KFC sent me a coupon that doesnt exist
on JULY 28th i received a $4 off a $5 purchase. I assumed it was for my birthday. It stated it was added to my account and expires in 30 days. I tried to use it on Aug 21st.. and the link from the email took me directly to my app but the app stated NO OFFERS ARE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. i tried over and over. NO coupon existed in my account. emailed KFC, no response for days so I called 800# w my case#. they escalated it to several depts. called again a few days later as no one got back to me yet. Escalated again.. waited several more days and then i received an email stated we clearly see the offer added to your account on JULY 5th and expired in 30 days.. I received the offer email JULY 28th... not JULY 5th
Desired outcome: I want my offer. ive wasted enough time dealing with this. if they can not fix it I will never step into a KFC ever again

Only my third time I have ever been to a KFC and today is my last ,
A rare treat for my 7 yr old grandson, who felt let down because food was awful , tango watered down , bones in his chicken , the food was dry , veg burger was so over done and solid ( tasted microwaved ) i took it out of the bun, it was awful I’ve come home feeling sick ,
The staff need training, there was no conversation at all , the customer service was non existent. the place was filthy as were the toilets which I decided not to use,.
I can’t understand why any company would allow this ,

Dried out chicken
Drive through August 29 2023,at 6:00 pm. The chicken was so dried out at this location in Saskatoon saskatchewan. All places in Saskatoon is really bad food. The chicken supposed to be moist and tender not no more in Saskatoon. I had to through away my 4 pieces box after the the first one,checked the other pieces same dried out. Been sitting in the oven for two days dried out terrible chicken. What's going on in Saskatoon?

I am writing this email to lodge a formal complaint in regard to an order placed on Friday evening. We were celebrating our son’s 20th Birthday with family and friends.
After confirmation of order and payment my husband went to the store with our 3 year old nephew and 7 year old niece to collect the order. He was continually told there was no order and no payment had been paid. My son had to leave his own birthday party as payment was being requested again for the order to be put through. My son showed proof of order and payment and they suddenly found the order in the system. This had already wasted 45 minutes while we were waiting for dinner.
When the order was brought back home, half of the food ordered was missing. We were so angry that we went back to the store. No apology was given, just the remainder of the order was given. By this time over 2 hours had passed from original confirmation of order. This was very upsetting and disturbed our celebrations significantly.
This is absolutely no way to treat your customers and not offer an apology or compensation for the inconvenience suffered. Your staff need additional training at this store to say the least.

Please refund the full amount of money and attach a voucher as this incident ruined our birthday dinner.

We went to the KFC/Taco Bell in Shippensbutg PA on 8/13/2023. We ordered and party pack of tacos and 4 drinks. When we got our drinks they had no ice in them. My husband questioned it and they said the machine has been broken. First they should let people know that when they order drinks. I don't care for warm soda. 2nd we got all the way home and went to get rid of our drinks and in my 9 year Olds cup is a big screw! My husband called the restaurant and complained and all the lady could say was I will give you $30 off your next visit. I'm not satisfied with that because 1 I will never eat there again. I want a refund for my meal. I have contacted an attorney and I hate to move forward with a lawsuit but it may come to that. This is ridiculous.

My friend and I visited the Beverly rd kfc in Hull today.
We decided to get the two pieces of chicken and chips with a drink.
When the food arrived I look in the bag and said to the members of staff about the portions.
I got two chicken wings and the chips were eight half chips and my friend got the same.

KFC poor customer service/ staff ignorance
Recently, I had a very disappointing encounter with Bank Alfalah and KFC, prompting me to share my experience. As a dedicated Alfa credit card holder, I amassed approximately 4000 orbit points. Eager to redeem these points, I visited KFC to enjoy a meal using my hard-earned rewards.
Regrettably, my excitement quickly evolved into embarrassment when KFC refused to accept my orbit points as payment. They asserted that they were not authorized to do so. Making matters worse, this transpired in front of my guests, leading to immense disappointment.
I contend that both Bank Alfalah and KFC should be held accountable for this unfortunate occurrence. Bank Alfalah ought to inform its customers about authorized partners for orbit points redemption. Likewise, KFC should be knowledgeable about the program and ensure their staff is adequately trained to avoid such situations.
I genuinely hope that Bank Alfalah and KFC address this matter and promote better awareness among their clientele. Moreover, I request compensation for the loss of my orbit points and the embarrassment endured.
This incident highlights the importance of prioritizing customer satisfaction and ensuring that staff members are well-versed in loyalty programs or partnerships. Let us all strive for a culture of transparency and exceptional customer service.

On August 23, 2023 around 7 pm I went to Kentucky Fried Chicken located on Veterans Memorial Drive in Ofallon, Missouri to get an order to go. The door was locked but the drive-thru was open.
I was looking at the menu and a woman asked what I would like. I told her I wanted the #1 which the outside menu sign said was two pieces of chicken with sides and a drink.
She was in a hurry and asked what I wanted to drink. I actually wanted two orders ( for myself and wife). I was about to tell her I wanted two orders when I heard another male voice and it sounded like he said hurry up. She then came back on and asked what I wanted to drink. I asked if they had freshly made tea and she said no. All they had was Pepsi products. I said I wanted something like a Seven Up. She said they had Starry, which I never heard of. I said "what" and she said it was a lemon lime drink. Then I heard a male voice again and he said "come on pop's, lets go". Then I said ok to a Starry. I then told her I wanted two order. The male voice came on again and said ' Oh boy now you want to change your order pop's". She came on and said ok you want two #1's. I said yes I want to make it two orders. Then she asked what side I wanted and I said I only get one side ? She said yes. I started to say I was used to getting two sides ( mashed potatoes and cole slaw) when the male voice came on again and said "come on pop's what side do you want? Hurry up". I asked what sides do you have. She said it was on the sign and I told her I couldn't see any sides listed. The male voice came on again and sai " pop's can't read it and he said each side in a sassy demeaning voice. I said if I only get one then give me one with cole slaw and one with mashed potatoes. She came back on and said pull up for a total. When I pulled up I asked her who the jerk was that kept talking and she would not tell me his name. she just started to give me the drinks and get the food. I told her I was used to ordering the two pieces with cole slaw and mashed potatoes and she then told me I could get that but it would not come with the drinks. At this time I already felt demeaned and stupid so I did not want to change the order again. I just took it and told her I would never come back again.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and a refund from that "smart [censored] ". I think you should offer me some free coupons for the way your employee treated me. I really think he was drunk or high on drugs the way he was talking and laughing at me.

My family loves KFC, its the only fast food chick we like. I am not sure if its the location, (I moved here 3 years ago from San Diego) or perhaps poor management, poor hiring, etc.
In the 3 years I've gone to this KFC location I have experience what seems to be very unhappy employee's. From greeting during ordering, payment to food delivery.
Its sad that my entire family of 4 makes a joke about choosing to pick up food from KFC and what the employee will be like today.
Desired outcome: Training employee's that how they make patrons feel is just as important as the quality of your product.
Overcharged for my order
I went to the KFC in Villarica Ga. yesterday and ordered a chicken potpie and a three piece original recipe meal I swiped my debit card and didn't realize the amount charged the girl went back into the prep area when she returned I asked for my receipt she gave me a receipt that wasn't mine and had to call a manager in order to print out the correct receipt when I looked at it I found that she had charged me for a pot pie and a 12 piece family meal for $ 43.10.
I told the manager this was incorrect and to please credit my card and ring up the proper order the manager told me they do not give refunds and that I would have to take 12 piece that once an order is placed they either couldn't or wouldn't change it.
They gave me the order over all my objections saying you have to take the order as entered. when I got the order home I found it contained 6 thigs,3 wings and 3 very overcooked wings that were too hard to eat.
Desired outcome: Refund of my money and send this information to corporate HQ so that they can see what this establishment is doing to their brand.
Wicked wings
Purchased combo lunch on 21st August at Horsham KFC, also ordered 20 wicked wings which we had to wait a further 10 minutes for. The girl who served us said she had put a couple of extra wings for the inconvenience. When we got back home an hour and a half away in Naracoorte, I found that we had only 18 wings and one could not it even be called a wing it was mostly just fried coating. We were very disappointed. This is a treat for us, costing $48.20, that is not small change and we feel ripped off.

I have given the Denai Alam store 22 pcs voucher with all in series. But the store cashed come back and said 1 pcs of RM 5 voucher rejected. I ask her did she mistaken scan a voucher twice and 1 in the stack of voucher not scan, she refuse to check and said not valid, ask me to pay the balance.
