AliExpress failure to deliver and misconduct

Hello, I am having a problem with the seller named hew rui, he is refusing to ship my order and at the same time he is rejecting order cancellation because he wants me to put a false reason as to why he cannot deliver my order. I continuously asked him to ship the order but all he cares about is the review of his shop. It has been nearly a month now since I paid for my order and it has not yet arrived. May you please help because this is very frustrating

AliExpress 26 inch foldable mountain bike

Bought a mountain foldable bike from aliexpress seller name (warm beach store) since 8th feb and I had messaged the seller since 5th feb and he never respond and even after the end of their chinese new year he also never respond and didn't ship the bike till now and when you call AliExpress customer service to contact him through his phone number they told me they don't have his number or any other contact details except email which he never respond to it, how aliexpress has no any contact number with the seller how they let the seller sell in their site and his information page is completely empty even no license how they made us vulnerable for this kind of humiliation and all their response thats we can do

AliExpress dolago hair; bad quality hair that is fake not human hair

Do not buy from Dolago hair on Aliexpress! They sent me extremely bad hair that was full of short hairs, lots of small hairs sticking out, too frizzy, extremely tangled and matted as if I had owned the hair for several years, the bangs were stringy and not full as promised with a sizeable gap between some of the strands on one side they were completely sparse, the hair was extremely thin not 150% destiny at all and the hair shed a lot! This is the worst hair I have ever gotten when I have bought a lot of hair over the years. This hair was terrible from the moment that I opened the package.

The company also leave fake reviews using pictures of women with hair from other companies pretending that it is their hair, then they write many fake 5 star reviews from supposed "Americans" writing in very broken english. When I did a burn test with some strands of the hair that had shed, the hair melted slowly into a ball rather than burning, smelt like rubber and gave black smoke. That shows that this hair is fake, it is synthetic hair and not human hair. Real human hair does not melt, I used some of my natural hair to compare and the hair burned instantly into a ball and smelled like burning hair. I paid £170 for fake bad hair!

The seller is a liar who lied that they told me when they shipped the hair not to leave a bad review if I want a refund, they never did this. In the dispute when I returned the hair they lied saying that I seriously damaged the hair. Please do not buy from this awful company! Bad hair and bad manners. Scammers. The worst company I have ever dealt with.

AliExpress unauthorized credit card charges

Hello! I'm writting this complain because I do the payment at forefair boutique store at aliexpress day 06.02.2018, 10:19, for a bodysuit that cost 12.11$ but from my card my money was taken twice. I went to the banca and confirm that the money were taken twice from ali, I contact the seller and they dont give me a reason why they take my money twice for 1 product (24.22$). Of course if my moneys arent save im not gonna order anymore at aliexpres. Pls respond me as soon as posible.

AliExpress disputes

I've bought 20$ valued phone cases from a seller on Ali Express. When my order arrived to my country, the post office somehow sent the pack back to China and and the seller received it back. The seller didn't accept refund. I had to open a dispute. Even if the seller had his products back, Ali Express didn't provide my refund, they wanted me to prove that the package turned back to China because of seller's fault. How can I prove it for a pack already gone. Also, it is not my fault either! I don't find the site reliable anymore and I'm ending my membership. In the end the seller is taking both my money and his products back, and AliExpress finds it fair! I'll be sharing my experience with my friends.

AliExpress my account hacked last week

Hi. I am customer of ali express. Very happy with this application and really love it. Lots of time I ordered. But last weekend I faced problem somebody hack my account and delete my all thing I have sent order of brush marker and lots of things my coins, my wishlist 😭 each and everything has deleted I trust alot. My all record has deleted.

AliExpress received damaged product but not refund/return given by the company

I have a huge respect for the Ali-express but this is first time i was handled very badly by their judgment team for a dispute who cannot understand simple English i guess. I placed Order No #[protected] (Chainsaws Power Tool) on Dec.31 2018 and they can check what exactly this order is about, right? I received the package in damaged form which i shared immediately through the pictures, after opening the packet one of the important heavy metallic part of the order (set) was not there and it was not difficult to understand the reason as packet was damaged and there were openings one side. I immediately contacted the seller who just offered $2 ( while complete set is of $18.99) which i rejected. Reason is simple, set is of no use without this important part (which is guiding plate). I opened the dispute and shared the damaged packed pics and that of received set where one can clearly see set is incomplete. But this is what Aliexpress great Judgment team concluded with " Missing some goods : Invalid, Reason: You did not show us the shipping label on the package, which clearly show the tracking number and the official statement from your local shipping company that the package was short in the transit." I did shared label as well as video when asked but who can give me in written that product has missing part? it was lost during transition, thus only receiver can know. I did shared the evidence but Judgement from AE seems to be pre-written neglecting the evidence and hence wrong decision. Kindly look into the matter for the immediate solution.

AliExpress gold prince symbol guitar

On 2018-10-18 I ordered a Gold Prince Love Symbol guitar. On 2018-10-21 they sent me a message to refuse the package because they sent a Purple colored in stead of a gold collored.

I refused the packagage and it got sent back to China. It's now februari 2019 and the store says they didn't receive the purple guitar so they won't sent the gold guitar. I payd over $400 and received nothing...

My national postal compay says it's out of their hands because the compay has to track the returned package...

I have the full conversation to proof that's not my fault...

I had contact many times but they will not sent the correct color.

The resolution is that I want the gold guitar as I paid for it.

My order tracking no. Is un612324172cn and rp117506672cn.in my orders first mention order is showing as complete but I had not reccieved the order and second one is still in transit... Kindly help... As it's already a month and still am waiting for the order. What kind of service you are providing and without delivering the order how can you mention that order is complete... Just to say that check the order and deliver the same to the corect address... Poor show team

I paid the order and some days after they said that they can't send it to my country, even with shipping method already paid also... Only this is already a disrespect with me and it was not enough. By messages they ask me to cancel the order applying "other reason", what isn't true because there is a option for shipping issues.

Now they refuse to accept my obligatory cancel request and doesn't refund me back!

Where are my rights? Where are my money? Where are my product? I'm really mad with this guys, I want to be fully reimbursed with my mental health back.

AliExpress disputed proposal

My order id [protected] it is order on 2018-11-11, the seller protection on time delivery is 35 days, from that day to now is passed 78 days already.

I just wonder how many 10 days I need to wait, last proposal from yours is asking me to wait 10 more days on January 16, 2019 and I am asked to wait 10 more days again on today, can I know when is the protection date is expired?

I have a problem with aliexpress. I purchased and paid for order [protected] on 30 sep 2018.
On 15 jan 2019 at 18:35, I sent the seller a message via aliexpress. I wrote: "I have tried this machine for some time. The machine was not fit for its purpose. The battery does not last for 1 hour. Although I have an open plan unit (light structure - not bricked) with 1 bedroom, wifi is only available in the immediate vicinity of the modem. I have a netgear d6300 modem/router. I paid for this unit au$ 305.51 including au$ 27.78 import taxes. I note that I can still open a dispute. What do I have to do, to get a full refund".
After I sent the seller the links for the below videos the seller replied on 19 jan 2019 at 16:21 "ok this one fast losee battery I think just change the battery is ok".
I replied on 19 jan 2019 at 17:45: "you wrote:
'ok this one fast losee battery I think just change the battery is ok'. Are you saying that you are fixing the battery?
‘what is your postage address? If I have to pay for the postage, are you refunding me for the postage?
‘there is no post office on lamb island. Therefore, I have to travel to russell island to post return to you. Are you refunding me for the return trip to russell island?
‘you have not referred to the fact that I only get wifi in the immediate vicinity of the modem-router, but not in the bedroom. I have sent you 2 videos. One of them referred to wifi'."
In addition, I have paid for order [protected] au$ 314.68 including overseas transaction fees the amount of au$ 9.14.
Aliexpress claim that my order was shipped on 10 oct 2018. This is not correct. The seller of order [protected] posted messages that the tablet was fully functional on 15 oct 2018.
Aliexpress now claim that their buyer protection period of maximum of 75 days (60 days + 15 days). This is nowhere shown on aliexpress' website.
All they say under 7) what can I do if my device is found faulty or broken during the 15-day waiting period? - answer: if you have any problems with your device during the 15-day waiting period, please discuss with the seller; if that doesn't help, you can open a dispute for further assistance. Please make sure you do this before your buyer protection period has ended.
While aliexpress is covering warranty only for max 75 days, the united states of america is limited for 12 months for tablets from the date of purchase.in europe, the warranty period are 2 years.in australia, the warranty period is a minimum of 1 year. Why is the warranty period not of aliexpress when australian customers are concerned?
I did not pay a total of au$ 314.68 for an order that lasts less than 3 months.

AliExpress aliexpress refused refund under buyer protection guarantee for defective goods and video evidence

I joined Aliexpress in November 2018 because (1) I wanted to save money and (2) The buyer protection guarantee and "we have your back" statements reassured me I would be protected from any unforeseen problems with a purchase. However after purchasing a combined touch screen LCD from SELLER Shop3902041 Store, order [protected] around 20th December 2018 for £17.38 and waiting ages for delivery to UK then after installing the part with great care realised the touch screen was defective. I opened a case and provided photos and video evidence showing me tapping the touch screen with no response. BUT the seller kept saying go find a professional, the LCD works, it lights up, get the phone flashed but there is nothing wrong with the phone. The previous touch screen although cracked still worked perfectly and I was using the phone every day until I replaced it with the Aliexpress replacement part, now I cannot use the phone at all because I threw the old screen away. Aliexpress also intervened and said the same as the seller that I never provided any evidence and neither mentioned the touch screen being faulty, they both kept repeating the LCD was working, it light up. I notice the seller has negative feedback about sending defective parts to UK. I am not the only buyer to complain I have been refurbishing and repairing phones for over 15 years and I know how to install the unit. Besides what about the Buyer Protection Guarantee and "we have your back" statements, which Aliexpress ignored in my case leaving me with a faulty replacement, touch screen and unusable phone. I have just purchased a touch screen separator at great expense and I will separate the faulty touch screen with the new equipment and buy a touch screen only from my own country. After joining Aliexpress to save money, I ended up without my phone or money and worse off. I am closing my account with Aliexpress as soon as I receive the rest of my orders, I no longer trust or have any confidence whatsoever that aliexpress has my back or will honour the Buyer Protection Gaurantee going forward. Please investigate my claim and my right to Buyer Protection Guarantee and issue me with a full refund of £17.38, sorry I cannot upload video as over 32mb, please advise how I can do this. I can only upload photos which show all the cables correctly connected to the phone. Thank you.

AliExpress forceful selling

Within this company i'm very angry and disappointed in the way it's managed and due to the that i will advise people not to be purchasing from this place. I placed an order on 05/01/19 for some shoes from "shop4054046." When i saw that the processing time would be 5 days i thought it was ridiculous so i decided to cancel the order before it was even shipped out. I then find out that the seller rejected my offer to cancel and decided to even speed up the delivery time. This is what i call forceful selling as by law, i have the entitlement to change my mind on an order and cancel it if i require. When the shoes even arrived, they were a different colour to what i had ordered so the seller is completely a joke and i refuse to accept this treatment. When asking for a full refund I was denied and so i had to wait another 5 days to open a dispute. The result of the dispute particularly angered me as aliexpress told me that i have to pay for shipping when its the seller's obligation to pay for the shipping as it is their fault that the incident occurred. I should not have to pay costly fees as it will cost roughly £50 to ship it back, which is more than the shoe anyway, to get my money back. If anything i'm actually losing money here. I want a full refund and the seller has to cover shipping fees.

I put my orders on 13th and 16th of December 2018 and still I haven't received any call or the delivery. I tried tracking my orders, it shows that my orders had reached India on 26th December and is in transit but further destination information is not available. Will I receive my orders or not? AliExpress disputes/customer service - order:[protected]

I ordered something from a seller via Aliexpress. In the description it stated that the protective cover was dust and waterproof leading me to believe it offered 360 protection. The photos of the product didn't provide any insight but the description statements meant it was. It wasn't. The protective plastic was not on the front leaving the tablet exposed. So how can it state that it was waterproof and protects against dust. the seller did not agree with me and I escalated to disputes. The dropdown options are limited in both why the reason and sub category so I chose nearset to my issue. Disputes rejected my complaint. I think because of my choice. I escalated to have disputes decision overturned and as I was in the process of doing this the seller stated that the product used to ship with a protective clear plastic front window but after numerous complaints they decided to remove it, told em they should have updated description too. seller said he would issue full refund.
I let the review board know this and they still rejected. How could they if the seller has agreed and issued a refund. where is the money. Escalated through customer service. On the third attempt I thought I had finally got somewhere. Nothing. So I contacted again gave refrence number for complaint she said it can take up to 5 business days. Two days short. So I waited and extra 5 days. Nothing. Contacted them and had the most painful experience. She asked for info already provided. She asked for screendumps that were already provided. Isaid read the notes she said she had and could see no mention of a full refund. I finally got her to tell me last entry of notes between buyer and seller. She provided last three enteries in which the seller sates organizing full refund and also states in another note that he has done the refund . She still wants ascreensdump where seller says wil issue full refund. "you don't neeed it-its there he says he was doing one why do you need a screendump" eventually she agreed to email seller and get back to me...WTF has happened to AliExpress I can trace my order history back to 2014 and I know that there are many more years that are not in history anymore but I started using it when it first came online. This is by far the worst experience with aliexpress themselves I have ever had. They have employed the most unhelpful rude arrogant people I have ever encountered, I want the management at Aliexpress to be aware. I have screen dumps etc of all encounters and I am sure that they will be interested to know what kind of people are now representing the face of the company.
