Breakfast Biscuit
I pass through the Tim Hortons at the corner of Colvin and Brighton Road in Tonawanda, NY, every weekday morning. I pass through at 6:30am. I have been asking for a breakfast Biscuit sandwich everyday for three weeks now and they are never available.
I also have driven through other stores at the same time in the area and they have the biscuits ready.
Is there some reason why this store can't have biscuits ready?
If they aren't available, take them off of the menu at this store.
French vanilla
Every weekday I stop at the same Tim Horton's (1875 Huron Church Rd, Windsor, ON N9C 2L6) to get an extra-large french vanilla and a bagel or sausage on English muffin... For the last seven years. During this time I have complained at least three times that I can remember, but as of late it has gotten really bad. As you can see from my pictures over the...

I went through drive thru Tim Hortons store #919298 Fort Gratiot MI. The person taking the money at the window was the same one touching my doughnuts. This is gross otherwise, but especially ignorant during a pandemic. These employees need to be reprimanded. I would have gone in to make a complaint and demand a refund but I had my disabled son with me who...

Time to open up indoor dining
It is my hope all restaurants open, in support of Adam Skelly. If he's the only one brave enough to defy this illegal lock-down, of course the cops will focus all their abuse toward him. It is easy; he's just one guy, one little restaurant. But there are more restaurateurs and restaurants than there are cops, and if you all open in solidarity, to save your restaurants, to refuse to be locked down and open, no distancing as there is no science behind that, no science behind lockdowns or masks. https://townhall.com/columnists/larryoconnor/2020/05/20/misguided-shutdown-policy-began-as-high-school-science-project-n2569154, https://www.climatedepot.com/2020/10/22/lockdowns-are-killing-more-people-than-the-virus-study-lockdowns-cost-29-lives-for-every-one-life-saved/
Interestingly, the idea of lockdowns was based on a 15-year old's science project; this 15 year old is the daughter of a computer modeler, Dr. Glass, and here is the link to the article about her and her father: Misguided Shutdown Policy Began as High School Science Project (townhall.com)
More people have died and are projected to die from lockdowns than have from this virus. Here is an article about the dangers of lockdowns, and this article is about lockdowns in the U.S., it applies equally to lockdowns here in Canada and around the world: Physicians: The Truth about Cornoavirus--Lockdowns Dangerous, Deadly (breitbart.com) https://gbdeclaration.org/ and here is a link to a very well respected and much accredited doctor:
Here is a link to Dr. Hodkinson's report, but feel it's too important to leave out, in the event you've not had an opportunity to read this: https://truth11.com/2020/11/20/dr-roger-hodkinson-covid-19-is-the-biggest-hoax-ever-perpetrated-on-an-unsuspected-public-masks-dont-protect-social-distancing-does-nothing-tests-are-also-useless/
My husband and I took part in last Saturday's march which was all throughout downtown Toronto, (these marches have been going on every Saturday since April) and as more proof this is so political, not one reporter from any of the main-stream-media was there. We even marched right past the building which houses City TV, who are guilty of allowing the propaganda to be spewed every day on their CP24 station. This is a totally false pandemic, as Ford has never proven, nor can he, that this is or ever was a pandemic. That coupled with the fact he is misusing PCR tests, which were never designed to be a diagnostic tool and gives more false positives than real ones, of course the numbers of 'cases' is totally bogus. And why would anyone be foolish enough to continually test healthy people and children, who are the least vulnerable? Here is the link about the tests, and what the man who invented this test had to say: The COVID-19 PCR Test Is Key to the Pandemic Fraud | Principia Scientific Intl. (principia-scientific.com)https://principia-scientific.com/covid-tests-scientifically-fraudulent-epidemic-of-false-positives/
They are now touting the fact these hastily, untested for long-term side effects, side effects for children, women of child-bearing age and women pregnant (remember Thalidomide?) will be ready very, VERY soon. In Australia bosses want the right to fire those who will not get the vaccine: Coronavirus Australia: Workers refusing a vaccine may get sack | Daily Mail Online and some Doctors lay out plan to ‘punish' people who refuse coronavirus vaccine: ‘There is no alternative' | News | LifeSite (lifesitenews.com). And the most outrageous of all; lockdowns are not only non-science based, not only do more harm than any good at all, but https://townhall.com/columnists/larryoconnor/2020/05/20/misguided-shutdown-policy-began-as-high-school-science-project-n2569154
You may or may not know about the lawsuit being filed by civil rights lawyer Rocco Galeti against Thug Ford, Un-Just-in, Tory and a slew of others for this illegal Plan-demic, the lockdown, turning store employees into Nazi, setting up a snitch line to turn people against each other, spewing erroneous numbers daily which are nowhere near the truth (over 99% of those infected don't know they are and those who do get over it quickly. Those who don't are those in the demographic which suffers every year from seasonal flu, the elderly, those with underlying pre-existing conditions and those with compromised immune systems.)
So as you can see, all restaurateurs must all join together to fight this tyranny, starting with opening all restaurants, not just for delivery and take-outs, but indoor dining, parties for Christmas & New Year's restaurant service!
"managers" poor attitude and treatment of patrons
On September 27th, 2019 an incident took place (there were 5 of us) in an otherwise empty restaurant. An individual, Natasha Page walked in and standing in front of one of the people at the table who did not do or say anything, Natasha threatened her life. The "manager" as well as an employee, Desiree Finch were in the back. Did not call the police, on a threat that was spoken to a patron. Which they should have heard, since after Natasha left the store, Desiree came out and said that Sam told us to keep it down or we will be asked to leave. After the incident and subsequent Natasha's departure from the restaurant, we all left shortly after. The police were called after we all left, that's how only one individual got banned because Sam knew her first and last name. But she did not know the last names of the remaining four people. Only to learn that the individual who was being threatened is now banned from the property. Now, I Am being threatened to be banned if I set foot on the property. All because of my association with the individual who is banned, for no reason, of a company policy violation or any legal matter, but simply because Sam doesn't like her. and I had her in my vehicle on two occasions, when I encountered the said "manager", Sam. She even went as far as calling the police on me, for merely asking for the owners' phone number. That was a day after I File a complaint with corporate, which she was told about at an encounter at the drive-through that resulted in Sam calling the police. Since that time, other individuals from that group who were in the restaurant at the end of September of last year are being harassed and being told "leave, get your order and leave" or like yesterday December 8 of this year, one of my friends came in to order, after encountering a friend she stopped by to say hello. She got finger motioned by Sam, who said get out, take your order, and get out of my store. After asking why she was being spoken to in such an inappropriate and unprofessional manner, she was told by Sam, "you know what you did. You hang out with them...", being myself and an individual that got banned.
This is ridiculous. It would behoove Sam to make sure that there is food in the store after 6 pm, but she seems to believe it's in her job description to dictate who will hang out or speak to whom.
In an attempt to resolve this, I would like Sam to apologize to everyone involved in this incident, if Sam is not willing to apologize then I would not be opposed to Sam and other managerial staff termination, because they are all involved with their power trip, poor customer service skills, and no respect for patrons.
Another option I am open to revocation of owners license for business ownership,
It did not have to come to his, Sam forgets that she is in customer service, she is not a judge of the court.
The location of the store in question is 133 St. Andrews St. E.

Went to TIM Hortons this morning. Asked for the red tumbler with an extra large early grey tea with 3 milk and 2 sugar. Had to repeat this 3 times. Was given the wrong tumbler at the window, and after my first sip - I found out they had still given me coffee - after asking 3 times for tea but I was late for work, so I left as to not be late for work, and to...

I recently visit Pleasant view Tim Hortons (111st 51ave). While there I noticed none of the tables were wiped down after patrons finished. floor looks like it hasn't been swept in days by the dust and food particles, as well as no garbages to be found. Washrooms were atrocious and lacked obvious cleaning. In covid times this is extremely disappointing and...

Hello, I went to the Tim Hortons Store in Innisfil and ordered a six pack of donuts to include the Hazelnut Chocolate Eclair. Read full review of Tim HortonsLid for coffee/ tea
Hi,
Just wanted to say on a number of occasions I had cut the inside of my lip after drinking from the Lid of the coffee/ tea drink cover. When you break open the flap of the lid there is sharp edges inside the hole. After drinking the beverage I notice my mouth being sore. I think it's a poor design and I did make a complaint to the Restaurant.
Tea
So Workers intentionally used bad cream in my tea. Absolutely disgusting. I almost threw up in my truck. How can you not see this when putting on the lid?? Somebody needs to get fired. I am a regular customer at Tim Hortons (as I am a Trucker), and how am I supposed to trust other locations when this happens? Will not be returning to this location. I hope this gets noticed

Small regular coffee.
Hi I went thru, the drive thru at Queenston Road and Nash Road plaza approximately 10:15 to 10:30 AM on November 18, 2020, Immidiately I pulled over to open the the lid, only to find the cup smugged with dry coffee stains. I spoke with manager, she informs me that they have a lot of problems with the lids, offered me another coffee, I disagreed with her and dumped the coffee down the sink and kept the coffee cup. She did not try to compensate me with nothing but replace the coffee, its not good enough, there should be an investigation as to who did that and should be fired for serving a coffee in a used cup.
I will e:mail pictures of the coffee cup and I will be lookin forward to your response.

It was honestly...

My complaint is about the new Tim Horton cups that say "Tims" and has a green maple leaf. I DO NOT like the word "Tims" and the green maple leaf on your new cups. The brand name is Tim Hortons and it should remain as such and not nicknamed "Tims". The maple leaf is suppose to be red as it is well known for. This cup is a disgrace to the Canadian symbolism of Canada.
Shame on you Tim Hortons!
