KIA Motors regarding manipulation in booking

Sir, it is to inform you that I book my kia car on the above said car dealership on 20/07/19.that the officials of the dealership told us that they will deliver us car in first week of September . Now I am contacting and visiting them again and again but they dont have any satisfactory answer and postponing the matter on one pretext or the other and they are giving car to the people who have booked after my booking and as per there desire .i am shocked that no they are telling me that you will get the car in Nov. my booking is in the name of sh kuldeep singh s/o sh ram singh and my mobile no [protected], [protected].copy of the receipt is attached here with for your kind perusal.

KIA Motors service

I have tried reaching you all multiple times.
Have registered complaints through phone and via web portal also. But haven't received any response yet. The inexperience of Kia Motors India is showing up.

I have pre booked (on 12th July) my car even before official booking started. While booking executives promised to take me as priority and deliver my car before August end. On follow up they are still saying shortly will deliver your car.

I have sold my car based on your commitment and is suffering now. Kia motors have cheated me by promising early delivery while bookings and not delivering the same.

Dealer is just avoiding me and giving false dates. It looks like booing my car @Kia motor was biggest mistake. Dealer dosent helps, customer care just say will come back shortly and none of them respond untill I chase them. On follow up with customer care they say will come back to you but never respond back.

Have never seen such customer service which leaves the case open even days after complaining. Inexperience of Kia motor is showing now, God knows what will happen with car.
I strongly believe Hector is far better than Kia and more transparent also. They closed their booking and are very pro-active.

Poor service.

KIA Motors case of the missing oil x 2

For the past few days my 2014 Kia Forte has been slow to accelerate and losing power. Yesterday I took it into Dutch Miller Kia in Charlotte, NC for a diagnoisis expecting to learn of some sensor I needed to remedy the problem. Instead I am told that although (per my windshield displayed oil change reminder sticker) it is not yet time for my next oil change there seems to be little oil in the car. In fact, there is internal engine wear that has caused the missing oil to burn and also has burned out the catalytic converter. Unfortunately this repair is not covered because I have 107, 068 miles on the car and will cost approximately $4, 000. Of course I am stunned especially since this conversation was amazingly similar to the conversation I had in July 2016 at Fort Mill Hyundai when I was told that the oil in my 2011 Hyundai Sonata (that I had paid off that very week) has also mysteriously disappeared and that engine seized and must be replaced. For the first time I realized that somewhere deep inside I must have bought into the fact that I somehow was negligent with regard to my Sonata, why else would I purchase another car from the same manufacturer. I can't help but feel foolish as both cars now sit in my driveway. You know what they say...fool me once...you know the rest.

KIA Motors kia lorry aircon + service

My Lorry 2900 was repaired in KIA HK twice consequently for the aircon matters, but still not working. The technician there did not give answer seriously.
Eventually, they said the lorry needs to change the whole aircon system which costs a nig fortune. At the same time, we have no truck to be used for at least two weeks, which costs us more for renting another lorry to do the delivery!
Their boss, Mr. Mak, and Ms. Mak do not reply to us in a reasonable time.
We have no other alternative/no way to make a complaint...
How can we present our angry and dissatisfactions towards a giant like KIA?

KIA Motors reimbursement for repairs

It has now been nearly three months since I first submitted an invoice for reimbursement. I sent a follow-up to you close to a month later, and both e-mails have my address listed on them. You claimed the check went to an old address on file and that a new one would be out in one to two weeks. It's now over a month. I am beginning to understand why KIA has a one star rating on their customer care website.

Curiously, I'd like to know how this happens and why our company seems to be so bad at taking care of your customers. Is this the design and culture of the corporate structure? Are you all overworked? Does anyone actually care about customer service?

It's hard to imagine, and if it is the result of how the corporation approaches these matters, then I feel badly for you having to work in that kind of environment.

KIA Motors kia seltos faulty piece

Dear kia india team,
I purchased new kia seltos car on 23/09/2019 from west coast motors ahmedabad, gujarat. But when I take delivery from showroom car does not start, I think fuel may be not filled. Suddenly trying three four times engine start, after I was facing same issues many times, after I complained to dealer some people from workshop was come and check my car and they said now car is ready, after next day same issue repeat and I complained again and again driver came to my factory and take my car for repair and same time told me I will connect your car to software and reset all things now will never having issues, and next day I am facing same issue and I complained to dealer and force to change my car, and dealer take car return on 30/08/2019 and gave service car on 06/09/2019 (mahindra marazzo) and promise me to give new kia seltos car with in 4 or 5 days but till today (18/09/19) I not received new car. I am calling to sales manager daily he said your car is ready I will call you when its leave from kia india, but till today he was never call me, so kindly tell me what should I do.?

My optima is a 2013 Sxl turbo. I bought it in 2015 bc it was the demo car. It had 16k on it when I bought it. Got it for 28k. I also have the VIP package covered to 200k mi but smithtown kia tells me the because I didnt do every maintenance package with them (mileage intervals) that it reverts to 100k mile warranty. KIA Motors roadside assistance

On Saturday August 24th 2019 around 6 pm I got a flat tire. I called roadside assistance and was told It would cost me $139.00. I told them I have free roadside assistance. My car is a lease and I got in April 25th 2019. They said I don't have a road side assistance program. I hung up and called my insurance company whom did not put roadside assistance on my policy when I got the new policy for my car.

I then called Kia roadside assistance again and was told it would be $159.00 because I called a second time. I paid and they said they would mail me my receipt. Which I never received. I was towed to Gateway Kia Denville NJ. Anthony Hyatt told me I do have the free roadside assistance.

This is my second request for a refund of $159.00.

KIA Motors service/repair 2012 kia sorento

On 5/6/19 I had my Sorento towed to Fuccillo KIA of Clay (315.657.9000) for repair. Seeing I could not drive the car I had it delivered before my scheduled appointment and the rep. said he would try to fit it in. After about 2-3 weeks of not hearing from them I placed a call and was told they had discovered an after market car starter that was not wired in correctly. I okay'd the removal and rewiring.

2 weeks went by without contact so again I initiated the conversation. At this time and after being tossed around and on hold I started to become frustrated with the level of customer service. I also started to feel less confident of their professionalism. I was told that they had been running tests with KIA feedback to determine what else could be causing my car not to start properly. I was told they thought it "might" be the smart key module. I was not happy with the lack of confidence the part would fix my issue, but I wanted my car fixed so I okay'd the order and installation of a $600.00+ part.

Another 2-3 weeks went by with no word from the dealer! Again I had to call them and was told very abruptly that the part did not come in. At this time I contacted the manager. I spoke to him about the horrible customer service and lack of communication. I was never offered an apology, nor did I get the impression he really identified with the seriousness of the service or lack of I was receiving. When I asked him about a courtesy vehicle I was ignored and never offered compensation. As of 9/11/19 my car is still not fixed and I have been told by KIA that the part is still on back order with no ETA!

I want my car repaired and compensation for the thousand plus dollars I have had to pay for a rental!

I do have voicemail recordings of calls, but was unable to submit them due to the format. If you wish to have those I can provide them.

KIA Motors 2012 kia optima

Hello and good evening my son purchased this car less than a month ago from the KIA dealership in North Huntington PA. This car has been to the dealership over 5 times for the same issue the second day he had this car he had to get it towed to the KIA dealership in Wexford Pa while his car was in this facility they lied and said they fixed and checked his E BREAK and regular break and the same problem continued the next day. The issues that this car has had is that when he is driving the car it is either stopping on its own and will not go or slowing down while driving. This is very dangerous.My son is a 19 year old college student and he should not have to deal with this while trying to go to school and get an education. He was also told by the mananger of the north Huntington store that it would take them 5!months to fix his car . What I suggest is that they give my son his down payment back or a new car with the same payment. His car payment is due at the end of this month and I don't think he should have to pay it he has only driven this car 2 times .I can be reached at +[protected] and my name is Sonya . Thanks

KIA Motors 2013 kia sorento

I purchased my 2013 Sorento with an upgrade GDI engine as a new vehicle in November 2012. Have experienced numerous serious and expensive issues with this vehicle in the past two years. Currently I have a KIA case number [protected]. Case manager not showing me even the courtesy of returning my calls. Continued periodic check engine light problems. The last, Aug 20, 2019 I was told that my vehicle requires a new engine which I will have to pay for. I have kept my oil change appointments for the entire time that I have owned this vehicle, the last of which was in July 2019. I have an open case with the BBB also, case # 1925140. The issue with this engine was and is not my fault. Dealership will provide me with my service records tomorrow September 10, 2019. Needless to say I am extremely upset and will fight KIA case managers decision as vehemently as I can.

KIA Motors gps in kia cerao

I purchased a 2018 Kia Cerato from SVM Kia Roseville and took delivery of it on 2 September 2018, the registered No of the vehicle is CR*51*KO .

I took the vehicle back to Kia 14.8.19 for the 12 month 15000kl service. I advised them on booking it in of the problem I was having with factory fitted GPS system in so far as the system was out of date from the date I purchased it and cited examples of how I was using approaching a set of lights which I knew had been in place/existence for over 2-3 years but the GPS advised to take the second exit. Other examples of where the system advised me to turn right but again from my own knowledge I knew that was wrong as the street was one way.

It was obvious to me over the first 11 months I had the vehicle the GPS system was hopelessly out of date. I left this issue to have rectified on 1st service which was done on 14/8/19. On booking the car in I raised this issue with Eliza Brown of Kia and she advised me that GPS updates could not be done unless I paid $300.00.

I found this was very strange for such a policy to be in force via Kia Australia, I complained to her about this and she advised to put my complaint in writing to Kia Australia. I am sure that if the GPS system installed in your vehicles sold, it should be updated for at least the 1st service without charge to the customer.

KIA Motors bought a new 2015 kia reo

2015 Kia reo 1.6 wen got the car didnt have it a week check engin light came on took it back to the dealer where we bought it they said the coumputer needed reset, they said they reset the coumputer . Didnt help ever time the humity changes the light comes on or goes off. now it is going threw 1 1/2 quarts of oil a week. fnis is the worst car we have ever had.this car should have been recalled.

I have prebooked Seltos HTX IVT 1.5 Petrol with your dealer Allied Motors, Sector I, noida, Uttar pradesh (Booking id B201900621) on 12/8/2019. The dealer is not responding properly and not professional at all. I would like to know when my car will be delivered. The sales staff are very unprofessional and non responsive. They themselves are not aware of the features of the product they are selling.

KIA Motors 2013 kia sorrentio

On 2014 we bough a 2013 KIA Sorrento SX from Halleen Kia near Cleveland Ohio. When we bough the Sorrento it had 4, 500 miles because it was a "Demo" model. We were assure that the vehicle extended warranty will go to 104, 500 because we bought it as a new unit with these many miles. We love our vehicle, we took it in many family trips. This year when the unit was approaching 100, 000 miles we start having issues, at this point the dealer informed us that the warranty will no extend after 100, 000 miles. We where disappointed but is no way to argue with the dealer. When the Sorrento passed 105, 000 miles the engine start running hot. We took it to our local repair shop that recommended replacing the radiator, we did. Still was running hot, we replace the thermostat. still same. Then we got informed that the Sorento had the symptoms of a damage head gasket. We took it to our main mechanic that after some diagnostics informed us that they would not recommend replacing the head gasket but we should replace the complete engine. We contacted Halleen Kia and were told that they would not do anything unless they had the car at their shop. We paid to take it to their shop last week. On Friday my wife got a call from the Service Manager and was told the first from the vehicle condition and engine condition that maintenance was not an issue, that he would get with the powers to be at KIA and see what they can arrange to help. Today we got a call and were told that KIA motors and Halleen KIA will not do anything for us. They will not replace the head gasket and the only recommendation is to replace the engine at our cost. We paid over $35, 000 for this vehicle and it did not last not even 5 years. This amount is not much to you but to us is a lot. We are a small business owner and we have a 2011 KIA soul rap with our company logos. For the most part we had very happy with the quality but now, I am concern. Like my communication with the Local dealer I think that you have bigger fish to fry and my call for help will go into deaf ears. Either way I think that if you do not hear from customers and their concern on the quality of you product you will find yourself in the group of car companies that are related with poor quality like YUGO, Dodge, etc. I will see if you will respond to my email.

KIA Motors rude behaviour of sales staff.

I have booked Seltos even before its launch on 22 aug,
The executive who took my booking have been ignoring my requests for a proper test drive. He has been insisting me to come to the showroom at Celica motors Salt lake kolkata, for a short drive, not even a proper test drive.
Finally he assured me for a test drive on 2 nd aug .
I waited the whole day. In the evening when I asked him the reason for keeping me waiting, he started giving me lame excuses, that he couldnt go through the schedule for test drive as he was busy the whole day. Also he was not in a position to tell the next possible date.
In the meanwhile I found him quite arrogant and bluntly told me that I am free to complain anywhere for his misbehaviours.

I hope the company will not sit silently on this issue as the concerned person needs more training in terms of dealing with his customers.
Also the steps taken by kia should make him repent for his misadventures.

KIA Motors Basic kit/ accessories

My Name is Virmohan Singh. Mobile number is +91 [protected]. I was delivered Petrol manual transmission Kia Seltos on 26th August 2019 HTK+.
I had paid for the basic kit at the time of delivery.
Today is the 03rd of September and still no kit. And showroom representatives have been lying and now ignoring me for the past few days. Shame on Kia Allied Motors. You have just entered Indian market and the customer service you are giving is hopeless. I am totally disappointed in making this decision. A really bad one. I have all the proof and call recordings which I will be sending to your head office in Gurugram India today from my office.
