I went to the Kentucky Fried Chicken on Nevada in Colorado Springs and I wanted the chicken tenders a $5 fill ups and they didn't have that so I got number 5 which is a thigh and a drum and it was supposed to come with potatoes and a cookie and a drink. I did not get a thigh and a drum I got two tiny little drums that had two bites of chicken on them and they tasted like leather and I got no cookie and the attitude of the person serving was terrible.

We just got 3 pot pies at the KFC in Washington Indiana. We got the $5 fill ups, which come with a cookie. When we got home none of the Pot pies came With the cookies. I did phone the KFC where they came from and they said we could come back and get the cookies, but I inform them that we was already home and I didn't wanna come back and she's like OK you can get them the next time you're here. I asked do you want our name so she's had me to hold on for a few minutes and then she took our name and said we could get them the next time we were there. My real issue, is that one of o with the cookies. I did phone the KFC where they came from and they said we could come back and get the cookies, but I informed them that we was already home when I didn't want to come back and she's like OK you can get them the next time you're here. I asked do you want our name so she's happy to hold on for a few minutes and then she took our name and said we could get them the next time we were there. My real issue, is that one of pot pies, That I just happened to be eating had a bone in it and it was approximately 3/4 of an inch long.The bone was in one of the bikes I took and I actually could feel it in my mouth and was able to get it out of my mouth before I swallowed it and choked. I've attached a picture for your reference.

completely wrong order
I ordered a $5 fill up, 3 piece tenders and potato wedges and added a side of mac and cheese.. I got a thigh and mashed potatoes. Very disappointed that I got all the way home and opened up something completely different than what I ordered. This is not the first time it has happened either. Hopefully the employees can get it together and solve this issue because its starting to make bad business.
Should've checked your order before leaving KFC to make sure it's right.

Please understand I love Kentucky Fried Chicken, but the store near my house has consistently had terrible service. Maybe 1 out of 5 do they ever get your order right, I thought maybe the first couple times it was new people making mistakes but it continues to happen almost every time. This time ordered a big box of chicken got home opened the box and there are only two pieces of fried crust/ no chicken, no biscuit! Again! So this time I go back to talk to Manager who acts like it puts her out to hear my complaint. So I just get my money back and go somewhere else. What a shame a store under your franchise is this bad consistently. I'm thinking maybe I should Make a giant sign and go stand out front to let everyone know how bad this store is! Hi guys and gals from KFC. Please look at the quality chicken I have received from our local store. I would love an explanation as to why the awesome chicken is raw... I would love some feedback. Myself and my family love KFC but if this is the type of quality that we are getting we would much rather eat at a different restaurant/take away.

I went through our drive through today to get 2 $5 boxes. The gentleman taking my order was hard to understand and was not friendly at all. He not once said Thank you nor offered me my receipt. I had to ask for my receipt. He had to tear it off of a LONG list of receipts and seemed annoyed that I asked for it. I ordered a Pepsi with light ice. Once home I realized that he gave me a Pepsi that was 3/4 full of ice and not much Pepsi. I know people have bad days - I do too, but when you work in sales you HAVE to be friendly to the customer.
Personally the customers should be nice to the employees too.
training of newly hired kfc worker
KFC hired my brother in law immediately when he applied. The first day; issued new uniform, then got trained viewing the computer video. The next day he was told to go to another KFC branch (Mira Mesa) for the next 3 days to get trained as cook/ maintenanceman. The manager at Mira Mesa, San Diego and the crew did not know he is coming. The manager did not welcome the new crew member. The cook does not speak any english (asking for interpreter), so she was not able to help the new employee. He was taught just to mix the chicken with the breading. Very minimum and ineffective training due to communication problem. The next day, the cook speaks a little bit english and he learned a little more than the first day. When my brother in law asked the manager if he's still coming tomorrow to work (3rd day). Manager replied, it's up to you because the cook tomorrow does not speak any english so youll not learn much. My brother in law reported to the hiring manager and he quit. Poor training and no teamwork as far as working happy together. The crew members are not happy, no plan how to train and get better, managers seems like not fully qualified and know how to run a business. I like eating KFC but I did not know how poor the management of crew members, supervisors and managers. All your employees should be speaking English so everyone can understand, promote teamwork and happy crew. I just hope you correct this issues. Thank you.

After waiting for 25 minutes I told employee that I was still waiting for my meal. All he did was say he was sorry. No attempt was made to check on my meal. I had to leave and was going to check at register to see about refund but no one was there. I think they were cleaning, it was 12:25pm at the time I had to leave. Called manager, he was no help

We order food to be delivered. After waitinf for a long time, the chicken smelled and tasted like parraffin or petrol after delivery, my family including me was not enjoying it at all it had an aftertaste, but we were hungry, its not the 1st time this happens. This can lead to illnesses.

Ordered food at KFC HERCULES and what happend. Get to collection Counter Oh sorry we on't have coke. Ok give me Fanta. Please make sure my burgers have extra sauce as requested. Oh sorry only on sauce was requested. Then I get my food. But as they hand it to me the bag tears and food fall to the ground. in between the car and the wall so now I can't get to it. Move my car forward and go and pickup the food. Get home Oh what do I get. I get a kiddies burger with no chips instead of a chicken lunchbox. I phone the store and tell them I am irritated and the manager tells me yes they said they will remake your food. I say that is not my problem I chose not to wait another 20 min for new food. But the gave me n kiddie burger instead of a chicken Lunchbox and I demand the deliver the correct meal. And said they have 10 min as I am a 5 min walk fir the store. 20 min go past still no food . My daughter is hungry and she is not even allowed to eat the burger. I phone again Oh the food is on it's way. I say ok 5 min then I drive down but then you must have police there as I will make [censored]. %min o past . no food. I get into my car phone them say I'm on my way get the police. Get there as I get there I get a call we are here to deliver I say I told them I'm on my way to the store and I'm here. Get out and ask for my food and the staff thinks it is a big joke. and I say I want my food but still the stand and joke around. I climb over the counter to go and get my food then they run away. I say give me my food and I walk to the door to exit the sales area and on of the staff get pushy I walk out and demand my food and still they [censored] around I eventually get my food 45 min after I phoned the the first time do you call this service. I am absolutely at a loss how kfc at addiscome, Croydon was unable due to a lack of chicken pieces able to do the Tuesday offer 9 pieces of chicken for £5.99 but happily offered to fill any other format of order ie bargain bucket, family feast etc..
I assumed that the chicken was the same for all products sold by your restaurants and therefore I cannot comprehend why unable to fill my order of 2 Tuesday chicken special offers ..
Your staff member was unable to do this and when I asked why he said had not got any Tuesday offer chicken available.. Does this mean its not same quality of chicken ..

Customer service might me the worse I've ever had. Gentleman at the drive thru window drops receipt out doesn't offer to print another or even say sorry. After push handing me my food in me thinking him he shuts window not even a your welcome. I eat him multiple times a week for lunch while wife gets it often for dinner. I'm sorry say I want be back.

There a KFC that is located just close to my house, it is quite useless to have this KFC here because their food is bad. Poor quality and don't even taste like KFC. it might be meat I buy, it's always burnt and dry. The wings are not zinger wings that I know of. They give us wings that are so dry and with no taste, I basically felt like I'm eating hard sticks. The krusher is also something else, if it's not weak then it's too small. This is a constant service we get in this KFC. Now if I want to get KFC I must go somewhere else while there's a KFC at my door step. They are useless.

Okay. My complaint lays with the KFC at Westgate mall and the one outside Liberty Promenade. I am sick and tired of placing an order and then before my items are even on the tray, the staff have cleared my number from the board. This tells your system that my order was prepped and handed to me within 5 minutes when in reality, I received it after 30 minutes of waiting. I was willing to let it slide the first time. But it has happened on more than one occasion now and this is ridiculous! Retrain your staff or get new ones!

I visited KFC N1 City Cape Town on Thursday 25th October. I was seated on the outside benches with my colleagues as it was hot on the day. Within min I was on the ground, the bench literally broke and I fell on my back but haven't been to the doctor as I'm only feeling the pain currently. I called the manager on duty and she told me she wasn't aware of the broken bench which I found very negligent as the manager on duty not to be aware of what is happening within the shift. I found her comments uncomfortable and racial but I let it go. She was supposed to have checked up on me the next day and she never, she only contacted me on Saturday telling me that their phones were not working. I told her that was very lame and the problem wasn't mine. I feel very offended, direspected and I was undermined. Please advise in this regard

Myself and my family visited your Resturant today in Orlando Florida on international drive and I have to say it is the worst one we have ever eaten in we had standard meals which tock up to 15 minutes to be served I watched the girl serving each meal individually and just left sitting on the side to get cold the floors were dirty the toilets were unusable as they had soiled toilets which was spilling out over the floor. When we finally got all our meals the chicken was extremely over cooked and dry and the staff was terrible

On October 27, 2018 I was at the Pacific Missouri location to get a $20 meal. After getting out of the car I was in a noticed 3 employees sitting on the curb smoking marijuana. When I entered the restaurant I went to the counter to place my order when the employee yelled loudly that he needed [censored]ing help at the counter. Someone from the back yelled get [censored]ing Phala, Liz, and Justin to get their [censored] in here to help out. Next thing I know is that the 3 employees outside came in and started swearing at the 2 inside working. I asked to speak to the manager and I was like really the lady called Phala said I can I be of assistance. I said why the foul language you have customers in here and kids. She said what's it [censored]ing matter to you. Just take your [censored] when it's ready and leave. After 7 minutes the person in the back starts screaming that [censored]ing hot water is coming out of the hot water tank and going all over the place. Phala says I can't deal with this I have a migraine headache and I'm going to be in the office, and I'll call my boyfriend and see what he says to do about it. I don't have time to try and figure it out myself. This employee named Liz says what can Mitch do he's in another state hundreds of miles away. Are you kidding me, doesn't she know to call her supervisor. I was in shock. When I got my food a few minutes later I couldn't get out of that place fast enough. No one was trying to clean up the water either. Just lazy and poor manager skills. When I got home with my bucket of food there was a half rolled joint and a needle in my bucket of chicken. I called the police and they said to bring it in and file a report. So I did. I just couldn't believe this happened. What kind of people do you hire? The manager in my opinion shouldn't be a manager let alone an employee. Just children left to run the place. Where is the supervisor he must be just a failure as a supervisor to let this continue. Can't be good business for KFC either. Very sad ex customer you lost my business.

I bought a $5 fill up containing a pot pie. There was not one single piece of chicken inside of it! (Not exaggerating) I have had the pot pie fill up twice before and I have never experienced this either time. I am VERY disappointed. Had it not been for the cookie inside, I would have continued to be hungry. The KFC location was Teaneck, NJ on Cedar Lane dated Saturday 10/27/18. It was 10:50 pm. I would like to be compensated for this either by refund or by receiving a free meal from KFC.
