Home Depot duct & furnace cleaning!!

September 25th, 2019 this service was booked and tech named Rob completed. However, he never left a copy of the bill receipt. I requested a copy be mailed out for my records and go over charges. Felt I overpaid! 10 days later nothing. Called service Dept. again mentioned squeal in motor now due to unseasonal cold. Said I had 7 days to call if any problem. She said it was on email sent. But like any competent person I clean up my emails regularly. So, no written copy or digital to refer too? Said I was out of luck, and she would request Accounting Dept again to send out a copy of bill. So, their lies my problem!?

Home Depot auto payment scam

I have used auto pay for years and taken advantage of the promos, just to discover the auto pay doesn't have an option to cover the charges to avoid a charged fee, and alocates the money to orders owed a year later instead of what is owed today!
This is a scam and a disgrace. i will cut my credit card and never use that again.

I have asked for a reimbursement of $63.15 of late fees and was told that would not be possible.
I NEVER had to pay a late fee on a credit card mismanaged before in my life. Your system is a scam.
I will NEVER use your card or home depot again if this is not taken care of.
i want to be reimbursed all the late fees due to this antiquated auto pay system that works to make you "steal" fees from your customers! I will contact Better Business Bureau as well to let them know if this credit card Fraud.

This situation will never happen to me again.
You are losing a long time loyal customer through this horible system! It's 2020! This is abusive!

i am paying back $1000 today in one payment to make up for your BS! Thank you very much!

Home Depot home depot 11% rebate process

I purchased a generator during a 11% rebate promotion. Trying to receive my rebate has been nothing short of a hassle! The store employee warned me that I might have problems- because Home Depot has a terrible history with their rebate process. She was NOT kidding!

9/14/19- I submitted my rebate on line and followed all directions.

9/16/19-Received an email stating my request was received. Tracking #[protected]

9/30/19- Track my rebate and it stated it was invalid. It was missing the rebate amount. Am I supposed to figure that? I could if you need me to.

9/30/19 - I called the number on the rebate form. Person was very nice and said yes you were having problems. She entered a new ticket for my rebate gave me a new tracking number #[protected] and said I was all set.

10/7/19 - I checked tracking for new request - again it stated it was invalid. This time for invalid post mark (but I did not mail) and receipt date legibility. Tried calling the number of the rebate form and the option to speak to someone has no been removed. After going around in circles I hung up and looked up the customer service number on line.

Customer service transferred me 2twice once I was disconnected the other time it rang for 12 minutes before I hung up.

Called again and someone is assisting me as I write this.

You are a large company offering a nationwide promotion. You obviously know you have a problem because your own employees said it, not once but twice. I am very frustrated. The ONLY reason I purchased this was because of the promotion your were offering. You are not living up to your own integrity!

Should I have faith this will be addressed today? I am not so sure.

Signed extremely disappointed!

Home Depot situation

On Friday Sept. 27 th My husband and I were walking through Home Depot shopping for our new home. As I was walking in store my foot go stuck. I looked down and saw that it was stuck in a pile of feces on the floor. Of course I was yelling for help and quite grossed out thinking someone bought there dog in the store and left this mess. It ends up being as I was told a customer did this...The manager did help me by getting wipes and gloves so I could lift my foot and sandal out of this mess. My husband was vomiting outside because he was so horrified... I did pay for my items and got 200.00 discount... I called totalk to customer service because I am horrified this could happen in a store with many staff members. I want someone to recognize and follow up with me. My doctor said human feces do carry health issues, I did throw out my sandals and jeans ………

I was near the facility and heard inaaporiapite comments about customers and even reference to Una bomber, this shocked me as this establishment is known for being creditable. Home Depot management

The Manager at #6580 is a unfair and dishonest employee of Home Depot. Home Depot is aware of this and has had to curtail her unfair and narcissitic behavior in the past. Her store at one time had the highest turn over rate of emplyee's in the entire company. She has used leverage and "dirt" to keep herself at the store for 18 years which is not normal for Home Depot Managers. She holds personal grudges against good and productive employees and sets them up to fail for reasons as petty as the employee is "prettier" than her. You are about to lose one of the best employee's you have because of this mentally unstable petty sorry excuse of a human being. You have a employee that YOU movedto a full time position over her because of hteir hard work and she has made it her mission to get rid of this good employee ever since just because Tina is a power mad crappy human being. This employee makes the company money, she is dependable, she is in her second round of going to Platinum. She has stacks of Homer awards and until yesterday she had a unblimished record with the company. I am a outside observer and I have been watching this play out for months. The employee does not know I am writing this and she would not wish me too. The absolute level of wrong going on in this situation is unbelieveable. The right thing to do if there would be a honest investigation of this store would be to fire Tina and prob prosecute her her and promote the emplyee with a raise. I have never witnessned such unjustifiable cruelty, lying and deciet as I have in this situation. Home Depot should be ashamed.

Home Depot door installation

Reference # 7678761

Starting on June 3, 2019 I started calling Home Depot about the door installed in 2014. It is triple paned and has condensation showing between the panes.

June 3: told I would be called back. No call back.
June 14: told I would be called back. No call back.
June 20: Went into a store and finally had an installation service provider call back. He came to see the problem in a couple of days. Examined the door installation and said it was a shoddy install in the first place and failing in more places that just the pane (door lock, surrounding door case). Ordered the door we needed replaced.
August 16: Called Home Depot because I never heard back from the installation service provider. Told I would be called back. No call back.
August 22: Called the installation service provider and received a call back. Told door was in warehouse and he would call back to schedule installation.
September 18: Emailed the installation service provider because I had not been told when installation would occur. Received a call scheduling installation on Oct 3.
Oct 3: No show. Called back to see when they would arrive and told door was not in warehouse...only hardware. Door reordered.

If and when we ever get this door replaced, will it be installed correctly and will it perform correctly?

We are extremely dissatisfied with this service.

Home Depot power equipment

I have purchased a Toro lawn mower from Home Depot in Uncasville CT. The Toro lawn mower has a sticker on it saying "Guaranteed to Start" well its not true this lawn mower from day one was very hard to start. I complained to Home Depot but they told me to contact Toro or take the lawn mower to a Toro service center. That being said I put the lawn mower in my shed and hired a lawn service to cut my lawn as I was very frustrated with Home Depot not standing the product that they have sold me. A year or so later I decided to purchase a rear engine riding lawn mower, I was foolish and purchased a Cub Cadet rear engine lawn mower from Home Depot from day one the Cub Cadet was making strange noises when I engaged the mowing deck, I did a visual examination but could not find the problem. So once again I complained to Home Depot and once again they told me to call THE MANUFACTURER Cub Cadet. It took me hours to reach Cub Cadet once I finally got them on the phone they told me to bring the lawn tractor to a Cub Cadet dealer. I brought the Cub Cadet to the dealer it has been 3 weeks and I still dont have my tractor. I needed to cut my lawn as the grass was getting high, so I pulled the Toro out of my shed and once again it took 20 plus minutes to get it running I was able to cut half my lawn before the lawn mower stalled and would not start

I OWN THREE HOUSES AND HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AT HOME DEPOT TO MAINTAIN MY PROPERTIES. ITS A SHAME THAT THEY JUST, AT THIS POINT PASSED THE BUCK AND SAID SORRY BUT WE CAN'T HELP YOU.

Shame on me for not purchasing my lawn mowing equipment from a local dealer, I believe if I have done so I would not be spending my time typing this complaint and would be cutting my lawn .

I would also tell anyone that is in need to purchase power equipment to do so through a local certified reseller.

I am very unhappy and disappointed with Home Depot customer service and moving forward I will now look to purchase products from stores that stand behind what they sell.

Home Depot window installation project

This project was started in May 2019 is when I ordered the windows. The install was started July 2019. My window that was installed in the Bathroom was the wrong window. I was told it would be replaced later. After several attempts to contact the project manager for my project he told me he wanted to put tape on the window to make it look like grids. I said absolutly NOT. I then contacted the original sales person and sighned a new change order for a new window that was August 26th. I only had 6 windows and only one with this issue.Why is this taking so long to complete? I want to have my window installed ( THE CORRECT ONE) I need other projects done but Home Depot will not be an option they are dragging their feet and I have had BAD customer service. I just want this project completed Please.

Home Depot delivery 🚚 service

To whom it may concern
I purchased a washer dryer from Home Depot because they advised me that it would be delivered in 3 days. Home Depot advised me to disconnect my washer and dryer. I would have done it but did not because I'm a woman that does not have enough strength to do it and even if I could move the washer and dryer I would be stuck with no washroom because it is very narrow. The delivery 🚚 men flat out refused to move the washer and dryer and ended up taking the Maytag washer and dryer back. Now I have to hire someone to come and remove the washer and dryer before they attempt another delivery. All the accessories from the hose to the ventilation tube that goes to the dryer are less than 3 months old. The delivery men should have been more understanding and remove the old appliances and install the new ones. It does not take a rocket 🚀 scientist to do this task.
This is the first and last time that I purchase anything from Home Depot. The last time I bought a washer dryer it was from Sears and they came and removed the old washer and dryer and then installed the new one. That's service. This incident was totally uncalled for.

My gate is leaning badly and when I asked the contractor to fix he abruptly said no. I had this contractor construct a new fence around my backyard which included a 6 ft. gate. 2 weeks after the install the gate began to lean terribly and the contractor refuses to fix. This conttractor was recommended by the Home Depot Store located in the Meadows Marketplace, Lone Tree, CO.

Home Depot home delivery service

SHODDY, LAZY AND INCOMPETENT HOME DELIVERY SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE

We ordered a small washer/dryer from Home Depot several years ago and it was delivered and installed at the top of our steps in our row house--without incident. The machine broke and we ordered a new one to replace the old one. Today the delivery men from Ford Air refused to bring the new machine up the stairs because they would have to lift it two feet about the railing. They demanded that i remove the railing, and i said it would take me five minutes to get the screwdriver from next door and remove it. I left them in the house, and ran to get the screwdriver. I came back two minutes later, and the delivery men had fled, and did not leave the machine. Now they can not redeliver for at least a week (Oct. 1), which means we can not satisfy an obligation to have the house ready by Oct. 1 at 9 am.

Also, before the deliverymen came, I provided to Home Delivery Support [protected]) my telephone number to be contacted for delivery, and Home Delivery in turn provided it to the delivery company. The company never relayed it to the delivery people, so i was never called. As a result, when i arrived, the deliverymen complained that they waited for 5-10 minutes, so they seemed very anxious to leave.

Home Depot echo gas powerhead w/ trimmer

I purchased this product from your Hoover Store on 07/22/2019. I was told by the cashier that I was purchasing a 2 year replacement warranty at that time. I purchased a two year replacement warranty according to my receipt for $35.00. On 09/14/2019, I took my product back to the store for a replacemet, because it quite working. I was informed by the Store Manager (Elana M. Chadwell) that I purchased an extended warranty not a replacement warranty. I explained to her that the cashier, and my receipt says replacement warranty not extended warranty. My Receipt Number is [protected] date 07/22/19 0730 PM cashier Amaya. Totalled purchased $410.38. I contacted ECHO, and I have a Five (5) year Manufacture Warranty for repairs. I do not need a two (2) year extended warranty. I am requesting a replacement of my echo gas powerhead w/trimmer, or a refund of my $35.00. According to the manual of operation, the unit is sold with a shoulder strap. Which was not included in the purchase. the wording on the receipt should reflex the extended warranty purchase instead of a replacement purchase. The worst service I ever received
On 9/20/19, at 3:56 pm I went to home depot to exchange a pair of blind. 1) when I went to pay, a black young woman Trevor who was managing the cashier with a very nasty aptitude was rushing me when I was trying to put the merchandise in a bi bag and my card and the proof of purchase in my bag, calling other customers. Then I was trying to contact home depot to help me with the instructions were I spent long time on the phone, transfer to different extensions #. On 08.10.19 my wife and I purchased a dog bed item number [protected], valued at $19.98. See attached receipt. Over a few days of using the bed, our dog started to itch.
