I placed an order for 10 hot wings at the drive thru and I paid and was told it would be 9 minutes so to pull up to the front and they would bring out my order. After waiting 20 minutes I went inside to ask about my order and the girl said it would be 3 minutes. After seeing another employee walking out with a complete order I asked about the wings and was told Brian forgot to put them down. No apologies as the shift supervisor was counting a register. Brian then came from the back and walked back again and didn't apologized as he was the one that took my order. I asked for my money back and they kept asking each other what happened and saying Brian didn't put down the order instead if apoloziging to the customer. Finally another person came from the back and apologized for what the others didn't do. I asked for the store manager and they said that she was off and their phone didn't work. They gave me her name and said again our phone doesn't work. The store is in Bermuda Dunes, .CA. Bad customer service.
lack of freshness and order unfulfilled
Today was not the first time I was disappointed with my order, so I decided to give KFC another chance. Located 17585 Lakeshore Blvd, Cleveland Ohio. The order of today was a $5 fill-up, but I requested white meat, my preference. Once I got home with my order, I discovered the chicken was at least a day old, the Sprite or similar, tasted like water with a tad of lemon lime, and I got no cookie. Being a senior citizen and on fixed income, when I decide to "dine out" or get "fast food", I expect to get my money's worth. As I said, this is second time, and the first I had purchased a bucket, with not freshly cooked chicken.
Suffice it to say, I will not be buying again. Thank you.
drive thru window customer service
The drive thru employee was very rude and in polite when I was trying to place my order and he was rushing me and telling that I get what I wanted and telling to hurry up. He was even ruder at the window when I was as trying to ask him why he was being so rude...so no I wouldn't want no one to experience the customer service I just experienced and I was just there in town visiting and on my out decided to stop there for something to eat...

gross dishonesty by workers
I love KFC alot.My family loves KFC.
However, here in Mozambique especially Maputo, there is gross dishonesty and robbery by staff members.
When you make an order, they issue you a wrong receipt with an amount less than what you paid and tell you the computer has system problems..
They communicate verbally with the server who serves you your exact order but the recepit never corresponds with your order.
So they share the loot amongst themselves
This has happened on several instances.I once complained to a branch manager who told me he would handle it but just yesterday, it happened again.
i am a buisness owner.It hurts when buisness are ripped apart by selfish workers who still receive their salaries at the end of the month.
Not just one branch, all the branches of KFC i have been to here.You will always be given a receipt of less than the actual amount you pay but still get the right order.
So where does the other money go to?

First
I placed the order and I asked for two dinner box spicy with a rice (regular not spice) along with chicken pieces on it.
I received the order after one hour ( they promised to deliver within 45 min).
1- I called after 45 min to check the late delivery and a representative called Islam didn't apologize for late service and just informed me that the order is being prepared at the store !
I told him it is already 45 min then he said we are loaded !
2- I received a regular rice without chicken and when I called the customer service to complain, someone said wait I will deliver your call to the responsible one who called Ahmed who made me very very nervous by not hearing my case, just trying to prove that I am wrong.
I told him I would never deal with KFC again then he said okay.

Thursday evening 14/6/17 I attended the Wynnum branch and apon arrival at the order desk was ignored for five minutes, when finally served by Thomas, i then waited a further ten minutes while multiple staff came and went but were doing nothing.Finally Thomas returned and started to pack my order, he again left and asked a girl to pack for him she agreed and with my families meal out on the bench she disappeared in the end Thomas finished packing my order apologised for the wait.
When I returned home the chicken which was supposed to be original was hot and spicy not what I ordered at all
I will not be using that branch or that company again

The closest KFC to where I live is on 39 north plank rd in Newburgh N.Y.. Every time I go there I order the $20 dollar fill up, and the chicken is always so dry and rubbery. It's very disappointing. The first time I complained and they made it fresh. The next few times it was terrible. I feel like the last few times have been a waste of $22 each trip. I shouldn't have to request what I originally ordered for a second time each time.

On 6/5/2017 I went to KFC in Darling's, SC. First time in over 3 years I have been to a KFC due to past bad experiences. First the chicken was dry and over cooked. The biscuits were cold and very small. The mashed potatoes were cold and the gravy was bland. When did KFC stop using salt in their food? Worst meal ever. I had a 3 piece Big Box Meal white meat and a large sweet tea. I am not going to request anything. You should do what you think is proper to make this right.

Good afternoon sir/madam, yesterday i went to one of you outlets KFC Baung, Pengkalan Chepa, Kelantan. I went drive-thru since it's already near breaking the fast time. I ordered this cheese 3 rasa set A, add on coleslaw(L) and cheezy wedges. The worker who took my order also spoke a bit rude to me but nevermind on that since i assumed we all are very tired when it comes to the end of our day and since it's Ramadhan right now. When i went home and opened up the box to have my meal, i found out there's only one piece of chicken(and it was the smaller size chicken). I was extremely upset and disappointed that this happened to me. I am a KFC lover since for decade that i never miss to always try out your new offer when the ads shown. I am a very tolerable and have my integrity that i won't do public shaming and give the company a bad name. But i really hope that i will get any discount coupons from KFC to compensate for yesterday's bad service. I can send proof of purchase with the meal set picture if you insist. That's all and i hope workers in KFC will have a better attitude and aware of their job so that silly mistakes like this won't repeat again in the future. Thanks.

I visited the Wendy's restaurant located at 9 de Octubre 730 y Boyaca, Guayaquil, Ecuador. 2323844 with my wife just 3 hours prior to my return flight home.
Wendy's is familiar to me and I considered it to be a safe place to eat whilst being in a foreign country.
I bought 2 ice cream sundaes and we sat inside the restaurant to eat them. As we were just about to head off to the airport I was carrying a camera backpack which contained a Nikon camera and various lenses. The bag also contained our passports, my phone, wallet with money, credit cards, android tablet, two other cameras and various accessories.
Just as we were about to leave a woman who was speaking out loud Spanish approached our table. This was a distraction to allow an accomplice to steal the bag. I realized quickly what was happening and chased the thieves from the store but unfortunately lost them in the streets. The police were called but despite there being some security cameras in store, they were not examined for footage of the crime and no effort was made by either the store or police to recover my stolen belongings and as there was no offer of a place to sit inside the store, we had to discuss the particulars of what had happened for over 1 hour at the front doors to the store.
My wife and I have found the entire event extremely traumatizing as we missed our flight and had to stay for 3 days longer than expected as we had to wait until emergency passports were issued and get seats on a re-booked flight.

On Sunday 6/11 I went through the drive thru of restaurant #G135436 and ordered a mac n chz and a reg pot wedge. Got to the window and the Teanna told me "7.35." I said, " That's awefully expensive." She said, " yep." I said, " no wonder I don't go out to eat." She replied, "I don't even eat here." I handed her 8.00 and she handed me my change and started to hand me my receipt and said, "It's the wrong one. Yours didn't print out." and took the "wrong" receipt back. I said, "I'll wait for you to print out my receipt." She closed the window and came back and said, "They told me to tell you your fries are gonna take a minute they have to cook them." I said, "That's good cuz they'll be fresh." She handed me the wrong receipt and said, "Just take this one." I looked at it and it had Fill up box for 5.00 and 1pc chicken for 1.79 rung up. I told her that wasn't what I had ordered. Teanna said, "She rang it up like this to try and save you some money." I said, "Give me my money back and I want to speak with the manager." Bianca, the dishelved manager came to the window." She started to make excuses and cover for Teanna. I told her they were both liars; I was gonna call corporate and tell all of Arlington that they are theives. They started smart mouthing me and making snide comments to with me. I said twice, "What did you say?" They were two very mean, argumentative, disrespectful employees. I called them a bad name and Bianca slammed the window shut. I drove to the front of the store and parked and was going to phone the police department; to get my money. A young boy came out and handed me my money, which was folded in half, and said, "Here is your 7.35." I shoved the money in my purse. I pulled that money out today and it was 3.00! Not 7.00! So they ended up stealing 4.00 from me!
I have never been treated so rudely by anyone!
I would like my 4.00 returned, as well as apologies by both employees.

Dear sir or madame. I am complaining about the food and the service. I was up there last saturday to get some chicken to bring home and as I was waiting I was looking around it was very disgusting in there. All the tables were dirty the soda fountain was also dirty and the whole floor was dirty to. Even the food was really bad to. About a month ago I was up there at kfc in medford wisconsin and I saw 2 little kids running back in there in the kitchen to, one parent was back there working and the other parent was out in the front just watching them to do. No matter business anybody is running you do not have any kids running around in the kitchen area while you are making the food and getting the orders down to. The service I had this past saturday was really rude to me. I will not ever ever go back up there and eat again. Because the service was bad the food was bad.

This KFC in Douglasville, GA on HWY needs to be shut down. The service is very poor. They have you waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes. They stopped selling the Nashville Hot chicken. The customer service is horrible. They are not professional at all. The close the inside on a Saturday at 9:30 p.m. when on the door it says the hours of closing is 10:00 p.m. It's also poorly when I come here. But this is the only KFC here in Douglasville so we have no choice.

We ordered a 6 piece family feast. The batter was falling off the chicken it was swimming in grease and very small pieces.when my husband brought it back the girl just daid they are all the same and left it at that. We had been travelling in the car for hours wit our two small children so we were extremely hungry needless to say we ate it but are left sitting here feeling sick and in need of a wash the grease was unreal. We wont be coming back to the restaurant.

We stopped for dinner at this Kentucky Fried Chicken in Lewisburg, Penna. The floor in the main restaurant was filthy. I can't believe that the Manager would allow the floor to get so disgusting . All the people standing in line were commenting on it being so bad. There is no reason for a floor where people stand and the food bar located to ever get to the condition it was in. I am a local of this town and I have never seen another fast food restaurant in Lewisburg, Pa. this dirty. There were at least 10 kids behind the counter and someone should have had the responsibility to keep the main dining room clean. My ticket number was #3404. Date 06/09/2017. I spent $20.95 and my cashier was Michele. I will not be eating here again as the restaurant was nasty.There was also garbage and straw papers all over the floor. Looked like the floor had not been swept or mopped in about a week. They should be ashamed!
it was unbelievably hot in this store
This store was so hot I couldn't believe it. It had to be in the 100's in this store. Not even being dramatic. All the workers looked so drained from the heat, ther was even a pregnant girl working and I felt horrible seeing her there. Not to mention ther was no tile laid down in some areas and wood boards on the floor which is a huge safety hazard!

Any other time I've been there she is friendly! I've never been talked to that way! I think my food was prepared messy on purpose!
