service
We were at KFC in Orlando and had to wait 20 minutes just to get out food. 5 other people who ordered AFTER us got out food. We complained multiple times and none of the workers cared or apologized. We got a refund and still no apologies, even from the manager. It was awful service and ridiculous to wait that long when it's supposed to be "fast" food. You have 5 very unhappy customers.
restaurants in my neighborhood not serving extra crispy chicken and poor quality of food
I stopped going to your establishment for a few years now because the food was discussing, poor quality, ran out of things, didn't have what was published, and the workers were rude. So I would go to Popeyes Chicken. I saw the commercial about the extra crispy chicken being back, so i went. To no surprise of course both places near me didn't carry it! I thought all the franchises were all the same and you can get what it announced on the commercial? I grew up with your company and it was a childhood treat and memory. What happened? Well back to Popeyes... So sad!
The food was cold at the buffet the store was nasty it was just a very unpleasant experience will not be going back to that store
lack of quality service
The once best of all kfcs we have visited is going downhill fast. First, No breast meat available in our original recipe order, no ice in the soda machine. There were no sauces and no forks . There was on apologies for these inconveniences and my husband vows never to visit again. It was, at one time, the best chicken around. This needs to be looked into.
worker-mario
On 5-14-17 I went through he drive through to order my food. The worker at the drive through (Mario) kept over talking me and I had a hard time placing my order..basically he did it for me because he would NOT stop talking to listen to what I had to say. He kept repeating my order which I told him numerous times that it was wrong and could he PLEASE stop talking so I can place my order.I then drove up to the window and spoke to Mario about how he would not give me a chance to put in my order because he continuously kept over talking me. I saw that he was putting pepsi in my cup even though I did not ask for pepsi..I asked for Mt.Dew. I asked Mario if I could please speak to a manager because I no longer felt comfortable talking to him. He then put his hands on his hips and said "can I help you?" I said I would like to talk to a manager..he stood there for about 20 seconds starring at me before he rudely closed the drive through window. The manager who finally came to the window was very polite and apologetic for Mario"s actions. I must say I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!
everything
I live very close to this KFC/Taco Bell combo. I go there often and every single time there is a problem whether it be they forgot something or it's just bad quality food. There were 4 cars ahead of me in the drive thru line and it still took me over 45 minutes to get through the line. My phone charged from 3% to 100% just in the time I was in this line of 4 cars. My 4 year old had raw chicken, they didn't put the cookie in the bag so there was melted chocolate all over his food, and they forgot mashed potatoes. ALSO being as heated and irritated as I was, I didn't even realize until I got home that I didn't have a receipt. If it weren't for the fact that I have kids and a baby, I would be driving back up there right now. It should not be this much of a hassle to grab some quick dinner for my family. I'm very disappointed and will not be back here.
potato wedges
This is the third time I've ordered a large box of potato wedges with my chicken order and gotten a box of dried up, obviously old, and overcooked potato wedges with a bunch of dried up french fries in the mix. I have complained about this before, but now I'm done with KFC for good.
This was from the KFC at 2631 W. Kennewick Ave #305, Kennewick, WA.
customer service
I visited KFC in Whiteville NC 2 days in a row. The first day I heard arguing inside with employees as I was receiving my order through the drive thru. The 2nd day I placed an order through drive thru and my food was literally thrown to me by 1 handle of the bag out of the window. When I tried to address the issue the cashier closed the window in my face and ignored me. I refused to leave the drive thru until a manager came. I left my complaint with him. Also, my food was wrong. I don't deserve this kind of treatment especially when I'm spending my money.
food safety and employee safety
The KFC in Ames Iowa is ran down things are not being repaired. Owner is not wanting to spend any money repairing things brought to his attention. Water is leaking all over back line area into prep area making it a safety concern for the employees even with no slip shoes, as well as the food, equipment is broke down and out dated and never gets fixed. Complaint has also been filed with the Ames Iowa Health Inspector. This is unacceptable business management and this owner needs to make his business safe for customers as well as his employees. If nothing is done I will also be taking this to the local news channel.
coleslaw
I bought an extra side because, love the coleslaw so much. Well, something is wrong it was bitter and seemed to have more vinegar than the old creamy sauce. We were in west plains, missouri tuesday the 22nd of may2017. Have you changed the ingredients? Also, when a customer comes in some people need a couple minutes to choose their order, it would be nice if didn't make a face of how impatient they are to wait when no one else was in to order! Thank you, karen lorenz
horrible customer service/incorrect order
We went through the drive thru of the KFC/A&W on Beaverton Hillsdale Highway on Sunday night to pick up a large order for a party & the entire encounter was a disaster. We had to repeat our order several times, it took forever to get the order, the person working the window was rude, & when we got all the way back home, the order was completely incorrect! By the time we realized this, we were already home & when we tried calling to complain, it just rang & rang & rang. Then i tried calling from 11am-3pm yesterday to complain & once again, nobody anseers the damn phone. so i had to call a different KFC location, tell them what happened, & the girl I spoke to was incredibly unhelpful, could have cared less, dismissed my complaint, made excuses as to why the other location was not answering the phone, & told me that KFC would not honor a redo on my incorrect order due to the fact that i did not have a receipt...becuase I was NEVER given a receipt with my incorrect order!
Completely unacceptable piss poor customer service. I expect a full refund or a redo on my order.
Well, I agree with what @Lori Gerling is expressing as a legitimate complaint because I experienced the SAME thing at a KFC in Florida with a rude GIRL (and WOMAN manager) working and delivering poor quality food AND she did NOT GIVE ME A RECEIPT either, but trust that when I return to the KFC store there will be something done about jacking my food up. I know what I ordered and at what approximate time...as a database programmer I know the receipt transaction is logged and a report can be pulled. I can care less about a Comment Cop/Grammar Judge//Internet Troll focusing on the legitimacy of the terminology used to describe a young female employee. I am a grown [censor] man and SHE WAS A GIRL regardless (as 18 years of age and under 21 years of age does not describe a woman by any means!) They walk around with mobile phones in their pockets playing around of FB, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat while on the clock and wreak with stupidity...I can visit nearly any Restaurant and witness this SAME cookie-cut model in uniform and it is ridiculous that many of the food service industries have very little customary standards and compliances to hiring quality and well-trained employees.
It does not get any better when someone (@neatdude) leaps to tear apart @Lori's complaint with ridiculous assumptions about her terminology usage, grammar, and intent...as if there is some sort of Degree or Certification involved with spelling everything correctly or writing a review as expected by another. I never knew that one could not complain about spending their hard earned money on a product while being considered someone who is trying to attain something for free and doing so because they don't want to work!?!? The entire assumed notion sounds stupid. Nonetheless, get your full refund Lori and be done with that KFC...try another one...getting a redo may excite a bit of human nastiness that you would not want to orally consume. YOU HAVE EVERY RIGHT to complain about money spent on piss poor quality and should not bow down because your efforts could help another consumer from going through the same drama.
management /customer service and food
First I order my food in the drive thru being in a hurry due to being on lunch break... So keep in mind this is the 2nd mess up in the last 2 visits to this location... I order and I'm given a total and the swing manager ups my total $2-3 by the time I make it to the wondow, I didn't argue or care for that matter... Checked my order before I went home due to previous mistakes and sure enough one of my sides was wrong so I ran inside to exchange, still pretty calm but a little agitated... Made it home and there is zero sauce on my 3 (suppposed to be) Nashville lil sandwiches ... Drove back and their general manage or store manager told me in front of all the other customers In a rude manner that every time I go in here there is a problem... I guess there is but it's on there end, not mine as he made it see... He squeezed some sauce on them and said to take the food and go... Then proceeded to almost threat, he was just going to give me my money back an not the food because I explained I had to be back to work with no family time after their faults! I felt 100% humiliated in front of 10 other customers... Fault Managers Name is Erick, spelled a bit different kind of itilian maybe... Love the Nashville foods but the other KFC is all the way across town... They have lost me as a customer and anyone e
lse I can keep away from there...

plastic in our food
We were eating dinner at home. We bought an 8pc chicken. My wife was eating her chicken and found a very thick and large piece of plastic fried to a piece of chicken she was eating. Needless to say we threw everything away. We are not happy with this situation and have pictures. This is very dangerous and this complaint should not be taken lightly.
slaw had"thick" plastic I pulled out my throat
My family and I went to kfc/taco bell on s. Miami blvd on april 7. I'm pregnant, I choked on a piece of plastic and it was "thick as hell", I could have died! I have witness to all this and video.. I rather resolve this out of court, but if needed to go their I will.. I've left messages on a corporate line no response at all, I gave a timely matter few months to respond.. My cell is [protected]..
I have my own case and video Andi can file a lawsuit on my own at the court house..I have other kids also that I feed cld have been them and it might not have turnt out so good...Dnt matter what you think I'm persistent and I can do this myself..Also go to thenews..
My throat was bleeding I'm pregnant, my husband was trying to figure out what was wrong what I was choking on..The man sued McDonalds for his coffee being too hot, that's common sense tho he got money it's the principal ..
service
Went to the kfc in kearney, ne on may 21, 2017 at 12:30 pm. Ordered a two piece meal with mountain dew and salt and pepper. It came to $7.24. Gave the guy $20.24. He handed me the drink and it was dr. Pepper. He change it. Gave me the meal and said have a nice day. Had to ask for the change. Got the meal, no salt, pepper, butter or fork. Do these people not get proper training or are they only hiring #? Wtf?
food quality
Restaurant on north orange blossom trail in Orlando Florida. at 8:39pm on 19 May 17. this would be the 2nd time I have submitted the same complaint. under cooked meat, unrecognizable pieces of chicken and worst of all chicken and bucket filled with grease, oil, what ever you want to call it. during my 1st complaint with this company I made them aware I had made a video of the poor quality of food, the complaint resolution agent assured me after I gave them the address and store number the issue would be dealt with. WELL after receiving a 10.00$ voucher I was asked to try again and the problem would be solved. now on the 2nd try the problem still exist and a 2nd video has been made. and by the way I asked the cashier at the time to place paper towels at the bottom of the bucket to absorb the grease and still nothing was done. this has ben an ongoing issue that KFC has clearly no intention of resolving. now KFC tell me which way I should take this problem... Facebook, YouTube, the news channels . I am very sorry I have to take this issue this far. but i'm more sorry KFC don't care.
S. JONES
I bought a 12 piece bucket of chicken, , 6 pieces inedible at the bottom of the bucket. the 10.00$ voucher didn't cover the cost. but my concern was for them to revise a method of draining the chicken on something other than a plastic sheet of paper. good luck with your complaint.
NEATDUDE
have you ever eaten at KFC in the 70's, 80's this product is nothing like the ORIGINAL RECIPE. plus if you have ever fried chicken in your life you should know that the chicken MUST, MUST, MUST be drained of excess oil before serving. but if you are use to eating fried anything saturated in GREASE.. I pray your health have the same attitude that you have now.
At least you got a voucher from your ordeal! I complained...May 6, 17 and asked to be sent a voucher so I could go to a different store. Nothing!
evening manager 302 canberra way, bryans road, md [protected]
On Friday, May 19, 2017 I went to KFC at 302 Canberra Way, Bryans Road, MD 20616, telephone number [protected] at approximately 1835 (06:35 p.m.) EST. The manager on duty at this time was absolutely a terror. He does not know how to address customers. I drove up to place my order. I asked for a tenders meal, what I saw on the outside menu. It comes with 12 piece tenders, two large sides and four biscuits. He said which one so I repeated myslef. Rudely he responds that there are two of them and I need to pick one. Well of course I need to pick one, I thought to myself. I asked for the 12 piece. I asked for baked beans and wedges. The person on the other end responded that they do not sell baked beans and that I need to go somewhere else for that in a rude and harsh tone. So I asked for wedges and coleslaw. This was the rudest peeson I encountered all day. I asked for my sauces and he said he will not give me any, I need to ask the girl at the window. Well the girl at the window turned out to be one of my former students. I knew she was new and was still learning the ropes. She was nothing but respectful and curteous, unlike her boss. I asked to speak to the manager. As it turns out the rude person on the line was the manager. Said manager told me not to take it personal, proof that he knew his behavior was unacceptable. This KFC is clearly understaffed and this manager was the exact opposite of a delight. I would like to remain a customer in my community however, people like this manager make it very difficult. Please investigate and handle accordingly.
length of service
On Thursday the 17th of May 2017 from 7pm onwards it took over 70 minutes to order and receive my order at the LA airport KFC in the Tom Bradley Terminal. It appeared that they were either cooking one order at a time form the 50 plus people that were foolish enough to to wait. At one point after waiting for 20 minutes in line to place my order they claimed to have only one cook in the back and that it would take 15 to 20 minutes to provide an order. When we looked closely it was clear that they had 4 people in the back cooking and providing orders. My order was very simple but it appeared to make no difference. After finally getting my order I had very little time to get to my international flight. The comments made by those also making international connection was a poor reflection on American service. I wont make the mistake of ever going to KFC in Los Angeles again and have told my family and colleagues of this ridiculous wast of time. Had I been under greater time pressure to get to my flight I would have travelled without getting dinner that night.

bad customer service & food quality
About a month ago my husband ordered a 16 piece all white meat meal and one of the breast was to be extra crispy along with several side items.. end up sending around $40+. When he gets home and we sit down to eat all the chicken is extra crispy (which most of us don't like) a few of the sides were missing. He immediately called up there and spoke to a "so-called manager" Stacy whom was rude and several times told him if he didn't have a receipt wouldn't do anything about the order being messed up and called him a liar. Well first it would help if the receipt was placed in the bag and secondly I've worked for YUM Brands in the past and the way he was treated over the phone would have really been terms for termination. I ended up getting on the phone as he wasn't getting anywhere I informed her that this situation will be addressed and she did finally agree to take down my husband’s name and replace the chicken- somehow the sides were never spoken about and at that time I was over the whole thing! So last evening I decided I'm tired after a long day and would take advantage of not having to cook and when I got in there it was busy for dinner rush she (the same lady from the phone can recognize her voice and language) asked us all to wait a minute which ended up being 3 minutes but again was patient then when she asked why I was there I explained the situation she immediately asked if I can wait until she takes care of the others behind me- I said NO we are in this situation because of bad service and you want me to wait- again she just doesn't have a clue and I'm still unsure how she has this "title" which I still haven't been able to confirm yet she is then very irritated and starts walking to the back of the store then screaming something about needing a receipt or the chicken back I yelled back that I'm not going to have this discussion again with her were a customer (must have been a friend of hers because ensure why else he got involved) gets involved and we exchange a few words. She then comes up and states it will be right out as I’m noticing the person placing the check in the box is adding all this dark meat when I specially said it’s all white as I’m watching this and getting even more angry the manager and this male customers start talking about how I’m just trying to get FREE food and that she is always dealing with all these kinds of people wanting handouts I will be very honest it took every single part of my dignity and self-respect not to grab that chicken and throw it at her but I told her “she can keep the chicken and I will be notifying your corporate office” she states oh that’s good my name is Stacy as I walk out the door. I have never been so humiliated in my life. I will never return to this location ever again and I mean ever and truthfully if I don’t get a call back to find out there was some disciplinary action was taken against this store manager “Stacy” I will never visit any KFC.
