KFC Drive thru derry

44 minutes in a queue for drive thru when there was only 7 cars in front of me. When I finally got to order, it was incorrect. No drink and no mini fillet burger. Went back to the hatch and was told I was wrong and didn't order, despite having paid and showing my recent. I then had to stand in the drive thru queue. Quite embarassing. I ended up leaving as it took so long. After spending £23 on cold food. Absolutely appalling service. And the staff were extremely unhelpful. I will not be returning.

Husband wanted to go get dinner from Mcdonalds but i insisted on KFC. He returned home with cold and hard original recipe chicken which was missing 2 pieces and he didn't get a receipt.. I attempted to call the store but no one answered the phone. This is not my first complaint with this store and i definitely will not be returning and i will tell everyone...

KFC Told there would be a 20 min wait this happens all the time

went to the KFC in Lexxington Tenn as my wife craved some chicken I told her there so slow and she defended them ordering up a meal and was told right away there would be a 20 min wait, this happens all the time there, my ex wife was a manager in jax fla and she was top dog winning all sorts of awards something this store will never get it has left such a bad taste that now I will not stop at any KFC anymore something has to be done before you loose more customers as it is now I will gladly drive 30 miles away to go to popeyes and this shouldnt be this way dont you agree. will you at least look into this before I swear off your chicken for good the date was today 8/11/23 at 1:27 pm no cars in drive thru or anyone inside now I know why hope to here from you but if not then know this one less customer and how long before you have no one just saying thank you for you time and trouble yours jim risher

Desired outcome: yes look into better management for this store always no chicken ready and when you get your order there is always things missing when we get home a 20 min drive I have many calls to store and it doesn't help

KFC Urban square kfc branch

So I ordered Classic chicken roll and popcorn regular

So in the kiosk it was showing one popcorn for 46rs and other for 99rs so I though 99 one is the larger than than 46rs that how we customer think right ?

But at the end I got small popcorn which is extremely frustrated me and when I asked the branch they are like both or regular popcorn how come both regular popcorn can come with same size

KFC Food and pricing

Restaurant #J625205 Drive thru service. Prices for the 2pc meals were $7.99 Each. We ordered one 2pm breast & wing and one 2pc thigh and leg. On line those prices were NOT $7.99. Plus the dark meat is always less expensive than the white meat. When I disputed she said that’s the price. I tried showing her their posted menu and she said move along. So I went to go inside to show her and doors locked. Then we went ahead and ate our meal in the car. All chicken totally dried out. Biscuits hard. Ticket # 1664. Date 08-02-2023. Time 5:25 pm. Washington Square Shopping, Washington MO. Just awful experience.

Desired outcome: Coupon for meals. Plus contact the restaurant and make them correct prices.

KFC My whole order

So when I ordered my food from KFC to have grub hub pick it up and deliver it to my family and I let’s just say it was all but nothing but just downright pathetic discerning and all around just plain out completely wrong as stated on my receipt I ordered TWO TWENTY DOLLAR FIll UP BOXES AND it was not correct it wasn’t in a no fill up box as shown it was in a Bag and I didn’t receive any fries nor did I receive my 2nd order fill up box as well as it was all just thrown together and this [censored] was not worth seventy dollars and didn’t even fill up my children and I very very upsetting and disgusted by the fact that your company would even sell this to my family and I thought this was family owned and the best at satisfaction and worth the time and energy to get this and now thanks for showing my family and I how nuchbyall care about people and families you serve and care about

KFC The new kfc fill up box

After seeing the KFC advertisement, my wife and I decided to give it a try. Are we very dissatisfied with this purchase? All of the chicken contents looked and tasted as if the box was filled earlier in the day leaving the chicken tasteless and dry. The nuggets were so overcooked they were tough and impossible to eat. The other chicken parts included a wing, leg, thigh, and breast. These pieces also tasted old as the chicken that was prepared earlier in the day and shoved in the box to an unsuspecting customer. Even the biscuits were only crumbly! Not fresh baked as usual.

In addition, the staff was very unfriendly, as the drive-through did not even know such a product existed on the menu. Very rude to my wife. After parking the car and entering the KFC where she saw the KFC Fillup Box display on the counter. Bottom line we will never cater to this franchise in the future.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund and and apology from the staff at this location.

I’ve been eating kfc for 50 years. I feel like I’m never going back ! There’s Alf. 1 mile away from my house. It was a terrible kfc 10 years ago and I stopped going. You changed managers , and it turned around quick. Recently you must of changed back to the old manager. The last couple trips were subpar, but edible. My most recent trip was DISAPPOINTING and DISGUSTING !

My food was inedible, and when I asked for my money back ( food and receipt in hand ) I was told I can only get a voucher. Why would I want that nasty food again ? I’m now out my money and no resolution!

Desired outcome: I would like a refund for my 2 piece chicken meal that I wil never order again.

KFC KFC chicken sandwich

Seen the TV commercial many times about KFC chicken sandwich and decided to get 2 of them. I received a coupon thru the mail to get 2 of them @ $7.00. I wanted the original recipe type.

First off - they were (not) as big as the TV commercial showed. To me this is false advertising.

Secondly - it was cold just 3 minutes after I got the bag.

Thirdly - The edges of the chicken was extremely hard.

My bill was $7.95 and I might as well just threw that $8 out the window.

Sooo disappointed ! !

Desired outcome: Coupon to get an 8 piece bucket @ no cost.

KFC All chicken products.

Every time we go to the KFC in Pulaski TN, they are out of whatever we order. Sometimes it’s something like a chicken pot pie. I can understand why they wouldn’t keep too many extras. But tonight it was a chicken sandwich, which is advertised on the sign. I was told they would have to cook it and it would take 15 minutes. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t keep chicken cooked in case a customer might want it. It’s literally in the name. Kentucky Fried CHICKEN. I believe I’m done trying.

KFC Dirty napkin, unsanitary service

I went to a KFC between 3:30pm and 4:30 pm. I asked for a napkin and the woman at the service counter took the napkin, unfolded it, wiped her hands with it and gave it to me. I asked her for a clean one politely and she refused.

I will go back to take a photo of the woman whose service was unacceptable.

Desired outcome: To give me a clean napkin, as I am never rude to any staff and did not deserve this type of treatment. I felt discriminated against for being white and extremely disrespected.
