Bad customer service by tims server
Today nov 8,2023 00:15am i went to east lakes crescent, airdrie tim hortons
When i went to window the lady server started mouthing “what the [censored]”. When i asked why she was cursing, she started yelling and told me to leave. She also stated racist comments
I asked her name she replied she not going to tell her name and went inside
Other guy on the same shift helped me and he also witnessed everything
I use to go that tims almost daily but now I don’t want to due to that lady
Please address my concern
Service @989 Harwood Ave AJAX
To who it may concern!
I would like you to Address the manner in which your Staff Shazia addresses people when you pay for your items.
Her Attitude stinks ! She thinks she’s doing me a favor by me buying coffee. She thinks this is an assembly line. She needs to LeeAnne customer service ethics. MOVE HER FROM THE CASHIER POSITION. She needs to be I. The kitchen where she does not interact with people who supports Tim Hortons. I’ve been a loyal customer at this TIMS for years and I usually go at evenings if I encounter her on my first visit. I would never go back. TEACH HER CUSTOMER SERVICE APPRECIATION. WE PAY HER WAGES.
Desired outcome: Get RID OF HER

Prior to placing my order i asked if a london fog could be used as a coffee. The person on the PA system said no. Then i contiued to place my order, i mentioned i had a activated promotion on my phone. Then put in my order. I get to the window. The lady who was at the window had mentioned the scanner was not working. I tried talking with the supervisor. Even when i tried to pay with cash. He would not accept the cash. He turned me away. I visit all Tim Hortons all over the region. This was not called for. I still should of recieved my order. After going to another Tim Hortons i recieved my order and pleasent service from staff at 4200-28th Stony Plain. All there scanners & Equipment were working.
Rude drive-through attendant in half filled coffee cup
Monday went through drive-through Tim Hortons on Highway 10 in Steeles located at the Shoppers Rd., Plaza outside and while I was grabbing my coffee the lid was not on properly so I was trying to get it on and was rudely screamed at by the drive-through attendant, saying, ma’am hurry up, there’s people waiting, meanwhile there was no one in the drive-through and the first important thing was that she should’ve been patient because I could’ve been burnt with the coffee. Second incident today November 2 went to ask for a 3/4 coffee and the rest French vanilla was given to me the cup was only half full, and I took a picture to show now tell me I’m paying almost 3 dollars for a mixture to have half a cup. I don’t think that is fair so insulting.
Customer service
Hi, I’m not one to complain ever about customer service because I have much experience in it and I know how stressful it can get when you’re busy but I had a couple run ins with an employee at Tim’s here in Deer Lake NL that I feel we’re on called for. The first one was earlier this summer but I let it slide as I said I do understand the frustration in...

The service is terrible and products are under par. I don't know what else you would like me to say but went to bathroom and was told to get out even though there was no sign saying it was being cleaned. Employees are rude and service is the worst, I'm a customer service employee and this was the worst service I've had by far. Please try to correct this.

So I'm in the Middleton valley store quite a bit. More times than enough, there is this 1 woman that is unprofessional. I wasn't going to say anything but I was there today, when a young woman handed her resume in. She said to her, you don't have any disability, like ADHD cause i can't stand them. She treats the staff like dirt. Why don't know one see thi...

My daughter went to get timbits for her party on Saturday at 3:30 pm (in the afternoon) on October 28th and was told there were no chocolate Tim bits left. I asked her to ask when will there be any today and they replied there will be no more. Very disappointing.

A burnt breakfast sandwich to go
Ordered a croissant breakfast sandwich and a tea to go thru the drive thru. Upon opening it on the highway I could smell and see the chard croissant. Upon opening the sandwich it became very clear that it was very burnt and un edible. Sadly the was on route to Barrie so I couldn’t go back to complain. This should never have been served to the public.
Ordered today around 840 am at the Tim’s on Laclie by the beer store!
Pictures included.
Coffee cups and lids
Not sure why Tim Hortons has chosen to have cups to the low standard that these cups are. For the last month almost every purchase the rim on the top of cup flatens out and lid becomes insecure. If you happen to pick up cup from the top lid pops off and hot coffee spills all over me, including hands, clothes, interior of my vehicle. The cups are so weak even when you pick up a full coffee your thumb pushes into cup because they are so flimsy. I am attaching pictures of what I am talking about. I have purchase coffee from other establishments and they are using a much sturdier and stronger cup so I know they are available.
Claimed loss: Have had multiple purchases lost due to spilling all over and burned hands on at least two occasions.
Desired outcome: Would like to see something or some kind of compensation from Tim Horton's and maybe address or investigate the supplier they are using.
Customer service
Don’t you just love being told to calm the hell down by a supervisor when trying to say hi to someone in the drive thru (yelled the name of staff through the window) and then call to make a complaint and the manager accuses you of something you didn’t even do and gives you [censored]! Tim hortons by old J&B will never get my business again! October 24th at 10am est
Spicy thai chicken canned soup
I bought a can of this Friday at Sobeys. I heated it up today for lunch. It is DISGUSTING. It tastes like someone dumped either a bottle of cologne in it or a bottle of dish soap. I don’t know how a company like this can put this on a shelf for sale. I wish I had read the reviews first since it appears I am not alone. That was my first Tim Horton canned soup purchase. It will definitely be my last. Never again. 🤮
Desired outcome: Pull it from the shelves - there is definitely something wrong with it
Coffee
I ordered a small decaf coffee and when I got home and opened since it was very light noticed my cup was only half full.. I paid for my coffee therefore I should be getting a full cup. And No I did not drink any! This was purchase on Saturday October 21 around 3:20. And not to mention my son asked for extra base in his ice coffee and they did not add that either.

Read full review of Tim HortonsPackaging of Boston Crème donuts
This is a complaint in how every time I order a Boston crème I have to ask them to box it. Today I decided I would take a chance and see if they would box without asking. This is how it ended up by bagging it. This issue is not contained to just this location and the fact that I even have to write to complain about a donut is ridiculous. Make it a logical rule to box these things!
Desired outcome: Box them! I would like a complimentary one since I had to use a spatula to scrape the chocolate back on the donut.
Dreadful treatment by Sirdeep at T. Horton's in Brampton, Ontario.
The coffee shop at Charolais and Highway 10 in Brampton was busy this afternoon, but I was lucky to enough to score a table. Since it was dirty with coffee spots and crumbs, I asked a passing employee (Sirdeep) if she could please clean the table with the cloth she was carrying.
She gave the table a cursory swipe and moved to leave so I asked her please, clean it properly because crumbs and spots were still there.
She slung the cloth at me and said, 'clean it yourself.' I did, while two other customers looked on with surprise.
Perhaps a half hour later, when Sirdeep was behind the counter I asked her for another two sweeteners for my coffee just served by another employee; she turned away and ignored me completely.
This is not the service we've come to expect from Timmy's, I'd like Sirdeep re-educated into what 'service' means. Either that or recommended to her she find other employment.
Desired outcome: I think I said above: I'd like Sirdeep reprimanded for her dreadful treatment of customers or recommended she find other employment elsewhere. Please respond and tell me what you plan to do.
Staff
The man at the window always almost spills my coffee when passing it to me. He is always miserable. I always say thank you and he 100% ignores me. This guy is horrendous I don't know why you have him at the window. He's not the one taking your order he's the one giving you your order. Please this guy has been throwing my coffee at me since early January...
Read full review of Tim HortonsBuffalo bills promo
I have been a long time fan of both Tim Horton’s coffee and the Buffalo Bills. For years, as an official sponsor of the Buffalo Bills, Tim Horton’s has offered a free medium hot or iced coffee when the Bills score at least 2 touchdowns. Since COVID, various locations have given me an increasingly difficult time when attempting to redeem said coupon. I always have coupon copy and proof of game tickets with me. I understand not wanting to give away product all day, but then just don’t make the announcement multiple times at the stadium, or change the offer to make it free w purchase. If the current trend continues, I can say for certain you will be losing business and gaining negative publicity. Please advise.
Desired outcome: Please advise on how to redeem offer without being hassled every time.
Very bad customer experience
Oct.16 6:55 AM
I have been a daily customer at this location since the location has been opened, (several years), spend a lot of money there. This morning I have asked for small box to put two donuts (double chocolate). The answer was "I do not want to give to you, it cost me more money". (In past I never had any issues when asking for small box when ordering the same donut.) At that point he was very unprofessional. I took picture of him in order to identify this server. He told me to never come back in this store. The other customers in the line up could not believe what was going on.
(Note: all other staff in the store are very professional.)
I think that this should be brought to the owner of the Tim's location. Customers deserve better that that.

Ordering sandwiches at 8pm and several times told no bread
I went to the Tim Hortons on water street in St. John's NL. the one connected to the Orange Store it was approximately 8pm on Nov.15 I tried to order a ham and cheddar sandwich and if i can spell his name correctly I Spoke to Hyncense he was very rude when I asked why he didn't have any bread at 8pm he stated they were to busy , however i was a restaurant manager myself so if they were that busy it only takes 3 min to make bread ,so that means from 8-10 you as a franchise lost substantial sales due to laziness and me as a customer can honestly say I have never been told by any other Tim Hortons at 8pm that they had no bread . My name is Debbie and my email address is [protected]@hotmail.com thank you for time .
Desired outcome: i would like an apology for sure and i would also appreciate a response due to this not being the first time this happened at this location,
