I went in today on my lunch break as I always do and have been doing for several years the wonderful gentleman that are usually there were off today. I always purchase my few makeup items at the same time as I purchase my medication I have been all along with the normal pharmacist that are there. But today there was a fill in person an Asian lady I tried to call to get her name but got no answer she refused to ring up my items with my medicines she told me I needed to take to front of store I have limited time at lunch and get off work late in the evenings. There also was no one else in line. I always purchase together so was unable to get medicine she was very rude I love this pharmacy and have never been treated this way by anyone there not even the other lady who fills in I am very very upset with this treatment I received today. I asked Produce Manager for Jazz apples. He said they weren't in season. I replied it is apple season. He said they weren't on order guide. The produce manager before him found the number and did order Jazz apples. I can also get the st Target, Tony's and Melrose Park Jewel. The next day the ads came out and Jazz apples were advertised. At approximately 5:45pm i walked up to an express lane register. I had come to jewel in an uber as i am not allowed to drive due to my epilepsy. I was being rung out for a bobaks polish sausage package which had no price tag. The woman calls 3 times for someone in the deli department to give her a price on this item and still after 3 attempts no one that works in the department i got the item from knew a price. The cashier was forced to walk to the deli department to get a price which took an additional 5 minutes. In total i stood more than 10 minutes waiting for a price on sausage which the deli department shouldve responded to my cashier's request the 3 times she had previously asked for. I was charged the full $23 dollars for the sausages when i shouldn't have had to for the wait and inconvenience of the employees mistakes.

Prescriptions never ready. Told me 3days behind. Came yesterday called in 2 days earlier told me 15 min wait. Left and came back today. Still not ready. Time and time again prescriptions are not ready in sufficient time. The excuse of sorry we are3 days behind. Is not an excuse. We have many options to fill our prescriptions but have been picking them up here for over 20 years do not understand why service has gotten so poor.

I bought the yogurt on October 17th. Was at work about to eat lunch and realized that it had expired on October 11th. They should not have been on the shelf in the first place. Usually this jewel is really good and I am able to get dairy-free items that I can't get elsewhere. I was really looking forward to it and it was very disappointing not being able to eat them. The last few times this item was on sale and listed in your sales flyers, these two stores that I shop at were unaware of the sale and did not stock this item. Why?
Don't your meat dept. managers receive advance notice of the sale items so that they can stock a sufficient supply in their store?
I was counting on 2 of these roasters for our Sunday dinner this past week. Very disappointed that neither store knew of the sale nor did they have any in stock.
I am certain that I am not the only shopper that has been disappointed because of this particular item. Does it make you wonder as to how many other items have not been ordered for a sale?
