delay in delivery and error in order
I placed my order over the phone on 1st June 2011 at 4.40 p.m. and received my delivery in two hours at 7.15 p.m. after making endless calls ...at the universal number and also at the branch...i was told first that the rider could not find the house, then after calling several times, they said another rider was sent but due to the rain he slipped and the food got spoilt so he got back and soon it would be delivered but there was no sign of him...i would call their branch but no response, finally spoke to them and insisted on talking to the rider so I could explain him the house but he wasnt inerested and kept saying he was familiar with the area and did not require any directions...I kept waiting but he did not show up...
My 11 yr old son had his friends over who were almost going back without eating anything when finally the food arrived at 7.15 p.m. after two hours! and on top of that they charged me extra for upsize when I had not ordered any upsize!
I was very disappointed with their behaviour as no one was taking the responsibility to ensure timely delivery and no body to respond and give any information regarding the order status ! They could have informed me if it was not possible to deliver so I could think of an alternate instead of waiting and expecting it would be arriving any minute!

Would like to share my bad experince in KFC @ RT Nagar / Bangalore on above mentioned date, after i finish my berger & started having Pepsi in between i just opened the cap of that Pepsi cup, i found flies inside the Pepsi cup. I was really shocked and went to the counter and showed the cup to the counter person. And the counter guy was very cool n he said it's ok will get one more cup for you, then we have asked him to call the manger to meet, first they din't bring the manager out and introduced another counter guy who take order, but we shouted and asked for the manager to come n give us an explanation on this issue. Then Mr. Sachin came to us and said that will make sure it will not occur again.
Even though am your regular customer travelling different state and visit KFC we trust the quality of food and cleanliness, but it is not true. Quality and cleanliness is not maintained properly. After this incident we are not visiting KFC as we can't trust the quality of food. Many people are visiting KFC with family & children and never know what was the quality of food served.
Pleas make sure that this should not happen to anybody as there is a value of money and people involved.

on the 24/05/2011 @ 10.45 i visited KFC - Gateville and ordered 4x 4 zinger wings, the lady Beulah told me that it will take 7.30 minutes and she asked me if i will wait and i said ok and paid R 47.6 with my credit card . After 12 minutes she call me and told me that they only got 3 x zinger wings and that the lady at the back was at fault . She than tell me that i must wait for another 7.30 minutes if i want the other wings . At this point in time i was already 20 minutes in the store . So i could not wait as my lunch time was over . i ask for a refund and left .
smoking cannabis
On the 01.05.10 Saturday after 10pm I was walking my dog and I walked through the Thames KFC drive way and could smell the presents of cannabis being smoked so I went by the back gate and saw a guy in a blue shirt with curly hair smoking cannabis there were 2 others but I could not see them only heard them. I then walked away disgusted. This should be taken seriously because what could happen if they were to serve a customer and they were to see them like that it wouldn't look good for your company allowing your workers to do this kind of thing.

yesterday 2011-05-22 my boyfriend went to kentucky in grassy park victoria road.
he purchased a streetwise five with mash and gravy and a zinger burger.
the mash and gravy only consisted of gravy, the fillet on the burger was like rubber and definitely not edible.
the coating on the chicken was so hard we couldnt enjoy our meal.
it wasnt the first time that we experienced this from the same kentucky, but the first time we let it slide but we have bought there several times to experience the same thing.
i am not happy with the way they make there food. the srevice is great but the food aint.

I have submitted a number of complains on the KFC website, but thus far nobody has responded to it. I have complained about the non availability of hotwing in kfc carletonville on hello peter and within 24hrs the kfc customer service called me to say that the will look into the problem and they also promised me a voucher, needless to say, the voucher never came and the hotwing are still unavailable. Where should one place his /her complain, if the complaints are never looked into or resolved?

rude employee, order mixup
After a long day day at the doctors office, my sister & I decided to grab a bucket of KFC for our dinner. The young lady on the earphones was short with my sister telling her to repeat our order.After several minutes my sister said just give us the 8 piece.Our home is in the next town of Groveport 20-25 miles away.When we opened the bucket when we got home we found 6wings & 2 thighs, since it was late, although diappointed, we ate our dinner.The next morning I called the store & asked to speek to a manager, & was told I was speaking to her.I gave her my complaint & she said to come inat our convience & we would get a free bucket.I went out of town for Mothers day & came home on Tuesday.Weds.afternoon I went into the store to get what was promised to us.The mtgr on duty informed me that she is the only female mtgr.at that store, & my name was not written anywhere.She did give me an 8 piece bucket but not before all in the store thought I was conning the store.This KFC has lost a loyal customer, & I plan to use another company from now on. Me and my boyfriend went to KFC today (Fri 13th May 20011) we qued for a good 10 mins before odering i had ordered a wicked zinger meal plain. After ordering our food a member of staff came to me after a good 5 minutes and stated that there was no burgers left even tho i new there was because i heard them saying they messed up my order and beacuse the man who ordered after me got his burger. I then sat down to eat my food to find my gravy and chips were stone cold. I didnt like to say anything because i dont like to complain. A few weeks before hand my boyfriend found a feather in his chicken i want this matter dealt with. I will not be in that kfc ever again!

To be honest was sorry that i watched it, those people should be jailed for animal abuse. This is the second complaint for this Business, the first was to KFC Corporate. I got a call from the manager that this would not happen again at the store we do our business with, well it happened again, Visited las night 05/02/2011 No chicken was made. Hi my name is todd, I havent been paid for 2 weeks. I was working in kfc but I still havent recieved my pay for 6 weeks. I have talked to my manager amir he said he has called and emailed them and you have said you are looking into it but 6 weeks looking into it? Im considering all my options please help someone. Its disgusting in this day and age iam having to wait this long for money that I have worked for.

On the night of Thursday 14 April I bought a 10 piece box of chicken from Kentucky Fried Chicken in Batemans Bay.
When I got home and opened the box it contained 7 legs and 3 thighs pieces.
This is 10 pieces of chicken, but I feel I was cheated out of the better quality pieces, so that it was not value for money.

We went to fenton fc tonight on the 8/4/2001 at 10.02 the doors were shut and locked. So we went though the drive though to then be told at 10.12pm that they had ran out of chicken, at kfc they ran out of chicken! It doesn't shut till 11.. I told them we would wait till a fresh lot was made as they said it takes 25-30 mins and they told us no.. They would not be cooking anymore chickin tonight.. 45 mins before there due to close.. Terable!

My complaint first is about the very bad service in the whole kingdom of saudi arabia, delivery, the way that the employees dealing with the customer and the orders timing. The fastest delivery order in the whole kingdom is 40 minutes, that if we considered that they were very fast, really the normal time is 45 minutes and more. by comparing between the service here and the service in Egypt and Emirates oh! trust me that is not fair comparison because the service here really is very bad, and when you just think in calling a supervisor or to leave a short complaints with a desperate attempt to improve the service you will find a very hard routine in everything and everyone by asking why you wants to complaint why, why and more from the ways that they can cover each others with.
By the way I'm here to leave my message that I'm in 4th of April 2011 I went to eat a sandwich and I was inside the restaurant I ordered already and I seat more than 15 minutes then I went to the cashier I told him can you quick please and there was no any stress at the restaurant that time, he told me wait just one minute, I replied okay, then the supervisor Mohammed Ali came with the sandwich and with lazy way where the fries, come on make some, I told him now its 20 minutes and I you will start in making some fries! my sandwich will gonna be cold, he told me ""excuse me if you have a mind just leave"" I told him ""how you can talk to your customer that bad way?! please give me my money back and I'll complaint"" he told me ""whatever"", and he gave me my money back, I told him more one time ""I'll complaint"" he told me in angry way ""no more talk just do whatever, just go out of here and whatever you want"". I called the customer service and I requested the complaints phone number and after calling them like 4 times they finally gave me the number, and nothing happened after, after making a complaint nothing happen yet. so please give me my respect back and wish you do something to improve the service I love KFC and that is not good.

cursing/ignoring phone calls at central offices
I visited this store on christmas eve last year (4 months ago) with my son and father who had recently had a stroke. While ordering, I hear the district manager in the back office screaming obscenities over the telephone. He used language that my young son had never heard before, and all of this on christmas eve. I was quickly greeted by another manager who gave me a telephone number to kfc central offices. I contacted them on that day and was told that they would return the call. After four months, I called back today... Again no phone call back. I think this behavior from a district manager signifies weaknesses that need to be addressed. I have not returned and plan on contacting the better business bureau in the morning. I am so glad that my son (Who's mother abandoned him at age 3) and my father, who is 55% brain-dead from a recent stroke, could experience christmas with kfc's staff cussing like a sailor and acting so inappropriately (All the while there were christmas decorations up). Im offended by this and even more so by being ignored.

Public profanity is still free expression, and that Georgia law is against The Bill Of Rights. I'll be they still sell CD's and MP3's in Georgia with the F word in the songs. Anybody that makes anybody else work over the holidays by patronizing any business rolls the dice. It is also America and out in public. If you don't want your son to hear people cussing then don't take them out in public. Especially to a place where the employees are paid very little to have to work on a holiday like Christmas Eve. The employees wouldn't have to be there if people didn't insist on demanding the service on a holiday to begin with. It is always the low rung of the totem pole that have to work the shifts over the holidays, they need their jobs but would rather be with their son on a holiday than serving you chicken. Especially in a bad economy when employers are using the bad economy as an excuse to force people to work these kind of shifts if they want to keep their jobs.

I wish to complain about torquay kfc in devon. the tables were dirty had to clean them before sitting down. the burger were not up to the usual standard before they were really tasty what have they done to not be them. twister was hardly filling, as for the coffee so bitter couldnt drink them throw them away. will not be going back there again. disappointing as i loved going there.

Last night, about 6:30 pm on the 15th of March, 2011, I decided to get KFC for my children's dinner, I've ask for a Mega Bucket, which consisted of 12 chicken, 9 nuggets, 2 large chips, potato & gravy, and 1.25 drinks. So, when i come home i've told to my children to have a dinner now, then at that time i'm cooking a cake and i'm busy in the kitchen. So, i said to my 12 years old daughter if she likes the nuggets and she said what nuggets mum, i said i bought a nuggets at kfc. I've search for that nuggets and there is nothing. I decided to phone KFC and ask for the manager, i've told her that i bought a mega bucket and they forgot to put my chicken nuggets into the bag that i have ordered, she said they can't do anything about it, so i told her that is very bad service because i lived far from kentucky fried chicken place, so i asked what can you do about it, well she said i will send you a voucher so you can pick it up your nuggets. I need to wait for a week to get the rest of my order that i paid for, i said to her that i am very dissappointed the way their service is, she asked my full name, then i told her, and she said to spell it to her, which i did, for three times spell it to her in a slow speech, she still didn't get it, so i said to her, do you know how to spell, because you are making fun of me, its already bad enough that you did not do a proper job, you can't even spell, and she said i don't want to talk to you, you are being rude to me, that's what she said and she said to take up to the main office of kentucky fried chicken and her name is natalie, so i said that is very rude of you and definetely arrogant, you don't treat your customer and you also descriminate me by the way you talk to me. I said to her i will take this further. she said i will give you the number to call, i said no i don't trust you, i will find it myself.

I agree with Grace i went to the Beenleigh store to day 20/12/12 at lunch time with my 5 year old daughter and the service was very poor the girl at the counter could not smile and she was also very rude. I had a potato and gravy in my meal with no spoon no servettes for myself or my daughter and when I went back to the counter to ask for some there were three other people asking for the same thing. The look I received when I asked the young girl for severettes and a spoon was disgraceful and one of my chicken pieces had no chicken on it, overall KFC at Beenleigh is ###.

the reason the manager, natalie, needed you to spell your name more than once is because she's almost half deaf. kinda hard for her to hear what your spelling when he's in a busy store dont you think? however i agree the store screws up on a regular basis. i check my meal before i leave now :)
we have had a lot of problems with this store they can count from 1 to 10 may be its because its a finger an toe thing but 1 to 15 is to hard lucky for them the primary school is across the road may be the mananger could send his staff there for a little up date or employ much younger children who have past this test we also live out of town an the ### voucher they give you doesnt even cover fuel cost we now refuse to go there and drive an extra 20 klm now we dont have this drama so you are not alone
