Order system for online orders is professionally inadequate
Yesterday, I was in store and purchased a few "Premier Protein" Shakes. Today I wished to make an online order for a case of same shakes. Your order system shows they do not exist. I have encountered. the same problem with other attempted online orders in the past. Your website has numerous problems and glitches. You should have a pro take a look at it... I am currently considering becoming an Investor in Dollar Tree. It would be good to know your are trying to resolve the sites many problems. In these times of COVID19, I am certain many people would prefere to order online. Food for thought... Your Turn!
Masks and unsanitary conditions of employees and stores
To whom it may concern at Dollar Tree Headquarters: My name is Dottie, and I have been to several Dollar Tree stores in the Levittown, and Fairless Hills, Pa. area since the reopening after Covid-19. I am so angry and frustrated and very disgusted by the lack of seriousness the managers and employees have for wearing face masks. I went into a Fairless Hill...

I was in Dollar tree yesterday in Arroyo Grande, CA and the Man at the registrar had his mask on under his nose. I am a retired operating room nurse and that is not how you ware the mask. He had the nerve to say his Boss said he could ware it that way! It does not in any way protect us or him by doing that! The mask needs to cover Nose and Mouth! This issue...

I offered to cover my face With my shirt so I could get something to make a mask and the manager rudely said no, read the sign. It wasn't like I didn't offer to cover my face and I truly...

They are false advertising. They are not "dark navy blue" they are the standard light blue. When I called them to cancel my order because of the misleading of information the customer service lady was rude. I did sugguest to her that they need to correct "wrong information" that is online.
Current site 6/16-present. This is wrong and they should change this.
"return" policy
I left a Dollar Tree today frustrated and saddened: clearly not what I wanted. I am not only a regular, recognizable customer there, but I regularly do small acts of service for you. I go out of my way to bring in wayward carts. I pick up items and return them to racks or shelves. I am an obvious asset to you, and this should count for something, but it does not.
It upsets me to not be allowed to return four items because I no longer had the receipt. YOU had it! I'd mentioned that issue when I returned identical others(with receipt) stating that I wasn't sure where these four were. (I'd been helping a young lady with her wedding, as her mother died. Covid 19 threw this planning into chaos in many areas, including postponing her special day.)
If Dollar Tree has "cracked down" on the receipt issue during the pandemic, clearly part (if not all) of the reason is the shameful hoard-purchasing that harms real people. We don't know to what extent such greed has brought tragedy upon people unable to protect themselves. Their short supply is only because of hoarding. I hope you can admit the unjust irony of accepting, post-crisis, returns of essentials that selfishness withheld, because the greed-mongers have a receipt.
Today's unpleasantness is just another example of how we, the good and honorable many, are DAILY forced more and more to pay for the actions of dishonest, selfish people. The burgeoning of this injustice is the reason I left your store discouraged-- and yes, embarrassed. It could not have been pleasant for your employees, either. I was courteous as always, but I did express how uncomfortable the incident made me feel; and I left sorrowing that I‘d lost the sense of being respected and valued in your stores.
I try hard to keep track of my receipts in case of the rare need to make a return; hence my surprise at being turned down. In this case, my receipt was left in your hands. I wish that I'd known that it was futile to later attempt returning the four I couldn't find at the moment. I remember being told in a Dollar Tree in another state that you prefer that I show my receipt for returns, but either way, I could only exchange items. Hence my embarrassment today. Being made to feel foolish and wrong will surely affect the frequency of my visits, as well as the amount that I spend. My withdrawal from contributing to your bottom line is of no consequence to you, but I would not feel honorable if I did not express how your policy made me feel today. I deserve better.
If you remember the day and approximate time of purchase, and if not to far kn the past the cashier can retrieve your receipt using the digital journal. My store register maintains the last 9999 transactions though we do about 300 transactions a day so we can only go back approximately 2 months
Poor customer service
I just want to complain about the HORRIBLE treatment I received from the store manager. I was the only customer in the store on 4/23/2000, it was my bday. The managed viciously attacked me saying I wasn't allowed in the store due to the hour which was limited to the elderly and the immune compromised. I explained to her that I fit the second category but...

Dollar Tree Pooler GA 5/27/2020. After completing a application and interview, I was asked to fill out employment tax forms via email. I find it very disappointing and a bit discrimatory that at Dollar Tree in Columbus Ohio a 4 packs of soda or Perrier drinks sale at 4 for a $1.00 and in the "Urban" areas they divide them up and sale them for a $1.00 each. Why is this? Are they price gouging in lower economic communities? It's all on Youtube. This is really unfair. Will they change?

I was in your store on 05/12/2020. I was at the end of one of the aisles needing to turn left. Your employee was stocking the cooler that was in this store. The cart that the frozen items were on was blocking the way where I was not able to turn. I waited until your employee turned around to get more items to place in the cooler. I expected that with her...

04/17/2020: There was a sign posted on the door that stated that only one person per a household was allowed in the store. My friend and I live in two seperate households and both of us needed things for our sepereate houses. One of the clerks (who went and hid in the back after) told us that one of us had to leave, even though we were still following what they had stated. That clerk and another who was towards the back then decided to not so subtly yell to each other about the situation and talk about how "rude" we were. All this was just talking to them before this they had been yelling back and forth from different parts of the store about different products that they were taking off of the shelf and using/eating without paying. Not sure if that's against the companies policy, but it seems like it would be. There was some other things, but this is getting too long. Client number was [protected] [protected] I believe.
Unethical rude behavior of lady workers
Two of Dollar Tree Hispanic store clerks, unmasked, no handgloves, were laughing and talking so loud face to face so close that they could have been exchanging saliva droplets with each other.
