Dollar Tree customer service

Hello on this past saturday, april 27, 2019, I went into your deans bridge rd location in augusta ga 30906. I am a frequent shopper at that location since it's near my house. However my last trip to that store I accidentally picked up the wrong size pull up for my toddler. I purchased them days before exchanging them for the right size. So saturday I go into the store. Your store manager jacqueline black older lady that has the salt and pepper hair that wore a red shirt and red lipstick (spellcheck) jackie was very rude! I wasn't aware of your new exchange policy she rudely said: "you gotta have a receipt" which is fine but however I am a paying customer and should be treated with a little bit better dignity and respect being that I chose to spend my money with you. And because of me spending my money there allows her to have a paycheck. I myself are in a management position. I would never speak to a customer as rudely as she spoke to me and with her title being the "store manager" good look for your family dollar/dollar tree business. With an attitude like that jackie will cause you to lose customers as well as sales. Anyway, she then proceeded to throw my change to me. I asked for you guys corporate number. She again said "I dont know it" I made her aware that I would contact corporate she said, "I dont care go ahead". But didn't give me the corporate number just rudely talked about me to customers that were in line after me. Another customer stopped me as I was going out of the door and stated that I could find the corporate number to report her. I guess maybe she has a lot going on in her life that makes her incompatible to serve customers the proper way. I will never return to that location nor will I ever shop family/dollar tree again if you're going to have people like this running your business with titles that say "store manager" I would like feedback on this situation because I was treated so rudely by someone who runs your store. I can see an associate being that rude but when you're a store manager its just certain ways you should handle and act towards customers. Ms. Jaqueline seems to be to mature to act like an infant.

Dollar Tree Slip and fall

Hello on Saturday 4_28_19 myself and 4 kids were shopping at the stone ridge plaza store on west ridge rd in Rochester ny..upon walking the isle many of them had a blue goopy substance on the floor in multiple places while there I guess an employee started to try to clean it up by mopping. My 12 year old was walking down isle to get to me at the frozen food doors and started to slide and couldn't catch his footing he ended up falling to the ground on his left side and continued to slide .my son was extremely embarrassed and wanted to leave with in an hour he was complaining on pain in his arm back side and elbow. His elbow is extremely swollen. And his hip and forearm arm bruised. These people didn't even help him up.right an incident report. Ask how he was nothing...while I was standing in line to pay the manager made an announcement over the store saying please be careful they had a liquid soap spill and were cleaning up. Well mopping up that amount of soap just made it slippery...

Dollar Tree cashier sales associate inappropriate behavior.

on Sunday April 28th 2019 at 12:56 PM I went to shop at Dollar tree bought some idems when ready to check out Store Manager Jameson was taking my idems and scanning them and I nicely told him please just put two bags of chips in bag but he look at me and said why if the three bags of chips squeeze tightly inside one bag but I kept telling him can you please just take out one bag so the bag of chips won't blow but then he started giving me extra bags to put in my self the Associate I found him very strange I will never shop at this location ever again. this Happen at store# 5436, Address 747 Garden of the gods road, Colorado springs, CO 80907-3505 phone# 719-216-0610.. name of Manager Jameson... Dollar Tree store and customers service

Good afternoon it's Sunday afternoon around 2:45pm I'm in one of your locations in Bloomfield Connecticut address is 299 cottage grove blvd #store 1123
The manager at the time her name was Lori and and additional employee was on, I asked her if she could open up another register with a rude tone and sas in her voice she said that she wouldn't I was in line with 13 other people in line and there was only one cashier on while she just stood at the register and informed us that he was really fast and he would be with us shorty I then asked her would she open up another line because people was in the aisle of the store she said No! Then she stood at the register chatting with another associate that wasn't on the register either . Then I proceed to ask her who was the store manager she refused to give me his name and told me Rudely to call the store one the morning that he would be on .She proceed to blow up balloons it took her 10 minutes to do so the line had never moved she then proceed to go to the back of the store now knowledge my self of the other customers. The associate that was on his name was micheal and he was very patience and accompanied all the customers with No help or assistance from Lori.Knowing that your establishment is business that sales items for a dollar people Tend to over shop I Purchased $90 dollars worth of items and to be ignored in that manner is embarrassing and very unprofessional to have someone in that manner to treat your customers.

Dollar Tree store # 3952

4/28/19 after paying for my items the cashier which was the only one opened decided to leave my bag where I couldn't reach it, I asked if she could handed me the bag, I told by her to reach for it myself.
Then, to make matters worse, the so called untrained manager escalated the situation by calling using a racial slur towards me. Threatened to call the cops

Dollar Tree sorry employee

I go in the Dollar Tree every day morning and night. The store is a mess but from what I've heard and seen they are struggling and doing all they can do to keep it up. I'm assuming they don't have enough hours and stockers to get everything done. There is however one employee that I've got an issue with. She's an assistant manager and her name is April. She is always on her cellphone or store phone, sitting outside smoking, in the office, next door in the piggly wiggly, or in the parking lot with random people chitchatting. I never see her doing any kind of work. There will be a cashier struggling with a long line and she'll be outside smoking or somewhere else not to be seen for hours at a time. I know I'm not the only one to notice this behavior because I have talked to many people and get the same statements. I have also overheard comments from the closing assistant manager and several cashiers complain about her as well. I understand that the store is without a manager as well and I've her this women talking about wanting the position and from mine and sever other point of view, this women doesn't make the cut. Something should be done about this immediately. I hate to see this store fall. I've been a faithful shopper since it opened. Usually I have good experiences in the store with the other employees but occasionally one will obviously be annoyed or tired and not mean to come off rude but they do. I understand all to well from my own retail experience that sometimes you just have a bad day. So no complaints there.

Dollar Tree talking about customers

This afternoon I went to store #07369 to buy a few items. While shopping an employee by the name of Luz made me feel extremely uncomfortably. She followed me around while I shopped as if she thought I was going to steal. While in line to pay for all items I over heard her talking with another employee insinuating that I was stealing things. I find it very rude considering I paid for my things. As a employee for your company they should hold better standards. Especially to paying coustomers. I am very disappointed in this store.

Dollar Tree customer service

Hello! My name is Marc A. Velez, MPA. On Saturday, 04/27/2019, at approximately 1300 hours, I entered the Dollar Tree, Store #4005, located at 5650 Allen Way Suite 114, Castle Rock, CO 80108-7621. At 13:29 hours, I checked out. As I was waiting in line, right before i checked out, there was another customer in front of me with her items; therefore, I grabbed the item divider, which was mostly hidden from view to divide the items. I had the extremely UNFORTUNATE pleasure of encountering the sales associate, later identified as Dionna (Note: last name and employee number were NOT provided to me despite me asking for them), who chastizing me, which was not warranted, appropriate nor was it professional. Dionne stated in an extremely rude and belittling tone, "Do NOT touch this!" (referring to the item divider). I did not know that the item divider said "Do not touch" on it as it was hidden from view. Furthermore, if you didn't want a customer to touch it to begin with, why was it even by the conveyer belt at all where it could be used? I was so offended by Dionne that I grabbed my items and i started to walk to another open register when Dionne said in a VERY clear voice "Whatever!" I was offended yet again. I then walked up to Dionne and I told her to call over her manager. I also advised Dionne that she does NOT need to work in customer service. The on-duty manager, Derrick, responded. I advised him that i wanted to make a formal complain against Dionne with the Dollar Tree's Corporate office. i then contacted dollar tree at 1-800-876-8697 as well as making a complaint online. Dionne is the face and the ambassador to your company. is this truly how you want your customers to be treated? i highly doubt it. Dionne needs to be terminated from her employment. Dollar Tree asst. manager

I was shopping at the Weaverville, NC store on Friday evening about 7 pm. Only one register was open and the phone rang at least 10 times in about 15 minutes. The cashier was amazing. She stayed very calm & smiled non-stop. She waited about five minutes for change for a customer with a large bill. The asst. manager came in from outside (finally) and rudely gave change to customer. She made no effort to help or speak to anyone. I spent about 15 minutes in store and the only time I saw management was to give change. Asst. manager then proceeded to answer telephone and leave building again. There were several people waiting in line and she made zero effort to give any help or even a smile. I felt very sorry for cashier and hope some help will be given to what seems to be a great employee. When I left the store management was still outside propped on trash can doing nothing. I realize everyone has bad days but this seems to be habitual at this store. Thanks for reading and I hope cashier receives the help she deserves.

Dollar Tree store not open on time

Three employees and a handful of customers waiting outside for the store manager to come open up. We could hear employees calling the manager many time with no answer since 8:45 and all the customers thought they opened at 8:30 not 9am store location is the new one just off Kirby near Quince next to AutoZone. Street address is 6532 but not familiar with the side street name. As I am sending this the manager is still not here. Time to find a new manager

Dollar Tree manager

Dollar tree on 1224 w Pawnee. Wichita kansas 67217 the manager Sabrina Crouch is abusive to employees uses intimidation on them threatening there job daily. Dollar trees code of ethics says what she is doing should get her at least wrote up. The rules of dollar tree are not being followed. So why even have them. Several employees have had break downs in the store and manager Sabrina is there cause she is making the work place hostile. Talk to your employees get rid of the problem.

Dollar tree on Sun City Center Florida is a mass .carpet dirty, boxes everywhere, employees yelling at customers and telling them they don't have the time the schedules are messed up, one person at the register when there's about 40 people in line, employees will not help they stand and talk . somebody in corporate needs to pay a visit. People talk. Not good

Dollar Tree employee behavior

Today (4/25/2019) I was in the Dollar Tree store in the Willow Tree Center in Laguna Woods California. There are many senior citizens who live in this area so my first complaint is that the store has no carts just hand held baskets which makes it difficult to shop for seniors. Today there was a line of 12 people waiting to to check out and only one cashier. There were many requests for another checker to help out. All requests were ignored. The lady in front of me was buying some candy. She opened the package (it was a 10 count pkg) and was eating one of the candy bars because she was diabetic and was having low blood sugar. Out of nowhere an employee came over to her and told her please do not eat the candy because it was considered stealing before she paid for it. First of all, she was standing in line to pay and it is not considered stealing until you go out of the building. The employee was very rude. and is in dire need of customer service training. As a result of this employee's behavior I will never shop in that particular store again. I will go out of my way to shop at another Dollar Tree.

Dollar Tree non employee working there after hours

Location 941 otay lakes road chula vista ca 91913 (store manager lorena )- im actually an associate at this dollar tree location i want to report that our store manager lorena lets her dad work their afterhours with the truck load, i myself an other employees have witnessed him and lorena has been seen with him coming inside the store on her days off with this man, if something happens an this man gets injured while working truck and hes not. Even an employee of dollar tree there can be a serious lawsuit against dollar tree i highly recommend u look into this matter and investigate a suprise visit on truck days and lorena and witnesses for yourself before something serious happens u can email me at [protected]@yahoo.com or [protected]

Assistant Manager Lavarn Binson at Dollar Tree on Albemarle Rd. is very rude and disrespectful to co-workers and customers. She uses bad language all the time with the co-workers and disrespects them all the time. She has done so many mistakes, but she is still on the job as a assistant manger. A cashier at store 5620 in 722 W ALondra blvd, Compton CA 90220 on 4/20/19 at 8pm.
started cursing out loud to a customer because they opened the door to leave at 8pm. she said that F**ken Bi*ch opened the door and her stupid kid. Next time Im not let the Bi*ch in the store. A black customer said dont talk that way cupcake. she said I dont care its my store and I do what I want. that f**ken bi*ch! and you guy better not open that f**ken door either.

horrible customer service cursingout loud with kids present and customers. she needs to ne FIRED!

Dollar Tree employees

The dollar tree in East Dublin GA has some rude people everytime I've went in there there always been 1 sweet employee in there she is always so nice Ashley is her name she greets me and is always doing something to make customers happy but there are a few that are very very rude always has a bad attitude and never smiles we need more employees like Ashley in the store

This was probably written by Ashley herself trying to get her coworkers in trouble by lying because she does not get along with them. I am a CEO of this company and will be terminating Ashley for this. This is not a way to treat your coworkers. Nice try Ashley. You are just showing how poor of a team player you are.
