AliExpress disputes/customer service - order:[protected]

I ordered something from a seller via Aliexpress. In the description it stated that the protective cover was dust and waterproof leading me to believe it offered 360 protection. The photos of the product didn't provide any insight but the description statements meant it was. It wasn't. The protective plastic was not on the front leaving the tablet exposed. So how can it state that it was waterproof and protects against dust. the seller did not agree with me and I escalated to disputes. The dropdown options are limited in both why the reason and sub category so I chose nearset to my issue. Disputes rejected my complaint. I think because of my choice. I escalated to have disputes decision overturned and as I was in the process of doing this the seller stated that the product used to ship with a protective clear plastic front window but after numerous complaints they decided to remove it, told em they should have updated description too. seller said he would issue full refund.
I let the review board know this and they still rejected. How could they if the seller has agreed and issued a refund. where is the money. Escalated through customer service. On the third attempt I thought I had finally got somewhere. Nothing. So I contacted again gave refrence number for complaint she said it can take up to 5 business days. Two days short. So I waited and extra 5 days. Nothing. Contacted them and had the most painful experience. She asked for info already provided. She asked for screendumps that were already provided. Isaid read the notes she said she had and could see no mention of a full refund. I finally got her to tell me last entry of notes between buyer and seller. She provided last three enteries in which the seller sates organizing full refund and also states in another note that he has done the refund . She still wants ascreensdump where seller says wil issue full refund. "you don't neeed it-its there he says he was doing one why do you need a screendump" eventually she agreed to email seller and get back to me...WTF has happened to AliExpress I can trace my order history back to 2014 and I know that there are many more years that are not in history anymore but I started using it when it first came online. This is by far the worst experience with aliexpress themselves I have ever had. They have employed the most unhelpful rude arrogant people I have ever encountered, I want the management at Aliexpress to be aware. I have screen dumps etc of all encounters and I am sure that they will be interested to know what kind of people are now representing the face of the company.

I have order the summer waist dress women pineapple
I receive it very fast but when I open I saw the dress is no zipper lock and I contact to the seller they ask me to sent the photo and I sent it but they sent me a dress photo from website and ask me "why you can't wearing this are you fat ?" Actually is not a good way to answer the customer and no even say sorry and they don't think is own false i'm very angry by the way you ask me like this you're the seller but said to the customer so rude
I understand about the zipper is not cover all or cover the first part of the dress but please understand the dress that you sent to me is no zipper lock and please understand the dress that you sent to me is mistake

AliExpress your order no. [protected]

The order number never got delivered to my location. No sign of money refund I don't know how Ali Baba is operating with such a loser attitude. I have got scared of this and I won't recommend this website to other people. I wont my refund to the order number that I made. Kindly process the payment as early as possible as slot of time have lapsed and your company did not even bother to contact me.

AliExpress product not received and no refund

Bought a product via Aliexpress from the seller "Holiday Sale"

Postal services in my country of residence made mistakes and never gave me a change to pick up the product. They apologized and mentioned that it was sent back. They gave me a link to see this online. It indeed says "sent back to sender".

Opened a dispute, but Aliexpress is not helping me at all. Seller is constantly sending me messages to ask me to wait (eventhough it has been sent back) and asking me to close the dispute. Aliexpress constantly asks me to wait as well. Product was paid on November 25th. It's now January 19th.

Have mentioned to Aliexpress that the seller is bothering me, but they're not doing anything. Aliexpress is constantly giving me different info.

- Please wait till 19th
- Please wait till 21th
- Please wait till 27th

This was the last time I ever ordered something from Aliexpress. I'm going to use an alternative site from now on.

AliExpress all products online

"never ever" buy anything through ali express. When and if you ever get the item and it is defective, "and it will be" you will never get a refund or any help from them. This is a case of fraud from a communist country that you cannot even email to get any response. Do not be fooled by the cheap prices. Avoid them like the plague. Just research them first and you will find endless complaints about this company.

Ordered shoes and made payment nov 13th//order shipped nov 17th//purchase protection ends dec 22nd//tried to extend protection but could not dec 19th//applied for refund dec 22nd//seller agreed to refund on dec 23rd //it has been 4 weeks and still no refund not good. this is order #[protected] please help.

Check into this please and let me know whats up... they would not extend protection because of a fictional postal strike in canada.. there was no strike

E-packet purchase :

I purchased this order on the 3rd or January 2019 as well as another order from the same seller, which was order number 507637928152447 on the 07th of January 2019

Both orders have been in transit and have been saying the exact same update since I placed the order, which is dispatched from sorting centre

There items were gifts, and the seller is no longer responding to my requests to tell me what's going on with these items.

Can you please help on what I can do next. Thanks

You can find it on my orders, the description of the item about the frequency of the system was a value but when I opened the actual system I discovered that is another very different value!

AliExpress sandals

I have ordered and paid three pieces of sandals from LN store on 18 December 2018. Tracking shows that it's been delivered already but to the wrong address and wrong recipient. Details of order also shows wrong. I have also spoken with the wrong recipient and he confirmed that he ordered from LN store in October and he got it in November and the item was antitheft bag -completely different from what I ordered. I hope this can be rectified ASAP. Seller, LN STORE, is not replying to my messages. Thank u

AliExpress payment deducted twice

I have ordered many things from AliExpress in the past and today i ordered heels from AliExpress. Payment was unsuccessful and there was a retry button. I pressed the retry button and it was successful. But my cash was deducted twice from my card. I asked the seller if it was possible to send back my cash and the seller's reply was

"We only receive 1 time for the money
And ship according to order
Please contact the bank to check your bill
Greetings"
Please help me get back my money.

AliExpress the product is malfunctioning after less than 3 months.

I bought Ali express watch (order number : [protected], Order date: Sep. 13 2018) The watch is now misfunction. I can;t load it with the button. so now its useless. To repair it, cost more than I bought it. Is there any thing You can help me(replace it or buy another with lower price ...).

Good morning, I have paid for this product on ali express, actually in july 2018 and I didn't get my order. I have discussed with the seller many times and they said that I should wait with patience. Actually I did, what they said until this week (july 2018- jan 2019). I also contacted ali express complain department but nothing happened. I cannot give feedback, I can not contact with any real person, because of time-out! Awaiting for months, this product hasn't even been sent yet! Yezi store keeps telling me to wait 15 more days, then 20 days, months... They claim that they are a "trusted" company, they will solve it. After all, they always tell the same story. Worst of all, there is no place where I can give a feedback. Never again ali express. This product can be worth a few dollars. But the problem of trust i've had with ali express and the attitude of the seller is far above the price!

AliExpress stema official store - hair

I but a product from this seller and they contacted me directly on my cell phone to confirm that my item was shipped. Once I received the package, I contacted them directly on my phone and told them that I wanted to exchange the product. I proceeded to open a dispute as well. The vendor asked me to cancel the dispute and that they would offer me an exchange once I return the product. It has been month now and the vendor is no longer communicating with me. So now I no longer have the product and I am out of $100. I do not recommend doing business with this store-if you choose to make sure to do all business directly on the site and not through text messaging.

Good evening,

I have paid for this product on aliexpress and I didnt get my product.
I have discussed with the seller many times and they said that they solve. I also contacted aliexpress complain department but nothing happened.
Now everybody is telling me that it is too late. Why it is late?
I just think that I was scammed and that the seller is doing Internet Fraud.

AliExpress ulefone t1 5.5" fhd mobile phone android 7.0 helio p25 octa core 6gb ram 128gb rom fingerprint 4g global version smartphone

A purchased a Ulefone branded smartphone for use in Bangladesh. But the phone is faulty because there is network issues. I have raised a dispute with the brand through aliexpress who has now closed the dispute in an unfair manner without providing any solution whatsoever. I feel that I have been falsely mislead as now I am stuck with a phone with network issues. They have asked me to provide videos which I have but they keep on asking me to provide more and more videos. The issue with the phone is that firstly it takes about 4-5 attempts to make a call and when the call finally goes through there is still connectivity issues as the line keeps on breaking. But Ulefone is keep on saying that there is a problem with the earphone. How can it be an earphone problem if the phone can't even connect to the network? I have used 3 different SIM cards from 3 different network providers in Bangladesh but the issue is the same. There is no such issue with any other phones here. I thought that Aliexpress would intervene as per their website guidelines but they seemed to have ignored this issue. If you can please investigate this matter further, I would truly appreciate it. I have attached 4 different videos of the issue.

AliExpress jacket - ordered on 30.11.2018.

I would like to complain about not having delivered the jacket. I was tracking the order, they say it arrived in France 10 days ago and status is delivered, but nobody contacted me, there is no packet in the post box and I went to the Post office to check, they say that they still didn't receive and the order may be lost. Can you tell me how to solve this? Either to have money returned or you send me again.

I placed this order on November 8th 2018. After one month of waiting I opened a dispute but was told to wait for another month. After 60 days I still didn't receive my order so I asked for a full refund. The so called customer service keeps stalling my case. I think they still hope that I am going to receive this order or just quit trying.. I don't even want it any more. There is no customer protection at Aliexpress. Their chat agents are lying thru their teeth some of them are pretty rude. To me looks like this site just a big scam.

I am profoundly disappointed by the deception on your side. You sold me something that I had not wanted. I had ordered the silver keyboard and instead got a white one. I have not received a compensation proposed by me at least 10 USD. I consider it a fraud wherefore my trust in Aliexpresse is to much extent lost and next time I am going to turn to some other e-shop.

AliExpress I won't buy any higher-end products from aliexpress ever

I bought a charger that turned out to be defective; it didn't charge all the way up to 100%. It stopped at a certain level. Even more unusual and suspicious is that, while charging, the screen moved back and forth and even opened my apps! (What the...? Is my information being stolen?)

When I contacted the seller, they requested some nonsense information, like "upload a video of the problem and e-mail it to us in MP4 format". I followed their instructions, and the seller claimed she didn't receive my e-mail. So I sent it again to a different address. Then the seller finally said, "Contact us directly tomorrow." What does that even mean?! Am I supposed to call China by phone and talk to them? I gave them all the information and proof they requested showing the item was BROKEN. Still, the seller didn't refund.

I then referred to Aliexpress's buyer protection service, which is USELESS. It won't even let me open a dispute anymore because "15 days since you received the item has already passed." Also, the only way to extend the 15 days buyer protection period is through the seller, not Aliexpress. So basically, the seller is totally in control and can screw us over. The seller is uncooperative and not going to help us, and Aliexpress does NOTHING to protect buyers.

Also, there's no actual live chat feature or any real human being that you can talk to. When I tried to use the "live chat" feature shown on the website, I ended up talking to a bot! It just asks you questions and gives you canned responses that are not helpful in resolving the problem. ALL of Aliexpress's customer service features are FAKE. Ebay, in comparison, still manages to help us when we have trouble with a product or seller.

I pretty much get the idea of China and their business!
