Server named sukhraj as said on her name tag
Sukhraj is RUDE . She doesnt not understand customer service. All i asked for was a cup of water and i told her she can charge as all the other tim hortons in the country does. I did buy a small cup of decaf coffee too. All i needed was some water. Even the tims on the same terminal did that an hour earlier for me.
She was extremely rude and told me i have to buy the bottle. Horrible Horrible way of dealing with customers . Have some human decency for GOD’s sake. I mean That def is not a Tim horton’s Brand policy they would refuse customers cup of water when customer is more than willing to pay for that.
This is not the Tim Hortons I grew up with. Thats the brand that is pure canadian at heart and we are the people who are known for their kindness. Come on Tim Hortons please dont drown the brand any further.

Bagel with cream cheese and extra bacon
I ordered a larger white got chocolate with a shot of expresso which was perfect but when I got home and opened my bagel which should have been a 4 cheese bagel with cream cheese and extra bacon there was no cream cheese on the bagel which was disappointing because it was dry between the bagel and bacon alone. It was December 6th 2023 around 12 -12:15 and they didn't ask if I wanted a receipt or give it to me. It was the tim hortons at dorval circle.

Service
Tim Hortons Kenora both are filthy and terrible service. On Nov 10th I entered the Tim Hortons wearing my service medals as there was a remembrance day service. When I was in line an employee on break cut in front of me and ordered to which the lady at the till laughed and took his order. Additionally not one employee wear a poppies at both locations. For a company that claims to represent Canadian values these two locations do not. Always filthy, terrible service and very rude employees.
Customer service
I was in line waiting to be served. After the previous gentleman has ordered, the lady who was at the counter left her station to go prep food and she never came back nor did she ask me if I am ready.
Even though I was still looking at the attractive donuts that you have, I was ready to order. Then a guy from behind me just went up to another counter where these two ladies were talking and he asked if he can ordered and she said yes.
It was clear they were not working or caring for the customer and totally ignored me! This was my 2nd experience in Tim Hortons and at YVR departure.
I will not return again. Such horrible service and she even argued with me and gaslight saying her colleague asked if I was ready when NOBODY DID.
This happened on 27 Nov, 6:30pm.

It was delivered and on opening the wrap up I found a piece of plastic in it.
This then put me off eating the wraps so I disposed of them.

Desired outcome: I would like a total refund and preferably not to use in the store as this has put me off eating there.
Festive smile cookies
I am very very angry with your locations in guelph and fergus! these locations all changed their festive smile cookies without telling their loyal customers? i have been buying these smile cookies since the start (nov.13th) for my wife and my grandson! they love them! as of yesterday? without telling me they switched the smile cookies to the absolute terrible chocolate chip smile cookie? wtf? that started in guelph and now this morning the fergus locations all did the same? i come to tim's 7 days a week for my coffee (x2) and my everything croissant breakfast sandwich! i am a loyal customer and to be treated like this! is an absolute disgrace! you guys just change things without acknowledging your customer's likes/wants! i want answers to my complaint asap! or you can kiss my business goodbye! mcdonald's is right next door to the tim's in fergus and i will go there instead!
BLT on everything bagel
Ordered 2 sandwiches asking for the sandwiches to be cut and we needed the receipt. We got the sandwiches they were not cut, had a quarter size drop of mayonnaise in the very middle of bagel so it falls all over our clothes. Only had 1/2 piece of bacon on both sandwiches, And the lettuce was rusty. The store is on Hwy 115 just north of the 407 exit.

I get a tea every morning at the hardwood plaza in Ajax Today November 17th at 7:05am is the 3 rd time in two weeks my.tea is Luke warm not even remotely hot I have no way of heating an extra large black tea in my microwave ar work so I end up dumping it out! It’s very frustrating and the prices keep going up and quality going down Please make this right

I spit out the hard item and realized it was a nut shell. I did not continue to eat the cookie because of the shell.

Canned soup
I opened a Tim Hortons mushroom cream canned soup purchased at my local metro, followed instructions to cook it, and when I came around to eat it I found a cluster of dark long hair among the mushrooms bits. I have blonder hair and so I know for a fact that it is not my hair in the soup. I was unable to eat my soup afterward because I kept thinking the mushroom bits could be more hair.
Desired outcome: I would like compensation for a wasted can of soup! I won’t be buying the same one again but I would very well like to get another soup or my money back.
Paying double for an item using my debit card
Upon checking my bank statement I just found out that for every purchase I’ve made using my debit card, I’ve been charged at least twice and even three times on occasion. I always get your medium latte and only one per day.

I was at the above location on Sunday Nov.12 with my husband for dine-in eating at 9:21 am. There were at least a dozen people ahead of us with only one person taking the orders. We waited at least 15 minutes to place our order and receive the food. The booths at the front of the store are a disgrace. The fabric on the seats are torn all the way to the stuffing making sitting there very uncomfortable. The food was cold including the coffee. The table was not clean from the occupants before us. When we were leaving the garbage bins were overflowing. There were empty coffee cups and other leftovers on the top of the counter. Needless to say, we will not be dining at this establishment again.
Spicy Thai Chicken Soup
I purchase Tim Hortons Chicken Noodle Soup at the grocery store on a regular basis. The other day, I saw a can of your Spicy Thai Chicken Soup and decided to try it. I enjoy spicy food and thought this would be a nice change. Huge disappointment. I had two sips and the taste was horrible; had a taste that seemed like it contained some kind of chemicals. Worst soup I have ever tasted. Needless to say, I poured it out.
Cream of broccoli canned soup
I’m just letting you guys know ahead of time the cream of broccoli soup batch number EST57NA23131 00:59 is contaminated with a bacteria of some kind. I am send big the can of it to the department of health for investigation to confirm what was in the soup but it has made me horribly sick. I just hope Tim Hortons is smart enough as a company to take action and pull this batch off the market before it it really hurts people.

Good morning,
I have been waiting since Tuesday morning for a resolution to this issue and have spoken with at least 3 different people who have all told me that this should be resolved by the end of the week. Well, here it is Saturday and there is no resolution and no return of the money that has been withdrawn from my bank account.
I’m trying to have things transferred from my previous account [protected]@hotmail.com to my new email address [protected]@gmail.com.
I have already been charged $150.00 from my bank account and another $50.00 on my Mastercard.
It would be really good customer service if someone could at least tell me what is going on with this issue.
I have done everything that all these emails I have received have told me to do and the issue has not been resolved. I would expect that someone should at least have the courtesy to call and let me know what is happening.

The worker was preparing food without gloves (video attached).This particular person never wears gloves. I had an argument with her previously, when she replied to me that she just washed her hands, which is still not acceptable. The fact the she did not even feel that she was wrong is unacceptable, never apologized, just keep arguing back. I saw her using cash and microphone before she started making sandwich without gloves. She also used her bare hands and put them into a bag full of lettuce, grabbed a handful of lettuce and refilled her produce table. I believe that this worker needs a proper training and also needs to understand that she works with food and must use gloves while making it. Very disappointing experience. Please take some actions to fix this issue.
