I went in Store #7843 on October 6th 2022 and was looking around and couldn't find a item so I asked Angela the manager and she said there was probably some in the back and when I asked if she could look real quick she had a rude attitude and it seemed like I was bothering her while she was stocking plus she was on her phone when I was trying to ask her so I had to ask her multiple times.
Desired outcome: I would like the Manager to be retrained in customer service and write her up for being so rude.

Good afternoon.
I wanted to relay my experience this morning with the Dollar Tree on route 35 in West Long Branch, NJ. Todays issue had me writing this.
I called there this morning to inquire if the dog disposal bags had yet been restocked. I was there earlier on the week and still were not any on the shelves. I asked the cashier when they might receive them and was told trucks come on Wednesdays. I happened to be on the area on Wednesday and still none. Called this am to see if they had been restocked before wasted a trip there for them although usually there almost every day if not there to one of the other locations.
I called and politely asked if they had restocked any and was quickly told no without even looking. I then asked if they knew when they would be restocked, again, no. So tge. Asked if they possibly had them in the back but yet had not been restocked yet. I’ve had many years of retail management experience and do have my bachelors degree in marketing. I’ve been in retail since I was 15. The man was extremely rude and when asked was told his name is John and he is the manager. It’s appalling. May I add the management turnover is inexplainable unless poor pay and corporate support. This store specifically is way understaffed, understocked and a mess. I’m far from the only dissatisfied customer.
Second note. I then called the Shrewsbury location on route 35 in Shrewsbury, NJ. Asked the same and heard her ringing up in the background and she quickly asked for help to go look. The young man answered and placed me in a very brief hold to physically go look. That’s customer service. He then told me they did have them and o asked if he could put 6 (4 pack) of bags on hold and I’d be there in 20 minutes. Politely told yes. Off I went to Shrewsbury. Store well stocked, clean and well staffed. I picked up several other items. I ended up talking with another associate named Glenn ,who was sticking shelves, about another item. I asked if he was the one I spoke to and he said no. A young man behind me named Shiquil said he was. They are both very friendly and assets to your organization. I also met another sales person named Denise also very friendly.. I asked if I could take their pics to add to my complaint. Side note, last time in WLB sales staff were talking to one of the managers about a customer taking a pic and Mgmt said customers are not allowed. Are you aware of the FB page Dollar Tree addicts? I’m on it daily and inspires me to buy different items. Never once do I walk out with 1 item.
This should be reflected in John (WLB), the managers’, performance review as well as a positive one for the staff in Shrewsbury. As convenient West Long Branch is I will avoid that location. They definitely need more staff. Is the pay scale that poor?

I went into the store this evening 5:00 till close to get one item. When I walked into the store there were three ladies at the checkout counter all talking. I walked through the store and got the aisle where the aspirin were. Another lady that worked there addressed me by my first name and asked me how I was, and I said I was fine I just needed to pick up one item and then I would be done. That if I had shut my mouth and hadn't been talking the entire time I was in the store I would have been able to shop but now I needed to get my [censored] out of the store. I never said one word to anyone until I was spoken to first!

Harassment
The Dollar tree store at :3857 West Broward Blvd, Fort Lauderdale FL, allows violent, and disrespectful panhandlers (beggars), to harass their female customers as they are coming out of the store.
These guys are sitting on the ground in front of their store, with their lunch, and a bucket asking elderly and women with children for money. When you tell him no, he starts to yell and cuss.
I feel that it is the management's responsibility to keep their customers safe and ask these guys to move, If they do not move, then the police should be called. Or better yet have a security guard present.
Desired outcome: Make stores safe for their customers!!
Plymouth MN store is never open when I go there
Store at 4130 Berkshire Ln N, Plymouth, MN 55446
Stopped there today, Tuesday 9/27, at 2:00; the sign on the door said they weren't open on Tuesdays and Sundays. The last time I went it was midday on a Thursday and the sign said they weren't open on Thursdays. Sometimes there's a sign saying "back at 1:00," but it's 2 or 3:00 and it's still locked up. I have been there 5-6 times since the store opened and have only found it open once, and then the merchandise selection was skimpy.
If you go to the Nextdoor website for this area, you will find many people who have the same complaint.
Desired outcome: Put someone responsible in charge and improve the merchandise selection.

Saturday 09/23/2022 at 08:00PM I went to the Dollar Tree at 1250 S Cannon Blvd, Kannapolis, NC. before returning to Charlotte, NC in which I reside. When I walking to the register Shakeema walked away. I thought she was coming back so I preceded to place my items on the belt. After standing there a couple of minutes with Shakeema in my presence Carmen walked up and stated she can get me on another register. I stated it would have been nice if someone would have let me know before I placed all of my items on the belt. Carmen was nice enough to help me transfer my items over. Shakeema started talking loud stating she turned her light off and I should of known not to put my items on the belt. She continued to get louder and louder. I told her please stop talking to me Carmen is here to save the day. She called April the Store Manger how I know that she made it known to everyone in the store that she was calling her. I asked Carmen her name and the store #. As I was walking to my car she was outside the store yelling and screaming to April that she turned her light off etc. Also I could hear her telling a customer that her baby daddy beat her up so bad that she couldn't drive herself to the Hospital as I was shopping. I have never experienced being treated so poorly before in my life. I will never shop at that location again when I am visiting my sick Aunt in Kannapolis, NC.
Desired outcome: It's not a matter of my desired outcome because if I had an employee representing my place of business like that she will no longer be working there. I already told my family members to not at that Dollar Tree ever again.

I was in you ft dodge store. I was riding my bike so I brought my items in from other store and left them up front went got couple items went to check out. Noticed I had left my debit card at previous store. To me no problem I go get it. Well I let my items up front informed cashier I would be back. The dark headed I'm assuming asst manager and this flunky dark headed employee who had ear plugs in came outside and said they wanted to make sure I wasn't doin anything illegal. Manager steals money from safe, manager allows manager to sexual harass teen girls
Managers Jessica Meja and Andrew dright unprofessional, dirty, mean to customers, they go to other managers and all complain constantly, they both just talk on phone and text hide in office and do very little work! How can someone be manager when they have to have another person to do their job? Jessica asked another manager who was gone to fire an employee for Jer because she "is scared to fire someone"! She manager here 11 years and cannot perform job duties. Jessica is a little girl who cannot fend for herself she has other managers do things for her! Jessica does poorly at listening, she makes excuses time after time about anything. Jessica will hire anybody so desperate, she has had employees quit, no calls, no show, she will still keep that exp employee in the books for stand by calling. In case she needs someone to work!? Daina mocks employees, she has gone up to other employees just to mock, humiliate fellow employees behind their backs! Daina has made in appropriate comments to customers and employees. Andrew has sexually fondled a teen customer and used sexual gestures and comments towards teen girls even tried to touch a teen girls boobs and he lies constantly! Andrew manipulates situations, Andrew was threatening teen girl because she did not give him her phone number! Andrew is having a baby and cant handle running a store he wanted, had DM Rhonda give him his old position back, asks for paid time off for 3 months, gets it! Police have been called on andrew and he is still assistant manager here after sexually groping underage girl in store! And his disguting behavior continues! When he returns he will continue this behavioral pattern he displayes daily! And other harsh comments said by managers Jessica Andrew and daina. These managers have allowed customers to do returns without receipts, steal and do drugs in bathroom all while lying to customers, texting, stealing deposit money secretly by Jessica Meja! Daina and Jessica called another employee "how stupid are you?, [censored]ing idiots..." Both have been telling random customers about other employees personal lives and making crude comment to customers. Both talk bad about customers as well! This is everyday! Store closed early
Drove 10 miles to shop at dollar tree store #5280 in kalamazoo, michigan. We walked up to go into the store at 6pm but couldn't open the door. A gentleman opened it from the inside. The cashier yelled and said "we are closed". I pointed at the hours sign and said it stated open til 9pm. She said I'm short an employee and not working by myself so we are closed. Very rude employee.
Desired outcome: Training employees to treat all customers with respect. And that putting out 110% for your company when others don't show up for work is part of the job.

This incident happened around early June. Im complaining about the worst manager ever! Dollar tree on Cliff Lake road in Eagan,MN store number 4260 manager Andrew was sexually harassing customer by making nasty comments, even asked her to perform sex act in bathroom in store! Iam a regular here I know managers daina and jess. I overheard him and customer talking and she was upset Andrew was touching her waist, he told her "I'm the manager, I can do whatever I want!" Andrew is assistant manager here. This customer, young lady, in 30's was later at checkout and Andrew seen her then told the cashier to take a break. He did. Andrew rang up the lady he just fondled, the lady set her purchases on conveyer belt, told Andrew she did not want these items then asked for HRs name and number to contact. Andrew told her to "figure out yourself, they won't believe you, I've been manager for years, HR doesn't care how we treat customers, you can suck my dick!" The lady walks out disgusted as the customer behind her was old lady and also walked out disgusted! Manager Andrew then yells out "[censored] you [censored]es"! Demand better customer service from your managers! Storage very short on stock
I have gone to the Dollar Tree store in Missoula, MT for some time. But every since COVID started, this store has virtually nothing for stock. But I recently went to Oregon on vacation. I checked several stores there and they were ALL well stocked with product. Which tells me that there seems to be a management problem. The district manager over the store and the store manager itself. They are not making sure that stock is being reordered. And what little stock is being ordered is bought out immediately. Almost to the point that people are no longer going there to shop. Is that what you, as corporate wants?
Please explain to me why some stores are doing well and this store is not. It certainly doesn't appear that you are short of warehouse stock. Maybe you should send someone to this store and see for yourself.
cashier was rude and unprofessional
The cashier didn't give me my change, when I tried to tell him he ignored me, I talked to the night manager and told her what had happened , I waited about 15 mins with the manger right there, she told him he didn't give me my change and that he needed to give me my change instead of handing me the change he threw it, he was sitting there with earphones and ignoring what the manager was saying, and as I was walking towards the door he called me an [censored].

Refund policy
On Saturday9/10/22 I purchased 17 round tablecloths from Dollar Tree in Southfield Michigan at store 2371. I returned on Monday 9/12/22 and requested a refund. I was told by a Dollar Store cashier that refunds were not given, and I could exchange the items. I asked to speak to the manager, and he repeated the store policy and pointed to the receipt that said no refunds. I told him there was nothing posted in the store saying no refunds and I would have to make a purchase to see the no refund policy and at that point the policy is a joke. you do not post anything, and your policy is on your receipt that you receive only after you make a purchase. this is unfair and I want a refund. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Michigan.
