KFC serving uncooked meal and horrible service

On 13 / 6 / 2014 at 10. 02pm we had visited your kfc branch at shab in kuwait
And we had ordered jalapino sandwich, 09 pieces spicy chicken and twister sandwich as takeaway. But unfortunately when we reached home we realized that the jalapino sandwich chicken was uncooked and the 9 pieces. Spicy chicken were toooo salty and re heated.
I went back to them and explained the matter but that egyptian manager and one his philiplino colleagues were so rude and were reluctant to admit their fault / apologies and replace. So i just left the things there and left, just to let you know we have been eating kfc for the past 15 years so we know the taste better than them.
Lastly your service is so horrible and rude and need to learn lots from mc donald's staffs!
Hope you will take necessary action

KFC inappropriate employee

I went in to KFC's location near Keewatin at 6:00 to eat with some family members. We had got our food and were beginning to eat when I noticed a man staring at me from across the room. He was wearing a KFC uniform and was staring right at me. I rolled my eyes at him a couple of times as he continued to stare at me. He then proceeded to stare at some of my other family members. After a while, I thought that he might just be staring, so I didn't worry about it. But then he left for his car. I watched him, still having suspicions of his behavior. He sat in the passenger seat of the car and wrote something on a piece of paper. He came back in and sat down in a different seat in the restaurant. I watched him and he tried to show me the paper, but I rolled my eyes at him and resisted the urge of giving him the middle finger. Just because one person is being an inappropriate old fart doesn't mean I should be one as well. I am only eleven years old. When we left, he stared at me through the window and blew me a kiss. I quickly left and ran for the car. He was still watching me. As we drove away, he waved and blew me another kiss. THIS IS HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE FOR AN EMPLOYEE TO DO TO A MINOR. ALTHOUGH IT WAS NOTHING PHYSICAL I STILL WILL NOT BE GOING TO KFC TO EAT. The man was indian and had short black hair and glasses. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR.

KFC short changed on order

I ordered some food and they got the order wrong and i took it back thinking they got it right. When i got home they had charged me for a large coleslaw but only gave a small and 5 pieces of chicken were missing. I emailed them twice and they ignored my emails.

Tried going to the store a few days later and they didn't do anything said i had to bring it back right away. I love kfc's food but the customer service was horrible. I paid for food i didn't get.

KFC forgotten service

A few weeks back i was told to wait 10 minutes for my order since there were no biscuits. I waited 15 to see a nearby car receive an order and then a few minutes later take it back inside. I thought there must have been an item missing for them until 5 minutes passed. Then it dawned upon me that the order may have been mine even though that car was waiting before me. I go inside to find out indeed it was! (I thought it odd and irresponsible that no one returned outside to seek the rightful owner of the order.) then i was told i had to wait another 15 minutes for chicken. Seriously. I complained and then the manager on duty with gigantic holes in his earlobes apologized and told me i could have my money back. If this is customer service then it doesn't care about wasting one's time. Indeed this wasn't a fast food experience. It was no food. Yes, i was irate since refunding was the only thing offered for my time. I will never return to this kfc if this is how corporate expects customers to be compensated for no service. Others i spoken to have received similar bad service from this kfc and other fast food restaurants in the castle rock area.

KFC stale meats and bad customer service gesture

Bought a party pack and opened the box in front of the guests. Bad smell. Was surprised a bit. Ate one piece and it was good. Served the food in plates and began to eat. Suddenly bad odor from the KFC chicken pieces and so much bad smell that we couldn't put it beside our plate. Not all pieces but most of the pieces were really bad smell, seemed to us rotten meat was deep fried.

The party was over in a humiliation.

Went to the KFC store in the neighborhood, got the shift manager, the lady was so rude - and good customer service, empathy?

Be careful in buying party pack or family pack in KFC.

And the fat pigs - the corporate suckers and the district managers are really incompetent, the result no quality in products and services.

This same KFC location put a sign board around 4/5 years ago "We sell Coshar and Halal Meat". The Jewish and Moslem people were buying their chicken meals.

Then KFC store stopped selling these Coshar and Hala meat meals without tell these people of faiths and they had been buying these meals until March 2014. this is not good, KFC. You hurt people of faith.

Hahaha...same crooked KFC store...Few years back the same KFC store in the same location put an advertisement on the glass outside, "We sell Koshar and Halal KFC chicken here." the Jewish and Moslem people had been buying their KFC meat meals here in good faith until it was caught in March, 2014. This KFC store stopped selling Koshar food long time ago and that time they didn't put any advisertisement on the glass...which is a deliberate cheat on those people of faith.

KFC doesn't have any respect for people's faith. all they want is money.

The guys in those faith were simply cheated on by this franchise in the land of justice and freedom.

KFC behaviour by manager

Was in store as a customer after buying food and snacks I then asked cashier who served me with such a good service but then I had lost appetite to even go seat down and finish my food after a lady called Anelisa refused to give me water to drink medication and told me I must buy water or get elsewhere its not a water supply store. Such service deserves training to manager and the store manager its utmost disrespectful way to respond to a customer who pays her salary

KFC food poisoning

Visited KFC restaurant in Aley Lebanon with the family and friends. Noticed the food looked old. Looked like leftovers that had been re fried. That night and following morning the whole family suffered head/body aches, vomiting and diarrhea. Will never visit a KFC restaurant again. After contacting our friends, it turns out the same happened to them. The place looks dirty and the food looked old.

KFC has been advertising a 3.99 combo meal, but when I went to the local KFC they wanted 6.50 for it. Needless to say I won't be eating at KFC anytime soon.

KFC took double payment from debit card

on 1/03/2014 i bought kfc the lady swiped my card and told me it did not went trough when i got home i checked my account and see it went trough when i called the manager he told me that it does not matter here i stay i must come back to they branch with statements and my id then only they can reverce it and i must wait 7 to 14 working days for my money if im not lying. this is not how it work cause yhat is my debit order money and im staying about 55 kilos from them. this kc in danville is bad serice as they are so unfriendly and standing around talking to one another this is why this happens i want my money in my account before monday. who can assist me with this?

Swak swak swak ! mens betaal teen duurste vir jou kos en jy kry die tipe diens .Ek is glad nie tevrede nie venaand bestel ons kos dit vat 50 min om af te lewer.Nr1 die kos word net gegee gee nie kaans om eers jou kos te check nie, nr 2 besteling is verkeerd afgelewer, skakel (kfc) weer en verduidlik wat aan gaan. Word gese hul gaan met die voorman praat en terug laat weet goed en wel (ishmael) verkoopsman skakel terug en se dit gaan nog n 30 min vat dan lewer hul die regte bestel af en dat ons die pakkie moet terug stuur sowaar kom die drywer hier aan met net slaai geen slaai sous geen lepels, geen sout geen tamatiesous geen servette en die beste van alles is die gravy word in n sakkie toe gemaak sonder n deksel helfte van dit le in die sakkie, die drywer het n houding omdat hy weer terug moes kom.Die chrusher masjiene werk nooit meer nie roomys masjiene is buite werking hoekom maak hul nie maar liewer net hul deure toe nie .Die diens van eet pleke raak uiters swak n paar maande terug het ons by kfc in van der hoff bestel en het langer as 3 ure gewag vir die kos en dan kan hul jou nie eers kontak en verskooning vra vir die swak diens nie.

KFC no sevice

This is not the first time that I had problems with cradock's kfc. Today I wanted to use the drive throug... It was blocked with a wooden pellet. Then I wanted to park in front of kfc... A uge truck was parked right infront of the building and parking area. There was no other parking available. So I was forvced to go and buy food at steers in cradock where there was parking and good service.

KFC blood in chicken

Today the 17th January 2014 at 20:56 hours Perth time, My family which included my partner and 6 year old son decided to have dinner at the KFC in Tuart hill near Wiluna street in Perth, Australia. We had ordered a Street Fast combo which cost us $19.95 AUD and consisted of chicken breast, wings, chicken legs, nuggets and chips. While we were eating the chicken breast we noticed blood was oozing out from the inner part of the chicken.
I had informed the KFC cashier and showed her the blood, the cashier immediately informed the Manager whose name is AJAN. The Manager AJAN refused to accept seeing the oozing blood and only accepted when he seen a customer walking in. The Manager was very rude and had no customer skills. The KFC in Perth has already been charged of hiring children labour. I will never recommend people ever eating KFC chicken as their staff are not well trained and they hire mostly students.
Shamefully at the time I did not have my mobile with me, But I do have the receipt of the meal with the date and time.

I'm zati from muar johor.on 8 january around 8.30 p.m I go to the 24 hours kfc at jalan salleh muar in front of Astaka market.this is not first time happen to me.That time the worker take my order is a girl and I can't remember her name.She take my order fast without repeat my order and no smile .I order Hot box for take away, but I didn't got what I order.It's different from what I have order!I realise when I reached at my home.

KFC about your coupons

I have recieved coupons in the mail on Jan. 03/2014 & I went to KFC in Tantallon to put in an order & passed her a coupon & she told me it wasn't any good cause it had expired in Oct.6/2013 & I told her that I had just recieveds them in the mail that day.. She didn't believe me, This is very poor business & she was very rude to me, I guess that I will no longer be a customer at KFC in the furture, this is very poor business, I have checked with some of my neighbours & they have recieved the same coupons, this is fraud as far as i'm concered. & i'm very upset about this why would they send out coupons that have expired, I don't understand this at all

This fast food have very bad customer service, i have ask politely, but the counter 3 person name AZLINA giving me a VERY RUDE RESPOND! That worker need to be educate some manners dealing with customer. If she doesnt have good attitude to assist customer better she quit the job. Thank you.

I go to kfc all the time I dont do any drinks as I carnt have coke so I get a gravy instead every one I have been to have giving me gravy but I went to the newark one in novenmber of last year and they refused when I said I get it from the other stores they give me bad attiude if you are working in the retail you need to be nicer to the customer I will not go into the newark one again

Get 1 pack of cookies free + your party meal and you receive your ordered in 45 minutes .then I ordered.i call them after 1.30 1 hour 30 minutes they told with in 5 minutes driver will be there and also misbehave that if u want to cancel your order I can cancel it .received my order at 12 .27.am after 2 hour 3 minutes .missing of cookies I again I call them they say cookies is finish today we will send u tomorrow .till know I didn't get cookies. KFC unprofessional

I went in today to get a late lunch and when I came in everything seemed normal but once I got ready to order my food the young lady was very ugly and unprofessional. Its not my problem if you didn't not pay any attention to what my order was and then she never repeated it back to me. Then the manager never came out of the office just looked at me through the glass window. Another girl came over being ugly also returned to difference in the amounts. I came to sit down to in joy my lunch and you can hear KFC ( all of them) employees including the store manager talking about me and saying that it is all my fault and I knew what I was doing and I that I was to just being an ###. This is very unprofessional, once one of realized I was still here she told the other ones to be quiet because I was still here and I could here them. If you don't want your job and you don't want to be there go home. KFC needs to hire a staff that cares about their customers. But this is not the first time our town has had problems with this staff and manager. When you go on an hour before closing and that tell you they are out of this and this and your like what the hell. I really wish someone would take care of this.

saya siti aishah nordin.pada hari jumaat yang lepas (5/09/2013) saya telah pergi ke restoran kfc di plaza pkns bangi.saya dan anak2 telah memesan 1:famous bowl dn 2 set colonel chicken rice.pada mula saya makan famous bowl saya dah terasa yang isi ayam yang dimasukkan tu terasa macam dah lama.tapi pada saya tak pe la, sbb mungkin sikit jew ni.tapi apabila anak saya yang makan, dia pun complain yang isi ayam tu x sedap..Saya pun panggil seorang staff untuk rasa dan bau sendiri apa yang saya makan, staff tu pun takut nak cakap apa-apa.xpe saya tak marah, saya cuma kata pada staff tersebut tolong bawa pada bos dan minta dia rasa.Staff tersebut bawakan pada bos yang incharge pada masa tersebut.dalam 15 minit saya tunggu baru staff tersebut bawa famous bowl yang baru pada saya..saya cuma nak katakan di sini yang bos yang incharge pada masa tu x datang pada cust untuk mohon maaf dan nasi yang di tukarkan itu tidak diganti dengan isi ayam sebaliknya diganti dengan daging berger.apa ni?bos dan staff x sikit pun mohon maaf pada customer..macam ni ke service kfc yang palig bagus?saya masih ingat lagi saya ada tanyekan nama bos yang incharge "SIR ZUL"...
