I am writing about derogatory comments and attitude from customer service in the messaging department of JuFule seller.
To begin with, the late night representative of messaging claims he is the owner owner of JUFULE.
I find this impossible to be true.
2nd, over the year, and I do a fair amount of business, the representative at USA night hours keeps insulting the USA, and blaming the Corona virus on the USA.
What in the world does that slander have to do with business?
it simply makes a customer like me decide to not order from JUFULE.
I like the product, but really? Accusing the USA repeatedly for creating the corona virus? What in the world does that have to do with sales?

I used AliExpress a few times years ago and never received the items I paid for. Now over a decade later, I heard that they were reliable and now had a process for refunds and tracking available. I guess I was lucky the first few times and everything arrived and was of decent quality. I decided to make more frequent and larger purchases. The last 3 orders never arrived although they claimed they did. These amounts to a few hundred dollars. My complaints were met with indifference and without reimbursement. I will never again use the AliExpress site or vendors. BUYER BEWARE. EXPECT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.

I returned a product using Hermes. I supplied the tracking numbers as asked and these were deemed invalid as the parcel didn’t arrive. Instead of following process and asking Hermes to investigate after 14 days as it says clearly on the website they have continued to blame me. I have contacted Hermes and they have admitted to me in writing that they have indeed lost the parcel which is a well unowned phenomenon with this company. They have told me again as I have Aliexpress several times that seller needs to claim against Hermes for losing the parcel as the contract is between them and not me. So I am suffering here and out of pocket because they refuse to refund for a Hermes mistake that they have admitted liability for. I want my refund of £90 paying and for them to follow the correct process and claim from Hermes and stop blaming me. This has gone on for over 4 weeks now and I am sick of it. I have supplied all the evidence I can including the screen shots of Hermes correspondence.

I shopped with aliexpress in November and both my orders were returned back to China because they didn't had my mailing address! I was never informed and a month later I was informed about the failed delivery from my local post office when I went looking for my package. Aliexpress is so sneaky that they did not even refunded my amount after receiving the packages back. After dispute, I was given 1/4 of the amount I spent and despite multiple appeals and waiting for hours to speak with customer services, not a single cent was returned by Aliexpress.
My chat services have been blocked that I can never speak with a live agent, my emails are responded with auto reply that they do not respond to emails and your appeals or surveys get ignored regardless. I want to know why my money has not been refunded when it was entirely Aliexpress fault for failed delivery. The only thing mentioned on my package was my city name!
Desired outcome: I want an apology for wasting my time for months and giving me unnessacry stress. I want a full refund and a compensation coupon for the international banking fee and conversation rates I paid to this fraudulent company.

I am writing to complain about Aliexpress's manner of business translation. I am an average commoner and have been buying items in ali express since the pandemic. Recently, I have make a purchase on this order number [protected]. I have purchased the items in my country's denomination dollars and amount to162.61. However Aliexpress London charged me 164,24 .
I have spoken to the customer service person Caroline who would only apologize and said she has done her best and requested me to accept the exchange rate and would do no more for me. How could this be ? I have purchased the items in my country's denomination dollars and paid the exact 162.61 according to various vendor pricing provided and why is that Aliexpress such a big multi billion company, wanting to take more of my money than required ?. This is totally unacceptable when Caroline requested me to accept the difference. I request to speak to a manager and Temraz came online, Termraz insist that I produce a bank statement to justify that ALi express london has charged me 164.24 and I then did a screenshot and sent to her but she refuse to accept it, She insist that I produce a bank statement. Which I do not have at the moment and further it takes a few days to have a bank statement and I have to just gather all this just because a big company wants to charge me extra. This is so much of a cheat. I have instead asked her to check with her own company Ali express london for the additional charge and she insisted on a bank statement.

I told her she needs to check with her own bank for the additional charge, which is unjust, unethical and revert with a refund by 23rd Feb. This is so unpleasant, unprofessional and unethical of these two customer representatives that rudely request me to accept the additional charge and refuse my bank statement but inreturn demand me to contact my bank for Ali express's convenience in this matter. Totally uncalled for such a big multinational tech company that wants to scam me more than it agreed on when placing an order.

There's no way to unsubscribe from their email list other than deactivate your account. Plus ,they don't even bother to encrypt their messages. They do not care about customer experience at all. If you have to use their service, please create a disposable email account and deactivate your account afterwards.

Ordered a car stereo from aliexpress on Nov 13th received it Dec 1st, 2021, installed it about a week later. Found that radio volume was way too loud on 1, but the volume of the other functions on the unit could barely be heard at 30, contacted the seller, GiantLion and they immediately offered to look into it, then for the next couple weeks i kept checking in with them and they kept asking me to be patient, finally I requested a refund. Giantlion approved my refund for $0.00. I finally submitted a dispute and was told I had to provide a video as evidence of my claim, since I couldn't use the stereo I put my old one back in the car, so I had to go back out, install the non working one, and take a video of the volume difference, then aliexpress told me it was too late to file a dispute, and wouldn't allow me to upload my video, Here it is 2 months later and the seller, GiantLion is still telling me that the engineer has not gotten back to them yet, then they said they would contact me as soon as the new year holiday is over, I'm still waiting, what a scam, all I want is a working stereo, or my money back, I was switching from amazon to AliExpress because they had more of the stuff I was looking for, but getting scammed like this-forget it!

but then again. I've been getting this same message for more than 2 months now. If you look at GiantLions history, it seems they've known about this problem for over a year, I see this same car stereo for sale from many other sellers, I'm thinking GiantLion just buys and resells these units, and probably doesn't even have access to an engineer. Within days after purchase I received notification that the item had been sent and that I had received it, this was not true.
The seller admitted that the wrong information had been uploaded to the AliExpress server.
The item was the sent and delivered by Ninja van couriers was received by me personally, as described above the magnetic stirrer failed within 10 seconds after been plugged in.

Goods ordered and paid for never making it
This relates to an order with Aliexpress that was never received and they have offered no support. Order date was 7th December 2021
I have used Aliexpress a lot. But, with this order for 2 LED lamps I never received the goods. Aliexpress state I needed to take issue with my local Post Office. that was pointless.
Using Aliexpress's own Tracking system I could see the goods were shipped, arrived in the UK and then were immediately returned to sender with no further reason or information.
I reported this to the seller at Aliexpress. they ignored what i was saying and kept referring to my local post office, goods never got closer than around 300 miles from me.
Raised a dispute and explained the issue. Aliexpress ignored all my info and simply closed the dispute. No refund or resend offered.
We all know i did not receive the goods and it is Aliexpress's responsibility to resolve this.

It shows delivered on the tracking but this is not correct. It only happened with these strange tracking numbers:

Items with these tracking numbers don't arrive at my house. NO help and I cannot communicate with customer service because it states "delivered" (with deliver times in the evening when couriers don't work anymore)

The order was two game pads, made on 12/16/2021, which came defective.
One of them had the L1 and R1 buttons broken, and in the other, the mini-USB input didn't work.
I contacted the seller and sent pictures of the issues, but they required a video to prove it. I refused to upload the video because I didn't have a way to do it, and opened a dispute.
Then the AliExpress website intervened and asked me for a video. I asked a friend of mine for a webcam to take the video, and I sent it.
The AliExpress website proved me right and determined, in an email sent to me, the following: "Final resolution: Return goods Full refund 31.91 EUR (Seller pays the returning shipping fee)"
This was determined with both game pads. I contacted the seller for him to pay for the return of the products, but the seller said that I would have to pay the return. The cheapest return I can manage was €118.36 for an order that cost me €63.82 (€31.91 times two game pads).
I contacted the seller about this and got no response.
In view of this, I proposed to the seller to keep both game pads, and use the pieces from one of them to fix the other, which was possible.
For this, I proposed that the seller, DDP Global E-tech Product Store, refund me €31.91, corresponding to one of the game pads, which I would have to disassemble. So far I have not received any response from the DDP Global E-tech Product Store, and the AliExpress site has already closed me a dispute with respect to one of the game pads, and already released the payment to the seller.
I ask myself: am I going to run out of money and without game pads about something I wasn't to blame? Is there anything I can do?
