I have logged an initial request where the return was rejected by Teffo at Take a lot, I then went to the facebook page to log a complaint which I was then advised to log another query to return the TV which was cracked. I bought 2 TV's from Take a lot a 50 INCH and 70 INCH. The 70 inch is cracked and I returned it for replacement on order number #[protected] where I received a generic email stating that I damaged the TV and there was a missing cable. I then sent a message on Facebook take a lot page to discuss my complaint and advised I have the cable in the house, I was then advised to re log the query and they will pick up the vehicle, I did so and now received another email stating that the return has been rejected again with the same generic email from Teffo.
I then receive a call from a driver advising they are returning the TV again.
I would like Take a lot to provide me with proof on how I damaged the TV, because I have witnesses who where there when I unboxed the TV showing that it was damaged from Take a lot.
I need this matter to be escalated as Take a lot is taking me for a ride. I have requested a complaint escalation process with take a lot and this was not provided hence I wrote to you
