Went through the drive thru ordered the 5 dollar fill up breast meal got back to work the biscuit was hard, the breast was small and tasted old defiantly not fresh and where was no cookie tried to call but they wouldn't answer their phone

Started when I used the donation coupon book for $1.00 in Oct.2020. They started to only put I was told 2 spoons-full in the sides. I ordered a 12-piece meal that would serve 4. the menu shows it served 4 and looking at the menu photo I take it you get a full bowl. Not a heaped up bowl that I know is for show. Your store on US Rt 1, Woodbridge, NJ has declined in food quality. It was good. Last night I ordered your $20 Fill Up. Chicken was cold, pieces were all undersized and the quantity has been reduced drastically from my recent prior purchases. (They did not even give me a copy of my CC receipt or I would have gone back for a refund. VERY PISSED OFF CUSTOMER !

KFC Bad food

Today I went to kfc / taco bell in Lemont Illinois. I ordered 2 crunchy taco and 2 pot pies. One of the pot pies had zero chicken in it. Is there anyway I could get a replacement? I was going to call the restaurant but, they didn't give me a receipt.

KFC Chicken sandwich and pot pie

I went to KFC in Acworth I wanted the chrissy chicken sandwich and was told they were out then I wanted to order a pot pie and was told they were out. This was 4/19/21. But in the past I have had the same problem it seems no one there knows how to order so they have enough food.
I hope you can get things resolved at this store.

KFC 8 piece original bucket, 12 piece, bucket of tenders, 1 regular order of corn

Issues: Ordered a 12 piece tenders bucket, 8 pieces original recipe chicken bucket, and 1 order of corn. Ordered and paid for on the internet site for this store.
We were given a pickup time of 2:28 pm. We arrived at 2:38 pm and proceeded to pick up our order.
1. The first issue was we ordered (2) two buckets of chicken, but our ENTIRE order was stuffed into (1) one bucket. Which means everything to include the (2) Two full bucket orders of chicken and corn, forks, napkins, and sauces were all in one bucket.
2. We paid online with our credit card, but were not given nor offered a paper receipt when we picked up the order.
3. As you will see in the attached pictures the chicken crust if you can call it that was SAD! to say the best about it. most of the chicken was missing the crust and looked like they had given us the drags left on the counter no one else would want because our order was a pickup and they could hide its appearance under all the other things they stuff in the SINGLE bucket on top of the chicken.

Desired outcome: KFC needs to correct this stores very poor practices of combining orders in the smallestYes we would expect KFC to do something to make up for this very poor experience at one of thier stores.

When I pulled up to the drive through at 5:30 pm I asked for a chicken tender combo with fries and a chicken sandwich combo with fries. KFC Big Box

The chicken tasted 3 days old it wasn;t the regular chicken strips it was like the chicken sandwich the fries weren;t real fries they looked and tasted like the chicken strips. Only thing that was good was the cole slaw.

KFC Burn bun. And ordered LG fry got sm.

Order to large combo meals. Received the large drinks the 2 chicken sandwiches but to smalle fries. Realise this as where point way from the drive thru stopped told that we couldn't come into the store due to covin so goeth back through the drive thru. Went back through the drive-through and they said that when I ordered large still come for the small fry made no sense.

KFC New Chicken Sandwich

Today i tried the new chicken sandwich. The most horrible sandwich i ever experienced. over 2 inches of crunchy batter in a bun.
After the first bite i opened the sandwich and went searching for some chicken.
hidden in all that batter was a thin little slice of chicken that measured
one centemeter thick. Chewing it was comparable to shoe leather.
Even McDonalds beats this 10 fold
KFC should be ashamed to present this tragedy for 4 dollars, Its not worth 50 cents

and After lapse of 15 minutes I call to KFC helpline Mr. Malik attend the call I request him, please my order deliver early. He confirm me we received your order and deliver as soon as possible
After 10 minutes I received call from branch of KFC (Atrium Mall) rider ask me complete address and confirm me I deliver your order early.
and After laspe of 01 hour 05 minutes call received from branch, they inform me we cancelled your order due to not deliver in your area know, branch manager refuse to deliver order after lapse of 68 minutes, while my deliver is due and more than 25 munits
I am not understand with branch manager is decide to order deliver or not ? I previously various order and received? Please take serious action against Branch Manager for this negligency of Branch. My order 03 times confirm and manage himself cancelled after lapse of 01 hour 08 minutes.

KFC Shorted sides

My wife ordered 2 10 piece dark meat dinners, she did not receive the sides she ordered for the second dinner. That was with beanes, mac & cheese. This was the kfc in charleston wv. She also had put in order for pop corn chicken an never received it. She was home when she discovered it and we live about 22 miles from there, she tried calling them but no one would answer, then it quit ring and every time she would call it was busy, as if someone took it off the hook.

KFC Wait time

I waited in car line for over 40 minutes at the Cortland NY KFC. Way too much time for 2 chicken sandwiches. This is a poorly managed property. I have had many problems in the past. Tonight, the young lady & young man seemed to be more "playful" than really performing their assigned duties.
