the long wait for my drinks
I ordered 3 drinks and paid with my bank card. I sat there waiting, waiting, and waiting to receive my drinks. I notice that during my wait the drive thru serves a car (which ordered shortly before me) some food, and another car next to me receives food 5 minutes after I order. We were just at Sonic. Pressed the button, ordered but the person said hold on disconnected then did not return to the mic. We waiting 5 minutes presses the button again she came back, we asked if she took our order she said no sorry she totally forgot then we said ok and ordered again, she gave us a price then disconnected. No order came up on the screen to pay so we figured she would take our payment when she came out. Waiting 10+ minutes nothing. Pressed it again then a different person answered asked us what was wrong. We explained then he came out and asked what was wrong. We told him and asked if our order was taken. It was not. We said never mind and left after being there for 30+ minutes and got nothing.
carhop $2.99 special
been sick, ask son to pick up the 2.99 double cheeseburger & tots. (Ate a couple of these earlier in month, also have had the Philly Cheese Steak $2.99 carhop special. both good.) .. . person at drive thru tells him has been over for days... He tells me was charged $5 & change, says prog is over... go back to bed, watching TV ch # 4 Fox news Dallas Ft Worth .. Guess what --- get Sonic commercial for the 2.99 carhop special... I called in & ask for mgr. -- don't seem concerned about person on speaker / register. Says will see who was working, had just got there. and says prog is still on.. I reminded just saw on tv. Next door is a Dairy Queen.. told was building up their customer service.. total indifference to me as a customer.. disappointed in Sonic.
burnt food served
AUG 10, 2019: Simple order of a #3 hamburger with onion rings and a sprite. Who could mess that up? This place. Onion rings were burnt and inedible. I tried to call them at (830) 772-5050, but no one answered and they were not that busy. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Wrong me once, shame on you. Wrong me twice, shame on me. I'm not going back.

I went to the Sonic on Normandy blvd. with my husband and sister in law to have milkshakes on my birthday. It was around 4:30 pm on 8-10-19. We sat at a table and pressed the service button and waited for over 15mins for service. Employees saw us sitting out there and continued to talk to each other. We finally pressed the button again, just to be ignored again. After 5 more minutes, we got up and left. By far the worst customer service I've ever had.
drink cups
I'm a very loyal customer, live close by and love Sonic food and especially all natural strawberry lemonade. I buy at least one a day, sometimes 2 route 44 size. Sadly, I will not be buying any more. I have always hated those flimsy styrofoam cups and today as soon as I picked it up it totally collapsed in my hand spilling every last drop, ruining the clothes I had on and also making the worse mess in my new car ever! I'm so disappointed! You really need to look at changing out those cups!

I don't normally eat there bc I've had several bad experiences but I hadn't eaten all day and decided to give them another try. The sandwich seemed ok until the last bites. The chicken was hard as plastic and completely inedible. I threw the rest away. About 2 hours later I was sitting at my desk and felt nauseas. I headed to the bathroom and vomited my meal up.

The last three times we've been to sonic the wait time was horrible and it wasn't because they were busy. We got out burgers and they were cold cheese was NOT melted it was still cold! This last time we ordered a milkshake and a coke and it took 15 minutes to get it. The whole time we were at the window the employees were on their phones! Pathetic! We have over the years eat at sonic a lot but I'm just about done!

We frequent the local sonic, normally for a late night ice cream or shake. Over the last 6 to 8 weeks either the "blast" machine or ice cream machine have been down for weeks at a time. If you do not want to sell ice cream I suggest changing your marketing. It would seem some urgency would be placed on getting back to business and getting the equiptment up and operational.
The staff here is slow, rude, and rarely gets the order correct. When you complain or seek a correct ion we are met with in difference.
Its sad really, you have a good product. However, you have a serious execution issue with your staff.

I went to Sonic around 510pm
I ordered a double cheeseburger from the value menu. Medium fries. Small dr pepper. And a medium m&m blast. First of all, they gave me and charged me for everything as a large. The fries were cold and looked and nasty extremely old. The dr pepper was horrible like the carbonation was going out. And even the M&M blast tasted old! The only thing semi decent was the burger. I won't be going back. $13 for a disgusting meal.

I visit this Sonic ATLEAST 2 sometimes 3 times a day. I stop in the morning on the way to work, I stop on my way home from work, and sometimes will go back later in the evening.
On Tuesday, August 6, I made my usual morning stop and ordered a drink at the drive through. I placed my order at 7:25 AM. I did not receive my order until 7:50 AM. After I had to ask about it to the carhop Amanda. Who informed me "she had just gotten there and didnt know anything about anything ".
The workers at this Sonic location have NO sense of urgency. Especially when many people are on their way to work in the mornings. I saw many vehicles just drive off after waiting so long for their orders. A business should not be run this way. Workers should care about the presentation, accuracy and promptness of the orders being placed.
I have the option of choosing from many other restaurants for my morning stop and will utilize their services instead of this Sonic location to spend my money. Atleast at McDonalds the drive through is efficient, accurate and the workers are friendly.

Husband and I went to Sonic and ordered cheeseburger meals and the meat was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted and the Bun was not even heated up. This makes 2 times at this Sonic I've got crappy food. Last time I was told to come back and I wouldn't have to pay for it but I was charged anyway. I don't mind paying for food if it's good but cold bun and cold meat don't cut it. I stopped going to Poteau because of their food, guess I'll stop going to Heavener Sonic too!

I order a combo. I ask about a strawberry slush if its 99 cents. He say cant be with the combo i say thats ok i want it anyway i will have two dr in nks. He aak me if i want tots i say yes i drive to the window. He comes up with too high of a price. I get a senior discount i tell him to ring them up separate he says he cant do that for me to have a nice day takes my drink and walks away. I set there waiting so a manager comes and finds out that he did not get my drink order for the combo thats why theres a mess up. After she finds out the confusion. Like most other complaints, they take 20 mins to make 3 shakes that are like liquid, not thick shakes at all when I asked why they looked like this the employee with an attitude states that's the way they come out of the machine. No maybe if you knew how to work the machine correctly it would be a thick shake not a milk shake. Then she slams my money on the counter when I asked for a refund. Unbelievable! I will never return and its no wonder there is only ever one or two cars in the lot at any time.
