I am writing this email to lodge a formal complaint in regard to an order placed on Friday evening. We were celebrating our son’s 20th Birthday with family and friends.
After confirmation of order and payment my husband went to the store with our 3 year old nephew and 7 year old niece to collect the order. He was continually told there was no order and no payment had been paid. My son had to leave his own birthday party as payment was being requested again for the order to be put through. My son showed proof of order and payment and they suddenly found the order in the system. This had already wasted 45 minutes while we were waiting for dinner.
When the order was brought back home, half of the food ordered was missing. We were so angry that we went back to the store. No apology was given, just the remainder of the order was given. By this time over 2 hours had passed from original confirmation of order. This was very upsetting and disturbed our celebrations significantly.
This is absolutely no way to treat your customers and not offer an apology or compensation for the inconvenience suffered. Your staff need additional training at this store to say the least.

Please refund the full amount of money and attach a voucher as this incident ruined our birthday dinner.
