line and heard the customer's asking for
help and turned her head an went outside and started smoking a cigerette
REALLY!. Finally Cashier Toni decided to reopen her line up and stated that she was only taking a few people because she had things to do. WHAT!
I was so disgusted i wanted to just leave my cart and go some where else,
i will never go back to that dollar tree again. That was the most horrible service i have ever seen in my life, i will go further out to another dollar tree
before i ever go back to that store #5057. I felt sorry for the nice cashier Teira that asked for help and had to work with those two horrible people.
And to make it worse they had no more bags, so told the manager and she did nothing.

Dollar Tree store conditions.. lafayette, indiana.. creasy ln.. 47905

The pictures attached is pictures of how the store looked tonight 8/10/17.. This is the cleanest I have seen the store.. tonight is the first time in along time that you could get down the aisles. Sometimes they have employees walking around with earphones on and listen to music or something.

Dollar Tree delivery truck

This delivery truck at the Dollar Tree in Canton, MS had me blocked into the parking lot where I couldn't get out for over an hour. There is no way he didn't see my car when he blocked me in, so I know it was intentional. When I asked how much longer, he replied they would "try" to be done in 30-40 mins. When I asked him to move, he said no. His attitude as well as the store manager's was basically I don't care, it's my world, and I'm not doing anything about it.

Dollar Tree management

I am an associate at dollar tree store 06233 my name is ashley queen. Today as I was counting out my drawer to clock out (10:30) and go home with manager Edgar. I need change for an 20 yo set my draw at 75 because I only have 20. Edgar gave me change but it wasnt the right amount, I explained to him he only gave me 18 dollars and not 20 which is the right amount he (Edgar ) told he he gave me the write change I asked him could he count the safe just to make sure he told me no, I asked him why not he only gave me 18 out of the 20 dollars I was suppose to receive he had already entered the information into the computer as I'm asking him to jus count it over he told me he ain't doing it and if I keep on with an attitude that I didn't have he was gone suspend me I asked why he said because I wasn't doing nothing at the register, I don't why he said that but I explained to him that I hadn't did nothing but asked for him to count the safe over so I wouldn't be short on my drawer then he went along to tell me that fire me if I didn't clock out and /or he'll clock me out him self I was still asking him to jus count the safe for me, he jus started yelling at me telling me he's taking my hours for next week and I better hope he doesn't fire me . Ow he's threading my job for what I don't know, I jus feel I that I am being harassed for an old issued and it not right I have never been wrote up suspended put on an warning .I have everything recorded that can back up my statement, can someone please get in contact with me my number is [protected] thank you ashley queen

Dollar Tree their steaks

Hello my name is Delilah I shop at your Dollar Tree store there on Pondella and Orange Grove in North Fort Myers Florida I spend a lot of money at your store and I went in today and complain because I bought 10 of your 3.5 oz ribeye steaks I tried to cut them up today and make Cheesesteak sandwiches they were spoiled spoiled my house stunk from the smell of cooked spoiled steaks I went down and talked to the store manager and he basically called me a liar to my face you can't give me an in-store credit I spend in 3 to 400 a month at your store and you sell me spoiled food I live in a 3 Plex and I brag to my neighbor in the back because I really liked the ribeye steaks for steak and eggs I had never had a problem to this point she got food poisoning and I got spoiled steaks and no compensation whatsoever I think it is a crying shame that a poor person can not be loyal to one store because they're not treated fairly who is going to lie about getting spoiled food especially after getting home from the freaking Hospital I'd like to work this issue through or I'm going to contact an attorney because it's not fair to me so I would appreciate your time an effort in this situation.i really dont appreciate being sld bad food i am on low income an love the dollar tree for many things.i am at this particular store at least 2 times a week or more.but feel disrespected with this issue 6 out of 10 steaks?!i hope to hear from you soon.

Dollar Tree my manager

I work at the dollar tree on the corner of Santomas Aquino and Campbell. I had to call in sick on Friday August 6th at 8:48am cause I had really bad nerve pain in my legs. When I told my manager this she said to me "well that is just great Talayah you only work three days this week and u want to take a sick day" and then hung up on me! It was very rude. She does this when she highers new people and she wants to have others quite. Granted she hasn't actually said anything to me like this before but she has this addittude and vibe about her like she doesn't want you there.

Dollar Tree horrible customer service

Hello, my name is Jalaya. I was shopping at the Berkeley dollar tree last week. Here what happened they hired a new sales associate named Erica. She had a nasty attitude towards me saying my 2 dollars look funny. I always pay with cash at the dollar tree. I never give them fake money. I believe that was very unprofessional of an employee to act that way.

Dollar Tree managers attitude

I shop at Dollar Tree store 485, today was in line waiting to be checked out. I, along with many other customers heard the manager Charlene informs another manager, I believe his name is Red, that she's NOT be waiting on customers. Then she grabbed a register out of his hands. One of the cashiers was walking behind her twords the office, when the door was slammed in her face and something fell on her. The manager Charlene was still screaming and throwing such a tantrum that many of us customers grew fearful. So WE, called the police.
What kind of person does this she's rude unprofessional cruel to her fellow coworkers. Someone NEEDS to do something about her. Im considering starting a petition to have her fired. This is not the first time us customers has had to listen and watch her. We complained to the head manager, but its obvious she doesnt care. Please someone has got to do something.

Dollar Tree store items/stocking

The Dollar Tree in Newberry SC on Main Street really to hire some reliable people. As of lately every week. I vist the store there are items to be store sitting in the iles in boxes. The sheveles are empty and when you ask a manager about a certin item, they say " We are out of ---. If paid more people will work. Please hirer people to stock shelves.
