Rude Cashier / disrespectful, inappropriate behavior.
I am not sure how to explain the lack of professionalism by this cashier. As I waited in line to pay; rather than pay for bags, I organized food items and separated my items into the separate baskets I was purchasing. Some of the items were fragile. I was in shock... the cashier took the baskets with fragile items and literally dumped the out on the counter. I requested she be more cautious with my items. She begins to tell me that she will do it the way she chooses and that she is 55 years old and worked there for 3 years... WHAAAATTTT?
I really had to bite my tongue, but then I had that proud moment... " she must think she's older than me, lol...but, I'm actually much much older than she is, lol lol. lol... Then again, it's very sad to know that this is the type of professionalism we can expect out of a 55 year old. Please have mercy on our youth. Bless our future generations.
What happened to customer service?
Desired outcome: An in person in store apology from the rude cashier replacements for the unusable items and compensation for my time I had to stand there and listen to her degrade me while ringing up my items. She should be fired.
Entire store
This is and had been for years the filthiest most mismanaged store of it’s type I have ever been in. Once I said that to the cashier who was checking me out and she totally agreed. Today it was the same, filthy floors, products and boxes blocking aisles and no one at the only cash register open. A lady was standing nearby and she saw me but made no attempt to help me. When I asked if she was the cashier she gave me a dirty look and came to ck me out. I told her I was sorry she hated her job but it wasn’t my fault. She replied that she didn’t have a job. I was looking for three items and they only had two. The entire staff especially the manager needs to be fired, the store given a thorough cleaning and pay some new staff with a decent wage.
Desired outcome: I want the store to be as decent as any other Dollar Tree is. If management saw this store they would be appalled.
I work in a dollar tree NEPA. I am shocked that the doors, windows floors, food coolers, soda coolers, cash registers, office door shelves are filthy dirty, plenty of black mold and the several managers who work there claim there is no time to clean. I literally have to sneak clean. If I see black mold I'm cleaning it period. I'm.thinkimg this place is gonna get busted sooner or later they sell food for crying out loud. Supposedly, corporate will not allow them hours or extra staff to clean weekly but this store still makes mad money. I go to other local Dollar Trees and it's spotless. Oh and the district mgr comes to the store. I was like WTF. How can he not be complaining about this. Allegedly he has no former Dollar Tree experience not that it should matter. But typically ladder climbers do not put up with it. Hes gotta go. He was my only hope. I can't do it all sneaking around. It's impossible
Complaint
We have gone in this Dollar Tree multiple times over the past several years, and it's hard to find anything because the store looks like a tornado went through it, stuff is scattered all over the place the floors are nasty, the worst Dollar Tree I've ever gone in, We complained all they did is make up excuses for the mess, get this store cleaned up.

I am a Moslem of the West and the Grand Chaplain of Mohammedan Clergymen. I shopped at store #2915 on 5/18/22 and was told I could not get an immediate tax exemption because of a store policy. According to the 1st amendment to the Constitution, we have religious freedoms and our exemption is part of those freedoms. I was told by Donnelly that see would give it to me “this time”. She then said “oh, you’re from Chicago!” Then she told Diana, “she’s Privileged”! Diana then said “you can’t get tax exemption because we don’t have the forms anymore! You can get out of here!” I told her “I am a Moslem of the West with Mohammedan Degrees and yes I am Privileged”. Diana then lunged at I as if she was going to hit I, and a male employee held her back. Donnelly and Diana then went towards the office yelling “Get out of here!” I was in fear of being physically harmed and I asked the cashier for their names. At this time another employee said “you have to leave the store now or I will call the police”. I then said, that’s fine you can call the police and I am leaving but I just need their names first”. A customer in line then said “she is entitled to get their names”! The cashier then told me the name of Diana and I left. I was in fear for my safety while in the Dollar Tree Store as the managers are dangerous violent bigots who are ready to attack Asiatics at any moment. There were those who resemble us, murdered in a store just the other day and I was in fear that they were going in the office to get a gun to murder me too! This is unlawful and I will reach out to the US department of Justice and the Provost Marshal as your employees have now created an international incident with these attacks! I want Donnelly and Diana terminated immediately. They are dangerous loose cannons and should not be working with the public. They are racist insurrectionists and in today’s political, social, and cultural climate their action must NOT go unpunished! This is a violation of our treaty of amity and commerce between us and the USA and will be investigated in an international Criminal Court venue.
Desired outcome: I want Donnelly and Diana terminated immediately. They are dangerous loose cannons and should not be working with the public.
Service
I bought 8 jars and when I got home the were not what I needed

Landscaping at Dollar Tree: 1550 Kennesaw Due West, Kennesaw, Georgia 30152
This issue has been going on since right after the stand-alone store opened. This was part of the issue for the people that didn't want the store put in. I was not one of them, but do see why they fought it now.
I spoke with the manager and could tell she was overwhelmed with the number of complaints that she receives. This location is next to a country club and in a very nice area (not that that should matter).
I took these pictures yesterday, but I also have pictures from last year that I took when I complained to the manager then.
The manager said that corporate was trying to negotiate a new contract with a landscaper, but that shouldn't matter. Until that is done...hire a temporary service. There are plenty around!
I have contacted the county code enforcement officer and am awaiting a call. I have also emailed them pictures to our county commissioners. We are currently voting on chartering a new city, in which this location will be included. Code enforcement is one of the reasons for the new city being started.
Please take care of this asap.
Desired outcome: Ongoing care is taken of the exterior of the building/landscaping.
Accused of theft and the manager never apologized. Inept manager
I arrived at the Dollar Tree on 6926 Antoine Dr, Houston Texas 77091 at about 4 pm 05/11/22. Upon arriving I was struck by the fact that there were no baskets to either carry or push. I wanted to get some things, so I proceeded to pick up a cloth bag and I figured I would put my items in it and then buy the bag also. I had been observed by a young man a few times who saw me putting my selections in this bag. I had been through 4 isles and was on my way to the 5th when I stopped to look at the sample products. I found a face wash that I could use since I am visiting from another state. I found the product I wanted to try, and I put it in the bag. After I put it in the bag a woman yelled down the aisle "put that back". I looked around because I knew she couldn't be speaking with me. Instead of yelling down the aisle to explain myself I walked toward the woman. She exclaimed that she was the store manager and for me to put that back. I explained to her that they were out of hand baskets as well as push carts, so I picked up a cloth bag and began putting my selections in it. She did not want to hear anything of the sort. I dumped all the selections I had made onto a check out island and showed her that I had been through half the store using the bag and that I had every intention of paying for all of it. Instead, the manager (tiffany of Estephanie I think) threatened to call the police. So, I said "please do". By the time we walked up to the front there was one pushcart and one hand basket. She was calling the police but wanted me to finish shopping using one of those carts, it made no sense. I would have finished my shopping, but this situation had to be resolved. I was waiting for an apology for the confusion. She was never going to give me that. I waited for the police to arrive because that was the only way for me to get her name. She flat out refused to give it to me. While I was waiting for the police to arrive, I heard 2 employees call her. One what sounded like Tiffany and another that sounded like Estephanie. Also, one young cashier apologized for her managers behavior and for being treated so badly. This young girl had more sense than her own manager. I looked around the store realizing how forgotten not only that store must seem but the people in that community must feel. I often like to buy hundreds of products to donate to the homeless, domestic violence shelters and of the like. It pains me never do business with dollar tree again but how do you resolve this situation? How do I get an apology with any sense of sincerity behind it? Especially coming from a woman with no capacity to apologize.
Desired outcome: I would like to hear from a direct manager to this location as well as a person from corporate. Sandra Gonzales Marquez832-815-0014
The store manager
I went to the dollar tree 2341 main street in Los Lunas one evening a few days ago around 1:30 I got helped from a tall lady a little after that I asked her for help and she was very short and the way she talked to me striked me as being super rude and disrespectful. I was looking at balloons at the time before and I could hear her being disrespectful to her co-worker in her office as well I bet everyone at the store could hear how hateful she was to the coworker. I could hear the girl talking very calm while the manager was yelling at her. I heard her saying she called her bad names which I seen the girl and she looked innocent. The manager shouldn't talk to there employees that way ever.. nor in the tone she did so that others don't hear there conversations. she should be demoted.
Desired outcome: Firing there store manager for the way she handles her employees and for being disrespectful to others.

Unclear Pricing and Manager's Poor Attitude in Dealing With a Paying Customer
I was shopping in the Dollar Tree located at 791 Hwy 77 N. Ste 401, Waxahachie TX [protected] on May 8, 2022, and I noticed China Glaze nail polish that I wanted to purchase. There were 3 bottles in the package priced at $1.25 for the package. This was the price displayed on the shelf where the nail polish was placed.
When I went to pay for it, the cashier noted that there was no bar code on the package and wanted to confirm a price with the store manager (Daphne). When Daphne intervened, she stated they were mispriced. I told her she had to honor the price on the shelf, which was $1.25 for the package of 3. She said no and insisted that was not going happen. The cashier opened the package and scanned the individual bottles. First 2 bottles did not have a bar code, the 3rd bottle did and it scanned at $1.25. Daphne walked away before the scan was complete so she didn't see the price come up.
After I paid for my items, I walked toward the manager's office and she closed the door when she saw me approaching. I knocked on the door and I heard her angrily say "Just a minute". After about 5 to 6 minutes she opened the door. I asked her to come and take a look at the display because I wanted her to see it for herself. She was rude and defensive and removed the remaining 15 or more packages China Glaze nail polish from the shelf that were priced at $1.25.
Desired outcome: 1. Train Daphne not to be rude and defensive when dealing with customers2. Train Daphne to gather ALL of the information when investigating a pricing ambiguity. 3. Train Daphne not to close the door in a customer's face.
Garbage negative rude behavior
On May 2, 2022 (yesterday) at Store 3172. I encountered some extremely harsh rude behavior from one of your new employees Iesha Santos. I say new because she just started. I walked in with my back pack and LaJoyce spoke to me in a negative tone. I already "knew" it was a set up! If you pay close attention, you can hear it. She was wishing malice and ill will on me. It was in her voice! You don't take one look at a customer and attack them? Besides, I've seen a few people steal out of that store with "no back pack". So, the solution to theft isn't accusing certain customers of stealing with back packs. Please, I been coming in that store since 2009/2010! Long before they even "thought" of working there! Back in 2017 we had to leave our backpacks in the front and they would watch your belongings. And I did exactly that! However, Iesha Santos wanted me to leave my backpack right by the door?! Are you freaking crazy! So someone can just grab it on the way out the door? I asked her was she going to watch my backpack? And she said it wasn't their responsibility. Oh really? Then I told her "So, why would I leave my bag then?" It made no sense what so ever! Lame fallacy logic. Fruitless and pointless. Besides, I already went through this episode with some careless employees at 7/11. Left my bad in "the front" and some bum crackhead smooth walked right out the store with it. Tell her to use her demonic powers and KNOW the bad people who are walking through the door. Don't run from fellow demons! Run from fellow demonic trash but attack the good people? Actually, that's her job! That's what she was taught. She is a light weight! The devil taught her, but he didn't teach her everything-Hello. I always try to work with them and in the process, getting her to fight back. She has "to learn" to fight her demons! But she should have never "signed on". You can serve the devil but don't lie about it. That's what they do! You can serve the devil but you shouldn't listen to them then attack good people. And this is why their kingdom is laid waste. Ruin on top of ruin! Earth is far greater. Their kingdom is only torture and torment! Earth is fairly pleasant:) She is serving the devil and have no idea of what waits for her! That's because he has "lied" to her. That's what they do. And what's up with the hypocrisy? One week she smoking weed and high as a kite at the job. And the next week she is righteous?! Which one is it?
Desired outcome: I would like for her to be the Security Guard at this Store. Yeah, she KNOWS every bad person, garbage bum, and demonic dummy who will walk through that door-Yes she does!!!
Lack of supplies / may 2022
Last year I thanked corporate for placing a Manager at this location that went above and beyond his job duties. Things have changed for the worst I might add since they replaced him. Tiffany was also a well deserved manager, she ran the store when they first opened at this location. The store is a wreck, disorganized and very little supplies. if we needed...
Read full review of Dollar TreeStore manager harrases employees
I worked at the dollar tree on 8625 Pendelton Pike, Indianapolis Indiana. Just recently due to the head store manager's unprofessional attitude I ended up leaving during the middle of my shift and making a hard decision to not return. I begin noticing the head store manager's unprofessionalism and rude behavior towards her employees from day one of my employment at this dollar tree. She verbally attacks her employees and belittles them on almost a daily. Especially the other managers who work at this store. She calls them names such as stupid and slow on a regular, right to their faces and behind their backs to other employees and even customers. They were constantly verbally attacked by her. Over time she slowly begins to show her foul mouth and rude attitude and begin to target her stress and anger at me on occasion. On my last day she embarrassed me and yelled at me in front of a line full of customers, I had called her for back up and she ran to the front of the store stomping and screaming at me about how I was slow and telling every customer to get out of my line or they would be there all day. This was only the worst I had received of her unkindness but once again others received much worse. This upset me most because the wasn't even any merit to her comment. The registers were acting up that day and kept declining customers' cards so they were having to repeatedly swipe until it would finally go through.
Customers even refused to get out of my line and go to hers because of the way she was behaving, telling her they would rather stay in my line and be there all day than deal with her.
I am extremely upset I had to walk out just to prevent confrontation with her. I have seen her in action and there is no stopping her backlash when you confront her for her rudeness. She comes at you harder. I enjoyed my actual job here but dealing with her made for a very uncomfortable work atmosphere most days. I will now be put on a do not rehire list because I walked out without notice. Also, I was due to get retro pay for a pay raise that wasn't given till way past the time it was requested by the manager since I quit before being there six months. I feel this is extremely unfair given the circumstances of my sudden departure. I don't know who to directly bring my issues to, but this manager is constantly complained about and nothing is ever done. It's quite sad. I believe this is a form of harassment and nothing is ever done about it.
Desired outcome: I not be put on a do not rehire list and still receive retro pay from delayed pay raise.
The store on Walmart Drive in Farmington, Mo.
I was in your store in Farmington Mo today. (4/30/22) The store was filthy. The floors looked like they had not been mopped or cleaned in months. Stock was still in boxes. The shelves were a mess. When I checked out, I asked who the manager was and two girls said they co-managed. I told them that the store was filthy and they responded that the two of them worked the registers and there was no one to do the other work like stocking and cleaning.
If sales are more important to you than the appearance of your store you need to take a step back and rethink things.
Desired outcome: Clean the store and take pride in your company, I would like a response.
Bread moldy
Molded Wonder Bread 2 loafs of Rye before Christmas and 2 other times after Christmas. The expiration date still had 2 days left on the loaf. But I think those dates are wrong. The store in Griffin, Georgia, should be inspected by health inspectors. The store is so nasty and every time I go inside, it makes my skin crawl. One day, I am going to do a Facebook live and show the store's filth. It is very nasty, and this is All The TIme. They have stuff everywhere, and it looks like pigs, cows, roosters, and dogs ran through it all at once. Shame on them!

I purchased an item from the store based on the cashier quoting me a certain price $1.25 for bread. Once, I left the store I notice on my receipt it was more than what she said it was $3.00. On 4/18/22, I went into this store location to make a return of some items that was purchased from another location just days prior to Easter. The items purchased were several baskets that we didn't need or use and took them to the Covington, LA location and the MOD was rude. When asked for the District Manager name or phone contact, she stated that she couldn't give that information. She also indicated that she wasn't able to process the return and that it had to be returned to the store where it was previously purchased.
Nothing on the receipt said purchases had to be returned to the originating location. I was only trying to get an exchange and not a refund.
We are a church organization, simply trying to return merchandise that we purchased too many items for and was looking to simply return them for other merchandise.
Whomever the manager on duty at this store was totally rude from the start.

"breakfast blend" coffee
Years ago I delighted in finding this, yet from the first sip found it perfectly horrid. So I simply bought Cafe el Morro instead, leaving off the overly sweet and unfaniliar flavor of your 'blend.' My good friend graced me with two bags, thinking they were a blend of coffees only - they're not. Maybe in China they enjoy their breakfast coffee mixed with...
