we go to kfc at least twice a week and they get our order mess up and there sevice is not good after they wait on a customer they will cuss and make fun of them this is not appericate for a busy i get so upset when they are cussing and being mean to people and they mess up the orders something needs to be done to them.

coupon scam
I tried to use the free grilled chicken meal coupon and was told by Mike, the manager, that they would not honor it because people were stealing by printing multiple coupons. I thought that is why they are bar-coded and numbered and you're only allowed to print once. He was rude about it and at first refused to even tell me if the store was indeed a K-Mac Franchise as most of them around here are. He pretended he didn't know what K-Mac was saying I don't know what that means. He finally did admit it was a K-Mac store. This silly game came across as very rude and the poorest of customer service--I'm wondering if they have any standards at all in that regard. I stopped frequenting KFC over a year ago because of the old tasting food, lack of food and supplies (out of side dishes, out of to go containers) as well as poor service that takes forever and a day. I won't be going back to this location EVER, that is for sure.

Yesterday [protected]) I ordered 2 bucket (economy)kfc at 7.30pm and they delivered the food after 1.30hrs. I paid the money(kfc 11.900 + delivery charges 0.450 + tip for delivery man). After I check the bag they didn't send paper plates and cups. At the same time I call the delivery man he say Ana ma arref (I dont know) Then I called kfc on 1888666 they told me we will send now. But they didn't send any paper plates and cup. after half an hour again I called them . they told me five minutes. nothing happends. In between I called many times there outlet. But no use. Almost 5 persons who are attending person I explain the story. My guests are waiting (children party). I spend more money for mobile calls. Almost 1.500 KD.
At last I shouted to kfc people via phone they send paper plates and cups 11.00pm. (KFC dajeej site oreder no.66 and print receipt date and time [protected].33.47). I heard in Jaleeb area kfc outlet people not send paper plates and chicken pieces (less) in proper way. Pls check this matter KFC management in Kuwait.

i gave my first order to kfc 26.04.2012 9.30pm and i got my food 10.30pm.but salad, fries.chicken mixed together because deliver not properly delivered to me. same time i complain to hot line and SalMIYA branch. I visited three different Kentucky Fried Chicken in Alabama (May 6, 2009, Eufaula, Alabama; May 7, Oneonta, Alabama; and May 12, Troy, Alabama) and "tried to use the Oprah Coupon. Eufaula KFC took the coupon, but had a special line for "oprah coupons", there was a 50 minute wait, the only sides tme manager gave with the coupons was mashed potatoes and green beans (no other option unless you paid), plus the place was smoke (from grease), and very dirty. Second visit in Oneonta, Alabama - the manager said they were not taking coupons, but had a form to fill out for a rain check (the manager said they did not have enough chicken for the coupons -- I was one of 5 customers in the store and they had tons of chicken cooked and sitting there). Third visit was May 12 in Troy Alabama. The manager there said they were not taking coupons because they did not have enough good, but they sure as hell had plenty to sell! I will never visit a KFC again -- This whole coupon thing was a SCAM, the employees are rude, the KFC restrauants are not clean.

Went to drive through, one car in front, had to wait ten minutes despite my vocal complaint whilst server was busy chating up the girl in the car in front, to add insult to injury when I returned home my fillet burger was not based on the standard burger but a single tiny chicken strip.

I'm a local resident and have been going to this restaurant for the past eight years. During that period of time the orders are almost always wrong. Never should you leave the restaurant without counting every item in your order. I have seen every thing done wrong that could be done wrong it seems up to and including having no chicken on Sunday morning! If the owners of this restaurant would take the time to take a poll of the local residents they would find that this is probably the worst service of any restaurant of any type in the Whole Tulsa area. I think that the only reason that they are able to stay in business is that they are the only one for miles around. Avoid this place at all costs. If not you will be sorry also. Ask anyone in the Catoosa area that has been there.
Its funny how people think Tonight, I stopped and picked up my very last KFC 20 pc bucket meal with additional fries, gravy, salads and Pepsi from the Kingsdale Avenue KFC in Blossom Park, Ottawa, Canada. After waiting over 18 minutes for the 'cook' to make more chicken, I then had the unfortunate honour of watching 'Jeremy' the 'cook' put the cooked chicken on a tray and drop one of the pieces on the floor. Sorry but I don't even work with a '2 second rule' in my own home. He picked it up, I thought he was throwing it out but nope. It was put right on the tray along with all the other pieces. He looked over at me a few times and when I questioned him about this practice he just smirked and started singing. He then took the tray over to the counter ready to be put into MY bucket. At no time did he make any attempt to remove the chicken and for all I know he might have done a few other 'dandy' things to it while he was out of my sight.
I mentioned what had happened to the woman whom I take it was the night supervisor and she went out to speak with Jeremy, who was now outside having a cigarette. He claimed to have set that piece elsewhere, not combining it with the other pieces.
When she returned to tell me that dear 'Jeremy' insisted he'd not placed that piece with the rest. When another staff member wanted to know what the problem was, the woman began telling her that 'allegedly' this and that had happened. I informed her there was no 'alleged' about the situation. She stated that nothing like that had ever happened on 'her watch' before. Apparently they have a 'red' bin that all dropped food is to go into so she can 'count' it at the end of the night. Well that's perfect but still leaves a dropped piece in MY bucket...or perhaps even in the guy behind me whose box of 10 pieces was ready to go at the same time. She didn't know what to do about this situation. I spent over $60 on this meal to feed a larger group and as it was already after 9pm I certainly had little time to go and stand somewhere else and order something new.
I was nauseated by this time and just grabbed the 'garbage' and informed the woman I'd be ensuring 'Jeremy' lost his job and would be speaking to someone a little higher than her or her Manager. I did apologize to her though and told her I normally don't come off so outspoken but I'm sorry, my food is crawling with what right now. Ewwww.
Of course I should have demanded my money back and I should also have asked the counter people to 'please have a piece, I'll watch!'. Unfortunately, I think after the fact when I'm irritated so here I am complaining on a site while I'm only becoming more irritated by reiterating the story :) One small consolation, a gentleman listening to my complaint tapped me on the arm, apologized to me and said he was going elsewhere if this was how they managed their establishment, and he left.
My son used to work at this store a few years ago and he told me that employees would never eat anything that fell on those floors because they were 'disgusting'.
Regardless of whether that horrid little piece is in our bucket or the other guy's, tomorrow I have a date...to get Mr. Jeremy fired. When I left he was still outside laughing about my 'attitude' with some other fellow. Hopefully he has enjoyed himself this evening because perhaps it won't be quite as amusing tomorrow. But then, I'll never know if he got canned because I won't be buying even a can of Pepsi from any KFC store again. Something tells me that he'll still be there chucking food around tomorrow night though.
Today i went to KFC IOI Mall, Kulai, Johor at 7.50pm and i've ordered dinner plate, chicky meal c, fun fries and cheezy wedges (total amount RM 24.45). I had paid and take the foods from counter and eat but the cheezy wedges were missed, than i went to counter and ask for receipt and cheezy wedges. Then the cashier ask the back up boy to prepare the cheezy wedges. After 20minutes still yet to get the cheezy wedges and i went stand infront counter and they just ignore me, i wait for a while and i fed up just work out from there.
Just popped into the KFC - Ferndale, only to find a 20 minutes queue at the drive through which is a good sign generally. However I inched forward and finally reached the order counter only to be told that they could not take debit card payments. I was incensed, not being able to purchase lunch was irritating enough after having waited so long. But really incensed me was that it all could have avoided had they simply pasted a sign up letting their customers know BEFORE WE IDLED FOR 20 MINUTES in the queue.

I went into KFC and got a $ 12.bucket of chicken ( That is what I got for a 20 piece a few years ago) with biscuits and coleslaw. Walked out the door and looked in the Bag no napkins! go back in and no napkin dispenser, so I ask. Down the road I pulled over to eat and no utensils ! What do you teach these Kids ? to be dumb ? hi there, my name is Pilly. on sunday we went to kfc in jhb we were served by a lady called Melba and the supervisor is Mashudu. I've lived here 3 years and every single time I've been to this KFC (drive-thru) they've given me something other than what I ordered. At first I thought it was a coincidence, but now I think it is to save themselves money. I usually order corn on the cob as a side and instead they give me mashed potatoes with gravy. Three times I've tried to order the original recipe chicken strips - every single time they've given me crispy strips instead. I always complain and finally get what I ordered - but why should I have to make a scene? Instead I just eat elsewhere - but that annoys me because I like KFC food - but it isn't worth the hassle of dealing with a fight to get what I ordered. Their food is overpriced comparatively anyway - add poor service on top of that - I'm surprised they are still in business.

ha that's actually pretty funny to me too. maybe it's because i work there and i'm usually working the drive through as the order taker and cashier. we try our best there and especially when there are rushes which are nonstop on friday's and saturday's, and usually between lunch time and dinner time on any other days, everything gets a little messy and confusing for us because some people don't like to communicate. In the drive-through we usually don't have time to check the bags after people have said, "this this and this" is messed up because over half of the time when we do look, we find out that they are lying. in rushes we decide to just give the people what they want. and for you to take advantage of that, that's pretty rude. i do understand if you're order is wrong but at the same time i don't unstand how that could happen everytime unless you have confusing orders or are not looking hard enough. well i hope next time we get it right i guess. sorry about that.
I'm sorry, but your complaint had me laughing out loud. It's not because I'm laughing at you, it's because we have the same trouble with all of our local Taco Bells, and lo and behold, KFC and Taco Bell are one and the same restaurant in our little town of Yelm, Washington!
I do not eat KFC, but we love Taco Bell. However, every, every, EVERY time we order, the order is wrong! Dude, I mean every damned time. It's become a source of humor for us. I always tell my husband, "Remember that movie Waiting? And you and I were both waiters? Don't get snitty when you drive around to complain. These people are making our food."
So, we drive around back through the Drive-Thru now, because park in the parking lot and check our order, every time, and we always politely say, "We got this, but we ordered this." And, sure enough, the worker will apologize and give up what we ordered. We say "Thank you." Then we drive home with at least one third more than we originally ordered for no extra cost.
The good part of this entire affair is that because we've already touched our food and opened it, Taco Bell cannot take it back. We get free food all the time because of the mishap. I think Taco Bell does this routinely because all the food looks alike, it all has the same ingredients, and the kids working are so busy that they sometimes do not check as well as they could.
Always check your order as soon as you pull out (and we live 15 miles outside of town, so to drive home and then check is no good), and be polite when you point out the problem. Use the Drive-Thru, you'll have a better chance of taking the extra food home. I know it may seem like a pain, but hey. Free food.

KFC fast food with long experience, huge profit(which is taken from ordinery customers who are ready to pay high price just because of the name) but using very rude, not skilled staff that even not heard anything about Customer Care.
We couldn't beleive that all of the staff we talked at Marbel Arch branch of KFC in London today (14/04/2009) were very impolite and unprofesional especialy the guy whoes name was "Ansari".

They push the customers and don't give time to choose for what we are paying for.
I cant not find a word to discribe their Rudness, but what I Know is If A Company's system allows their direct staff who are handling food to customer allow themselves to do what they like it means that that organisation have a lot of problems, notonly their staff butalso in all the service they provied.

It dicusses me that certain people get jobs in food companys with no customer service experience. Ive worked for this franchise before and to my knowledge ive experienced fraud in the past were people were left in charge to run the place when they new fulley well they were thieving money from til and dropping food on floor smoking weed also during shifts when managers were gone home and serving food couldnt get rid due to rascism makes me sick.this was at 2001 guiseley leeds but then got rid when investigation carried out.

I work at store 528 and my manager will not give me enough hours to live on I go to college and I don't have time to work two jobs. I asked her for more hours and all she said is we are going to be slow but she gives other employees lots of hours and I don't feel its right hat I work two days next week and some of the other kids that go to school she gives hem 30 or more hours. I need to work I love to work and I want to work lots of hours not 2 days a week. can't get my order right
I went as I always do, to KFC to purchase my family a 10 peice bucket of chicken for our Saturday family night treat. First of all, when I ordered, the man kept suggesting I buy items I did not want.Finaaly I cut him off and specified I wanted 10 peices of chicken and some hot sauce. I pulled up to the window, thanked the man, paid for my order and went home.Upon my arrival I went to pass out the chicken when much to my dismay I discovered there were only 7 peices of chicken no hot sauce. Now I realize that accidents happen, but it seems to me one of the requirements of being an employee of this establishment might be the ability to count to at least 10. Also as I frequent this exact restaurant weekly, and order the exact same thing I am quite sure I am to recieve both white and dark meat. I recieved only legs and thighs. The fact that I live approximately 15 miles away is also extremely irritating so I figured I would make a phone call to ensure that KFC would correct their unfortunate mistake. When I called and explained my problem I was told to wait for the manager.I waited somewhat patiently on the phone for 12 minutes when someone hung up on me. I called back and was almost immediately was hung up on again.

My name is Ethan Combs and i have previously just quit the KFC of Cadillac Michigan.And when i worked there i had to work with people who would smoke marijuana on many occasions right in the office in the building.Also there was drinking of alcohol in the building which was kept behind fans and in the cooler.The manager Peni West, Laura Gildner didn't even care that it was going on in the building. The one that was smoking the marijuana is even a supervisor whos name is Matt Brunk.There has also been times when there was a under age girl working in uniform about 13 years old in the building.The sister even started at the age of 15 and was working on average over 20 hours a week at 15, and still does.And the owner of the place Tim Kolbitz doesn't seem to worried that this is happening.The place is severely unsanitary the pop nosels in drivethrough have mold growing inside them.So i finally quit today because they were treating me with no respect because a complaint my brother had sent about the same issue.When this happened i was scheduled to work two days the following week but when they found out they treated me like crap. The two days i went in they had sent me home early just to turn around and let other employees stay extra hours in my place. It seemed to me like discrimination against an employee just for stating things that were wrong and corrupt about the place.

I received insulting services from 2 female spanish speaking employees at the 20 Everett avenue Kentucky Fried Chicken resteraunt in Everett, Ma 02149. They were laughing as the 2 El Salvadorian females spoke in their native language. I asked them what was so funny, they snickered and said "nothing". I am a U.S. Army Veteran who served in Iraq, i felt they were very disrespectful towards me. I would like some type of disciplinary action taken towards the to employees. One was on the register and the other did the running to get the orders. The approximate time of the awful customer service was 1pm March 23, 2010. raw-purple chicken
I used to visit my local KFC especially for chicken pot pie which is seasonal. Last winter season ordered chicken pot pie and it was made fresh, it was tasty.
This winter season, KFC chicken pot pie didn't tasted good. The chicken was raw and so were the vegetables. I thought it can happen one time. But no it happened each time I got chicken pot pie.
One day the chicken in the chicken pot pie was purple and I noticed that three times I bought chicken pot pie, the chicken in it was purple and tasted bad.
It smelled bad too, weird way that I had to throw away each time I got that kind of chicken. The vegies were hard to chew.
Now I don't buy chicken pot pie, last time I bought it made me sick to the stomach that I didn't want to eat anything anymore.

I 2nd the bottom of the pie tin being pushed up, we just bought 3 from KFC in Highland Ca. and all three were that way. You get way less gravy etc.

We buy pot pies and enjoy them quite well. But it seems that where we get them the "chef" pushes up the bottom of the pie tin and deprives us of the meaty goodness. Just plain rude if you ask me

After we tried the one on us 17 bypass myrtlebeach we didnt like the cleanliness of the store so we went to surfside beach store and ordered to go took it home and found the gravy really runny and bland

Went to a KFC in Greensboro NC. The gravy was nothing more than colored water. What the hay!? I want GRAVY not water!
The watery gravy is everywhere, I personally think it was a corporate directive to save money. We've recently been to KFC's in Orlando, Titusville and Port St. John Florida. The gravy's were identical- watery. Last year we drove cross country, on vacation. We stopped at several KFC's between Florida and California, all were serving the watery gravy. I think we may be seeing the beginning of the end of KFC. What's next? Portion reduction, personnel cut backs, closures of lesser performing stores?
The gravy is made by mixing the gravy powder with a set amount of water, it isn't "watering it down" as you say.
I think the op is saying that the restaurant is putting too much water in instead of the set amount to make more gravy portions.

After bad treament at KFC Botswana. Cashier Tapelo wanted to do us in with P20, we had to ask for the P20, there was no coleslaw at 11 o'clock on Sunday morning, 10 chips each, no serviettes, no vinegar with our 3 Streetwise orders.
Very bad for a well known fast food restuarant. We have been loyal customers at KFC in south Africa for many years. It leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

$ 13.29. However, when it is rung on the receipt (I have receipt), it states: $ 11.99 + $ 2.00 menu adjustment. You actually pay $ 13.99. For this particular product they are overcharging each customer $ .70.
