manager was extremely rude
Me and my fiancé had an online order that we came into the store to pick up and the clerk called his manager Aaron out to help. He acted extremely annoyed that he had to do his job and was extremely rude. He barely said anything to us and was giving dirty looks the entire time. Then he just left our packages in line and walked off with our saying anything...

Lory, is a rude person and does not like hispanics, shes always a [censored] to me, unless I'm with my girlfriend.
Today i was next in line, but the cashier told me that she will get another register to open, be cause she was going to take awhile, so i was next Lory ignored that i was next and told the costumer behind me, he told her i was next, she did not care! I still took my stuff and went first and thanked the gentleman. She was scanning my stuff with attitude. I even thanked the guy she just refused to acknowledge me. She always seems to keep an eye for me when i walk to the store? I know she don't like me for some reason! Shes not professional.

I am a disabled senior, and drive for Uber and Lift when I can. I am getting a little hard of hearing, and needed a bluetooth speaker so I can hear directions. At 1:02 PM on 7/26/2019, I bought a speaker from store #2967. Once I was far away on my runs, I opened my new speaker. When I went to plug in the USB charging cable, I discovered that there wa...

I work at the Chase Bank in the same complex and decided to pick up a few things at the Dollar Tree on Thursday July 25 2019. I don't know what was going on in the back room, but you could hear a lot of loud voices and the F-word being used a lot. This is not a way to conduct business with small children in the store. I shared my experience with my fellow employees and they were shocked to hear about this.

I have been a very satisfied customer of Dollar Tree for many years since the store came to our area. The store I frequent is the one on Sunrise Highway in Patchogue and always is a pleasure to shop there, always clean, well stocked, friendly staff. When the store opened in East Patchogue it is closer to my home and was delighted. I must say from the beginning this store was a great disappointment. The odor when entering the store and general appearance is disgusting. There is ALWAYS merchandise strewn everywhere, cartons on floor, narrow isles and things thrown everywhere..l have never seen neatly stocked shelves...I have tried going back several times but it is never any better. My husband was with me the last time and was so disgusted that he took the attached photos. I shall not go to this store again and know many others in area that feel the same. This store is in an area which can be frequented by many people not only by car but also senior citizens and those that walk to store. I hope this problem can be addressed and would appreciate your response.
Thank you for your time,
Marie and Vito Lena, [protected]@aol.com
a staff member
I was with my kids in spring meadows dollar tree store in Toledo and my kids were choosing things to buy, a white-beared man from the staff start using his loud voice to tell me that my kids are touching things belong to the store so I said I understand this but my kids thought that they can buy these things so he said in a very rude way ( make sure you do understand)!
I cannot believe what happened with us because I used to love shopping at that store .
Is it ok for the staff to talk to customers in this way?!
no air conditioning
There has been no air conditioning during this hot weather for about two weeks. Products are melting...employees and customers are miserable. Store manager doesn't seem to care. Fans have not been provided. A store employee had brought in her own fan that was barely working. It is ridiculous and I'm pretty sure that it is against the law especially when...

I have gone into this store every Friday or Saturday for the past four weeks and I will never return unless something is resolved. The store manager is terrible as he only cares about tasks and not customers. The line was going out the door and there were at least six employees in the store, but the focus was on stocking the shelves. Even the store manager...

The bottom of the receipt said his name was Billy, and he smelled and reeked like pure beer/alcohol/yeast. He was very rude, slurred his words and kept talking about wanting to go home and finish his beer. I don't know how management hasn't noticed, this is the fourth time I've gone in and he's been intoxicated and absurdly rude to customers such as myself and the one before me.

On July 23, 2019 I was shopping in the afternoon mentioned Store. I walked up to the frozen foods and was looking inside I turned to walk away there was supply cart so close to me that I fell down onto the cart pulling my left and bumping both of my legs on steel cart. A young man helped me to my feet. The staff know what an Incident Report was it where to strut. Finally the report was found. The explanation given to me by management was: Everybody knows that stocking cart be in the isles and that because of the number one of supplies that the store had. There is nowhere else to store the supplies.I have scheduled a physician's office 07/25/19. My knee and legs are swollen and bruised . No one from Dollar Tree has made any attempt at contacting me. Employees appeared at a loss regarding my request for documentation. I asked for a copy the report management no copy machine. I insisted and the lady went to a store next but still unable to me copy. After some discussion with a another employee we that photo on the phone would suffice. Please contact me. Thanking you in advance, Truman Austin
attack my manager
I'm the general manager of Domino's pizzas 2 doors down. I've been there since 2007 and this is my 2 time with in a short period of time that a employee of yours has attacked mine. This time so much so the cops had to be called. The first guy that made fun of a less fortunate person there buying candy of course still works there. We let that go but this is too far. Your so called asst manager ran out a girl again buying candy and started physically attracting my assistant manager? What is sad is a customer had to call cops cause no one was there to wait on them.
cashier was so rude!
When I approached the register there was no cashier standing there but the light was on as well as 3 employees standing right in front of me talking amongst themselves. Then the cashier Sandra walked up to the register with a Box in her hand opening it I stood there for about 5 minutes while she was opening the Box my stuff was already on the counter to be...

A couple of your employees at the Cheboygan MI store, are very rude, they stand around and belittle the other employees, they seem to visit more than work, they do not greet the customers, and one in particular chooses who she helps and who she does not. She also follows one of the other employee around, brings her personal problems to work, her family problems and her home life, tells the other employees her problems instead of working, neither one of them smiles, or offers to assist all customers. The names of these employees are Lorinda and Amber, Amber is the worse one, most of the time they are either in the office with the door shut or Lorinda is outside smoking and Amber follows her out there, they leave the cashier to handle all the customers, when they are not teasing or talking down to them. Amber was heard telling Lorinda and Gayle her problems with her family. I thought that your personal problems should be left at home, when one of Amber's family members come into the store they are treated rudely, when they ask a question the reply is always snotty, then they roll their eyes and mumble under their breath. The aisles are always cluttered with boxes of items, there is no room for two people to pass, someone could get hurt. I believe that Amber should be terminated because of her rudeness and her attitude towards certain people (and I am not the only one who believes this) I have been told by several people about her attitude and rudeness when certain people walk into the store, it seems to me that keeping this employee will cost you money in the end, this is a small town, and eventually people will not want to shop here because of the rudeness and attitudes of your employees, I guess you should ask yourself what is more important, your profits, the happiness of your customers or keeping a rude and attitudal employee..

manager
My daughter called dollars tree in Millington TN and asked to speak to a hiring manager and the hiring manager said I'm not hiring and hung up in her face. So I called and the hiring manager told me that she didn't have to explain anything to my child and told me to go argue with my daughter. The hiring manager should be more polite to people. If she can't do that she dont need to be in that position
