treatment
Im writing to tell you what bad treat meant JENNIFER KEITH is a horrible manager and person . I got fired for what everyone does eating a small peace of chicken Jennifer came at me violently and scared me . I didn't know what she was doing I reacted to what she did like she was gonna hit me. I shouldn't be scared at work cause the managers are ridicules. when jen talked to me she always has a bad attitude and she don't help anyone on her crew. I worked back cash and I was in the corner . and got yelled at if I came out of corner. I worked my [censor] for this company and I was treated unfairly all the time. when you go to work and dread what's gonna happen cause the atmosphere is terrible there. I hope someone gets this and not shelly cause she wont do anything jen head is up Shelly's [censor]. and its funny watching Jens fake actions comment. Because Jennifer Keith is whole different person when the other managers are like shelly and day and I'm not the only one that feels this way that's why she has to hire so many people because she don't treat people good, when she runs out of her meds. she can be when she is atterol. maybe you should drug test her cause she is not right in the head . she acts like a teenager with to much power. again I hope some one get this and reads that really listen to what I've said, and I'm not some mad disgruntled person. this is how I feel and all of her employees probably has the same attitude toward her, KFC should do some type of check on her. for god sake she needs professional help...if you who ever reads need to talk to me my number [protected]
the obvious unsanitary and unclean conditions of the restaurant. the place regularly smells like rotten chicken, unclean bathrooms, and stale grease.
The restaurant regularly smells like rotten chicken and or garbage. The restrooms mell like sewage. When asked about the smells a staff person acknowledged that the smell was probably a combination of a dirty dish water, bathroom, and a dirty kitchen. This has been an ongoing problem . I have heard many people complain about this KFC and encouraged them to make a formal complaint. I presently have to go out of my local area to another KFC restaurant. Please address this problem. Thank You...
overcooked chicken
I went to the KFC at 510 US 27 in Clermont, Florida on 6-23-17 at about 3:30 in the afternoon. I can't find my receipt to find the store number. My wife and I each ordered the $5.00 chicken strip meals. The chicken strips were so overcooked, they were like biting into shoe leather. I thought you might want to know of this issue. We live in the area, and visit this KFC frequently. If you would like to contact me about this concern, my email address is [protected]@hotmail.com.

bucket of chicken
Just got home after ordering a 12-piece chicken bucket meal for my 4-person family. Three of the pieces are so small that it would not even feed one of the people within my family (see attached pic). This is absolutely ridiculous and not worth the $40 I paid! I am completely disappointed with the KFC location that I went too. I live in Moses Lake Washington, have always loved KFC, but this is not worth the time it takes to get my order, the effort it takes for them to get it wrong and to not have the size of the chicken that we pay for.

The Gallaway Family
kfc pot pie
I purchase a potpie from your KFC restaurant
Stoneridge, N. Hamilton Rd, Gahanna, OH 43230. Upon taking my first bite, I noticed paper inside the pie. The paper had the word "discard" on it. I returned to the store where the manager offered an apology and something to drink. I accepted a piece of chicken, as well, since it was dinner time and the potpie was to be my dinner.
Rather than to contact the local health department, I am contacting your headquarters. These unsanitary practices should be made known.

hiring manager
I applied for the Store Manager position that was open in Macclenny, Fl. I was contacted by Herb, which I believe is the district manager, not 100 percent sure. He scheduled me for an interview within the next 2 days. I show up for the interview only for him to tell me that he couldn't hire me for the position because I have "family" working there. The "family" he is referring to is my nieces husband which I rarely know or have contact with. This is a very small town and I was told by 2 of the individuals that work there that the real reason he wouldn't hire me is because of nieces husband, James Strong. James had asked Herb not to hire me. A week later James put his 2 week notice in so I contact Herb requesting another interview being that James had put his 2 week notice in. Herb scheduled me for an interview for the following day. The following morning I receive a message from James through FaceBook telling me that Herb had asked him to get a hold of me to let me know that he wouldn't be able to do the interview because he had several things to do in Jacksonville, Fl that day.
It is very unprofessional for Herb to ask another employee, which is completely against me getting the position to contact me and let me know that he won't be able to interview me for the position.
No where on KFC's website do I see that family can not work together there and this is a very small town and there have been several friends of mine that have worked with their family members at this same location.
I would appreciate a fair opportunity for interviewing for this position and feel I would bring alot to the table if hired on.
If someone could please help me with this matter I'd greatly appreciate it.

my order and the rude management!
Went through the drive-thru at the KFC location in Saint Albans, WV 25177 and ordered 4 extra biscuits with my meal and asked to swap out the cole slaw for mashed potatoes. After I got home (about 15-20 drive) I pulled everything out of the bag and my extra biscuits weren't there as well as the mashed potatoes, but the cole slaw that I didn't want was. I decided to call and let them be aware of their mistake and the service from their manager "John ?" was absolutely unacceptable. He (in a very rude voice) proceeded to tell me that "he personally" bagged it and he that "he knows" it was right. I told him that I didn't expect to come back to fix it and that I wanted to let them know of their mistake and it was not necessary to speak to me that way. Not only was he rude, but he was trying to make me out to be a liar. Of all people in a business, I expect the manager to care about their service and to pay closer attention to avoid future mistakes. He obviously does not care nor does he have customer service skills. I hope this is addressed and brought to his attention.
colonel strips meal
I got home and noticed that I had about 9 pieces of broken up fried pieces of breading than actual chicken on my colonel strips.I am sick and tired of this particular restuarant giving me poor quality in my colonel strips.no matter what time of day I make it there it's always the same burnt poor quality.they need to start managing food quality better.i understand timing, productivity, profit, and all the other metrics about business, but us customers deserve better at this store.
the food/ manager
My wife and I went to the kfc on Dublin Granville rd. Close to Karl Rd, at 5 p.m. on 6/22/17 and ordered the trip meals for $10 and got the zinger meal box and the leg and thigh box. My wife took a few bites of her chicken and noticed a black hair that looked either like a pubic hair our an African Americans hair. My wife and I are both white with blonde hair so it was not ours. I took it to the manager to show him and he said " are y'all sure it isn't one of Y'alls hair?" I replied to him it is not our hair. The hair is black. He said " what did you eat the rest of it? I'll get you another one." I told him I would rather have the meal comped because my wife lost her appetite. He replied I'll give you the $5 for hers but you ate yours. It was just very unprofessional and rude the way he treated us.
chicken and biscuits
My son bought a chicken meal and it looks like they had given him chicken and biscuits that were sitting out for hours. It was about 7:30 at the drive thru window. They were dry and hard and for what you pay it's not worth it. Will never go there again, not worth the 21 dollars we spent on the meal. Plus they didn't even give us condiments. Very disappointed!
i'm complaining about a manager named crystal york at pueblo co kfc
I just to let KFC know she's very rude and unfriendly yelled at me when I was speaking to her about my order nicely. During my visit I also saw her treating her employees badly and using profound language. She is not professional what she does. I'm just saying this is not right to have a bad attitude towards employees and costumers for being a Manager. This is not the first time I been in there several times I saw her with unprofessional behavior. I think it's time tell KFC about this.
service and food
We had gone to the KFC on commercial Blvd to pick up some KFC. We know this KFC is a location that trains shift supervisors, However we still expect the same service as I gave when I was a Manager of a KFC back in the day and my employees gave. We ordered an 8 piece meal with mash and colaslaw Biskuits and lemonade. We had request also a Side of Corn and Mac& Cheese. This order was ToGo, once we arrived home we unpacked and we saw...
What we got was no Mac & Cheese no Corn, Warm lemonade the Biskuits were about 1 hour past their time to be give to customers (very dry, no longer most), in the bag this is the order the items were packed. First mash then the colaslaw then the hot gravy. This way the cold colaslaw would be warm once you arrive home. The gravy was no gravy, but brown water. The chicken. That was suppose to be crispy was more like original not crispy, it was breaded like crispy and open cooked but tasted more like original.
There was no chicken available when we ordered and had to wait 30min to begin with. Which should not have happen since this place has a drive-thru. They should never run out of chicken but from what I have heard they seem to ran out a lot .
From a former KFC Manager back in the 90's before I spent 20 years in the Army I feel this store need a total haul over. A need manager should come in one with a stranger hold on things and that can make this store shine again. I give this store a score 10 out of 100 score scale. Due to the amount of problems.
food/availability/preparedness
I went to a KFC location in La Crosse Wisconsin at 8:45pm. My wife and I had been working in our yard for approximately thirteen hours and did not realize that it was after 8:pm. We were starving and have always considered KFC to be a treat when we go. The unfortunate side of this was that when I got there it was 8:45pm. The selection was almost completely gone. I couldn't get the 12 piece bucket that I was hoping for due to a lack of available product. I made an attempt to parcel something from what was available and continued to run into roadblocks. No biscuits, no white meat, limited dark meat, no possibility of mixing original with extra crispy, etc. I eventually was limited to the point that all that was available was an old dinner of tenders and three legs. This situation was aggravated by the fact that it cost thirty-seven dollars to get this sacrificial meal.
I do not usually complain, however, I feel that some sort of compensation is in order. I would be extremely pleased to get reimbursement via coupons for free food. I will not make the mistake of going after 8:pm again, but in my honest opinion, I think an establishment that serves food should be ready to serve what the menu offers, at least while they are open. No attempt was made to prepare more food, which I would have gladly waited. No attempt was made to reduce the price, due to having to settle, (numerous times) for something I did not come in for. No offer of coupons for the inconvenience was made. No apology was even offered for the inability to serve what I wanted.
I would greatly appreciate some sort of compensation, which I will leave up to you in hopes that you value your customers.
Thank you for listening and I await your response. Have a good day.

strips and service
Just wanted to give my opinion. And I guess some of it's facts. Well really all of its facts. Stop by KFC on my way home for dinner, wanted to order The chicken strip bucket for around $22. I was happy with that price. I placed my order, and the lady said they were out of chicken strips. She didn't say they were going to make any for me, they were just out. So I said that's OK I really just want mac & cheese and mashed potatoes then. And I can get chicken somewhere else. I pull up to the window and the lady is talking on her cell phone the entire time. Not worried about a thing. I'm actually in retail, very poor customer service and no apologies for being out of chicken. I told them to keep the order and drove off. Went to sonic instead. Maybe some changes at this lowell Arkansas location need to be made. Thanks
fried chicken/ mash potatoes
I bought a meal in Washington Court House, Ohio. This is not the first time I have had a bad meal but this time it was the worst. The Fried Chicken I got was old, you could tell it had been leftover from earlier because it was cold and dry. Not only that but there was hardly any chicken and the skin was fatty. The mash potatoes. When my family took the first bites we notice there were plastic pieces in the potatoes. After fishing out all the pieces it look like someone blended a lid in the potatoes. I was going to call the restaurant and make a complaint but the last time this happened, we never got any response from them about the complaint. I am happy my kids are old enough to know that the plastic pieces were in there but I feel that if it was a younger child, they could have choked on it. I felt like I needed to let your company know what happened to our meal and that I wasted money on it because it went in the trash.
the service
Ordered ten piece hot wings at the one on carraway blvd.. Birmingham ala. I was told it would be 9mins is that ok yes but that nine mins turned into 30 mins so I proceed to the window and asked for a refund oh they up we have them but we only have six would u like a piece of chicken in the place of it yes but the wait was ridiculous then the cashier and the manager was very unprofessional I'm very unpleased with my visit if someone can get back with me bout my complaints about the rudeness and unprofessional ness [protected]@gmail.com I'm angry [censor] hell
bad service, miss orders, bad food.
I had went to kfc in Kenosha, Wisconsin at, 8026- 39 Avenue. Store number
0556003.
I had went thru the drive thur at 5:54 PM. On June 18, 2017. I had order 3 $5fill ups. One the zinnger, then tenders and the last on the pot pie. Instead they gave me famous bowl. They didn't understand me and they never read my order back to me.
I got home and found this out. I had call them and they only replace one order. But our food was cold, rubbery, and hard to chew.
We go to this place and try to give them a chance to make things right, but they always misses up. They have kids that don't know how to do there job. I feel this place needs to change. I feel I don't want to eat your food anymore and go somewhere with better respect for the customers.
the quality of food I ordered.
Hello, so I ordered KFC today. The one in waynesboro, Virginia. The quality of the chicken tenders I ordered was terrible. The chicken looks and tastes like it's been sitting out for hours. Also the biscuits are hard as hockey pucks. I don't go to KFC much, and I can I probably won't be coming by in the near future at all if the quality does not improve.
fill up box
Restaurant #Q964014. Ticket #4868
