Taco Bell Dirty conditions throughout restaurant

Visited on Sept. 30, 2021, 3520 Garth Rd, Baytown, TX Men's room dirty, no soap. "Every "table was dirty, there were no other customers . The prep and kitchen area was dirty, trash all over the counters and food all over the floor. The Taco's were cold, shells and meat. I called Taco Bell to complain, they hung up on me. The resolution would be to make the employee's /management responsible and clean up .

Taco Bell Poor service and attitudes of employee

At 10:26 pm on 9/15/21 at 1710 Tamiami Trail Port Charlotte FL, 33948, Taco Bell 024539 i came thru the drive thru. I frequently use the drive thru here. i ordered 2 cheesy fiesta potatoes and a nachos bell grande and two hard shelled tacos with no lettuce and two drinks. When I got home i had only received one cheesy fiesta potatoes. I called and told the person who answered. They said come and get the other one. When i opened the nachos bell grande there was no cheese or sour cream, just beans and meat and tomatoes. I called again. The person who answered said they made it themselves. I said there is no cheese or sour cream. I said I'm coming to get the items. I went to the drive thru and when the replacements were being given the person had the potatoes sitting on the top of the bag of the nachos bell grande. I said I need a bag for the potatoes. she got one. then she gave the food to me thru the window and said nothing like "I'm sorry "or " thank you for coming back ". She acted like I was a problem. She shut the window and i honked my horn and she turned back kind of rudely and I said I'm not the one who made the food wrong. She said have a good night and shut the window. Bad attitude. Younger female with headset on . Maybe shift manager. Didnt get her name. Needs to be taught some manners and customer service! Havent has any problems before this at this store. Usually good service and food.

The Taco Bell's in my area are becoming abysmal. In the past two months, ALL TB locations are drive-thru ordering only such as in Cranston; Providence; Warwick & Pawtucket, RI along with Attleboro & Seekonk, MA.

Also, they run out of soda flavors along with sauce varieties. Their computer systems crash constantly at the Seekonk, MA location--telling customers If place an order at the restaurant, it is cash only payment--if want to pay by credit card, the only way to do so is with the app.

Their app won't work for me since December 9th: resulting in unable to take advantage of all these "wonderful" offers they email me daily plus losing out on free products because of their points program. The restaurant's menu is limited when ordering at the restaurant versus ordering thru their app. I did try signing up with a different email address, but the app crashed losing my order while waiting in the drive-thru. Then, the next time, my order was delayed and resulting in me waiting 20 MINUTES for my food.

I've called the corporate phone number to get help with the app. On each call, I waiting to speak to someone for over TEN minutes: two times, when the call rang, it disconnected me--and the other two times, I was promised a call back from either a supervisor or tech support. I've emailed them asking for help four times, too. And the restaurant manager says she can't help with the app & telling me last week that many have had issues using the app then telling me she'd call corporate to help me. I let her know this week the app still was not working and no one called me to help me. Her response now is "then your phone must not be working" Even though logging into their website also gets me nowhere on my laptop and tablet! All my inquiries by phone and email has resulted to zero help: this has been going on for 15 days.

As a Taco Bell customer of 30 years, I am disappointed by their lack of professionalism and customer service.

At this point, they may as well just go out of business!

Taco Bell Taco Bell Warsaw “WOW!”

I have literally been sitting in this drive-through line for 25 minutes waiting on food. It is not busy and if you guys are going to pay people $15 an hour then service needs to improve. This is just really pathetic . And I just got my food and it's completely cold which I can't even fathom how That could even be. Absolutely no urgency whatsoever with the people working in there and this will be my last Taco Bell visit. Very disappointed

How come when you use online ordering with taco bell nothing is ever right? Always something missing when you get home and never any sauce that you order is in the bag. Happens every time at the taco bell location in the Jacksboro, TN location. I know this probably won't do any good but I thought I would give it a shot. I spend money at restaurants and don't get all my food. That is just not right!

Taco Bell Store operating hours

I'm a regular Taco Bell customer at the Desoto store located at 1011 W Belt Line Road.

I'm filing a complaint regarding the hours of operation. The store has a posted 7am opening. Today, September 7, 2021 I arrived at drive through at 8:03am only to hear a recorded message "the store is currently closed". This isn't the 1st time I've has this issue.

I pulled up to the drive through window and blew my horn. A young lady came to the window and said "we are closed". I pointed to the sticker in the drive through windo that stated the store opens at 7am and asked her has that changed. She informed me that the store will start opening at 7am next week.

Well, I 'm a bit irritated and confused because last week when I receved the same message at the drive through that the store was closed. I called the store and said, don't ya'll open at 7am? The lady took my order over the phone and I pulled back around to the drive through to get my order.

Not sure why the employees at this store cannot open at the 7am posted time or why they lied about when they opens? I'm strongly thinking about not patronizing Taco Bell any more if this type of poor service continues.

Just spent $33 on disgusting food we got at store 26355, in Queensbury NY, got the $10 shares meal, one was the 6pc fish and the other was 9 pc, with family size fries and coleslaw. Taco Bell Seating bench

My wife and I eat at your Jacksonville Illinois Taco Bell quite often,, however, most often we go through the drive through, this week we went inside, everything food and all was really great, however we sat in on the long bench on the East wall, looked like the bench along the wall had all new padding on the lean back but not the seats, making it quite hard for an older person to set, to me the padding needs to be on the seats at least, but also the back, and wider, makes you feel like you are sliding out of the seat and quite uncomfortable might be great for kids but not for 80 year old seniors. Please keep the elderly in mind.

Taco Bell Rude service

It was about 11:43 pm august 19, 2021 I bought 3 orders of steak quesadilla in the drive thru of store no.032671 at 2317 e. Joppa rd. Md. 21234, after I made the order I heard some f* words from the inter com., when I reach the counter to pay I saw them laughing and not paying attention to me (the customer) when I said that I heard them the lady on the window slam the window after I paid my order. I hope this will no happen anymore and teach your employees that we the customers are paying for their salaries. Thank you.

I ordered a meal wothout sour cream and doubled checked with them that they got it and they treated me like I was dumb and couldn't read the screen and said yes I got it. But come to find out when I got home that they had sour cream. I always get it without and even though I always ask again, they seem to still put it on about half the time
