KFC unfresh chicken made our family sick

KFC is the WORST restaurant to treat their customers

Our family ate ordered a 16pc Chicken family basket and ate in the stock on 12:12pm 11/25/2018 (my order receipt ticket #4261). Our whole family got sick after that started from SAME day 5:30pm before we eat any dinner. I called KFC next day morning on 11/26/2018. But their manager doesn't even want to talk to me and kicked me to talk to their insurance company.
KFC is the WORST restaurant to treat their customers. I will never do KFC anymore. I will tell my experience to ALL my friends and people I could do.

KFC original receipt

Just brought home 2 meals from the KFC in Hillsboro Oregon and it was the worse chicken I've ever tasted or smelled...It wasn't at all like I remember KFC...the chicken was greasy. The thigh and leg were so small there was hardly any meat on them.
The potatoes were like soup...very runny and the gravy tasted terrible. If this is what KFC is now serving, I will never go back...most of our dinner went into the garbage.
PS...My husband said the coleslaw was good

KFC service

Customer service is terrible. On 12-03-2018 at 7:00 pm I sat and waited 20 minutes for an original chicken breast. At the drive through window I was told they were out of original chicken breast and then I was asked to if I wanted a refund...or I could wait 15 minutes. How do you run out of chicken breast during dinner time?

I ran a KFC in 1975. They run out of chicken because they are not keeping up with the cooking, properly. Some store resort to "flash" cooking, in order to go faster: Turn up cooking temps/ shorten cooking time. This results in rubbery, partially cooked meat and damp, crumbly coating. After over 40 years, I can still look at a piece from a distance, ant tell you what is right or wrong, about it. I can also show them how to fix it. It is crap, and I have pointed it out to other stores, to no avail. Sorry about this. KFC comes only two ways: The Best, or just Terrible. Mike.

The areas that were customer accessible were filthy. Soda machine, floors, high chairs, walls, floors, around tables, and all the tables and even counter where we paid. Containers holding condiments were dirty. The manager on duty at 3:00 pm on December 3, 2018 was busy texting from the lobby. This location was once my go to KFC. I was truly disgusted by the condition of the store.

KFC service

12/3 - Central Ave location at noon time. Staff was beyond unprepared for lunch rush. Customers waited 20+ minutes without one update (to eventually find out "We ran out of chicken"). Three employees moved at a snails pace and the employee taking the drive thru orders showed a bit too much attitude towards the customers. I will never come back here and this staff did nothing to remedy this situation.

KFC product

We went to Kfc Ficksburg to buy a nice meal we gave our order after looking at the board and seeing the All Star LBx Bud and the Var L/box. First off they told us there coke machine is not working and that they going to give us 440ml cold drink bottles, and the sales lady told us they going to charge us extra for these cold drinks, I asked her and don't understand why we have to pay extra. She just said sorry so I excepted her appoligie. The order was very fast amazingly fast. When we got home and I opened the boxes I was so disappointed it was not what we expected. My bun was stale and crumbled while eating it. The product inside the box was not at all what I saw on the advertised board. I do not complain but this was suppose to be a treat for me and my husband, I work for my income and I expect what I see and is willing to pay for a proper meal. Regards Lorraine Olivier

KFC sanity

We were at the kfc at Hatfield and we had to wait about 20 minutes for our food. When we finally got to the counter the lady was still busy with our food and without gloves... I realized that all of them weren't and that is absolutely disgusting. They prepare our food and we trust that it is done clean and with sanitation. Please would you address this.

KFC bad service at kfc canal walk

I was at Canal Walk KFC yesterday.. When I got my order there were no serviates and sauces. I asked this lady that I have attached the picture of who gave me my order for serviates and she rudely said to me that she is busy and proceeded to ignore me. I stood there for long waiting and asked her if is she going to help me or not she just ignored me. I asked another lady there and that one said I wasn't the one helping you don't ask me. I am very disgusted and dissapointed by KFC employees the way they treat their customers.. I also work in retail (head office) and I find it hard to understand how one can treat a customer like trash. I will be very happy if you can take
this matter very seriously. I have attached a picture of this girl that was very rude to me because she was very happy to pose!

KFC product and service

I buy food nearly every day from kfc green point somerset road. The food and service is pathetic. I buy food and give it away 90% of the time. Today in particular i bought a chicken and mayo sandwich which a slice of cheese. The chicken was so thinly spread it looked like butter. There was no cheese. My food was just into a bag. My crunch burger was half open, my chips were hard and my coke had fanta on the top

KFC food

We have been faithful KFC lovers for nearly 50 years but the past year found it tasteless, different cut and change of coleslaw so quit buying. Today in Kemptville, Ontario I thought what the heck let's try it again. Bought a 12 piece with all the fixings and a big crunch for daughter. Took the chicken home and strange wierd cuts again and no spices on the chicken and salads tasteless. Totally tasteless and a waste of money. Why change a good product. Very sad to spend $50 and a total waste. Not much use complaing but guess it gets a vent out.

KFC the food

Hi there,

I am very disappointed to let you know that after years of loving Kentucky I had a very unpleasant experience.

I bought chicken pieces from the Hout Bay, Cape Town KFC which were very raw to the point we could not eat it.. after throwing away the first two pieces which were obviously very under cooked I started checking the others only to notice that most them were the same, under cooked.

Please will you take this up with the Hout Bay KFC, Branch as this is not up to standard.

KFC kfc burger consumed at pune mumbai highway

Knowing KFC as brand thought it was be safest thing to eat during journey. But it was my biggest mistake. I had burger at above mentioned location on Sunday evening. Got major food poisoning and unwell till date. I want a proper apology or I'm going to raise it with higher authority and post my grievance on social media. It is horrible experience. Serving good quality food should ideally be priority of food chains. I will never ever think of having KFC and would spread my word to family and friends.

KFC chicken and waffles

Chicken and waffles, I had food poisoning all night. I purchased a male approximately 7:30 PM from the Gardner KFC/Taco Bell drive-through. The workers were very jovial and engaging in conversation with them selves and Did not greet or even talk — just grab my credit card handed it back as they continued joking around with themselves. It's no wonder I got food poisoning I doubt they are following any health and safety Standard since they obviously are not following customer engagement standards either.

I went to KFC in Hueytown Alabama and I received poor service. I was placing an order for a liver dinner and the young lady stated that the livers are cooked to order. I told her that I know that and she asked me to pull down after I placed my order. I sat and waited for my order almost twenty minutes and that is after I asked the young lady taking an order...

KFC food

My husband bought us a Family Treat 10 pc with extra pops and mash and gravy. When my husband unpacked everything, he took out two packets of tomatoe sauce that you could see had already been used. The tomato sauce on the edges of the packets was already discoloured and then the mash and gravy was awful! Mash was stodgy as if it was made yesterday and the gravy tasted like it was burnt. This is the worst food I have ever bought at KFC!

Good day my name is Moleen i sent one of my staff members to buy me food at kfc tygervalley as i wek close by, i received almost so little chips n 2 tiny pieces of chicken, the chips was so soggy n chicken dry, i am a steers manager and i love kfc i normally buy at kfc in capegate by the drive through cz its close to my house, bt since im weekend in i had to buy n tygervalley, m so dissapointed n hungry i hv pictured n slip.my number is [protected]

KFC customer service

This was one of the worst experience with KFC ever...The girl working was horrible. The way she spoke to her coworkers was unbelievable... they couldn't give me a receipt and we didn't have all our food and drinks because she couldn't stop saying "what else " after each item order to get all the order..listening to the full order not keep saying "what else" . After being pulled up ... and waiting for our food we was missing 1 order .I go in and reorder and ask The young men for my receipt from the drive thru ...she said tell her no I can't now... I'm standing right there and I could hear her ... be rude about it and park every single car and food up and ready... why aren't you serving it.. why is crew members writing receipt with a shapie... being in food service for over 15 years I'm pretty sure this store has money, inventory and staff issues...

I suggest that you work on your spelling an grammar before you call a grown woman a "girl" Maybe the food was missing because she could not understand your poor English? How can she give you what you want if you cannot communicate in proper English?

KFC double charged for order

I was at elardus Park KFC and ordered a crunch master, I made two attempts to pay with my standard bank Ucount rewards card, it did not go through and I paid using my check account. When I arrived home I saw that the two Ucount purchases did go through. One was reversed. So I paid twice for the same order. This happened last Friday, the next day I went back with my slip and proof of the transection. The manager on duty took my number and said that she would escalate the matter to the It department. I returned later that day but nothing was resolved. It is now Monday and I've just been to the store again and nothing has been done. Is this a scam? Can it be so hard to refund a customer if you have double charged them? Seems that KFC elardus Park doesn't care about there customers, I wil now escalate my complaint to social media. I don't care about the money. Its a matter of principle. If you let a shady business steel from you and you don't warn others what does that say about you.

KFC chicken

Found part of plastic bag in my chicken this evening. Returned to store and was told my Manager that it is probably not plastic, but part of chicken skin. This is definitely plastic and I requested that they give me the piece of chicken as evidence, which they did. I will take it for testing and would like to know what KFC does in these instances. Surely they cannot respond with "oops sorry, our bad. Sorry for any inconvenience".

KFC mortgage fraud

My father died dec. 2008 & mother died in june 17, 2011 & i am their daughter who took care of both of them! Paid all their bill & they never stated they had a mortgage on the house. Their lawyer put the house in my name Janice Haskins, & stated when my father died everything was paid in full. After my mom's death in 2014 ocwen started claiming they were the owners of the property. My husband & i had to go back & forth to court & deal with massive phone calls, sending in death certificate, EXECUTIVE of ESTATE papers, deeds, s.s. cards, driver licences, pay stubs to verify who we were, insurance verification & any other paperwork that was asked of us & these people are claiming we never sent anything in... they even accused us of insurance fraud by keeping checks from them & we had to get lawyer fasion from surry COUNTY involved. They offered us $3000.00 to move so they can have they house. They even threatened FORECLOSURE multiple times but they never did & finally a judge told them in aug. 22, 2018 that we had 30 days to vacate the property after we were there for 9 years, because ocwen had the right to take our house without cause... they all were UNETHICAL as they mislead us, MISREPRESENTED by showing us no fairness leaving us homeless in BANKRUPTCY & not able to find shelter anywhere..we believe we were SCAMMED as they stole our DECEASED PARENTS home not caring about the struggles of life . We also believe that ocwen along with our lawyer who conned us out of our home need to be stop, & put in jail... reported to the FBI; BBB & all the tv & radio shows, because they are doing a lot of other family in such a way...this is only the beginning they have been reported to the CPFH.& THE BAR ASSOCIATION
