My father and brothers will no longer purchase Ford vehicles, my best friend just bought a car from you which she is going to get rid of. This will have a long-lasting effect as Kelloggs, Starbucks, Nordstroms, all the companies involved have lost my business, my daughters' business and any and everyone I can influence. f 150 pick up
I recently had to pay almost $1600 for repair to the engine parts. It included timing, plugs, boots and fuel pump. All this on a truck with 49, 000 miles. The dealer service manager at Bryden Ford in Durand, Il stated that it was because of ethanol corrosion. He also stated that Ford was aware of the ethanol corrosion problem and they were working on it. Yet, both Ford Corporation and the dealer deny any responsibility. Neither agreed to lower the price. This despite the fact that the owners manual and the fuel port both say may use ethanol up to 10%.
I think I had to pay because Ford uses substandard parts that can't last using the fuel that they say is acceptable.

I met with n accident on august 15th 2017. i was on a high way so was told to bring my veichle to bangalore as road side assistance cant be provided where it had happened. august 15th at night 11pm i reached bangalore. after that ford road side assistance took 7 days to tow my veichke to there service centre. and i have been following up since then for my car repair and till dte i dont a have a date. its been a real horrfic experience with the service centre. i have to call Mr. Munir everyday to get an information and most of the time his no. goes unreachable and unanswered. its going to be more than 1 and half months and really frustated. its been more than a month i hearing frm mr. munir that parts are not abvailaible. when i say that i will put a complain no body is worried about it and i get a reply that i can put a complain whereever i want. its very difficult to explain what i am going through. hoping that someone will help me

Just bought a new mustang, have a super duty f250 2016. Have owned Fords and been loyal customer for 40 years. I. Done! Will buy Chevy/gmc/dodge from here on out. I was so upset to get up this morning and find out that the Ford Foundation has been a major contributor to the Center for Community Change, an outright anti-trump 501c and that the only reason we found out is because The Washington Free Beacon got a hold of the HIDDEN DONOR list for this company and Ford was right there 2nd from the top, one notch ahead of George Soros!
I don't mind a company supporting democrats or republicans, but to support an anti-trump organization crosses the line for me.

swollen lug nuts
On October 2nd 2017 I hit a sewer grate and tore a hole in the side of my tire. My husband tried to change the tire and put on the spare but we could not get the lug nuts off. We called emergency roadside assistance and he had a hard time getting them off also he said that my lug nuts had a cap on them that is for decoration and they were swollen and we had a hard time getting the lug nuts off. On October 3rd I call Ford and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Bob at the Ford dealer on the Roosevelt Boulevard Philadelphia PA. He explained to me that they do swell and I asked him why does that happen he said he did not know. I took my car into Blatt tires to replace the tire that was damaged and after speaking to the mechanic I decided to get four new tires well the mechanic called me back and said that I should replace my lug nuts because they were having a hard time removing them. I spoke with the gentleman from Ford multiple times about the situation trying to figure out what the best thing to do I asked him should I replace them or could the decorative cap be removed and he said that they all came as one piece. I did not get the impression that Ford felt any responsibility for the problem that I'm having if I can't change my own Tire or if the emergency roadside people have a hard time changing the tire this just causes a problem for me.
Why don't Ford simply replace swollen lug nuts with ones made of a different material when they are discovered on their cars? When I take my car into the dealership for tire rotation, they say I have some lug nuts that are swollen. My car is under warranty. Why not replace the defective parts?

undelivered dealership keys for a 2009 ford edge, etc.
Invoice No. FOCS684117. Customer No. 115065. I took my car to Sayville Ford in Sayville, NY on 2/27/2017to get new belts and 2 Ford Dealership keys as I was told that the keys I had made from AAA were causing my LoJack to flash a blue light and this would fix the problem. I was stunned after I had driven off as the keys I paid for were the same keys I gave them. My light still flashes all the time for the LoJack and I had immediately called Donna, my advisor and told her my concern. She said she would talk to the manager and was sure there wouldn't be a problem in giving me 2 keys with the unlock and lock feature buttons programmed into the keys. Why would I want keys without these features? That's why I wanted Ford to make them. Unbelievable. Meanwhile, I had tried calling Donna at least 5 times and got no response. I then tried to call the manager and the secretary had informed me that he was in a meeting and took my number and he never called me back either. I have never had such bad service from a dealership in my life. I wanted 2 dealership keys and basically they have no clue how to fix the blinking blue light on the LoJack and were feeding me a bunch of crap. At Fritz Ford in Riverside, CA, there is a LoJack person at the dealership, but none apparently at Sayville Ford in NY. I had paid $1248 and feel slightly robbed. I would like 2 dealership keys as originally requested and my flashing blue light to be fixed on the LOJack without any more charges. Also I have a recall for over a year regarding the air bags that has not been fixed either. This dealer told me the parts to fix it aren't in. Shouldn't this be resolved by now? I want this fixed as well. Without this issue being fixed, the car is not sellable. This is not right. I should not be driving a car that is not properly designed and a safety hazard. If possible can these items be fixed at the Ford Dealership in Patchogue, NY? I don't trust or have any faith left in the Sayville Ford group. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I will never ever deal Jarrett-Gordon Ford in Davenport Fl ever again. I took my vehicle to them due to the fact that it was over heating. Needless to say I spoke with Albert from the service dept. after he told me my vehicle would cost 1200 to fix I said to him oh no that is quite okay. I told him the vehicle is old I have 3 other cars that works perfectly fine and I'm not in need for that vehicle so I will just pay what I owe and come pick it up. To say the least he became very outrage and rude he begin talking over me I couldn't get a word in so finally I had to say are you going to continue to yell and talk over me or are you going to allow me to speak. I realize Albert was very pissed he didnt put my parts back in my car the way it was when I dropped it off. He put all my parts in a box and put it in the back seat my car was able to drive before I took it to ford. Albert an employee for Jarrett Gordon Ford is very vindictive and unprofessional I have never in my life seen anything like this. I will also file a complaint with my state attorney as well as the BBB. I'm still speechless about this matter. For all I know they might have cause somemore damage to my car out of spite.This was pure evil. The picture is part that they didnt put back on unstead they put it in a box and tossed it in the back sit of my car.

Last year, I purchased a used truck from Sheridan Ford in Wilmington, DE. I was transferred to Denver, CO. I paid off my truck and asked for a refund on both the service contract and the GAP insurance:
-February, 2017, I called the dealership and was told I would be emailed a refund form. I was not.
-August 17, 2017, while back home, I visited the dealership and submitted the forms while I was there. I was told a refund check would be sent in two weeks.
-September 29, 2017. I called and was told that the refund was not processed because they did not believe that I had paid off the loan.
- I had showed them the payoff in August, and what difference does it make if I pay off the loan. I want my money back.
-I'm not even mentioning the $1, 799 DOC fee they charged me.

2014 escape.. was recalled 4 or 5 times within first year. Left hood hanging off underneath my engine when I was moving to Florida & it could have killed me if I hit something on the road. Didn't find out till I moved to Florida. Now I need my blinker light changed and the technician at Sunrise Ford in Fort Pierce Florida didn't know where the blinker light was. Told me I bought the wrong blinker light so I went back to auto zone and switched the light bulbs, went back again to Sunrise Ford in Fort pierce, Fl and they didn't know where the blinker light was (I had to show them) (& yes, I'm a female)...turns out I had the correct light bulbs to begin with and now they want to charge me $200 to change a blinker light because Ford made sure that no human could reach it...you have to take the whole front end off to get to the light bulb and my car is under bumper to bumper warranty until 2020! DO NOT BUY A FORD!

I have a 2014 Ford Fusion. Recently I was having a lot of issues with engine sputtering out. I took it to Ford Dealership in my local town. Conklin Cars of Newton. They misdiagnosed and said I needed a new fuel pump. They also told me I did not have warranty. I had to pay them $750.00. Long story short the fuel pump was not the issue as the car continued to have issues. When I called they told me I could not have a rental and I would have to pay again for a Diagnostics test! I then called dealership I purchased auto from and they told me I had the ES warranty and should of only had to pay $100 ded. I then called Conklin cars and they insisted I did not have one. Finally they found it. I then of course made the decision to take to the dealership I purchased car from. Therefore had to pay another deductible! As it was a fuel pump sensor not Fuel pump. Conklin cars is refusing to refund the deductible. This is not right and they were insulting and rude over the entire situation. Never once sorry just rude and will not refund the $$ that Is owed to me! What steps do I need to take to to get this $$ back!

Afterwards it has indicator issue i had called to conceren person they have checked but not solved this issue then i complaint to ford india. After ten days without doing anything they thave return my vehicle at my home with minor scratch which was happened at your workstation. Then again I have called to ford india, ford india sanctioned 50% discount on that part the part was not availabe at your service stataion after exact one month after so many remainder the part came at your service station, they through ford india they have collected my vehicle at your service station. As per the commintment given to ford india & me it should be repaired within 4 days but i still i diid not get my vehicle. to me

2013 ford focus
My car has been at the shop 3 times for the same recall part that is causing the transmission to skip. This 3rd time done it for is. Took it in for the recall parts and received all call from Robert that it was ready. So I left my husbands truck at the dealership and took my car to an appointment that i had. Got done with my appointment and started my car put in reverse and it wouldnt go nowhere. I called back to the dealership and spoke with Robert who told me if I can get my car back to them they would check it out. My rule is 3 strikes and your out . We both work in different counties and having 1 messing up puts us into a bind with our work schedules. This is my 1st ford and last. Its a shame .

I had my 2016 Ford Explorer in for an oil change one week ago. Two hours after getting my vehicle back, I returned to Ford Mills in Willmar, MN and reported to them that there was section of my steering wheel that was tore (looks like there was some substance in a wash cloth that ate away at the top layer of leather in the steering wheel). They claimed they did not do that and I reminded them that this was not there 3 hours ago when I dropped it off. They asked for the mileage and said it didn't matter because it would be a warranty issue. They scheduled a warranty service repair for today. They also told me I could not have 36, 000 miles on my car when it came in which caused a hardship as I had to park it for half of the week for that to happen. When I asked for a loaner they told me they didn't arrange for one. The comment was made to me that I didn't buy my car their anyway. I don't feel they worked very hard at getting me a vehicle. Then I received a call later saying all they did was take a picture and send it to Ford to see if they would cover it. The service wasn't even done today. My issue is that I feel they were very disrespectful to me because I didn't buy my vehicle here. When I purchase a $30, 000 vehicle, I should be treated much better than this.
2017 f150 truck
Took my vehicle for the 5th time this morning to the service center because the check engine warning light keeps returning .I bought a new truck because I was tired of the hassle to keep repairing my old truck but still have this problem with the new one It is so depressing because over a 4 year period I saved up 10, 000.00 to use on a 50, 000.00 investment on a POS truck .Have paid almost 10, 000.00 more in payments so I'm stuck in a contract I can't get out of .I have always loved ford products but this will probably be the last ford product I buy .Maybe someone with more experience with ford repair could enlighten the dealership in Americus Ga. 31711 on how to fix it that would be great .The dealership is Sunbelt Ford.I can assure you I will not continue to pay that much for a pos it is embarrassing when passengers ask me about the light being on in a brand new truck.I have confronted everyone at the dealership from top to bottom at no avail .The number at dealership is [protected] general manager is Chase Pines.My next option is a lawyer and to claim lemon law .

I was experiencing a clunk/creaking noise with my I brought my 2004 Lincoln Navigtor a product of Ford on 8/21/17. Pick it up on 8/30/17. I was informed "new upper control arm due to age and mileage or rear suspension and front suspension components wear is cause for noise" which I was billed$583.99. After driving my vehicle for a few days same noise returned, I brought the vehicle back on 9/5/17 explain the noise and had mechanic ride with me for my concerns. I was informed Vehicle was ready on 9/9/17 " noise from C/V AXLE when making turn removed and installed new seal and C/V Axle test drove slow speeds No noise" I was billed again $649.22. So as I left service station not even a day noise return. Call and spoke with Don Shinaut/4692 from Randall Ford in fort Smith Arkansas. My problem still present and I had paid for something It was "supposedly " the problem. He assured me he would speak with his boss to get problem fix So he told me to bring it in on 9/13/17 he was aware I had brought it in for the same problem. 9/19/17 I was inform Vehicle was ready and "rear sway bar link had excessive play removed and replace and noise in rear no longer present but there is noise in front" I was not charge because I felt that I shouldn't be charged for same problem that was suppose to be fix last month. The noise is still present in the rear and there is no difference. I feel like I was paying for service not received. O want to be reimbursed for two services that never solved the problem.
ford f150 warranty issue
My 2015 F150(and apparently many other Ford models according to the dealer) has warped rotors after only 30K mi. The vehicle is not driven inappropriately nor is it used to tow trailers frequently. Ford's answer to this problem is to resurface the rotors which only makes them thinner and more susceptible to warping again when the vehicle is no longer under warranty period. This is BS! There is clearly an issue with the braking system and materials in these vehicles. Apparently, the only way to get a proper solution from a vehicle mfr anymore is to file a class-action lawsuit.
2009 ford edge
My 09 Ford Edge is having issues with the water pump going bad and there were no warning signs nor was there any lights that came on when the car died on me and I was smelling antifreeze coming from under the hood, the temperature gage did not even move as if it was running hot or anything. When running a code after a day later and not driving it when it started messing up the engine light came on and the code said the crank shaft sensor was bad, we replaced that then the cam shaft sensor code came on so we replaced that now the water is slowly leaking out and we find out you have to take the engine out to even replace the water pump?! I've been reading with other people's same problems I'm having and they had to replace the engine cause the water goes in the engine where Ford makes that stupid design by outing a water pump in the engine. Why does Ford do this...I believe to get more money out of the owner of the vehicle. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of on a vehicle and I've never owned a Ford until now but you can bet I will NEVER own another one. I have had nothing but problems out of this Ford Edge! When I buy a vehicle as much as I pay for it I would expect for it to last a little while without having to keep doing things to it every few months but this vehicle has been far from that and now I have to worry about putting more money into it for the water pump and I hope the engine don't have to be replaced due to the faulty engine design Ford chose when making the vehicle. I can't sale my Ford like this and get half of what I have into it back, would Ford like to buy this piece of crap back from me?! Has there been any recalls on the faulty water pump, probably not because Ford designed the SUV like this and that's only to get more money out of the owner. It's ridiculous and I will be getting rid of this crappy Ford asap and I will not ever spend my hard earned money on another Ford! I believe the saying now Ford stands for Found On The Road Dead! Because that's where it left me with no warnings or lights or nothing coming on at all before my car just died on me! Way to design a SUV, Ford! Ford has some nice cars on the outside but don't let that fool you cause it seems to me that all they want is to keep getting money out of you to replace big expensive things when you only have to replace a water pump but you really have to replace the engine cause of the stupid design!

August 2010 we bought a new 2010 Mercury Mariner, and within a couple years the paint started flaking off our door handle, it is now about void of paint on the back of the handle...the color of my vehicle is White Suede...I would like a bottle of replacement paint sent to me to repair. All of the other door handles are starting to flake off also...My Mariner still looks great EXCEPT for the door handles...
