MY Local Dollar General never has Milk or Dairy Products, the Coolers are always emty. I go to DG all the time for my shopping but I am unable to Buy Milk ect. as the coolers are always compleatly emty for the Last Two Months. I keep asking if they have a problem with they're coolers and they say no they have a new milkman. I don't believe they have a new milkman I believe they have no milkman the Dollar General 6 Miles away in Wintersville, OH has no problem getting Milk for they're cooler yet my store in Richmond, OH 43944 can not get milk for the coolers?.If they don.t get Milk soon I will be forced to shop elseware.

I use your biscuits small and medium. I have had to stop for almost a week back now. The biscuits have made my dogs get sick. And I have been cleaning And I have cleaning after them For a week now. Put the Biscuits in the trash. I have been giving the dogs the biscuits for many years now and now this. If I don't see an improvement Soon. I will take them to the vet.

store is dirty. shelves look empty. never fully stocked. not enough cashiers. floors are just nasty. and prices aren't that great. aweful store.
cluttered, messy, dirty, no variety. worst dollar general I've been in. I dont shop there anymore. wouldn't hurt my feelings if they tore it down

I went into Dollar General located at 2955 Ashland City Rd Clarksville TN on 12/28/20 approx 9:50pm. The male clerk younger, overweight with dark hair no name tag was standing around not wearing a mask. Our county is under an ordinance by our mayor and our state has one of the highest warning due to the high levels of COVID in the area. I asked him why he wasnt wearing it until I got in front of him and he said he didnt have to unless he was 6 feet away from a customer. I told him its really dangerous. He said he doesnt have to and apologized if I didnt like it.

This employee has been rude before and the attitude previously was listening to him yell at his coworkers when the front register was empty and he was asked to check people out, also not wearing mask. The store has has people acting suspicious, for example the employees exiting and watching which car you leave in and standing in the lot following you out of the store, mentioning personal things about your life you never shared, looking through the front window or side door to see where you are and who is with you. Overall, a stalky-creepy vibe that shows an irrelevance to the law or government and an issue with safety. Also, a strong feeling that if you mention it they will argue with you.

On Saturday 12/26/2020, I visited the store in Glenville, WV ( route 5)and over heard an employee talking about she was working off of the clock to get her work done. I know being a restaurant manager that this is not allowed . I went to get her name so you would know who it is. Her nametag said Brenna. This was around 4pm. I was at Harrington delaware location i purchased a xbox card but by the time i realized it i had gotten the wrong one. I told cashier hold ln wait i got the wrong one he proceeded with sale and told me it was too late. Bs i was still right there. So know i am so up set after this why do ylu sell them if you cant correct mistake. I never left store or register this need to be tooken care of asap

We have recently had an employee test positive for COVID-19. The store manager refuses to let any employee know about the situation. We all work together in a relatively close fashion and some have health issues. Store manager tells employees that you won't get paid if you are out to a COVID-19 situation. As I just researched it and found out you indeed can go out on sick leave and get paid if you have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for this virus. The store manager is grossly using her position to lie to her staff about a public and health safety issues than can cause a death to someone

On12 21 2020 at 1755 store number 12267 I bought a few items two being wrapping paper both with the same tag 30 by 35 square feet for a dollar one did not have a price on it so I assumed they were all a dollar beings all in same box the only thing that was different the barcode packed in the same kind of plastic wrap when I asked about the difference in price she said one has glitter on lettering thats a crock if you have two red apples ones shinny the other kinda dull you going to sell one for money than the other no anyhow you owe me 2.07 and another complaint the cashiers need to learn how to bag groceries it pees me off to find cold food with dry goods my name is john jenkins my address is 56 wolf meadow rd. My name is Donald Wyatt and this day went in to your new store at 135 N. Pennsylvania street. Store #22566. The price stating on the denture cream was 3.50 cents. as stated under the product. When I paid at the counter, the price was increased to 5.50cents. I told the manager and was told that a mistake was made stocking the product on the shelf. I said are you going to honor the price stated and was told that dollar general does not honor its mistakes and you are out of luck. That was so disrespectful to say that to a customer. I did take a picture of said mistake to prove the wrong product was put in the wrong place in case they intend to lie. I told the cashier that I want to file 2 complaints. How I was treated and how you dishonor your mistakes. What do you intend to do to make things right? If nothing is done as they said nothing will be done, I will have no choice but to put my complaints on line as proof to how DGX treats their customers and with disrespect and dishonor to the entire WORLD to see and ask that they never shop at DGX downtown ever again.
