first aid alcohol
I was in your Natchez, Mississippi store early this morning looking for alcohol. Clerk said they had it but it would not be put on shelves until Monday. You only have one store in Natchez and I could not find alcohol at any other store here.
I live way out from Natchez in the country and only come into town once a month to shop. I'm 65 years old.
She would not go get or let me go get 2 bottles from the stock room. Under these conditions in our country right now I do not see why she couldn't have sold me 2 bottles.
Please respond.
My name is Pamela and my cell number is [protected].

Patricia Lawson [protected]@yahoo.com April 5, 2020 Dollar Tree To whom it may concern, I've been a frequent shopper at Dollar Tree since 2013. I enjoy shopping and finding great treasures in your store. Unfortunately, I have a complaint regarding an employee at my neighborhood store #1595 located on South Rainbow Blvd suite 101, Las Vegas, Nevada...

As we were washing this brand, bugs were coming out of the rice grain. We have seen not 1 bug but plenty of bugs still alive and crawling.
This is unacceptable, its alarming and harmful as many people shop here on a budget, this company feel they can sell their awful food to this company. This really helps people in the world understand where sickness is coming from- unclean food and and unclean animals se gently placed in our food to create plenty and sell across the world. The company Pampa should be ashame. I wonder if you family eat this rice as well.
Rude Behavior
Good Day. I am a small business owner and a frequent shopper at your store #5838. First I want to say thank you for staying open so business owners like myself can get things we need since ordering online is a challenge during these scary times. I was in your store on 3/24/20 at around 11:30 - 12:00. I was looking for foam board in white and black. I found...

I visited the store yesterday (3/24/20) and the store is dirty from entry to back door. The store lighting is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. The store shelves are always sloppy and many boxes on the floor. Dear sirs, I went to the Dollar Tree in Lincoln, RI on Saturday, March 14 around 7pm. The employees were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The store was well stocked and the isles were clear and clean. The store is very neat and tidy. The only complaint that I have is the lighting. You need to send someone there to replace the blubs in the ceiling...

So, where should I start...one, I used to work here. I worked there for less than week until I quit. I quit because my store manager has no communication skills and is very rude to us, workers and the customers. She scolded an old lady who was disabled because she needed help finding a diet soda which I tried helping her before my manager, S., whipped around the corner and told me I wasn't allowed to go and help her. I was shocked because I work with Walmart too and at Walmart we are told to help our customers out if they need help. This lady was clearly innocent. I asked the manager if she could help find this nice lady what she needed and I was shocked by her response. She said no, she can do it herself and she wont be doing her shopping for her and then came very close to the ladies face and scolded her. Then, this manager decided to whoop around the corner and didn't put the diet pop nicely down on my register and stormed off. Of course, I stood up for my customer and I got sassed at by my manager. This customer was in the right. She didn't even ask what kind of diet pop she wanted. I am just disgusted by how she handled my customer. It also seems all the other workers are afraid of her. That is sad. I think there is something going on with that manager, either way, it is no excuse to disrespect a customer like that. I wanted to cry hearing how rude she was to my customer. I don't regret standing up for my customer. Something needs to be done about that managers attitude and the way she handles stress.
manager
I was in the Sauk centre store March 12 and had a few questions on locating some items in the store. The manager that helped me was the rudist, unhelpfull person I have ever encountered in a store! She was not only rude to me but I saw her be not very nice to fellow emploees! I found out her name was Jennifer Birch and not a very proffesional or nice person. I wont go back till she is gone
Hours of Operation
I am a valued customer and have been coming to this particular store practically on a daily basis. There has been a number of occasions where the staff will lock the doors 5 minutes prior to closing time which is 10:00pm M-F and Sundays. I had an even exchange and rushed to get there prior to closing and the two employees forbade me from going into the...

There was an employee who was recently terminated by Dollar Tree by manager Terry. She was terminated which we won't get into detail since it is a private matter. In retaliation to her termination she has been making false reports about Terry sexually harassing her and other employees. None of this is true. She is known to do this and has done the same to her boyfriend when he broke up with her. Now she is posting lies about Terry sexually touching her when it never happened. She has done the same to her boyfriend and a college professor. Please take a look into this as I want to protect an innocent party. Now she is also attacking other parties as well who are standing up to her. Accusing other employees of sexual harassment for telling her they won't vouch for her. She has tried to persuade several employees into claiming they too were sexually harassed by Terry which never happened. The employee in name is Mahlia Sampson and has been recently terminated by Terry and is getting revenge on her by making false statements.
Thanks
